一种板材的移动装置,包括底板(1)和箱体(2),箱体(2)顶端的一侧设置有抽风机(19),抽风管(18)内设置有碱石灰层(20)和活性炭层(21),箱体(2)的顶部设置有双头螺杆(6),双头螺杆(6)的两侧均配合设置有螺杆套(8),两个连杆(9)的底部铰接有同一个升降座(10),固定板(11)的底端设置有两个压紧块(12),升降座(10)的两侧均设置有限位机构,底板(1)顶端的两侧均设置有夹持机构。该装置通过设有的夹持机构、固定板(11)和压紧块(12),能在水平方向上和竖直方向上均将板材限位,从而防止板材在移动过程中产生晃动,造成碰撞或刮擦,损坏板材,通过设有的抽风机(19),以及在抽风管(18)内设置有碱石灰层(20)和活性炭层(21),能够将箱体(2)中的水分和灰尘等除去,从而在运输的过程中,还使板材处于一个干燥洁净的环境中。

一种板材的移动装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种移动装置,具体为一种板材的移动装置。
背景技术
板材是做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板,应用于建筑行业,用来作墙壁、天花板或地板的构件,也多指锻造、轧制或铸造而成的金属板。
目前,板材在进行转运移动时由于夹持压紧不稳,造成板材在移动过程中可能会晃动,造成碰撞或刮擦,且若板材在转运移动过程中湿度过大时,易使板材在后续储存时受潮霉变,从而影响板材后续的使用。因此我们对此做出改进,提出一种板材的移动装置。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种板材的移动装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:
本实用新型一种板材的移动装置,包括底板和设置于底板顶部的箱体,所述箱体的正面铰接有箱门,所述箱体顶端的一侧设置有抽风机,所述抽风机的进风端连接有抽风管,所述抽风管的进风端与箱体的内腔相连通,所述抽风管内设置有碱石灰层和活性炭层,所述箱体两侧的顶部均设置有轴承座,所述箱体的顶部设置有双头螺杆,所述双头螺杆的两端通过轴承座与箱体的两侧相连,所述双头螺杆的两侧均配合设置有螺杆套,两个所述螺杆套的底部均铰接有连杆,两个连 杆的底部铰接有同一个升降座,所述升降座的底部设置有固定板,所述固定板的底端设置有两个压紧块,所述升降座的两侧均设置有限位机构,所述底板的两侧均开设有进风口,所述底板顶端的两侧均设置有夹持机构,所述底板底端的两侧均设置有滚轮,所述抽风机通过外接抽风开关与外接电源电性连接。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述限位机构包括横杆、滑块和滑轨,所述横杆的一端与升降座的侧边固定连接,所述滑块与横杆的另一端固定连接,所述滑轨固定设置在箱体的侧壁上,且滑轨上开设有与滑块相配合的滑槽。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述夹持机构包括夹持板、伸缩杆和弹簧,所述伸缩杆的一端与箱体的内侧固定连接,所述夹持板与伸缩杆的另一端固定连接,所述弹簧套设在伸缩杆上。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述伸缩杆为两个,且两个伸缩杆对称设置。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述碱石灰层和活性炭层相邻设置,且碱石灰层设置在远离抽风机的一侧。

本实用新型的有益效果是:该种板材的移动装置,通过设有的夹持机构、固定板和压紧块,能在水平方向上和竖直方向上均将板材限位,从而防止板材在移动过程中产生晃动,造成碰撞或刮擦,损坏板材,通过设有的抽风机,以及在抽风管内设置有碱石灰层和活性炭层, 能够先将板材中的部分水分通过气流抽走,再将灰尘等杂质滤下,从而在运输的过程中,还使板材处于一个干燥洁净的环境中。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
实施例:如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型一种板材的移动装置,包括底板1和设置于底板1顶部的箱体2,箱体2的正面铰接有箱门,箱体2顶端的一侧设置有抽风机19,抽风机19的进风端连接有抽风管18,抽风管18的进风端与箱体2的内腔相连通,抽风管 18内设置有碱石灰层20和活性炭层21,箱体2两侧的顶部均设置有轴承座7,箱体2的顶部设置有双头螺杆6,双头螺杆6的两端通过轴承座7与箱体2的两侧相连,双头螺杆6的两侧均配合设置有螺杆套8,两个螺杆套8的底部均铰接有连杆9,两个连杆9的底部铰接有同一个升降座10,升降座10的底部设置有固定板11,固定板11的底端设置有两个压紧块12,升降座10的两侧均设置有限位机构,底板1的两侧均开设有进风口17,底板1顶端的两侧均设置有夹持机构,底板1底端的两侧均设置有滚轮16,抽风机19通过外接抽风开关与外接电源电性连接。
其中,限位机构包括横杆13、滑块14和滑轨15,横杆13的一端与升降座10的侧边固定连接,滑块14与横杆13的另一端固定连接,滑轨15固定设置在箱体2的侧壁上,且滑轨15上开设有与滑块14相配合的滑槽,从而防止升降座10产生转动。
其中,夹持机构包括夹持板3、伸缩杆4和弹簧5,伸缩杆4的一端与箱体2的内侧固定连接,夹持板3与伸缩杆4的另一端固定连接,弹簧5套设在伸缩杆4上,能先将板材夹持,防止板材横向移动。
其中,伸缩杆4为两个,且两个伸缩杆4对称设置,提高对板材夹持的稳定性。
其中,碱石灰层20和活性炭层21相邻设置,且碱石灰层20设置在远离抽风机19的一侧,先将箱体2内水分除去,再将灰尘等滤下。
其中,双头螺杆6的一端穿过轴承座7且连接有把手22,进风 口17内填充有防尘滤网,便于转动双头螺杆6,防止灰尘通过进风口17进入到箱体2内。
工作时,打开箱门,将板材放置到底板1的顶端,利用弹簧5的弹力,使两个夹持板3先将板材夹持,防止板材横向移动,再摇动把手22,使双头螺杆6转动,使两个螺杆套8靠近,从而通过连杆9使升降座10下降,从而使固定板11下降,使两个压紧块12对板材进行压紧,而在下降的过程中,两侧的滑块14从滑轨15内的滑槽滑下,保证了压紧块12压紧的稳定性,使对板材的压力更为均匀,防止板材在移动过程中,产生移动,造成碰撞,损坏板材,关闭箱门,开启抽风机19,抽风机19优选为MPCF-2S200-35型,使箱体2内的空气从抽风管18抽出,依次经过碱石灰层20和活性炭层21,先将气流中的水分除去,再将灰尘等杂质滤下,而外部空气从进风口17进入到箱体2的内腔,由于在进风口17内填充有防尘滤网,防止灰尘通过进风口17进入到箱体2内,在运输的过程中,还使板材处于一个干燥洁净的环境中,推动该移动装置,到达需要的位置后,开启箱门,先摇动把手22使升降座10上升,再拉开两侧的夹持板3,从而可将板材取出。

  1. 一种板材的移动装置,包括底板(1)和设置于底板(1)顶部的箱体(2),其特征在于,所述箱体(2)的正面铰接有箱门,所述箱体(2)顶端的一侧设置有抽风机(19),所述抽风机(19)的进风端连接有抽风管(18),所述抽风管(18)的进风端与箱体(2)的内腔相连通,所述抽风管(18)内设置有碱石灰层(20)和活性炭层(21),所述箱体(2)两侧的顶部均设置有轴承座(7),所述箱体(2)的顶部设置有双头螺杆(6),所述双头螺杆(6)的两端通过轴承座(7)与箱体(2)的两侧相连,所述双头螺杆(6)的两侧均配合设置有螺杆套(8),两个所述螺杆套(8)的底部均铰接有连杆(9),两个连杆(9)的底部铰接有同一个升降座(10),所述升降座(10)的底部设置有固定板(11),所述固定板(11)的底端设置有两个压紧块(12),所述升降座(10)的两侧均设置有限位机构,所述底板(1)的两侧均开设有进风口(17),所述底板(1)顶端的两侧均设置有夹持机构,所述底板(1)底端的两侧均设置有滚轮(16),所述抽风机(19)通过外接抽风开关与外接电源电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种板材的移动装置,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括横杆(13)、滑块(14)和滑轨(15),所述横杆(13)的一端与升降座(10)的侧边固定连接,所述滑块(14)与横杆(13)的另一端固定连接,所述滑轨(15)固定设置在箱体(2)的侧壁上,且滑轨(15)上开设有与滑块(14)相配合的滑槽。
