其中,所述浸泡池上设有滤液开口,滤液开口呈长方形,滤液开口水平设置,所述浸泡池上引导腔内所设的牵引辊组包括两个牵引辊,两个牵引辊从左到右设置,其中左侧的牵引辊设置在池体的底部,滤液开口设置在两个牵引辊之间。
其中,所述辅助清洗辊组包括一个清洗辊和一个可调节清洗辊,同一组辅助清洗辊组内的一个可调节清洗辊和一个清洗辊分别设置在引导腔的上下两侧,所述清洗辊和可调节清洗辊上均包裹有一层海绵,所述清洗辊通过轴承及轴承座与隔板连接,所述可调节清洗辊的两端通过轴承及轴承座连接辅助连接座,辅助连接座的顶部设有移动块,所述引导腔顶部的隔板上设有嵌槽,所述移动块嵌在嵌槽内,所述移动块的顶部与嵌槽顶部的槽壁之间设有弹簧,所述可调节清洗辊与引导腔的顶部腔壁之间缝隙。
进一步,所述移动块的截面呈T形,移动块可以通过辅助连接座带动可调节清洗辊上下移动。
其中,所述喷液装置包括第一输水管和第二输水管,所述第一输水管和第二输水管分别设置在塑料薄膜的两侧,第一输水管底部和第二输水管的底部均设有开口朝向塑料薄膜的喷嘴,所述上液池内的第一输水管和第二输水管分别通过第一输液管与液池连接,所述冲洗池内的第一输水管和第二输水管分别通过第二输液管与进水口连接,进水口用于通过输液管连接水源,第一输液管和第二输液管上均设有增压泵。
其中,所述进液装置包括抽液泵,抽液泵设在主体内,所述抽液泵的出水管穿过第三隔板插入浸泡池内,所述抽液泵的进水管与进水口连接,进水口用于通过输液管连接水源。
进一步,所述浸泡池内的出水管的开口向斜下方开设,这样能够避免杂质进入出水管内。
其中,所述干燥池前后两侧的内壁上嵌有石英管,通过石英管进行加热升温。
本发明所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置的优点为:结构合理,操作简单,清洗效果好,能够有效的保持塑料薄膜完整性的特点,使得塑料薄膜不需要进行重新制取即可进行二次使用。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明提出一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,包括主体,主体内从左到右依次包括前座101、前端侧护板102、四个池体以及后座107,四个池体从左到右依次为上液池103、浸泡池104、冲洗池105、干燥池106,前座101的前后两分别通过一块前端侧护板102与上液池103连接,前端侧护板102与上液池103之间、上液池103与浸泡池104之间、浸泡池104与冲洗池105之间、冲洗池105与干燥池106之间、冲洗池105与后座107之间均设有隔板,前端侧护板102与上液池103之间的隔板为第一隔板,上液池103与浸泡池104之间的隔板为第二隔板,浸泡池104与冲洗池105之间的隔板为第三隔板,冲洗池105与干燥池106之间的隔板为第四隔板,冲洗池105与后座107之间的隔板为第五隔板,所述前座101上设有U形卡口,U形卡口上嵌有塑料薄膜辊2,塑料薄膜辊2上设有塑料薄膜3,两块所述前端侧护板102之间设有牵引辊5,所述隔板上均设有引导腔,引导腔用于穿引塑料薄膜,所述第一隔板上的引导腔内、第四隔板上的引导腔内以及第五隔板上的引导腔内均设有一个辅助牵引辊组,每个所述辅助牵引辊组包括两个辅助牵引辊6,同一辅助牵引辊组内的两个辅助牵引辊6分别设置在引导腔的上下两侧,辅助牵引辊6通过轴承及轴承座与隔板连接,同一辅助牵引辊组内的两个辅助牵引辊6的中心线在同一垂直平面上,其中所述第一隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊6之间的距离大于塑 料薄膜的厚度,所述第四隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊6之间的距离、第五隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊6之间的距离均与薄膜的厚度相等;所述第二隔板的引导腔和第三隔板的引导腔内均设有一个辅助清洗辊组,所述辅助清洗辊组包括一个清洗辊411和一个可调节清洗辊408,同一组辅助清洗辊组内的一个可调节清洗辊408和一个清洗辊411分别设置在引导腔的上下两侧,所述清洗辊411和可调节清洗辊408上均包裹有一层海绵409,所述清洗辊411通过轴承及轴承座与隔板连接,所述可调节清洗辊408的两端通过轴承及轴承座连接辅助连接座405,辅助连接座405的顶部设有移动块403,所述引导腔顶部的隔板上设有嵌槽401,所述移动块403嵌在嵌槽401内,所述移动块403的顶部与嵌槽401顶部的槽壁之间设有弹簧402,所述可调节清洗辊408与引导腔的顶部腔壁之间缝隙404;所述上液池103、浸泡池104以及冲洗池105内均设有一个牵引辊组,每个所述牵引辊组包括两个牵引辊5,同一牵引辊组内的两个牵引辊5从左到右设置,牵引辊组中的左侧的牵引辊5设置在池体的底部,左侧的牵引辊5用于将塑料薄膜牵引至上液池103的底部或浸泡池104的底部或冲洗池105的底部或干燥池106的底部,每个牵引辊组中的右侧的牵引辊5设置在左侧牵引辊5的斜上方,右侧的牵引辊5用于将塑料薄膜牵引进入第二隔板上的辅助清洗辊组内或第三隔板上的辅助清洗辊组内或第四隔板上的辅助牵引辊组内或第五隔板上的辅助牵引辊组内;所述干燥池106内至少设有两个牵引辊组,所述上液池103和冲洗池105上均设有喷液装置,所述喷液装置包括第一输水管301和第二输水管303,所述第一输水管301和第二输水管303分别设置在塑料薄膜3的两侧,第一输水管301底部和第二输水管303的底部均设有开口朝向塑料薄膜3的喷嘴302,所述上液池103内的第一输水管301和第二输水管303分别通过第一输液管与液池4连接,所述冲洗池105内的第一输水管301和第二输水管303分别通过第二输液管与进水口10连接,进水口10用于通过输液管连接水源,第一输液管和第二输液管上均设有增压泵7;所述上液池103的底部和冲洗池105的底部均设有辅助出水口12,每个辅助出水口12上均设有孔塞,利用孔塞控制辅助出水口12是否出水,所述浸泡池104上设有滤液开口410,所述浸泡池104的底部设有进液装置,所述进液装置包括抽液泵8,抽液泵8设在主体内,所述抽液泵8的出水管9 穿过第三隔板插入浸泡池104内,所述抽液泵8的进水管与进水口10连接,进水口10用于通过输液管连接水源,利用抽液泵8保持滤液开口410在不断的有液体滤出的同时,浸泡池104中的液体的量适中保持不变,这样能够使得浸泡池104中的液体表面漂浮的杂质及时的滤除,避免杂质再次粘附到塑料薄膜3上;所述后座107上设有电动机11,电动机11上通过转轴连接空辊,其中第一隔板上的引导腔的上下两侧的腔壁上各设有一条出风口,出风口与出风腔203连接,出风腔203上连接有鼓风机202,所述鼓风机202嵌在第一隔板内,第一隔板上设有凹槽201与鼓风机202的进风口连接,所述出风口所在的平面与牵引辊5平行。所述塑料薄膜3从塑料薄膜辊2引出经过两块前端侧护板102之间的牵引辊5、两个出风口之间、第一隔板上的辅助牵引辊组、上液池103内的牵引辊组和喷液装置、第二隔板上的辅助清洗辊组、浸泡池104内的牵引辊、第三隔板上的辅助清洗辊组、冲洗池105内的牵引辊组和喷液装置、第四隔板上的辅助牵引辊组、干燥池106内的辅助牵引辊组、第五隔板上的辅助牵引辊组后绕在空辊上。塑料薄膜3在经过两个出风口之间时,塑料薄膜3上的一些颗粒或粉尘状的异物会在风力的作用下脱落;塑料薄膜3在经过上液池103时塑料薄膜3的正反两面会在会被上液池103中的喷液装置的作用下被喷上液池4中的液体;塑料薄膜3在经过第二隔板上的辅助清洗辊组时,会在第二隔板上的辅助清洗辊组中的海绵409的作用下进行清洗,然后进入到浸泡池104中进行浸泡,泡出塑料薄膜3上的浮沫和清洗出的杂质,然后塑料薄膜3在经过第三隔板上的辅助清洗辊组时,会在第三隔板上的辅助清洗辊组中的海绵409的作用下再次进行清洗,然后进入到冲洗池105中,在冲洗池105中的喷液装置的作用下达到再次冲洗的作用,然后塑料薄膜会在第四隔板上的辅助牵引辊组作用下进入干燥池106进行干燥处理,最后塑料薄膜3会在干燥池106内的辅助牵引辊组和第五隔板上的辅助牵引辊组的作用下绕到空辊。整个操作的动力来自于空辊上所连接的电动机11.
其中喷液装置会在增压泵7的作用下提升第一输液管或第二输液管中的液体进入对应的第一输送管301和第二输送管303内,然后通过喷嘴302喷出。
作为本实施例的优选,所述塑料薄膜辊2是可以直接从U形卡口中取 出,达到拆卸的作用,便于更换新的塑料薄膜辊。
作为本实施例的优选,所述辅助牵引辊组、辅助清洗辊组、牵引辊组、牵引辊5、空辊以及塑料薄膜辊2之间相互平行,所述牵引辊5的倾斜角度为10°-45°。这样能够是得塑料薄膜3上的异物或水珠等掉落,便于对塑料薄膜进行清理烘干。
作为本实施例的优选,所述第一隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊6之间的距离与塑料薄膜的厚度之间的差值大于等于2毫米,小于等于1厘米。这样能够避免塑料薄膜上沾染的不易清除的异物在两个辅助牵引辊6的作用下被压实的现象。
作为本实施例的优选,所述浸泡池104上设有滤液开口410,滤液开口410呈长方形,滤液开口410水平设置,所述浸泡池104上引导腔内所设的牵引辊组包括两个牵引辊5,两个牵引辊5从左到右设置,其中左侧的牵引辊5设置在池体的底部,滤液开口410设置在两个牵引辊5之间。
作为本实施例的优选,所述移动块403的截面呈T形,移动块403可以通过辅助连接座405带动可调节清洗辊408上下移动。
作为本实施例的优选,所述浸泡池104内的出水管的开口向斜下方开设,这样能够避免杂质进入出水管内。
作为本实施例的优选,所述干燥池106前后两侧的内壁上嵌有石英管,通过石英管进行加热升温,达到烘干塑料薄膜3表层水分的目的。
本实施例所述的塑料薄膜清洗装置具有结构合理,操作简单,清洗效果好,能够有效的保持塑料薄膜完整性的特点,能够使得塑料薄膜不需要进行重新制取即可进行二次使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,包括主体,主体内从左到右依次包括前座(101)、前端侧护板(102)、四个池体以及后座(107),四个池体从左到右依次为上液池(103)、浸泡池(104)、冲洗池(105)、干燥池(106),前座(101)的前后两分别通过一块前端侧护板(102)与上液池(103)连接,前端侧护板(102)与上液池(103)之间、上液池(103)与浸泡池(104)之间、浸泡池(104)与冲洗池(105)之间、冲洗池(105)与干燥池(106)之间、冲洗池(105)与后座(107)之间均设有隔板,前端侧护板(102)与上液池(103)之间的隔板为第一隔板,上液池(103)与浸泡池(104)之间的隔板为第二隔板,浸泡池(104)与冲洗池(105)之间的隔板为第三隔板,冲洗池(105)与干燥池(106)之间的隔板为第四隔板,冲洗池(105)与后座(107)之间的隔板为第五隔板,所述前座(101)上设有U形卡口,U形卡口上嵌有塑料薄膜辊(2),塑料薄膜辊(2)上设有塑料薄膜(3),两块所述前端侧护板(102)之间设有牵引辊(5),所述隔板上均设有引导腔,引导腔用于穿引塑料薄膜,所述第一隔板上的引导腔内、第四隔板上的引导腔内以及第五隔板上的引导腔内均设有一个辅助牵引辊组,所述第二隔板的引导腔和第三隔板的引导腔内均设有一个辅助清洗辊组,所述上液池(103)、浸泡池(104)以及冲洗池(105)内均设有一个牵引辊组,所述干燥池(106)内至少设有两个牵引辊组,所述上液池(103)和冲洗池(105)上均设有喷液装置,所述上液池(103)的底部和冲洗池(105)的底部均设有辅助出水口(12),每个辅助出水口(12)上均设有孔塞,所述浸泡池(104)上设有滤液开口(410),所述浸泡池(104)的底部设有进液装置,所述后座(107)上设有电动机(11),电动机(11)上通过转轴连接空辊,所述塑料薄膜(3)从塑料薄膜辊(2)引出经过两块前端侧护板(102)之间的牵引辊(5)、第一隔板上的辅助牵引辊组、上液池(103)内的牵引辊组和喷液装置、第二隔板上的辅助清洗辊组、浸泡池(104)内的牵引辊、第三隔板上的辅助清洗辊组、冲洗池(105)内的牵引辊组和喷液装置、第四隔板上的辅助牵引辊组、干燥池(106)内的辅助牵引辊组、第五隔板上的辅助牵引辊组后绕在空辊上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,所述第一隔板上的引导腔的上下两侧的腔壁上各设有一条出风口,出风口与出风腔(203)连接,出风腔(203)上连接有鼓风机(202)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,所述辅助牵引辊组、辅助清洗辊组、牵引辊组、牵引辊(5)、空辊以及塑料薄膜辊(2)之间相互平行,所述牵引辊(5)的倾斜角度为10°-45°。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,每个所述辅助牵引辊组包括两个辅助牵引辊(6),同一辅助牵引辊组内的两个辅助牵引辊(6)分别设置在引导腔的上下两侧,辅助牵引辊(6)通过轴承及轴承座与隔板连接,同一辅助牵引辊组内的两个辅助牵引辊(6)的中心线在同一垂直平面上,其中所述第一隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊(6)之间的距离大于塑料薄膜的厚度,所述第四隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊(6)之间的距离、第五隔板上的两个辅助牵引辊(6)之间的距离均与薄膜的厚度相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,每个所述牵引辊组包括两个牵引辊(5),同一牵引辊组内的两个牵引辊(5)从左到右设置,牵引辊组中的左侧的牵引辊(5)设置在池体的底部,左侧的牵引辊(5)用于将塑料薄膜牵引至上液池(103)的底部或浸泡池(104)的底部或冲洗池(105)的底部或干燥池(106)的底部,每个牵引辊组中的右侧的牵引辊(5)设置在左侧牵引辊(5)的斜上方,右侧的牵引辊(5)用于将塑料薄膜牵引进入第二隔板上的辅助清洗辊组内或第三隔板上的辅助清洗辊组内或第四隔板上的辅助牵引辊组内或第五隔板上的辅助牵引辊组内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,所述浸泡池(104)上设有滤液开口(410),滤液开口(410)呈长方形,滤液 开口(410)水平设置,所述浸泡池(104)上引导腔内所设的牵引辊组包括两个牵引辊(5),两个牵引辊(5)从左到右设置,其中左侧的牵引辊(5)设置在池体的底部,滤液开口(410)设置在两个牵引辊(5)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,所述辅助清洗辊组包括一个清洗辊(411)和一个可调节清洗辊(408),同一组辅助清洗辊组内的一个可调节清洗辊(408)和一个清洗辊(411)分别设置在引导腔的上下两侧,所述清洗辊(411)和可调节清洗辊(408)上均包裹有一层海绵(409),所述清洗辊(411)通过轴承及轴承座与隔板连接,所述可调节清洗辊(408)的两端通过轴承及轴承座连接辅助连接座(405),辅助连接座(405)的顶部设有移动块(403),所述引导腔顶部的隔板上设有嵌槽(401),所述移动块(403)嵌在嵌槽(401)内,所述移动块(403)的顶部与嵌槽(401)顶部的槽壁之间设有弹簧(402),所述可调节清洗辊(408)与引导腔的顶部腔壁之间缝隙(404)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,所述喷液装置包括第一输水管(301)和第二输水管(303),所述第一输水管(301)和第二输水管(303)分别设置在塑料薄膜(3)的两侧,第一输水管(301)底部和第二输水管(303)的底部均设有开口朝向塑料薄膜(3)的喷嘴(302),所述上液池(103)内的第一输水管(301)和第二输水管(303)分别通过第一输液管与液池(4)连接,所述冲洗池(105)内的第一输水管(301)和第二输水管(303)分别通过第二输液管与进水口(10)连接,进水口(10)用于通过输液管连接水源,第一输液管和第二输液管上均设有增压泵(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜清洗装置,其特征在于,所述进液装置包括抽液泵(8),抽液泵(8)设在主体内,所述抽液泵(8)的出水管(9)穿过第三隔板插入浸泡池(104)内,所述抽液泵(8)的进水管与进水口(10)连接,进水口(10)用于通过输液管连接水源。
