进一步地,所述的主动部件包括驱动电机和与驱动电机相连接的主动齿轮,所述的第一从动部件包括第一从动齿轮,所述的第二从动部件包括第二从动齿轮,所述第一活塞机构的活塞杆的一端与第一从动齿轮偏心可转动的连接,所述第二活塞机构的活塞杆的一端与第二从动齿轮偏心可转动的连接;所述的主动齿轮可运动至与第一从动齿轮啮合传动或者与第二从动齿轮啮合传动,进行第一投放腔室或者第二投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放。
进一步地,所述的第一从动齿轮与第二从动齿轮在水平方向间隔设置,在竖直方向上下设置;所述的主动齿轮可上下运动的设置在第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮之间,主动齿轮上下运动分别与第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮啮合传动。
进一步地,所述的驱动电机的输出端连接螺杆,所述主动齿轮的中心具有与所述连接螺杆螺纹连接的螺纹孔,所述的连接螺杆带动主动齿轮在竖直方向上下运动分别与第一主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮啮合传动。
进一步地,包括壳体,壳体内具有第一投放腔室、第二投放腔室和安装腔室,所述的主动部件、第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮均设置在安装腔室内,所述第一活塞机构的活塞杆一端连接活塞,另一端伸入安装腔室内与第一从动齿轮偏心可转动连接;所述第二活塞机构的活塞杆一端连接活塞,另一端伸入安装内与第二从动齿轮偏心可转动连接;所述的第一投放腔室具有第一进液口和第一出液口,第一进液口设置第一进液单向阀,第一出液口设置第一出液单向阀;所述的第二投放腔室具有第二进液口和第二出液口,第二进液口设置第二进液单向阀,第二出液口设置第二出液单向阀。

一种具有所述衣物处理剂投放装置的洗衣机,包括洗涤剂盒,所述衣物处理剂投放装置的出液口连通洗涤剂盒。
本发明的第三发明目的是提供一种洗衣机,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种洗衣机的控制方法,包括:
洗衣机进水过程中,控制驱动机构驱动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,进液单向导通部件/出液单向导通部件在活塞机构往复运动过程中分别单向导通进液口/出液口,储放腔室内的衣物处理剂由进液口吸入投放腔室,由出液口排出投放。
本发明的衣物处理剂投放装置通过驱动机构带动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,实现投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放,采用不同于现有洗涤剂自动投放装置的原理,结构简单,成本低,提升了用户体验,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种衣物处理剂投放装置、洗衣机及其控制方法进行详细描述:
如图1-图3所示,本实施例的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,包括:
储放腔室,内部储放衣物处理剂;
投放腔室,具有出液口和与储放腔室连通的进液口,进液口设置进液单向导通部件, 出液口设置出液单向导通部件;
活塞机构,可往复运动的设置在投放腔室内;
驱动机构,连接所述的活塞机构;
驱动机构驱动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,进液单向导通部件/出液单向导通部件在活塞机构往复运动过程中分别单向导通进液口/出液口,储放腔室内的衣物处理剂由进液口吸入投放腔室,由出液口排出投放。
本实施例的衣物处理剂投放装置通过驱动机构带动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,实现投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放,采用不同于现有洗涤剂自动投放装置的原理,结构简单,成本低,提升了用户体验,具有广阔的市场前景。
为了解决驱动机构与活塞机构之间的传动连接,作为本实施例的一种实现方式,本实施例所述的活塞机构包括活塞和活塞杆:所述的驱动机构包括主动部件和从动部件,所述从动部件分别与主动部件、活塞杆传动连接,从动部件将主动部件的自身转动转变为活塞在投放腔室内的往复运动;本实施例的主动部件可通过从动部件带动活塞机构运动,这样从动部件可将主动部件的转动转化为活塞机构的往复直线运动。
或者,所述的驱动机构具有往复运动的驱动端,驱动端与活塞杆连接带动活塞在投放腔室内往复运动;本实施例可选择直线电机作为驱动机构,直接带动活塞机构往复运动。
进一步地,所述的从动部件包括从动轮,所述活塞机构的活塞杆的一端与从动轮偏心可转动的连接,另一端连接活塞,所述的主动部件带动从动轮转动,从动轮通过活塞杆带动活塞在投放腔室内往复运动;所述的主动部件具有转动端,转动端与从动轮连接带动从动轮转动;或者,所述的主动部件包括驱动电机和与驱动电机相连接的主动齿轮,所述的从动轮为从动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合传动。
如图1-图3所示,本实施例所述的投放腔室包括用于投放一种种类衣物处理剂的第一投放腔室5和用于投放另一种类的第二投放腔室16,第一投放腔室5内设置第一活塞机构(4、6),第二投放腔室16内设置第二活塞机构(15、17);所述的从动部件包括与第一活塞机构传动连接的第一从动部件和与第二活塞机构传动连接的第二从动部件;所述的主动部件可选择与第一从动部件或者第二从动部件传动连接,进行第一投放腔室或者第二投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放。
本实施例通过一套驱动机构实现两个投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放,简化了整体结构,降低了制造成本。
进一步地,所述的主动部件包括驱动电机22和与驱动电机22相连接的主动齿轮1,所 述的第一从动部件包括第一从动齿轮2,所述的第二从动部件包括第二从动齿轮19,所述第一活塞机构(4、6)的活塞杆4的一端与第一从动齿轮2偏心可转动的连接,所述第二活塞机构(15、17)的活塞杆17的一端与第二从动齿轮19偏心可转动的连接;所述的主动齿轮1可运动至与第一从动齿轮2啮合传动或者与第二从动齿轮19啮合传动,进行第一投放腔室5或者第二投放腔室16内的衣物处理剂的投放。
由于第一投放腔室5和第二投放腔室16内分别用于投放不同种类的衣物处理剂,例如第一投放腔室5投放洗涤剂,第二投放腔室16投放柔顺剂,这样第一投放腔室和第二投放腔室投放衣物处理剂的时间不同,两个投放腔室由同一驱动机构进行驱动投放,但是还要实现相互之间互不影响,所述主动齿轮1是可运动与第一从动齿轮2啮合传动或者与第二从动齿轮19啮合传动。
具体地,本实施例所述的第一从动齿轮2与第二从动齿轮19在水平方向间隔设置,在竖直方向上下设置;所述的主动齿轮1可上下运动的设置在第一从动齿轮2和第二从动齿轮19之间,主动齿轮1上下运动分别与第一从动齿轮2和第二从动齿轮19啮合传动。
为了实现主动齿轮1的上下运动,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的驱动电机22的输出端连接螺杆23,所述主动齿轮1的中心具有与所述连接螺杆23螺纹连接的螺纹孔25,所述的连接螺杆23带动主动齿轮1在竖直方向上下运动分别与第一主动齿轮2和第二从动齿轮19啮合传动。
本实施例所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,包括壳体,壳体内具有第一投放腔室5、第二投放腔室16和安装腔室20,所述的主动部件、第一从动齿轮2和第二从动齿轮19均设置在安装腔室20内,所述第一活塞机构(4、6)的活塞杆4一端连接活塞6,另一端伸入安装腔室20内与第一从动齿轮2偏心可转动连接;所述第二活塞机构(15、17)的活塞杆17一端连接活塞15,另一端伸入安装腔室20内与第二从动齿轮19偏心可转动连接;所述的第一投放腔室5具有第一进液口9和第一出液口10,第一进液口9设置第一进液单向阀7,第一出液口10设置第一出液单向阀8;所述的第二投放腔室16具有第二进液口12和第二出液口11,第二进液口12设置第二进液单向阀13,第二出液口11设置第二出液单向阀14。
本实施例的安装腔室20内具有第一转轴21和第二转轴24,所述的第一从动齿轮2可转动的安装在第一转轴21上,第二从动齿轮19可转动的安装在第二转轴24上。
本实施例所述的第一从动齿轮2上偏心设置第一连接柱3,所述第一活塞机构的活塞杆4可转动的安装在第一连接柱3上;所述的第二从动齿轮19上偏心设置第二连接柱18,所 述的第二活塞机构的活塞杆17可转动的安装在第二连接柱18上。这样,实现了将从动齿轮的转动转化为驱动活塞机构的往复直线运动。
本实施例还提供一种具有所述衣物处理剂投放装置的洗衣机包括洗涤剂盒,所述衣物处理剂投放装置的出液口连通洗涤剂盒。
本实施例洗衣机的控制方法,包括:洗衣机进水过程中,控制驱动机构驱动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,进液单向导通部件/出液单向导通部件在活塞机构往复运动过程中分别单向导通进液口/出液口,储放腔室内的衣物处理剂由进液口吸入投放腔室,由出液口排出投放。
本实施例的驱动机构的驱动电机可以进行正反转,通过控制驱动电机的正反转控制第一投放腔室和第二投放腔室内不同种类的衣物处理剂在不同时间进行投放。
本实施例洗衣机的控制系统通过控制驱动电机正转,驱动主动齿轮正转,主动齿轮驱动第一从动齿轮运转,第一从动齿轮具有第一连接柱,连接活塞机构的活塞杆,第一从动齿轮带动活塞机构的活塞在第一投放腔室内往复运动,第一投放腔室具有第一进液口和第一出液口,并设置第一进液口单向阀和第一出液口单向阀,投放一种种类的衣物处理剂,例如第一投放腔室用于投放洗涤剂,则控制系统控制驱动电机在洗涤程序的进水阶段正转进行投放。
本实施例洗衣机的控制系统通过控制驱动电机反转,驱动主动齿轮反转,主动齿轮驱动第二从动齿轮运转,第二从动齿轮具有第二连接柱,连接活塞机构的活塞杆,第二从动齿轮带动活塞机构的活塞在第二投放腔室内往复运动,第二投放腔室具有第二进液口和第二出液口,并设置第二进液口单向阀和第二出液口单向阀,投放另一种种类的衣物处理剂,例如第二投放腔室用于投放柔顺剂,则控制系统控制驱动电机在最后一次漂洗程序的进水阶段反转进行投放。
进一步地,可在衣物投放进內桶后进行衣物称重,并根据衣物重量确定衣物处理剂的投放量,控制衣物处理装置按照投放量进行定量投放。
也或者,用户可选择投入衣物处理剂的量,根据用户的选择控制衣物处理装置按照投放量进行定量投放。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    储放腔室,内部储放衣物处理剂;
    投放腔室,具有出液口和与储放腔室连通的进液口,进液口设置进液单向导通部件,出液口设置出液单向导通部件;
    活塞机构,可往复运动的设置在投放腔室内;
    驱动机构,连接所述的活塞机构;
    驱动机构驱动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,进液单向导通部件/出液单向导通部件在活塞机构往复运动过程中分别单向导通进液口/出液口,储放腔室内的衣物处理剂由进液口吸入投放腔室,由出液口排出投放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的活塞机构包括活塞和活塞杆:
    所述的驱动机构包括主动部件和从动部件,所述从动部件分别与主动部件、活塞杆传动连接,从动部件将主动部件的自身转动转变为活塞在投放腔室内的往复运动;
    或者,所述的驱动机构具有往复运动的驱动端,驱动端与活塞杆连接带动活塞在投放腔室内往复运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的从动部件包括从动轮,所述活塞机构的活塞杆的一端与从动轮偏心可转动的连接,另一端连接活塞,所述的主动部件带动从动轮转动,从动轮通过活塞杆带动活塞在投放腔室内往复运动;
    所述的主动部件具有转动端,转动端与从动轮连接带动从动轮转动;或者,所述的主动部件包括驱动电机和与驱动电机相连接的主动齿轮,所述的从动轮为从动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合传动。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的投放腔室包括用于投放一种种类衣物处理剂的第一投放腔室和用于投放另一种类的第二投放腔室,第一投放腔室内设置第一活塞机构,第二投放腔室内设置第二活塞机构;所述的从动部件包括与第一活塞机构传动连接的第一从动部件和与第二活塞机构传动连接的第二从动部件;所述的主动部件可选择与第一从动部件或者第二从动部件传动连接,进行第一投放腔室或者第二投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的主动部件包括驱动电机和与驱动电机相连接的主动齿轮,所述的第一从动部件包括第一从动齿轮,所述的第二从动部件包括第二从动齿轮,所述第一活塞机构的活塞杆的一端与第一从动齿轮 偏心可转动的连接,所述第二活塞机构的活塞杆的一端与第二从动齿轮偏心可转动的连接;所述的主动齿轮可运动至与第一从动齿轮啮合传动或者与第二从动齿轮啮合传动,进行第一投放腔室或者第二投放腔室内的衣物处理剂的投放。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的第一从动齿轮与第二从动齿轮在水平方向间隔设置,在竖直方向上下设置;所述的主动齿轮可上下运动的设置在第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮之间,主动齿轮上下运动分别与第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮啮合传动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的驱动电机的输出端连接螺杆,所述主动齿轮的中心具有与所述连接螺杆螺纹连接的螺纹孔,所述的连接螺杆带动主动齿轮在竖直方向上下运动分别与第一主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮啮合传动。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,壳体内具有第一投放腔室、第二投放腔室和安装腔室,所述的主动部件、第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮均设置在安装腔室内,所述第一活塞机构的活塞杆一端连接活塞,另一端伸入安装腔室内与第一从动齿轮偏心可转动连接;所述第二活塞机构的活塞杆一端连接活塞,另一端伸入安装内与第二从动齿轮偏心可转动连接;所述的第一投放腔室具有第一进液口和第一出液口,第一进液口设置第一进液单向阀,第一出液口设置第一出液单向阀;所述的第二投放腔室具有第二进液口和第二出液口,第二进液口设置第二进液单向阀,第二出液口设置第二出液单向阀。
  9. 一种具有如权利要求1-8任意一项所述衣物处理剂投放装置的洗衣机,其特征在于,包括洗涤剂盒,所述衣物处理剂投放装置的出液口连通洗涤剂盒。
  10. 一种如权利要求9所述洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    洗衣机进水过程中,控制驱动机构驱动活塞机构在投放腔室内往复运动,进液单向导通部件/出液单向导通部件在活塞机构往复运动过程中分别单向导通进液口/出液口,储放腔室内的衣物处理剂由进液口吸入投放腔室,由出液口排出投放。
