空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的吸料装置 技术领域
本发明属于煤炭分选技术领域,尤其是涉及一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的吸料装置。
背景技术
原煤分选的主要目的是将精煤与矸石分离、分割,以获取清洁的精煤资源,目前,本技术领域大主导工艺是湿法选煤,因湿法选煤的种种问题弊端,本发明人开发出不用水的空气干砂选煤技术,在空气干砂选煤技术中,利用空气和干砂介质实现流化氛围,根据精煤与矸石的密度差别实现分离,其中排矸是影响整体空气干砂选煤设备能否正常工作、能否实现工业化应用的重要因素之一。
干法选煤中排矸主要是通过在链条上固定刮板,而链条通过传动轮带动,由于干法选煤能够让煤与矸石分层,因此矸石由于密度较大会位于下层,这样通过链条下层的刮板能将矸石推出;这种结构在使用时会将大小矸石及介质统一排出,但是链条容易卡进矸石,这对链条的损害较大;因此有必要予以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的吸料装置,它具有能对大小矸石进行筛分及能防止设备发生损坏的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种空气干砂选煤系 统上用排矸系统上的吸料装置,其包括分选室、收集箱、吸料风机、送料管、吸料管及移动装置,所述分选室上设置有过滤大颗粒矸石的滤层,所述吸料管设置在分选室的底部,所述吸料管底部设置有吸料孔,所述送料管与吸料管固定连接且其之间连通;所述送料管的尾端连接有软管,所述软管的端部与收集箱连接;所述吸料风机设置在收集箱上;所述送料管与移动装置连接并在移动装置的控制下前后移动。
所述移动装置由驱动电机、滚珠丝杠及连接座,所述滚珠丝杠与驱动电机连接,所述连接座一端与滚珠丝杠连接,其另一端与送料管连接。
所述送料管与吸料管之间垂直设置。
采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明通过预先对矸石进行颗粒筛分,小颗粒的矸石及介质在吸料风机的作用下被吸料管吸入,并通过送料管进入到收集箱内进行处理,其相比现有的结构能有效防止设备受到损坏。

实施例,见图1所示:一种空气干砂选煤系统上用排矸系统上的吸料装置,其包括分选室10、收集箱11、吸料风机12、送料管13、吸料管14及移动装置15,分选室10内设置有过滤大颗粒矸石的滤层101,通过滤层101的过滤,大颗粒矸石堆积在滤层101上,而小颗粒矸石通过滤层101上的缝隙掉落到分选室10的底部。吸料管14设置在分选室的底部,在吸料管14底部 设置有吸料孔,吸料孔的个数根据分选室10的规格大小来进行确定,其在吸料管14上均匀分布。送料管13与吸料管14垂直固定连接且其之间连通,通过吸料管14所吸进的小颗粒矸石及介质会经过送料管13输送到收集箱11内。在送料管13的尾端连接有软管16,软管16的端部与收集箱11连接,软管16能够进行伸缩,以便送料管13有位移行程。吸料风机12设置在收集箱11上,通过吸料风机12的风力吸引,吸料管14能够吸收分选室10底部的小颗粒矸石及介质,在经过吸料管14及软管16后,最后掉落在收集箱11内。送料管13与移动装置15连接并在移动装置15的控制下前后移动,移动装置15由驱动电机20、滚珠丝杠21及连接座22,滚珠丝杠21与驱动电机20连接,连接座22一端与滚珠丝杠21连接,其另一端与送料管15连接;工作时,通过驱动电机20的驱动,滚珠丝杠21带动连接座22移动,而连接座22能够带动送料管13前后移动,同时能够让吸料管14在分选室10的底部吸收小颗粒矸石及介质。在吸料管14的两端设置有滚轮,在分选室10内设置有滑道102,滚轮在滑道102内滑动设置,这种结构能够方便吸料管14定位及移动,提高使用的流畅性。
