实施例
本实施例提供了一种具有照明功能的汽车内后视镜,该汽车内后视镜将传统的汽车内后视镜的功能及照明功能集成在一个结构中,丰富了汽车内后视镜的使用。
请参考图1-4,该汽车内后视镜包括后视镜主体结构100及配置成照明的照明组件200。
其中,后视镜主体结构100安装在汽车挡风玻璃上,主要起传统汽车内后视镜的功能,方便驾车人员观察汽车后方的动态。
照明组件200安装在后视镜主体结构100内并从后视镜主体结构100的底部伸出。
如此,由于在后视镜主体结构100内安装有照明组件200,并且该照明组件200能够从后视镜主体结构100的底部伸出,使得该汽车内后视镜不仅具备传统汽车内后视镜的作用,还具有提照明的功能。本申请实施例通过将传统汽车内后视镜的功能及照明功能集成在一个结构中,不仅简化了安装,提高了整车的内饰效果,并且该照明组件200能够随着后视镜主体结构100而动作,使得照明组件200的角度可调,极大的方便了用户的使用。
请继续参考图3,在一种实施例中,后视镜主体结构100包括后视镜主体110及安装支架120,该后视镜主体110可采用现有技术中任意一种汽车内后视镜,也可以采用本申请在下文中所提供的带有控制组件、显示屏116、玻璃111和隔光膜117等的后视镜主体110。该安装支架120安装在汽车挡风玻璃上,而后视镜主体110则安装在安装支架120上。
一般的,在实际进行安装时,需要现在汽车挡风玻璃上粘贴一底片(图中间未示出), 再将安装支架120通过螺钉或螺柱等安装到底片上。
该安装支架120可以采用现有的任意一种支架。另外,该安装支架120也可以采用如图3所示实例中的结构。
具体的,请继续参考图3,该安装支架120包括支架座121,该支架座121配置成固定安装到底片上,具体可采用诸如螺钉等紧固件来实现支架座121的安装,该支架座121具有球形的连接部,在该连接部上连接有支架杆122,该支架杆122与连接部相连的部位具有球形空腔,通过球形空腔与球形的连接部的配合可使得支架杆122在一定范围内进行转动。
此外,为了进一步加大转动范围,支架杆122的另一端也可以设置成具有球形空腔,而在该球形空腔内可连接两端均设置有球体的支架帽123,该支架帽123的一端连接在支架杆122的另一端,支架帽123的另一端则转动安装到后视镜主体110内。
为了保证支架帽123与后视镜主体110安装连接的可靠性,在后视镜主体110内固定设置有一可容纳支架帽123另一端球体的转接座124,该转接座124能够包裹在支架帽123的另一端,最终使得后视镜主体110与安装支架120之间具有较大范围的灵活的转动。该转接座124在后视镜主体110内的安装详见下文有关描述。
请参考图5-8,在一种实施例中,后视镜主体110包括壳体、置于壳体内部的控制组件及设置在壳体前侧的玻璃111,控制组件与照明组件200相连,配置成控制照明组件200的亮灭。
玻璃111则用来反射车后方的路况信息,方便驾车人员观察汽车后方的动态。
在某些实施例中,玻璃111可采用全反射镜,此时该玻璃111与现有汽车内后视镜的玻璃相同或者类似。
在另一些实施例中,例如在下文中所介绍的装设有显示屏116的实施例中,为了能够观察到显示屏116中所显示的内容,该玻璃111也可采用半透半反镜。当然,此时玻璃111也可由两部分组成,例如可以这样设置,玻璃111的一半采用全反射镜组成,另一半则采用透镜或者半透半反镜,显示屏116则可以安装在该另一半玻璃111的后方,便于通过该部分玻璃111而显示时间等一些内容。再者,例如在图3所示的实例中,还可以在玻璃111的后方设置一隔光膜117,此时后方设置有隔光膜117的这部分玻璃111自然就成为了反射镜。
请参考图3,在一种实施例中,控制组件包括控制板112及与控制板112相连的触摸控制片113,触摸控制片113设置在壳体的底部,照明组件200连接于控制板112,通过触摸触摸控制片113可实现对照明组件200的控制。
该控制板112为印刷电路板(PCB),配置成对照明组件200等进行控制,而触摸控制 片113则配置成方便驾车人员或其它人员的手工操作,通过设定不同的触摸控制片113,可以控制照明组件200搭配出不同的光线。
例如在图3所示的实例中,照明组件200共设置有两组,触摸控制片113则设置有三组,并沿直线排列,其中处于两端的触摸控制片113分别对应连接于一组照明组件200,通过触摸该触摸控制片113可分别对两组照明组件200进行控制。而处于中间的触摸控制片113则同时连接于两组照明组件200,以实现对两组照明组件200的同时控制。
本申请实施例通过对照明组件200及触摸控制片113的上述设置能够方便用户进行多种方式调节。
在某些具体的实施例中,上述触摸控制片113可选择铜片等。
当然,在其它实例中,照明组件200及触摸控制片113还可以设置更多组,以搭配出更多不同的光线组合。
另外,在其它实施例中,也可以不设置触摸控制片113,而用一块触摸屏或者按键或者按钮等来取代。
请结合参考图3及图9-11,在一种实施例中,照明组件200包括LED灯210、灯罩220、散热板230及灯杯240,灯杯240安装在壳体的底部,LED灯210穿过灯杯240并伸向壳体外,灯罩220罩盖在LED灯210上,灯罩220安装在散热板230上,散热板230安装在灯杯240上。
由于将灯罩220及LED灯210安装在散热板230上,可方便对LED灯210进行散热,有利于提高LED灯210的使用寿命。
进一步的,请参考图12-13,灯杯240包括杯罩241及设置在杯罩241上的散热部242,散热部242具有多个凸出的散热筋条2421,散热部242的顶部具有倾斜设置的安装面2422,散热板230安装在安装面2422上。
由此,通过杯罩241的设置能够对LED灯210的光线进行聚拢,有效提高LED灯210的发光效果。
而散热部242的设计有利于对LED灯210进行散热,同时由于散热板230的倾斜式安装能够提高散热面积,从而进一步提升对LED灯210的散热效果。
在某些具体的实施例中,散热板230可采用铝基板。
为了简化照明组件200的安装及便于用户操作触摸控制片113,壳体可以采用以下一种示例结构,但需要理解的是,壳体不限于下述示例结构。
请结合参考图1及图5-8,壳体可以包括前壳114及后壳115,前壳114扣设在后壳115上以形成安装腔,后壳115设置有与安装腔连通的安装孔1151,照明组件200安装在安装孔1151处,触摸控制片113则可以设置在后壳115的底部,控制板112设置在安装腔内。
在某些实施例中,请参考图5-6,前壳114具有朝向后壳115的后侧及背向后壳115的前侧,控制板112可以通过螺钉等固定安装在后侧,前侧限定出显示腔1141及反射腔1142,前文中的显示屏116就可以安装在该显示腔1141内,反射腔1142内设置有隔光膜117,前述玻璃111覆盖在显示屏116及隔光膜117的表面,由于设置有隔光膜117,结合前文所述,此时该玻璃111可选择透明玻璃。
进一步的,为了实现对显示屏116的控制,控制组件还可以包括配置成控制显示屏116的触摸板118,该触摸板118可以采用FPC板,通过触摸可以调节显示屏116的亮度或者对比度等。
另外,为了实现显示屏116及玻璃111的安装,还可以在它们的安装处设置泡棉101等。
此外,为了保证显示屏116的安装可靠性,在显示屏116的上方还可以设置上盖102,配置成对显示屏116进行限位。
除以上所述外,还可以在反射腔1142内设置限位槽1142a,在限位槽1142a内可安装有刻有字符的PET板119,隔光膜117具有供字符透过的镂空区域,该隔光膜117可采用一片不透光的纸,例如一片黑膜等。
接前文所述,为了实现转接座124与后视镜主体110的安装,在后壳115的内部还形成有安装槽1152,前述转接座124可以通过螺钉等固定安装在该安装槽1152内,同时该转接座124具有类似于支架杆122的球形空腔,安装支架120的一端,具体支架帽123的另一端连接到转接座124内。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有照明功能的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,包括:
    后视镜主体结构,其安装在汽车挡风玻璃上;及
    配置成照明的照明组件,所述照明组件安装在所述后视镜主体结构内并从所述后视镜主体结构的底部伸出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述后视镜主体结构包括后视镜主体及安装支架,所述安装支架安装在汽车挡风玻璃上,所述后视镜主体安装在所述安装支架上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述后视镜主体包括壳体、置于所述壳体内部的控制组件及设置在所述壳体前侧的玻璃,所述控制组件与所述照明组件相连,配置成控制所述照明组件的亮灭。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括控制板及与所述控制板相连的触摸控制片,所述触摸控制片设置在所述壳体的底部,所述照明组件连接于所述控制板,通过触摸所述触摸控制片可实现对所述照明组件的控制。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述照明组件包括LED灯、灯罩、散热板及灯杯,所述灯杯安装在所述壳体的底部,所述LED灯穿过所述灯杯并伸向所述壳体外,所述灯罩罩盖在所述LED灯上,所述灯罩安装在所述散热板上,所述散热板安装在所述灯杯上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述灯杯包括杯罩及设置在所述杯罩上的散热部,所述散热部具有多个凸出的散热筋条,所述散热部的顶部具有倾斜设置的安装面,所述散热板安装在所述安装面上。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前壳及后壳,所述前壳扣设在所述后壳上以形成安装腔,所述后壳设置有与所述安装腔连通的安装孔,所述照明组件安装在所述安装孔处,所述触摸控制片设置在所述后壳的底部,所述控制板设置在所述安装腔内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述前壳具有朝向所述后壳的后侧及背向所述后壳的前侧,所述控制板固定安装在所述后侧,所述前侧限定出显示腔及反射腔,所述显示腔内设置有显示屏,所述反射腔内设置有隔光膜,所述玻璃覆盖在所述显示屏及所述隔光膜的表面。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述控制组件还包括配置成控制所述显示屏的触摸板。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的汽车内后视镜,其特征在于,所述反射腔具有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有刻有字符的PET板,所述隔光膜具有供所述字符透过的镂空区域。
