Abstract

본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 공간을 구비하며 상면이 개방되는 케이스, 화장품을 수용하며 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에 배치되는 내부 케이스를 포함하고, 상기 케이스의 바닥에는 상기 내부 케이스를 둘러싸 고정하되, 상기 내부 케이스의 크기에 따라 조절 가능한 조절 부재가 구비될 수 있다.

Description

화장품 용기
발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
흔히 화장품 용기는 케이스와 화장품을 수용하는 부분이 일체로 이루어져 있다. 따라서 화장품을 모두 사용하고 나면 화장품 용기 전체를 새로 구매해야 했기 때문에 불필요한 비용이 과도하게 소모되는 문제가 있었다.
이에 화장품을 수용하는 부분만 리필용 제품으로 판매하기도 하지만, 화장품의 제조사, 종류 등에 따라 그 크기가 각기 상이하여 기존의 케이스에 맞지 않을 경우 결국 이러한 리필용 제품을 제대로 사용할 수 없거나 해당 케이스도 함께 구매해야 하는 불편함이 여전히 있다.
본 발명은 다양한 리필용 제품을 수용할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 공간을 구비하며 상면이 개방되는 케이스, 화장품을 수용하며 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에 배치되는 내부 케이스를 포함하고, 상기 케이스의 바닥에는 상기 내부 케이스를 둘러싸 고정하되, 상기 내부 케이스의 크기에 따라 조절 가능한 조절 부재가 구비될 수 있다.
또한 상기 조절 부재는 상기 케이스의 바닥에 결합되며 상기 케이스의 원주 방향을 따라 배열되는 복수의 고정부 및 각각 탄성 소재로 이루어져 일단은 어느 한 고정부에 결합되고 타단은 다른 고정부를 향해 연장되는 조임부를 포함하여, 상기 고정부와 상기 조임부의 타단 중 어느 한 지점이 서로 연결됨으로써 조절 가능할 수 있다.
또한 상기 조절 부재는 일단은 상기 고정부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 타단은 상기 고정부 너머로 더 연장되며 상기 타단에 돌기가 형성되는 회전부를 더 포함하고, 상기 조임부의 타단에는 그 길이 방향을 따라 상기 돌기가 삽입될 수 있는 복수의 홀이 형성되어, 상기 돌기가 어느 한 홀에 삽입됨으로써 조절 가능할 수 있다.
또한 상기 케이스의 바닥에는 홀이 관통하여 형성될 수 있다.
또한 상기 케이스의 상면을 개폐하기 위한 커버를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한 상기 케이스의 하측에 결합되는 거울을 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한 상기 거울은 양면으로 마련되어, 일면은 평면 거울로 이루어지고, 타면은 볼록 거울로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는 기존의 화장품을 수용하는 내부 케이스를 새로운 화장품을 수용하는 내부 케이스로 교체할 수 있되, 조절 부재가 내부 케이스를 둘러싸 고정하도록 조절할 수 있다. 따라서 이처럼 내부 케이스만 교체해 가면서 하나의 화장품 용기를 지속적으로 이용할 수 있다.
또한 거울이 커버의 내면에 부착되는 것이 아니라, 케이스의 하측에 결합되기 때문에 그 거울에 화장품이 직접적으로 접촉되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이로써 거울이 쉽게 오염될 수 있는 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
도 1과 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 사시도이다.

도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에 대해 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1과 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)의 사시도로서, 도 1은 커버(120)와 거울(140)이 닫힌 상태를 나타낸 것이고, 도 2는 커버(120)와 거울(140)이 열린 상태를 나타낸 것이다. 또한 도 3은 도 1의 A-A 선에 의한 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)의 케이스(110)의 평면도이다.
먼저 도 1 내지 3을 참조하면 화장품 용기(100)는 케이스(110), 커버(120), 내부 케이스(130) 및 거울(140)을 포함한다.
케이스(110)는 내부 공간을 구비하며 상면이 개방된다. 도면에서는 케이스(110)가 전체적으로 원형 또는 타원형으로 형성되는 것으로 예시되어 있으나, 경우에 따라 사각형 등 그밖에 다른 형상으로 형성될 수도 있다.
케이스(110)의 바닥에는 후술할 내부 케이스(130)보다 작은 면적의 홀(110a)이 관통하여 형성된다. 이러한 홀(110a)은 (반드시 이에 제한되는 것은 아니지만) 케이스(110)의 바닥에서 대체적으로 중앙에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 케이스(110)의 바닥에는 조절 부재(111, 112, 113)가 구비된다.
보다 구체적으로 상기 조절 부재는 도 4 내지 6에 도시된 바와 같이 고정부(111), 회전부(112) 및 조임부(113)를 포함한다.
고정부(111)는 케이스(110)의 바닥에 고정적으로 결합된다. 이때 고정부(111)는 복수로 마련되어 케이스(110)의 원주 방향을 따라 서로 이격되어 배열된다. 도면에서는 고정부(111)가 두 개로 마련되는 것으로 예시되어 있으나, 필요에 따라 세 개, 네 개 또는 그 이상으로 마련될 수도 있다. 이 경우 각 고정부(111)는 (반드시 이에 제한되는 것은 아니지만) 서로 등간격으로 배열되는 것이 바람직하다. 다만 이하에서는 이해의 편의상 고정부(111)가 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 두 개로 마련되는 것으로 설명한다.
회전부(112)는 고정부(111)와 동일한 개수로 마련된다. 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 고정부(111)가 두 개로 마련된다면 회전부(112)도 두 개로 마련될 것이다.
이러한 회전부(112)는 일단이 고정부(111)의 일단에 결합된다. 도면에서는 회전부(112)가 고정부(111)의 양단 중 시계 방향 쪽 일단에 결합되는 것으로 도시되어 있다. 이때 회전부(112)는 케이스(110)의 반경 방향으로 배향된 축을 중심으로 고정부(111)에 대해 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 이하에서는 설명의 편의상 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 회전부(112)가 케이스(110)의 높이 방향으로 회전한 위치, 다시 말해 케이스(110)의 바닥에 대해 실질적으로 수직인 위치를 "제1 위치"라 하고, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 회전부(112)가 케이스(110)의 원주 방향으로 회전한 위치, 다시 말해 케이스(110)의 바닥에 대해 실질적으로 수평인 위치를 "제2 위치"라 한다.
또한 회전부(112)는 제2 위치에 있을 때, 타단이 고정부(111)의 일단 너머로 더 연장된다. 또한 회전부(112)의 타단에는 케이스(110)의 반경 방향으로 돌기(112a)가 형성된다.
조임부(113)는 고정부(111)와 동일한 개수로 마련된다. 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 고정부(111)가 두 개로 마련된다면 조임부(113)도 두 개로 마련될 것이다. 또한 조임부(113)는 외력에 의해 휘어질 수 있는 탄성 소재로 이루어진다.
이러한 조임부(113)는 일단이 복수의 고정부(111) 중 어느 한 고정부(111)의 타단에 결합된다.
또한 조임부(113)는 타단이 복수의 고정부(111) 중 상기 한 고정부(111)로부터 반시계 방향으로 이웃한 고정부(111)를 향해 케이스(110)의 둘레 방향을 따라 연장된다. 또한 조임부(113)의 타단에는 조임부(113)의 길이 방향을 따라 회전부(112)의 돌기(112a)가 삽입될 수 있는 복수의 홀(113a)이 형성된다.
커버(120)는 케이스(110)의 상면을 개폐하기 위한 것이다. 도면에서는 커버(120)의 가장자리 중 일측이 케이스(110)의 상단 가장자리 중 일측에 회전 가능하게 결합되어, 수평인 회전축을 중심으로 위아래로 회전함으로써 케이스(110)의 상면을 개폐하는 것으로 예시되어 있다. 다만 커버(120)가 케이스(110)의 상면을 개폐할 수만 있다면 케이스(110)로부터 완전히 분리되어 탈착 가능하게 결합되거나, 슬라이드식으로 이루어지는 등 그밖에 다른 방식으로 구성될 수도 있다.
내부 케이스(130)는 화장품, 예컨대 고형 파운데이션과 퍼프를 수용하며 케이스(110)의 내부 공간에 배치된다.
특히 내부 케이스(130)는 해당 화장품을 모두 사용했을 때 새로운 내부 케이스(130), 즉 리필(refill) 제품으로 교체할 수 있도록 의도된다.
거울(140)은 케이스(110)의 하측에 결합된다. 도면에서는 거울(140)의 가장자리 중 일측이 케이스(110)의 하단 가장자리 중 일측에 회전 가능하게 결합되어, 수직인 회전축을 중심으로 좌우로 회전함으로써 케이스(110)로부터 인출/인입되는 것으로 예시되어 있다. 그러나 거울(140)이 이처럼 케이스(110)로부터 인출/인입될 수만 있다면 앞서 설명한 커버(120)와 같이 위아래로 회전하도록 이루어질 수도 있고, 슬라이드식으로 이루어지는 등 그밖에 다른 방식으로 구성될 수도 있다.
더욱이 거울(140)은 양면으로 마련될 수 있다. 특히 이 경우 양면은 서로 다른 유형의 거울로 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들어 일면은 평면 거울로 이루어지고, 타면은 볼록 거울로 이루어질 수 있다.
이상으로 설명한 화장품 용기(100)의 구성에 기초하여, 이하에서는 화장품 용기(100)의 사용 방법에 대해 설명한다.
먼저 사용자는 커버(120)를 위로 열어 내부 케이스(130)의 화장품과 퍼프로 화장을 한다.
이때 거울(140)을 옆으로 인출하여 거울(140)을 보면서 화장을 할 수 있다.
종래의 화장품 용기는 거울이 커버의 내면에 부착되어 있기 때문에 커버를 닫았을 때 거울에 화장품이나 퍼프가 접촉되어 화장품이 묻는 등으로 쉽게 오염될 수 있는 문제가 있다.
하지만 본 화장품 용기(100)는 거울(140)이 케이스(110)의 하측에 배치되어 있어 거울(140)에 내부 케이스(130)의 화장품이나 퍼프가 직접적으로 접촉됨으로써 오염되는 문제를 방지할 수 있다.
한편 사용자가 내부 케이스(130)의 화장품을 모두 사용하고 나면 새로운 내부 케이스(130)로 교체하여 화장품 용기(100)를 계속 이용할 수 있다.
이때 화장품의 제조사, 종류 등에 따라 내부 케이스(130)의 크기가 각기 상이할 수 있다. 따라서 사용자는 해당 내부 케이스(130)의 크기에 맞게, 상기 조절 부재가 내부 케이스(130)를 둘러싸 고정하도록 조절할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로 먼저 케이스(110)의 가운데에 내부 케이스(130)를 넣고, 조임부(113)가 내부 케이스(130)의 측면에 긴밀하게 접하도록 조절한 다음, 회전부(112)를 제1 위치로부터 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 제2 위치로 회전시켜 돌기(112a)를 조임부(113)의 복수의 홀(113a) 중 적절한 홀(113a)에 삽입한다.
이 경우 내부 케이스(130)의 직경이 작을수록 돌기(112a)는 상대적으로 시계 방향 쪽 홀(113a)에 삽입될 것이다. 반대로 내부 케이스(130)의 직경이 클수록 돌기(112a)는 상대적으로 반시계 방향 쪽 홀(113a)에 삽입될 것이다.
또한 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 고정부(111)가 두 개로 마련된다면, 내부 케이스(130)의 직경이 작을수록 조임부(113)가 전체적으로 납작한 타원형을 이루게 될 것이고, 내부 케이스(130)의 직경이 클수록 조임부(113)가 전체적으로 원형에 가까운 형상을 이루게 될 것이다.
이후 사용자가 다시 다른 내부 케이스(130)로 교체하고자 한다면, 이제 돌기(112a)를 조임부(113)의 홀(113a)로부터 분리하여, 조임부(113)를 느슨하게 하여 기존의 내부 케이스(130)를 제거할 수 있다.
이때 거울(140)을 인출한 후, 케이스(110) 밑에서 홀(110a)을 통해 내부 케이스(130)의 저면을 밀어 냄으로써 내부 케이스(130)를 더욱 용이하게 제거할 수 있다.
이상으로 설명한 화장품 용기(100)는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기 중 하나에 불과하다. 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 상기 실시예에 한정되지 않으며, 청구범위에 기재된 바에 따라 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 사람이 용이하게 변경할 수 있는 범위까지 그 기술적 정신이 있다 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 내부 공간을 구비하며 상면이 개방되는 케이스,
    화장품을 수용하며 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에 배치되는 내부 케이스를 포함하고,
    상기 케이스의 바닥에는 상기 내부 케이스를 둘러싸 고정하되, 상기 내부 케이스의 크기에 따라 조절 가능한 조절 부재가 구비되는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 조절 부재는 상기 케이스의 바닥에 결합되며 상기 케이스의 원주 방향을 따라 배열되는 복수의 고정부 및
    각각 탄성 소재로 이루어져 일단은 어느 한 고정부에 결합되고 타단은 다른 고정부를 향해 연장되는 조임부를 포함하여,
    상기 고정부와 상기 조임부의 타단 중 어느 한 지점이 서로 연결됨으로써 조절 가능한 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 조절 부재는 일단은 상기 고정부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 타단은 상기 고정부 너머로 더 연장되며 상기 타단에 돌기가 형성되는 회전부를 더 포함하고,
    상기 조임부의 타단에는 그 길이 방향을 따라 상기 돌기가 삽입될 수 있는 복수의 홀이 형성되어, 상기 돌기가 어느 한 홀에 삽입됨으로써 조절 가능한 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 바닥에는 홀이 관통하여 형성되는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 상면을 개폐하기 위한 커버를 더 포함하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 하측에 결합되는 거울을 더 포함하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 거울은 양면으로 마련되어, 일면은 평면 거울로 이루어지고, 타면은 볼록 거울로 이루어지는 화장품 용기.
