目前市面上的饮料制备设备的饮料萃取装置是将胶囊放入容纳腔中,通过注入沸水,完成饮料的冲泡。在上述饮料的制备过程中,不同规格胶囊存在手柄关闭力度不一致,兼容性不良,开启力度过大,且封闭式液压系统管道需借助于电磁阀或机械泄压装置才能开启手柄。
发明内容
本申请实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种开方式液压系统,可轻松关闭手柄。酿造管道无需辅助泄压装置,实现轻松开启手柄压力的饮料萃取装置及饮料制备设备。

第一下边框122的上表面设置有第三阻挡部1223。所述第三阻挡部1223朝向所述第一安装板11的侧面包括两个平面区域和一个曲面区域,曲面区域连接于两个平面区域之间。第三阻挡部1223的两个平面区域相互平行,并且第三阻挡部1223上靠近固定组件30的平面区域与第一安装板11的间距大于第三阻挡部1223上另一平面区域与第一安装板11的间距。第三阻挡部1223的曲面区域与第一阻挡部1211的曲面区域形状相同,所述第三阻挡部1223形成引导夹持件50上用于夹持胶囊的夹持端运动的第一下边框122的引导槽。
为使得夹持件50的夹持端在运动过程中更加平稳,第一阻挡部1211的平面区域和曲面区域光滑过渡;第二阻挡部1212的平面区域和曲面区域光滑过渡;第三阻挡部1223的两个平面区域和一个曲面区域光滑过渡。
所述第一引导件12固定安装于所述第一安装板11后,第一阻挡部1211、第二阻挡部1212和第一安装板11之间形成第一引导槽101,所述第三阻挡部1223和第一安装板11之间形成第二引导槽102。第一引导槽101和第二引导槽102分别与夹持件50的夹持端上下两侧配合, 引导夹持件50的夹持端相对于活塞组件40摆动。
如图5-7所示,所述第二支架20包括第二安装板21和第二引导件22。所述第二安装板21呈长条形平板状,所述第二安装板21设置有第二滑动槽211,所述第二滑动槽211由所述第二安装板21的一端延伸至另一端。所述第二滑动槽211共有两条,并且两条所述第二滑动槽211相互平行。所述第二安装板21还设置有第二通槽212,所述第二通槽212位于两个第二滑动槽211之间。
第二引导件22为矩形框架结构,所述第二引导件22包括第二上边框221、第二下边框222、第二左边框223和第二右边框224。第二上边框221、第二下边框222、第二左边框223和第二右边框224依次首尾相连。所述第二上边框221的下表面设置有第四阻挡部2211和第五阻挡部2212。所述第四阻挡部2211凸出于所述第二上边框221的下表面,所述第四阻挡部2211朝向所述第二安装板21的侧面包括平面区域和曲面区域。所述第五阻挡部2212背向所述第二安装板21的侧面包括平面区域和曲面区域。所述第四阻挡部2211的曲面区域和第五阻挡部2212的曲面区域相互平行,两者之间形成引导夹持件50上用于夹持胶囊的夹持端运动的第二上边框221的引导槽。
第二下边框222的上表面设置有第六阻挡部2223。所述第六阻挡部2223朝向所述第二安装板21的侧面包括两个平面区域和一个曲面区域,曲面区域连接于两个平面区域之间。第六阻挡部2223的两个平面区域相互平行,并且第六阻挡部2223上靠近固定组件30的平面区域与第二安装板21的间距大于第六阻挡部2223上另一平面区域与第二安装板21的间距。第六阻挡部2223的曲面区域与第四阻挡部2211的曲面区域形状相同。所述第六阻挡部2223形成引导夹持件50上用于夹持胶囊的夹持端运动的第二下边框222的引导槽。
为使得夹持件50的夹持端在运动过程中更加平稳,第四阻挡部2211的平面区域和曲面区域光滑过渡;第五阻挡部2212的平面区域和曲面区域光滑过渡;第六阻挡部2223的两个平面区域和一个曲面区域光滑过渡。
所述第二引导件22固定安装于所述第二安装板21后,第四阻挡部2211、第五阻挡部2212和第二安装板21之间形成第三引导槽201,所述第五阻挡部2212和第二安装板21之间形成第四引导槽202。第三引导槽201和第四引导槽202分别与夹持件50的夹持端上下两侧配合,引导夹持件50的夹持端相对于活塞组件40摆动。
在本实施例中,所述第一安装板11和第二安装板21为钣金件,所述第一引导件12和第二引导件22为注塑件。可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,所述第一安装板11和第一引导件12为一体成型结构,即所述第一支架10为一个完整的零部件。所述第一滑动槽111、第一引导槽101和第二引导槽102均设置于所述第一支架10上。所述第二安装板21和第二引导件22为一体成型结构,即所述第二支架20为一个完整的零部件。所述第二滑动槽211、第三引导槽201和第四引导槽202均设置于所述第二支架20上。
在本实施例中所述第一引导件12和第二引导件22分别设置有两个引导槽。即,所述第一引导件12设置有第一引导槽101和第二引导槽102;所述第二引导件22设置有第三引导槽201和第四引导槽202。
可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,第一支架10和第二支架20只需分别设置有一个引导槽,就可以分别引导两个夹持件50的夹持端相对于活塞组件40摆动,从而使得两个夹持件50上夹持端在活塞组件40的运行过程中做出张合动作。
如图8-10所示,所述固定组件30包括固定件31和弹性部件32,所述固定件31的一表面设置有容纳腔311,所述容纳腔311用于容纳胶囊。所述固定件31还包括第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和第二侧面分别位于所述容纳腔311的两侧。所述第一侧面与所述第一支架10的一端固定连接,所述第二侧面与所述第二支架20的一端固定连接。所述弹性部件32设置于所述容纳腔311内,并固定于所述容纳腔311的底部,其用于将用过的胶囊推出所述容纳腔311。所述弹性部件32具体为一弹簧。所述弹性部件32包括主体部321和弯折部322,该弯折部322呈V型,所述弯折部322的一端与所述主体部321固定连接。所述 容纳腔311的底面设置有安装孔3111,所述安装孔3111底部侧壁向内凹陷形成卡槽3112。所述弯折部322插入所述安装孔3111中,弯折部322的另一端抵持所述卡槽3112的上侧面。弯折部322的V型尖底在穿过所述安装孔3111的开口过程中,弯折部322的另一端向所述弯折部的一端靠拢,待其完全穿过所述安装孔3111的开口,弯折部322的另一端远离所述弯折部322的一端,并抵持所述卡槽3112的上侧面。由于弹性部件32具有弯折部322,容纳腔311的底面设置有安装孔3111,所述弹性部件32通过弯折部322卡接于容纳腔311的安装孔3111。上述结构可便于弹性部件32的组装和拆卸,从而可在弹性部件32出现损坏或者生锈时,快速地拆卸;在生产固定组件30时,快速地组装。
如图9所示,所述固定组件30还包括密封部件33,所述密封部件33包括基部331和延伸部332,所述基部331呈圆环状,所述延伸部333呈锥状,其一端与所述基部331固定连接。所述容纳腔311的底面设置有固定轴孔,所述延伸部332插入所述固定轴孔内,以使得所述密封部件33固定于所述容纳钱331的底面。所述密封部件33用于密封容纳腔311的底面,防止液体从容纳腔内侧溢出。
如图11-13所示,所述活塞组件40包括固定板41、密封垫42、滑动件43、第一密封圈44、安装基座45、第一弹性抵持件46和阀门组件47。所述固定板41将所述密封垫42固定于所述滑动件43一端端面,所述第一密封圈44套设于滑动件43的另一端。所述滑动件43的另一端插入所述安装基座45内,并且可相对于所述安装基座45滑动。所述第一弹性抵持件46的一端抵持所述滑动件43,另一端抵持所述安装基座45。所述阀门组件47安装于所述安装基座45。
所述固定板41呈圆形平板状,所述固定板41设置有通孔411,所述通孔的数量可以根据实际情况的需要设计成一个、两个、三个以及三个以上。
所述密封垫42呈圆环状,所述密封垫42的内侧面设置有台阶部421,所述固定板41的直径大于所述台阶部421的内径,所述固定板41通过挤压所述台阶部421,将所述密封垫42固定于所述滑动件43一端 端面。
所述滑动件43大致呈圆柱状,所述滑动件43一端端面设置有固定槽431,所述固定板41和密封垫42均收容于所述固定槽431内。上述结构可防止所述密封垫42在受到挤压时,产生滑动。所述滑动件43的侧面设置有第一限位结构432,所述第一限位结构432呈L型,所述第一限位结构432包括固定部4321和悬空部4322,所述固定部4321的一端与所述滑动件43的侧面固定连接,所述固定部4321另一端与所述悬空部4322的一端固定连接,并且所述固定部4321与所述悬空部4322相互垂直。所述悬空部4322设置有限位槽4323。所述滑动件43的另一端设置有安装槽433,所述安装槽433环绕于所述滑动件43的侧面,所述第一密封圈44套设于所述安装槽433内,以使得所述第一密封圈44与所述滑动件43固定连接。所述滑动件43设置有贯孔435,所述贯孔435的数量与所述通孔411的数量相等,并且所述贯孔435与所述通孔411对齐。
所述第一密封圈44呈圆环状,其套设于所述安装槽433内,并可随所述滑动件43一起相对于所述安装基座45滑动。所述第一密封圈44用于密封所述滑动件43与所述安装基座45之间的间隙。
如图14所示,所述安装基座45包括收容部451、连接部452、第二限位结构453、进液管454和出液管455。所述收容部451呈圆筒状,其包括底壁4511以及由所述底壁4511的边缘沿垂直于所述底壁4511延伸而成的侧壁4512。所述收容部451内部形成有收容空间4501,并且该收容空间4501的开口朝向所述固定组件30。所述滑动件43的另一端和第一密封圈44插入所述收容空间4501内,并可在所述收容空间4501内滑动,并且所述滑动件43的滑动方向与所述活塞组件40的运动方向相反。
如图15和16所示,所述贯孔435与所述通孔411对齐,使得所述收容空间4501与外部连通,使得在饮料制备的过程中,收容空间4501的内部压力与外部大气压导通,从而使得饮料制备完成后可以轻松地将活塞组件40和固定组件30分离。而现有的饮料萃取装置活塞组件内的 腔体为密封的,没有通孔,使得活塞组件内的腔体与外部连通。为了可以将活塞组件和固定组件分离,需要在活塞组件上设置有用于泄压的阀门,例如电磁阀等。如无泄压的阀门会导致饮料制备完成后无法将活塞组件和固定组件分离。
如图17所示,所述活塞组件40还包括弹性元件48和密封件49,所述弹性元件48和密封件49均位于所述进液管454内,所述弹性元件48的一端抵持所述进液管454靠近所述收容空间4501的一端,另一端抵持所述密封件49。所述密封件49用于封闭所述进液管454。当外部液体顶动所述密封件49使得所述弹性元件48被压缩,从而使得进液管454导通,外部液体可穿过所述进液管454进入所述收容空间4501内。所述弹性元件48和密封件49形成单向阀可防止锅炉预热过程中,进液管454滴水。
请再次参阅图12和13,所述连接部452固定于所述底壁4511外侧面,所述连接部452的两相对侧设置有销轴4521,两个所述销轴4521的一端与所述连接部452固定连接,两个所述销轴4521另一端分别插入所述第一通槽112和第二通槽212中。
所述第二限位结构453包括引导部4531和卡块4532,所述引导部4531呈U型,其开口朝向与所述收容空间4501的朝向相同。所述引导部4531内部形成引导路径,所述卡块4532位于所述引导部4531的开口处。所述卡块4532设置有斜面,该斜面朝向与所述引导部4531的开口朝向相同。所述滑动件43安装于所述安装基座45时,所述第一限位结构432和第二限位结构453相互配合。具体的,所述悬空部4322插入所述引导部4531内,并且所述悬空部4322可在所述引导部4531内滑动。所述卡块4532插入所述限位槽4323,所述卡块4532可在所述限位槽4323内滑动,并且所述卡块4532和所述限位槽4323相互配合从而限定所述滑动件43相对于所述安装基座45滑动的幅度。
所述进液管454固定于所述底壁4511外侧面,并且所述进液管454与所述收容空间4501连通。
所述出液管455固定于所述收容部451的正下方,并且所述出液管 455竖直设置。所述出液管455的一端与所述收容空间4501连通。所述出液管455的内表面沿其轴线设置有凸条4551。
所述第一弹性抵持件46具体可为弹簧或者弹片等,所述第一弹性抵持件46位于所述收容空间4511内,其一端抵持所述滑动件43,另一端抵持所述收容部451。
所述阀门组件47包括阀门471、第二密封圈472、固定座473和第二弹性抵持件474以及第三密封圈475。所述阀门471包括主体部4711和卡接部4712,所述主体部4711大致呈圆柱状,所述卡接部4712呈圆环状,其固定于所述主体部4711的中部,所述卡接部4712的外侧面设置有卡接槽4713。所述凸条4551穿过所述卡接槽4713,使得所述阀门471在出液管455内,并沿所述出液管455滑动。所述第二密封圈472套设于所述主体部4711的一端。所述第二弹性抵持件474套设于所述主体部4711的另一端,所述第二弹性抵持件474的一端抵持所述出液管455的一端或者收容部451,所述第二弹性抵持件474的另一端抵持所述卡接部4712。
所述固定座473设置有收容槽4731,所述收容槽4731的底面设置有出液孔4732,所述固定座473固定安装于所述安装基座45,并且所述出液管455的另一端插入所述收容槽4731内,所述第三密封圈475套设于所述出液管455的另一端,并位于所述收容槽4731内。所述第三密封圈475用于密封所述出液管455与所述收容槽4731之间的间隙。所述主体部4711的一端穿过所述出液孔4732,并凸出于固定座473的底面。所述第二密封圈472套设于所述主体部4711的一端,并受到所述卡接部4712和所述收容槽4731的底面挤压。所述第二密封圈472用于密封所述卡接部4712和所述收容槽4731之间的间隙,进而使得所述阀门471可封闭或者开启所述出液孔4732。
在使用具有该饮料萃取装置100的设备时,液体(例如,热水或者冷水)由进液孔454进入收容空间4501内,并由所述贯孔435和所述通孔411流至容纳腔311内的胶囊中。在上述过程中,收容空间4501内的液体必然无法全部流入到胶囊内,即,收容空间4501必然残留部 分液体。若该收容空间4501的液体不能及时排出,则该部分液体会因长时间在收容空间4501内发生变质,影响设备制出的饮料的口感。即使是该部分液体短时间残留在收容空间4501内,也会影响到流到胶囊内液体的温度,最终也会影响设备制出的饮料的口感。在使用结束后,可通过移动阀门471,开启出液孔4732使该部分液体排出。
如图18所示,所述夹持件50具有连接端51和夹持端52,所述连接端51与所述安装基座45铰接。所述夹持件50共有两个,两个夹持件50分别铰接于所述安装基座45的左右两侧。所述夹持端52设置有夹持槽521和连接轴522,其中一个夹持件50的所述连接轴522的上下两端分别被第一引导件12上第一上边框121的引导槽和第一上边框122的引导槽所限定。另一个夹持件50的连接轴522的上下两端分别被第二引导件22上第二上边框221的引导槽和第二上边框222的引导槽所限定。
请参阅图15和图18,所述安装基座45的左右两端均设置有一个连接销轴456,所述连接销轴456的一端与所述安装基座45的收容部451固定连接,另一端竖直向上,并悬空。所述夹持件50的连接端51设置有连接轴孔511,所述连接轴孔511套设于所述连接销轴456上,使得两个夹持件50铰接与所述安装基座45的左右两侧。由于其中一个夹持件50的所述连接轴522的上下两端分别被第一引导件12上第一上边框121的引导槽和第一上边框122的引导槽所限定。另一个夹持件50的连接轴522的上下两端分别被第二引导件22上第二上边框221的引导槽和第二上边框222的引导槽所限定,从而使得夹持件50无法上下移动,因此在将夹持件50安装于安装基座45时,只需将所述连接轴孔511套设于所述连接销轴456上即可,无需在连接销轴456的另一端外加阻挡所述夹持件50的连接端51脱离的限位机构或者限位部件。此种结构使得本实施例中所述的饮料萃取装置100的组装非常方便快捷。
请再次参阅图1,所述驱动组件60包括手柄61和连杆机构62。所述连杆机构62连接于所述手柄61和所述活塞组件40之间,摇动所述手柄61,所述手柄61可通过所述连杆机构62带动所述活塞组件40做 往复直线运动。
所述连杆机构62包括第一连杆621、第二连杆622和第三连杆623以及弹性元件624,所述第一连杆621一端的两侧与所述手柄61的一端固定连接。所述第二连杆622的一端与所述第一连杆621的另一端铰接,所述第二连杆622的另一端与所述连接部452铰接。所述第三连杆623的一端与所述第一连杆621的另一端铰接,所述第三连杆623的另一端与所述连接部452铰接。所述第二连杆622和第三连杆623相互平行。所述弹性元件624一端与所述第一连杆621的一端固定连接,另一端与所述连接部452固定连接。
在本实施例中所述弹性元件624具体可以为弹簧或者弹性带等。
可以理解的是,所述弹性部件624的作用是提供所述连杆机构62恢复到初始状态的弹力。因此所述弹性部件624的具体位置可以根据实际情况的需要而改变。在又一些实施例中,所述弹性部件624的一端与所述第一连杆621固定连接,另一端与所述第三连杆623固定连接。在另一些实施例中,所述弹性部件624的一端与所述第二连杆622固定连接,另一端与所述第三连杆623固定连接。
以下将简述所述饮料萃取装置100的工作原理。
本申请实施例提供的饮料萃取装置100可应用于饮料制备设备中,该饮料制备设备设置有用于挤压所述阀门471中主体部4711的一端挤压结构。首先将胶囊放置于夹持件50上,使得夹持件50的夹持端可以夹持胶囊的侧边。然后拉动所述手柄61,使得所述活塞组件40、夹持件50以及胶囊向所述固定组件30靠近。待所述胶囊逐渐进入容纳腔311的过程中,夹持件50在第一支架10和第二支架20上引导槽的引导下,两个夹持件50的夹持端彼此逐渐远离,从而放开胶囊。最终胶囊在活塞组件40的推动下完全进入容纳腔311中。由活塞组件40与固定组件30接触开始,密封垫42抵接所述固定件31上容纳腔311的开口,并固定件31的抵持作用下,滑动件43沿与所述活塞组件40运动方向相反的方向相对于所述安装基座45滑动。第一弹性抵持件46抵持所述滑动件43,从而向密封垫42提供一定的预紧力,以保障密封垫42对容纳腔 311的密封性。
当完成饮料冲泡后,拉起手柄61,使得活塞组件40逐渐远离所述固定件31,弹性部件32将使用过的胶囊推出容纳腔311,使得使用过的胶囊自由掉落。继续拉动手柄61直至移动至手柄61的最终位置,阀门471中主体部4711的一端受到挤压结构的挤压,使得阀门471开启所述出液孔4732,从而使得收容空间4501内的残留液体流出。

    活塞组件(40),安装于所述第一支架(10)和所述第二支架(20)之间,并且所述活塞组件(40)可相对于所述固定组件(30)滑动;所述活塞组件(40)包括固定板(41)、密封垫(42)、滑动件(43)、第一密封圈(44)、安装基座(45)和第一弹性抵持件(46),所述固定板(41)将所述密封垫(42)固定于所述滑动件(43)一端端面,所述第一密封圈(44)套设于所述滑动件(43)的另一端,所述安装基座(45)内具有收容空间(4501),所述滑动件(43)的另一端插入所述安装基座(45)的所述收容空间(4501)内,并且可相对于所述安装基座(45)滑动,所述第一弹性抵持件(46)的一端抵持所述滑动件(43),另一端抵持所述安装基座(45),所述固定板(41)设置有通孔(411),所述滑动件(43)设置有贯孔(435),所述通孔(411)和所述贯孔(435)对齐使得所述收容空间(4501)与外部连通;

    所述夹持件(50)共有两个,两个所述夹持件(50)分别铰接于所述活塞组件(40)的两相对侧;
    所述第一支架(10)和所述第二支架(20)均设置有引导所述夹持件(50)上用于夹持胶囊的夹持端(52)运动的引导路径,以使得两个所述夹持件(50)上夹持端(52)在运行过程中进行一次张合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的饮料萃取装置(100),其特征在于,
    所述第一支架(10)包括第一安装板(11)和第一引导件(12),所述第一引导件(12)固定于所述第一安装板(11);
    所述第一引导件(12)为矩形框架结构,所述第一引导件(12)包括第一上边框(121)、第一下边框(122)、第一左边框(123)和第一右边框(124),所述第一上边框(121)、第一下边框(122)、第一左边框(123)和第一右边框(124)依次首尾相连;

    所述第二引导件(22)为矩形框架结构,所述第二引导件(22)包括第二上边框(221)、第二下边框(222)、第二左边框(223)和第二右边框(224),所述第二上边框(221)、第二下边框(222)、第二左边框(223)和第二右边框(224)依次首尾相连;
    所述第二上边框(221)的下表面设置有第四阻挡部(2211)和第五阻挡部(2212),所述第四阻挡部(2211)和所述第五阻挡部(2212)均凸出于所述第二上边框(221)的下表面;
    所述第二下边框(222)的上表面设置有第六阻挡部(1223);
    所述第四阻挡部(2211)、第五阻挡部(2212)和第二安装板(21)之间形成第三引导槽(201),所述第六阻挡部(2223)和第二安装板(21)之间形成第四引导槽(202),所述第三引导槽(201)和所述第四引导槽(202)分别与另一个所述夹持件(50)的夹持端(52)上下两侧配合,引导所述夹持件(50)的夹持端(52)相对于所述活塞组件(40)摆动。

    所述驱动组件(60)包括手柄(61)和连杆机构(62),所述连杆机构(62)连接于所述手柄(61)和所述活塞组件(40)之间,所述手柄(61)可通过所述连杆机构(62)带动所述活塞组件(40)做往复直线运动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的饮料萃取装置(100),其特征在于,
    所述连杆机构(62)包括第一连杆(621)、第二连杆(622)和第三连杆(623)以及弹性元件(624),所述第一连杆(621)一端的两侧与所述手柄(61)的一端固定连接;所述第二连杆(622)的一端与所述第一连杆(621)的另一端铰接,所述第二连杆(622)的另一端与所述连接部(452)铰接;所述第三连杆(623)的一端与所述第一连杆(621)的另一端铰接,所述第三连杆(623)的 另一端与所述连接部(452)铰接;所述第二连杆(622)和第三连杆(623)相互平行;所述弹性元件(624)一端与所述第一连杆(621)的一端固定连接,另一端与所述连接部(452)固定连接。
  12. 一种饮料制备设备,其特征在于,
    所述饮料制备设备包括如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的饮料萃取装置(100)。
