Description

本发明属于煤炭分选技术领域,尤其是涉及一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的矸石推动装置。
背景技术
原煤分选的主要目的是将精煤与矸石分离、分割,以获取清洁的精煤资源,目前,本技术领域大主导工艺是湿法选煤,因湿法选煤的种种问题弊端,本发明人开发出不用水的空气干砂选煤技术,在空气干砂选煤技术中,利用空气和干砂介质实现流化氛围,根据精煤与矸石的密度差别实现分离,其中排矸是影响整体空气干砂选煤设备能否正常工作、能否实现工业化应用的重要因素之一。
干法选煤中排矸主要是通过在链条上固定刮板,而链条通过传动轮带动,由于干法选煤能够让煤与矸石分层,因此矸石由于密度较大会位于下层,这样通过链条下层的刮板能将矸石推出;但是这种方式由于链条位于介质、煤块及矸石等混合物料中,传动轮与链条之间容易卡入煤块和矸石,这对链条损害较大,或者较小的碎块容易进入到传动轮内部,影响传动轮的转动甚至卡死,导致选煤工作无法进行,工作效率低,整体的维修成本也较大;因此有必要予以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的矸石推动装置,它具有能让矸石的推动较为方便顺畅 及不易损坏的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的矸石推动装置,其特征在于:包括分选室及排矸装置,所述分选室内设置有矸石滤层;所述排矸装置包括移动底座、旋转杆、排矸爪、定位挡板、顶杆及回位杆,所述顶杆及回位杆分别固定设置在分选室的内壁上,且两者位置相对;所述移动底座在分选室内滑动设置,所述旋转杆在移动底座上转动设置,且其上设置有联动板,所述联动板分别与顶杆及回位杆使用配合,且其受力后带动旋转杆转动;所述定位挡板固定在移动底座上,且其与排矸爪定位配合;所述排矸爪固定设置在旋转杆上并与其联动,且其端部露出矸石滤层的上部。
所述分选室内设置有导轨,所述移动底座上设置有滑块,所述滑块在导轨上滑动设置。
所述联动板为两个,其分别位于旋转杆的两端部,所述顶杆与回位杆同样为两个,其位置分别与联动板相对。
采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明的矸石滤层能够将大颗粒矸石汇集,而排矸爪在移动底座的推动下能将矸石推动到分选室的排矸口上进行排出,这种结构相比现有链条式结构,其不易损坏设备,而且排矸也较为顺畅。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围, 下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例,见图1和图2所示:一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的矸石推动装置,其包括分选室10及排矸装置,分选室10内设置有矸石滤层11,矸石滤层11上具有落料缝隙,落料缝隙宽度较小,其能够防止大颗粒矸石汇落地分选室10底部。排矸装置包括移动底座20、旋转杆21、排矸爪22、定位挡板23、顶杆24及回位杆25,在分选室10内设置有导轨,在移动底座上设置有滑块,滑块在导轨上滑动设置,通过滑块的带动,移动底座20能够在分选室10内滑动。旋转杆21在移动底座20上转动设置,在旋转杆21上固定有联动板26;顶杆24及回位杆25分别固定设置在分选室10的内壁上,且两者位置相对;联动板26分别与顶杆24及回位杆25使用配合,其受力后带动旋转杆21转动。定位挡板23固定在移动底座20上,且其与排矸爪22定位配合;排矸爪22固定设置在旋转杆21上并与其联动,且其端部露出矸石滤层11的上部。使用时,移动底座20带动排矸爪22移动,其能够将矸石滤层11上的矸石进行推动并从分选室10上的排矸口排出;同时,顶杆24会顶住联动板26并让其带动旋转杆21旋转,而旋转杆21上的排矸爪22会向下转动并转动到矸石滤层11的下方并呈匍匐状态从矸石滤层11下方返回,以方便回位;通过移动底座20的回位移动,当到达原位后,回位杆25会顶住联动板26让其带动旋转杆21反向旋转,同时,排矸爪22会向上转动回到原位并与定位挡板23抵接,以进行下一次排矸作业。上述的联动板26为两个,其分别位于旋转杆21的两端部,顶杆24与回位杆25同样为两个,其位置分别与联动板26,相对,这样使得其配合更加省力。

  1. 一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的矸石推动装置,其特征在于:包括分选室及排矸装置,所述分选室内设置有矸石滤层;所述排矸装置包括移动底座、旋转杆、排矸爪、定位挡板、顶杆及回位杆,所述顶杆及回位杆分别固定设置在分选室的内壁上,且两者位置相对;所述移动底座在分选室内滑动设置,所述旋转杆在移动底座上转动设置,且其上设置有联动板,所述联动板分别与顶杆及回位杆使用配合,且其受力后带动旋转杆转动;所述定位挡板固定在移动底座上,且其与排矸爪定位配合;所述排矸爪固定设置在旋转杆上并与其联动,且其端部露出矸石滤层的上部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的矸石推动装置,其特征在于:所述分选室内设置有导轨,所述移动底座上设置有滑块,所述滑块在导轨上滑动设置。
