一种除尘清洁装置,包括底座、承载架、围框架、门栏、手持清扫器、鞋底清扫器、第一清扫机构和第二清扫机构,围框架固定安装于底座上,门栏的一侧与围框架铰接,另一侧与围框架可拆卸连接,围框架与门栏组合形成清扫空腔,承载架设置于围框架内,且放置于底座上,底座内设置有吸尘空腔,承载架上设置有通孔,清扫空腔通过通孔与吸尘空腔连通;第一清扫机构安装于围框架内,第二清扫机构安装于门栏靠近清扫空腔的一侧,第一清扫机构和第二清扫机构均配置成对用户的下身进行清扫;手持清扫器包括连接软管、外壳、第一吸尘机构和第三清扫机构,第一吸尘机构安装于围框架内,且通过连接软管与外壳连接,第三清扫机构安装于外壳内,第三清扫机构配置成对用户的上身进行清扫;鞋底清扫器包括第二吸尘机构和第四清扫机构,第二吸尘机构和第四清扫机构均安装于吸尘空腔内,第四清扫机构配置成对用户的鞋底进行清扫。

请结合参照图1、图2和图3,本申请实施例提供了一种除尘清洁装置100,用于对用户的全身以及鞋底进行清洁除尘。其结构简单,能够对用户的全身以及鞋底进行清扫除尘,避免将粉尘带入室内,清洁效率高,清洁效果好,健康实用,用户体验感好。本实施例中,除尘清洁装置100用于放置于家门口,当用户外出后回到家时,通过除尘清洁装置100对上身衣服、下身裤子以及鞋底进行清洁除尘,除去衣服、裤子以及鞋底上的粉尘,以减少用户进门时带入户内的粉尘,从而减少粉尘对家里环境造成的不良影响。
除尘清洁装置100包括底座110、承载架120、围框架130、门栏140、手持清扫器150、鞋底清扫器160、鞋面清扫机构170、第一清扫机构180、第二清扫机构190、三个紫外线杀菌灯200和多个万向轮210。围框架130固定安装于底座110上,门栏140的一侧与围框架130铰接,另一侧与围框架130可拆卸连接,围框架130与门栏140组合形成清扫空腔220,门栏140能够相对于围框架130转动,以打开或者关闭清扫空腔220。承载架120设置于围框架130内,且放置于底座110上,承载架120用于供用户踩踏,底座110内设置有吸尘空腔111,承载架120上设置有通孔121,清扫空腔220通过通孔121与吸尘空腔111连通,清扫空腔220内的粉尘能够通过通孔121进入到吸尘空腔111内。三个紫外线杀菌灯200分别安装于围框架130、底座110和手持清扫器150内,紫外线杀菌器用于发出紫外线,以对用户的裤子、鞋底和衣服进行杀菌,进一步提高清洁效果。多个万向轮210呈矩形阵列地安装于底座110的底部,以便于除尘清洁装置100的移动和运输。当用户需要进行清扫时,打开门栏140,进入清扫空腔220,站在承载架120上,关闭门栏;然后开启第一清扫机构,第一清扫机构对用户下身的前侧、左侧和右侧进行清扫;开启第二清扫 机构,第二清扫机构对用户下身的后侧进行清扫;开启手持清扫器,并控制手持清扫器对用户的上身进行清扫;开启鞋底清扫器,鞋底清扫器对用户的鞋底进行清扫;清扫完成后,关闭第一清扫机构、第二清扫机构、手持清扫器和鞋底清扫器,打开门栏,用户退出清扫空腔,随后关闭门栏140。
这里需要说明的是,上述各清扫机构的开启和关闭顺序并不限定,用户可以根据自己的喜好或习惯选择开启和关闭顺序。
具体的,第一清扫机构180安装于围框架130内,第一清扫机构180能够伸入清扫空腔220,第二清扫机构190安装于门栏140靠近清扫空腔220的一侧,第一清扫机构180和第二清扫机构190共同作用,对用户的裤子进行清扫。手持清扫器150与围框架130连接,手持清扫器150用于供用户手持,用户将手持清扫器150在衣服的表面上滑过,以对用户的衣服进行清扫。鞋底清扫器160安装于吸尘空腔111内,鞋底清扫器160能够对用户的鞋底进行清扫。鞋面清扫机构170安装于围框架130上,鞋面清扫机构170用于对用户的鞋面进行清扫。
鞋底清扫器160包括第二吸尘机构161和第四清扫机构162。第二吸尘机构161和第四清扫机构162均安装于吸尘空腔111内,第四清扫机构162用于对用户的鞋底进行清扫,第二吸尘机构161设置于第四清扫机构162的下方,第四清扫机构162能够穿过通孔121,并对用户的鞋底进行清扫,从用户鞋底扫落的粉尘在第二吸尘机构161的作用下穿过通孔121进入第二吸尘机构161,防止粉尘飞扬,并且第二吸尘机构161还能够吸入第一清扫机构180和第二清扫机构190从用户的裤子上扫落的粉尘,除尘效果好。
本实施例中,围框架130可以包括依次连接的第一侧壁131、第二侧壁132和第三侧壁133,门栏140的一侧与第一侧壁131的外边缘铰接,另一侧与第三侧壁133的外边缘可拆卸连接;第一清扫机构180可以为四个,其中一个第一清扫机构180设于第一侧壁131上,用于对用户的左侧裤腿进行清扫;其中两个第一清扫机构180设于第二侧壁132上,分别用于对用户两条裤腿的前侧进行清扫;另一个第一清扫机构180设于第三侧壁133上,用于对用户的右侧裤腿进行清扫。这里是围框架的一种具体形式,用户进入清扫空腔内后,面朝第二侧壁,第一侧壁上的第一清扫机构位于用户的左侧、第二侧壁上的两个第一清扫机构则位于用户前侧、第三侧壁上的第一清扫机构位于用户的右侧,开启四个第一清扫机构180,则四个第一清扫机构分别对用户的左裤腿左侧、左裤腿前侧、右裤腿前侧和右裤腿右侧进行清扫。
具体的,本实施例中,请参照图12,第一清扫机构180可以包括伸缩组件181和第一清扫组件182,伸缩组件181的固定端固接于围框架130的侧壁上、伸缩端朝向清扫空腔内部;第一清扫组件包括第二驱动电机185和第二滚筒刷187,第二滚筒刷竖直设置且顶 端枢接于伸缩组件的伸缩端,第二驱动电机固接于伸缩组件上,且第二驱动电机的驱动端与第二滚筒刷的顶端连接,用于驱动第二滚筒刷转动。这里是第一清扫机构的一种具体形式,无需使用除尘清洁装置时,伸缩组件驱动第一清扫组件呈缩回状态;用户进入清扫腔室后,开启伸缩组件,伸缩组件带动第一清扫组件朝向用户的方向伸出,以使第一清扫组件的第二滚筒刷贴近用户的下身;随后开启第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机驱动第二滚筒刷滚动对用户下身进行充分有效的清扫。清扫完成后,关闭第二驱动电机并控制伸缩组件缩回初始位置,以减少用户等对第一清扫机构造成的碰撞等损坏。
本实施例中,请参照图13,除尘清洁装置还可以包括鞋面清扫机构,鞋面清扫机构包括刷头,刷头连接于第二侧壁上第二滚筒刷的底端,且刷头用于对用户的鞋面进行清扫。这里是鞋面清扫机构的一种具体设置形式,第二侧壁上的两个第二滚筒刷的底端各连接一个刷头,用户进入清扫空腔踩踏于承载架上时,伸缩组件带动第二滚筒刷和其底端的刷头朝向用户伸出,两个刷头分别位于用户两只鞋子的上方;开启第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机驱动第二滚筒刷转动并带动刷头与其同步转动,其中,第二滚筒刷对用户的下身进行清扫,同时刷头对用户的鞋面进行清扫。上述设置形式,只需使用一个驱动装置就能够实现第二滚筒刷和刷头对用户下身的鞋面的清扫,结构简单、实用性强。
本实施例中,请参照图14,除尘清洁装置还可以包括中部清扫机构,中部清扫机构包括中部伸缩组件和中部清扫组件230,中部伸缩组件的固定端固接于围框架130的第二侧壁上,且位于两个第一清扫机构的中间位置处,中部伸缩组件的伸缩端朝向清扫空腔内部;中部清扫组件230包括中部驱动电机231和弯折滚筒刷232,弯折滚筒刷232包括外倾部2321和竖直部2322,外倾部2321的顶端枢接于中部伸缩组件的伸缩端,外倾部自上向下朝向清扫空腔的内部倾斜设置,竖直部2322的顶端连接于外倾部的底端;中部驱动电机231固接于中部伸缩组件上,且中部驱动电机的驱动端与弯折滚筒刷的外倾部顶端连接,用于驱动外倾部转动,并带动竖直部转动。用户进入清扫空腔内进行清扫时,可以开启中部清扫机构的中部伸缩组件,中部伸缩组件带动中部清扫组件230朝向用户的方向伸出,其中,外倾部向前伸出,带动竖直部2322伸至用户的两腿之间,随后开启中部驱动电机,中部驱动电机驱动外倾部2321转动并带动竖直部转动,对用户两裤腿的内侧进行清扫,从而进一步提高除尘清洁装置对用户下身的清洁全面性;清扫完成后,关闭中部驱动电机,控制中部伸缩组件缩回初始位置即可。
具体的,外倾部与竖直部之间可以采用柔性件进行柔性连接,也可以通过万向节进行连接,以实现弯折滚筒刷的转动。
除上述形式外,本实施例中,围框架130还可以包括依次连接的第一侧壁131、第二侧壁132和第三侧壁133。门栏140的一侧与第一侧壁131铰接,另一侧与第三侧壁133 可拆卸连接,第一侧壁131与第三侧壁133相对设置,第二侧壁132与门栏140相对设置,门栏140能够相对于第一侧壁131转动,门栏140通过锁扣或者电磁门吸的方式与第三侧壁133可拆卸连接。本实施例中,第一清扫机构180的数量为三个,第一个第一清扫机构180设置于第一侧壁131内,第二个第一清扫机构180设置于第二侧壁132内,第三个第一清扫机构180设置于第三侧壁133内。
具体的,鞋面清扫机构170也可以包括第一驱动电机171和第一滚筒刷172。第一滚筒刷172平行间隔地设置于承载架120上,当用户站在承载架120上时,用户的鞋子位于第一滚筒刷172和承载架120之间,第一滚筒刷172相对于承载架120转动,以对用户的鞋面进行清扫。第一滚筒刷172的一端与第一侧壁131转动连接,另一端与第二侧壁132转动连接,以实现第一滚筒刷172的转动工作。第一驱动电机171安装于围框架130内,且与第一滚筒刷172连接,以带动第一滚筒刷172转动。
第一滚筒刷172包括第一连接部173、滚筒部174、第二连接部175和刷毛部176。第一连接部173通过滚筒部174与第二连接部175固定连接,本实施例中,第一连接部173、滚筒部174和第二连接部175一体成型,以提高连接强度。第一连接部173与第一侧壁131转动连接,第二连接部175与第二侧壁132转动连接。刷毛部176套设于滚筒部174外,以对用户的鞋面进行清扫。本实施例中,第一驱动电机171与第一连接部173传动连接,以带动第一连接部173转动。
第一清扫机构180包括伸缩组件181和第一清扫组件182。伸缩组件181和第一清扫组件182均设置于围框架130内,伸缩组件181与第一清扫组件182连接,以带动第一清扫组件182进入清扫空腔220,并运动到预设位置。本实施例中,第一清扫机构180还包括距离传感器183,距离传感器183安装于第一清扫组件182上,且与伸缩组件181连接,当距离传感器183感应到第一清扫组件182运动到预设位置时,距离传感器183控制伸缩组件181停止,从而使得第一清扫组件182的位置固定,便于对裤子进行清扫。当需要对用户的裤子进行清扫时,伸缩组件181带动第一清扫组件182进入清扫空腔220,第一清扫组件182在距离传感器183的控制下运动到预设位置,此时第一清扫组件182与用户的裤子接触,对裤子进行清扫;当清扫完成后,伸缩组件181带动第一清扫组件182缩回围框架130,第一清扫组件182隐藏于围框架130内,整洁美观。
请参照图4,具体的,第一清扫组件182包括机架184、第二驱动电机185、第一传动件186和多个第二滚筒刷187。多个第二滚筒刷187间隔安装于机架184内,且均与机架184转动连接,多个第二滚筒刷187能够同步转动,以对用户的裤子进行清扫。第二驱动电机185固定安装于机架184上,且通过第一传动件186与多个第二滚筒刷187连接,以带动多个第二滚筒刷187同步转动。伸缩组件181与机架184连接,伸缩机构能够带动机 架184运动,第二滚筒刷187能够在伸缩组件181带动机架184进入清扫空腔220时对用户的裤子进行清扫。
需要说明的是,第二滚筒刷187的具体结构与第一滚筒刷172的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中,围框架130和门栏140组合形成筒状,便于用户进入清扫空腔220。除尘清洁装置100竖直放置,第二滚筒刷187的延伸方向与筒状的轴向平行,即第二滚筒刷187的延伸方向为竖直方向,伸缩组件181的伸缩方向与筒状的轴向垂直,即伸缩组件181的伸缩方向为水平方向。
第一传动件186包括第一链轮1861、传动链条1862和多个第二链轮1863。第二驱动电机185设置有输出轴188,第一链轮1861套设于输出轴188外,输出轴188能够带动第一链轮1861转动。每个第二链轮1863套设于一个第二滚筒刷187外,第一链轮1861通过传动链条1862与多个第二链轮1863连接,第二驱动电机185启动,输出轴188带动第一链轮1861转动,从而带动多个第二链轮1863同步转动,进而带动多个第二滚筒刷187同步转动。
请参照图5,具体的,伸缩组件181包括容置筒1811、伸缩柱1812和液压件1813。容置筒1811固定安装于围框架130内,伸缩柱1812设置于容置筒1811内,且能够相对于容置筒1811滑动,液压件1813安装于容置筒1811内,且与伸缩柱1812连接,以控制伸缩柱1812缩入或者伸出容置筒1811,伸缩柱1812与机架184固定连接,以带动机架184伸缩,从而实现对用户的裤子的清扫工作。本实施例中,液压件1813包括液压单元(图未示)、控制单元(图未示)和油缸(图未示)。油缸通过控制单元与液压单元连接,液压单元与伸缩柱1812连接,控制单元用于控制油缸进油或者出油,以使伸缩柱1812缩入或者伸出容置筒1811。
本实施例中,距离传感器183安装于机架184上,且与液压件1813连接,距离传感器183能够在感应到机架184运动到预设位置时控制液压件1813停止,从而使得机架184停止运动,便于对用户的裤子进行清扫。具体地,距离传感器183为红外线距离传感器。
请参照图6,第二清扫机构190安装于门栏140靠近清扫空腔220的一侧,本实施例中,第二清扫机构190与门栏140的相对位置不变,当需要对用户的裤子进行清扫时,关闭门栏140,第二清扫机构190即能够与用户的裤子接触,对裤子进行清扫。
第二清扫机构190包括第三驱动电机191、第二传动件192和多个第三滚筒刷193。多个第三滚筒刷193间隔安装于门栏140上,且均与门栏140转动连接,多个第三滚筒刷193能够同步转动,以对用户的裤子进行清扫。第三驱动电机191固定安装于门栏140内,且通过第二传动件192与多个第三滚筒刷193连接,以带动多个第三滚筒刷193同步转动。 具体地,第二传动件192的具体结构与第一传动件186的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。第三滚筒刷193的具体结构与第一滚筒刷172的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。
第二清扫机构除上述设置形式外,本实施例中,第二清扫机构还可以为三个,三个第二清扫机构沿门栏的宽度方向分散分布,自左向右依次用于对用户的左裤腿的后侧、左裤腿与右裤腿之间和右裤腿的后侧进行清扫。使用时,三个第二清扫机构依次对用户的左裤腿后侧、臀部和右裤腿后侧进行清扫。具体的,第二清扫机构的结构可以与第一清扫机构的结构相同,这里不再赘述。
请结合参照图7、图8和图9,手持清扫器150包括连接软管151、外壳152、第一吸尘机构153和第三清扫机构154。外壳152通过连接软管151与围框架130连接,本实施例中,外壳152用于供用户手持,连接软管151由塑料材料制成,便于用户移动外壳152,从而实现对衣服的全方位清扫。第三清扫机构154安装于外壳152内,第三清扫机构154用于对用户的衣服进行清扫。第一吸尘机构153安装于围框架130内,且通过连接软管151与外壳152连接,第三清扫机构154从用户的衣服上扫落的粉尘在第一吸尘机构153的吸力作用下通过连接软管151进入第一吸尘机构153,防止粉尘飞扬,并且能够对清扫下来的粉尘进行储存,当储存到预设容量时,需要人工对第一吸尘机构153进行清理,倒出其内的粉尘。
具体的,第三清扫机构154包括第四驱动电机155和第四滚筒刷156。第四滚筒刷156安装于外壳152内,且能够相对于外壳152转动,以对用户的衣服进行清扫。第四驱动电机155安装于外壳152内,且与第四滚筒刷156连接,以带动第四滚筒刷156转动。具体地,第四滚筒刷156的具体结构与第一滚筒刷172的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,围框架130内设置有容置通道134,连接软管151设置于容置通道134内,且能够伸出或者缩进容置通道134,以便于用户清扫衣服或者放置复位。容置通道134的出口处设置有用于放置外壳152的放置台135,便于在清扫完成后对外壳152进行放置。本实施例中,外壳152上设置有卡钩157,放置台135上设置有卡扣136,卡钩157选择性地与卡扣136卡接,以在清扫完成后对外壳152与放置台135的相对位置进行固定,防止外壳152脱离放置台135。
具体的,第一吸尘机构153可以包括控制器1531、电机1532、风机1533和滤尘袋1534。控制器1531与电机1532连接,以控制电机1532的转速。电机1532与风机1533连接,电机1532能够带动风机1533转动形成负压,以吸取清扫下来的粉尘。风机1533的一侧与连接软管151连通,另一侧与滤尘袋1534连通,风机1533能够将从连接软管151吸入的粉尘输送到滤尘袋1534内,以便于对粉尘的储存,当储存到预设容量时,拆下滤尘袋1534,清除其内的粉尘。
具体的,外壳152包括一体成型的手持柄1521和清扫台1522。手持柄1521用于供用户手持,手持柄1521的形状与人手的曲线相匹配,以提高用户的舒适度。手持柄1521与连接软管151连接,清扫台1522设置有开口1523,第四滚筒刷156与清扫台1522转动连接,且伸出开口1523,便于对衣服进行清扫,第四滚筒刷156从衣服上扫下的粉尘在第一吸尘机构153的作用下通过开口1523进入清扫台1522,从而通过手持柄1521和连接软管151进入第一吸尘机构153。
请参照图10,第四清扫机构162包括升降组件163和第二清扫组件164。升降组件163与第二清扫组件164连接,且能够带动第二清扫组件164升起或者降落。当需要对用户的鞋底进行清扫时,升降组件163带动第二清扫组件164升起,第二清扫组件164穿过通孔121,对用户的鞋底进行清扫;当清扫完成后,升降组件163带动第二清扫组件164降落,第二清扫组件164隐藏于承载架120下,整洁美观。
需要说明的是,第二清扫组件164的具体结构与第一清扫组件182的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。升降组件163的具体结构与伸缩组件181的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中,第二吸尘机构161固定安装于底座110内,且间隔设置于机架184的底部。第二吸尘机构161的具体结构与第一吸尘机构153的具体结构相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中,第一个紫外线杀菌灯200固定安装于外壳152内,以对用户的衣服进行杀菌处理,第二个紫外线杀菌灯200固定安装于围框架130内,以对用户的裤子进行杀菌处理,第三个紫外线杀菌灯200固定安装于底座110内,以对用户的鞋底进行杀菌处理。
请参照图11,需要说明的是,承载架120呈网状,承载架120包括多个第一承载条122和多个第二承载条123,每个第一承载条122与多个第二承载条123交叉设置,多个第一承载条122和多个第二承载条123组合形成多个通孔121。本实施例中,第一承载条122与第二承载条123相互垂直,多个第一承载条122平行间隔分布,多个第二承载条123平行间隔分布,形成的多个通孔121均呈正方形。
本申请实施例提供的除尘清洁装置100,围框架130固定安装于底座110上,门栏140的一侧与围框架130铰接,另一侧与围框架130可拆卸连接,围框架130与门栏140组合形成清扫空腔220,承载架120设置于围框架130内,且放置于底座110上,底座110内设置有吸尘空腔111,承载架120上设置有通孔121,清扫空腔220通过通孔121与吸尘空腔111连通;第一清扫机构180安装于围框架130内,第二清扫机构190安装于门栏140靠近清扫空腔220的一侧,第一清扫机构180和第二清扫机构190均用于对用户的下身进行清扫;手持清扫器150包括连接软管151、外壳152、第一吸尘机构153和第三清扫机构154,第一吸尘机构153安装于围框架130内,且通过连接软管151与外壳152连接,第三清扫机构154安装于外壳152内,第三清扫机构154用于对用户的上身进行清扫;鞋底清 扫器160包括第二吸尘机构161和第四清扫机构162,第二吸尘机构161和第四清扫机构162均安装于吸尘空腔111内,第四清扫机构162用于对用户的鞋底进行清扫。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的除尘清洁装置100由于采用了设置于清扫空腔220内的第一清扫机构180和第二清扫机构190、安装于外壳152内的第三清扫机构154以及安装于吸尘空腔111内的第四清扫机构162,所以能够在用户进入清扫空腔220时对用户的全身以及鞋底进行清扫除尘,避免将粉尘带入室内,清洁效率高,清洁效果好,健康实用,用户体验感好。

本实施例提供的除尘清洁装置及其使用方法,围框架内的第一清扫机构、第二清扫机构、手持清扫器和鞋底清扫器能够对用户的下身左侧、前侧、右侧、后侧以及上身和鞋底进行全面清扫,清洁效果好,能够有效减少用户带入户内的粉尘。
Claims (20)
- 一种除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,包括底座、承载架、围框架、门栏、手持清扫器、鞋底清扫器、第一清扫机构和第二清扫机构,所述围框架固定安装于所述底座上,所述门栏的一侧与所述围框架铰接,另一侧与所述围框架可拆卸连接,所述围框架与所述门栏组合形成清扫空腔,所述承载架设置于所述围框架内,且放置于所述底座上,所述底座内设置有吸尘空腔,所述承载架上设置有通孔,所述清扫空腔通过所述通孔与所述吸尘空腔连通;所述第一清扫机构安装于所述围框架内,所述第二清扫机构安装于所述门栏靠近所述清扫空腔的一侧,所述第一清扫机构和所述第二清扫机构均配置成对用户的下身进行清扫;所述手持清扫器包括连接软管、外壳、第一吸尘机构和第三清扫机构,所述第一吸尘机构安装于所述围框架内,且通过所述连接软管与所述外壳连接,所述第三清扫机构安装于所述外壳内,所述第三清扫机构配置成对用户的上身进行清扫;所述鞋底清扫器包括第二吸尘机构和第四清扫机构,所述第二吸尘机构和所述第四清扫机构均安装于所述吸尘空腔内,所述第四清扫机构配置成对用户的鞋底进行清扫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述围框架包括依次连接的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,所述门栏的一侧与所述第一侧壁的外边缘铰接,另一侧与所述第三侧壁的外边缘可拆卸连接;所述第一清扫机构为四个,其中一个所述第一清扫机构设于所述第一侧壁上,配置成对用户的左侧裤腿进行清扫;其中两个所述第一清扫机构设于所述第二侧壁上,分别配置成对用户两条裤腿的前侧进行清扫;另一个所述第一清扫机构设于所述第三侧壁上,配置成对用户的右侧裤腿进行清扫。
- 根据权利要求2所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一清扫机构包括伸缩组件和第一清扫组件,所述伸缩组件的固定端固接于所述围框架的侧壁上、伸缩端朝向所述清扫空腔内部;所述第一清扫组件包括第二驱动电机和第二滚筒刷,所述第二滚筒刷竖直设置且顶端枢接于所述伸缩组件的伸缩端,所述第二驱动电机固接于所述伸缩组件上,且所述第二驱动电机的驱动端与所述第二滚筒刷的顶端连接,配置成驱动所述第二滚筒刷转动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括鞋面清扫机构,所述鞋面清扫机构包括刷头,所述刷头连接于所述第二侧壁上第二滚筒刷的底端,且所述刷头配置成对用户的鞋面进行清扫。
- 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括中部清扫机构,所述中部清扫机构包括中部伸缩组件和中部清扫组件,所述中部伸缩组件的固定端固 接于所述围框架的第二侧壁上,且位于两个所述第一清扫机构的中间位置处,所述中部伸缩组件的伸缩端朝向所述清扫空腔内部;所述中部清扫组件包括中部驱动电机和弯折滚筒刷,所述弯折滚筒刷包括外倾部和竖直部,所述外倾部的顶端枢接于所述中部伸缩组件的伸缩端,所述外倾部自上向下朝向所述清扫空腔的内部倾斜设置,所述竖直部的顶端连接于所述外倾部的底端;所述中部驱动电机固接于所述中部伸缩组件上,且所述中部驱动电机的驱动端与所述弯折滚筒刷的外倾部顶端连接,配置成驱动所述外倾部转动,并带动所述竖直部转动。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二清扫机构为三个,三个所述第二清扫机构沿所述门栏的宽度方向分散分布,自左向右依次配置成对用户的左裤腿的后侧、左裤腿与右裤腿之间和右裤腿的后侧进行清扫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述围框架包括依次连接的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,所述门栏的一侧与所述第一侧壁铰接,另一侧与所述第三侧壁可拆卸连接,所述第一清扫机构的数量为三个,三个所述第一清扫机构一一对应地设置于所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述除尘清洁装置还包括鞋面清扫机构,所述鞋面清扫机构包括第一驱动电机和第一滚筒刷,所述第一滚筒刷平行间隔地设置于所述承载架上,所述第一滚筒刷的一端与所述第一侧壁转动连接,另一端与所述第二侧壁转动连接,所述第一驱动电机安装于所述围框架内,且与所述第一滚筒刷连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚筒刷包括第一连接部、滚筒部、第二连接部和刷毛部,所述第一连接部、所述滚筒部和所述第二连接部依次固接,所述刷毛部套设于所述滚筒部上。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一吸尘机构包括控制器、电机、风机和滤尘袋,所述控制器与所述电机连接,所述电机与所述风机连接,所述电机能够带动所述风机转动形成负压,所述风机的一侧与所述连接软管连通,另一侧与所述滤尘袋连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一清扫机构包括伸缩组件和第一清扫组件,所述第一清扫组件包括机架、第二驱动电机、第一传动件和多个第二滚筒刷,多个所述第二滚筒刷间隔安装于所述机架内,且均与所述机架转动连接,所述第二驱动电机固定安装于所述机架上,且通过所述第一传动件与多个所述第二滚筒刷连接,所述伸缩组件与所述机架连接,所述第二滚筒刷能够在所述伸缩组件带动所述机架进入所述清扫空腔时对用户的下身进行清扫。
- 根据权利要求11所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩组件包括容置筒、 伸缩柱和液压件,所述容置筒固定安装于所述围框架内,所述伸缩柱设置于所述容置筒内,且能够相对于所述容置筒滑动,所述液压件安装于所述容置筒内,且与所述伸缩柱连接,所述伸缩柱与所述机架固定连接。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一传动件包括第一链轮、传动链条和多个第二链轮,所述第二驱动电机设置有输出轴,所述第一链轮套设于所述输出轴上,每个所述第二链轮套设于一个所述第二滚筒刷外,所述第一链轮通过所述传动链条与多个所述第二链轮连接。
- 根据权利要求3、4、11-13中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一清扫机构还包括距离传感器,所述距离传感器安装于所述第一清扫组件上,且与所述伸缩组件连接。
- 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二清扫机构包括第三驱动电机、第二传动件和多个第三滚筒刷,多个所述第三滚筒刷间隔安装于所述门栏上,且均与所述门栏转动连接,所述第三驱动电机固定安装于所述门栏内,且通过所述第二传动件与多个所述第三滚筒刷连接。
- 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述除尘清洁装置还包括三个紫外线杀菌灯,第一个所述紫外线杀菌灯固定安装于所述手持清扫器的外壳内,第二个所述紫外线杀菌灯固定安装于所述围框架内,第三个所述紫外线杀菌灯固定安装于所述底座内。
- 根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述围框架内设有容置通道,所述手持清扫器的连接软管容纳于所述容置通道内,且能够伸出或缩进所述容置通道内;所述容置通道的出口处设有配置成放置所述手持清扫器外壳的放置台。
- 根据权利要求17所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述手持清扫器的外壳上设有卡钩,所述放置台上设有卡扣,所述卡钩与所述卡扣可拆卸式卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,所述除尘清洁装置还包括多个万向轮,多个所述万向轮呈矩形阵列地安装于所述底座的底部。
- 一种使用方法,配置成使用权利要求1-19中任一项所述的除尘清洁装置,其特征在于,使用步骤包括:打开门栏,用户进入清扫空腔内,并踩踏于承载架上,关闭门栏;开启第一清扫机构,第一清扫机构对用户下身的前侧、左侧和右侧进行清扫;开启第二清扫机构,第二清扫机构对用户下身的后侧进行清扫;开启手持清扫器,并控制手持清扫器对用户的上身进行清扫;开启鞋底清扫器,鞋底清扫器对用户的鞋底进行清扫;清扫完成后,关闭第一清扫机构、第二清扫机构、手持清扫器和鞋底清扫器,打开门栏,用户退出清扫空腔,关闭门栏。
