一种可燃垃圾处理装置,包括烘干箱(1)、上盖(2)、横杆(3)、第一气缸(4)、第二气缸(5)、压盘(6)、加热装置(7)、过滤板(8)、污水处理室(9)、燃烧室(11)、储尘室(12)、电机(13)、转轴(14)、推板(15)、燃剂入口(16)、气体净化室(17)和出气管(18);通过烘干箱(1)把垃圾内的污水挤压出去,然后在进行烘干;污水进入污水处理室(9)进行处理,烘干的垃圾排到燃烧室(11)内,并且通过燃剂入口(16)向内放置燃剂,使垃圾燃烧的更充分,燃烧产生的灰掉入储尘室(12)内进行处理;燃烧产生的烟尘通过气体净化室(17)进行处理。该装置结构简单,设计合理。
Description
本发明涉及垃圾处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种可燃垃圾处理装置。
垃圾的处理方式有多种,主要为填埋和焚烧。普通的填埋法,就是将垃圾掩埋于地下,虽然从外观上看可以作为一种保护环境的手段,但是埋藏起来的垃圾仍然对环境有极大的污染,各种垃圾均需要较长的自然降解时间,例如塑料需要上百年;金属需要几年到几十年不等(看是否耐腐蚀);尼龙性状稳定,自然降解要几十年;烟头和纸类差不多,需要数月至一年。而如果是焚烧法,可以回收一部分塑料,易拉罐也可以回收,其它的垃圾可以焚烧,但是在焚烧的过程中会大量产生对大气有污染的气体,例如二氧化硫、一氧化硫、二氧化碳、一氧化碳等。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可燃垃圾处理装置,其设计合理,结构简单,解决了现有技术中垃圾不易搬运,占地面积大,掩埋不易分解的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种可燃垃圾处理装置,其包括:烘干箱、上盖、横杆、第一气缸、第二气缸、压盘、加热装置、过滤板、污水处理室、燃烧室、储尘室、电机、转轴、推板、燃剂入口、气体净化室和出气管;在所述烘干箱的顶端设置上盖;在所述上盖的上端设置横杆,且上盖与横杆之间通过第一气缸连接;在所述上盖的底端中心设置第二 气缸;在所述第二气缸的下端设置压盘;在所述烘干箱的两侧设置加热装置;在所述烘干箱的底端设置污水处理室,且烘干箱与污水处理室之间通过过滤板连通,并且在污水处理室的左侧设置排放口;在所述烘干箱右侧设置燃烧室;在所述燃烧室的顶端设置燃剂入口;在所述燃烧室的底端设置储尘室;在所述储尘室的左侧中心设置电机;在所述储尘室的内部设置转轴;在所述转轴上设置推板;在所述储尘室的右端设置出尘口;在所述燃烧室的右侧设置气体净化室,且燃烧室与气体净化室之间通过出气管连接;在所述气体净化室的顶端设置排气口。
优选的是,在所述过滤板上设置若干过滤孔。
优选的是,所述推板呈螺旋状。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过烘干箱把垃圾内的污水挤压出去,然后在进行烘干;污水进入污水处理室进行处理,烘干的垃圾排到燃烧室内,并且通过燃剂入口向内放置燃剂,使垃圾燃烧的更充分,燃烧产生的灰掉入储尘室内进行处理;燃烧产生的烟尘通过气体净化室进行处理。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚 明确的界定。
请参阅附图1,本发明实施例包括:烘干箱1、上盖2、横杆3、第一气缸4、第二气缸5、压盘6、加热装置7、过滤板8、污水处理室9、燃烧室11、储尘室12、电机13、转轴14、推板15、燃剂入口16、气体净化室17和出气管18;在所述烘干箱1的顶端设置上盖2;在所述上盖2的上端设置横杆3,且上盖2与横杆3之间通过第一气缸4连接;在所述上盖2的底端中心设置第二气缸5;在所述第二气缸5的下端设置压盘6;在所述烘干箱1的两侧设置加热装置7;在所述烘干箱1的底端设置污水处理室9,且烘干箱1与污水处理室9之间通过过滤板8连通,并且在污水处理室9的左侧设置排放口10;在所述过滤板8上设置若干过滤孔,便于垃圾内的污水排到污水处理室9内。在所述烘干箱1右侧设置燃烧室11;在所述燃烧室11的顶端设置燃剂入口16;在所述燃烧室11的底端设置储尘室12;在所述储尘室12的左侧中心设置电机13;在所述储尘室12的内部设置转轴14,且转轴14穿过储尘室12与电机13连接;在所述转轴14上设置推板15,且推板15呈螺旋状。在所述储尘室12的右端设置出尘口20;在所述燃烧室11的右侧设置气体净化室17,且燃烧室11与气体净化室17之间通过出气管18连接;在所述气体净化室17的顶端设置排气口19。
本装置通过烘干箱1把垃圾内的污水挤压出去,然后在进行烘干;污水进入污水处理室9进行处理,烘干的垃圾排到燃烧室11内,并且通过燃剂入口16向内放置燃剂,使垃圾燃烧的更充分,燃烧产生的灰掉入储尘室12内进行处理;燃烧产生的烟尘通过气体净化室17进行处理。

- 一种可燃垃圾处理装置,其特征在于包括:烘干箱、上盖、横杆、第一气缸、第二气缸、压盘、加热装置、过滤板、污水处理室、燃烧室、储尘室、电机、转轴、推板、燃剂入口、气体净化室和出气管;在所述烘干箱的顶端设置上盖;在所述上盖的上端设置横杆,且上盖与横杆之间通过第一气缸连接;在所述上盖的底端中心设置第二气缸;在所述第二气缸的下端设置压盘;在所述烘干箱的两侧设置加热装置;在所述烘干箱的底端设置污水处理室,且烘干箱与污水处理室之间通过过滤板连通,并且在污水处理室的左侧设置排放口;在所述烘干箱右侧设置燃烧室;在所述燃烧室的顶端设置燃剂入口;在所述燃烧室的底端设置储尘室;在所述储尘室的左侧中心设置电机;在所述储尘室的内部设置转轴;在所述转轴上设置推板;在所述储尘室的右端设置出尘口;在所述燃烧室的右侧设置气体净化室,且燃烧室与气体净化室之间通过出气管连接;在所述气体净化室的顶端设置排气口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可燃垃圾处理装置,其特征在于:在所述过滤板上设置若干过滤孔。
