Description

一种空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机 技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿设备技术领域,具体是指一种空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机。
背景技术
在空气干砂选煤技术中,利用介质并根据煤与矸石比重的差别实现煤与矸石的分离,目前我国空气干砂选煤的工业应用研究和开发工作较早,但目前还没有实现工业化生产,还有一些工程技术问题有待解决和完善,空气干砂选煤所使用的介质虽然不参与任何的化学反应,但是由于其体积较小,极易被煤块、矸石等带出,造成介质的损耗,从而造成空气干砂选煤成本的上升,现有的空气干砂选煤工艺流程中包括了脱介筛脱介与磁选机脱介,这两种方式脱介效果明显,节省了较多的成本,但是经过上述两种方式脱介后仍有部分介质残留在煤块、矸石等物料上,介质损耗仍有降低空间,因此,需要对脱介工作做进一步的优化。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种有效降低介质损耗的空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机,包括机座、驱动装置、用于上料的进料装置与用于卸料的出料装置,所述的机座上固定连接有第一支架与第二支架,第一支架上固定连接有定轴,定轴上转动连接有第一传动轮并且连接处固定有轴承,轴承位于第一传动轮两侧,定轴上固定连接有弧形磁环,弧形磁环位于第一传动轮内且弧形 磁环与第一传动轮不接触,第二支架上转动连接有第二传动轮,第一传动轮与第二传动轮之间传动连接有传送带,传送带上与第一传动轮相近的一端连通出料装置,出料装置与传送带之间的最小距离远远大于空气干砂选煤所用介质的直径,机座上与第一传动轮相近处固定有介质仓,介质仓一体成型有接料口,接料口正上方为弧形磁环端部;驱动装置与第一传动轮传动连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:一种空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机包括了第一传动轮、第二传动轮、弧形磁环等部件,其中驱动装置带动第一传动轮转动,传送带与第二传动轮随之转动,从而形成物料的传送,物料通过传送带的带动下移动到弧形磁环处时,由于介质含有大量铁元素,因此,介质便吸附在传送带上,煤块、矸石等物料被传送到出料装置后介质依然跟随传送带移动,当介质远离弧形磁环时便自行掉落到介质仓内,整体流程简单且高效,能够有效的将煤块、矸石等物料表面附着的介质脱离,减少介质损耗,降低成本,一种空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机整体结构简单易于安装维护,在脱介筛脱介和磁选机脱介后进一步的减少了介质损耗,大大节省了成本,有效推进空气干砂选煤实现工业化生产。
作为改进,所述的驱动装置包括电机以及与电机传动连接的减速机,减速机与第一传动轮传动连接,保证传送带的稳定传送。
作为改进,所述的弧形磁环外圆周壁与第一传动轮内圆周壁平行,使介质在传送带上受到的吸力均匀,保证介质稳定的吸附在传送带上,弧形磁环圆周壁宽度与传送带宽度相同,保证弧形磁环对传送带横向上的完全覆盖,避免脱介时遗漏部分物料上的介质。
作为改进,所述的弧形磁环端部位于接料口中心正上方,在弧形磁环端部,弧形磁环对介质的吸力开始减弱,介质开始从传送带上掉落,保证介质均能落 入介质仓,避免介质在此处出现浪费损耗问题。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
一种空气干砂选煤系统上用脱介皮带机,包括机座1、驱动装置、用于上料的进料装置(附图未画出)与用于卸料的出料装置(附图未画出),进料装置与出料装置均是以传送带为基础部件,脱介皮带机作为整套设备的一部分,其通过进料装置与出料装置连接前后的选煤设备,所述的机座1上固定连接有第一支架2与第二支架3,第一支架2与第二支架3可通过焊接等方式与机座1连接,第一支架2上固定连接有定轴4,定轴4上转动连接有第一传动轮5并且连接处固定有轴承6,第一传动轮5通过轴承6相对定轴4转动,轴承6位于第一传动轮5两侧,第一传动轮5两侧的轴承6之间形成一定空间,用于安装弧形磁环7,定轴4上固定连接有弧形磁环7,弧形磁环7位于第一传动轮5内且弧形磁环7与第一传动轮5不接触,第二支架3上转动连接有第二传动轮8,第一传动轮5与第二传动轮8之间传动连接有传送带9,传送带9上与第一传动轮5相近的一端连通出料装置,出料装置与传送带9之间的最小距离远远大于空气干砂选煤所用介质的直径,能够保证介质能够跟随传送带9通过出料装置到达介质仓10, 机座1上与第一传动轮5相近处固定有介质仓10,介质仓10一体成型有接料口11,接料口11正上方为弧形磁环7端部,在介质跟随传送带转动到弧形磁环7吸力较弱处时会直接掉落到介质仓10内;驱动装置与第一传动轮5传动连接。
为了整体运行的更为稳定,进一步的,所述的驱动装置包括电机以及与电机传动连接的减速机,减速机与第一传动轮5传动连接。
为了保证脱介质量,进一步的,所述的弧形磁环7外圆周壁与第一传动轮5内圆周壁平行,使介质在传送带9上受到的吸力均匀,保证介质稳定的吸附在传送带9上,弧形磁环7圆周壁宽度与传送带9宽度相同,保证弧形磁环7对传送带9横向上的完全覆盖,避免脱介时遗漏部分物料上的介质。
为了保证介质能够全部掉入到介质仓10内,进一步的,所述的弧形磁环7端部位于接料口11中心正上方,在弧形磁环7端部,弧形磁环7对介质的吸力开始减弱,介质开始从传送带9上掉落,保证介质均能落入介质仓10,避免介质在此处出现浪费损耗问题。
本发明主要用于空气干砂选煤内的脱介,在具体使用时,驱动装置带动第一传动轮转动,传送带与第二传动轮随之转动,从而形成物料的传送,物料通过传送带的带动下移动到弧形磁环处时,由于介质含有大量铁元素,因此,介质便吸附在传送带上,煤块、矸石等物料被传送到出料装置后介质依然跟随传送带移动,当介质远离弧形磁环时便自行掉落到介质仓内,介质仓内介质装满后进行更换即可。
