Abstract

La présente invention concerne une équerre à tétons-pression avec armature en une seule pièce et vis de serrage unique. Comme dans toutes les solutions connues, elle comprend deux bras orientés à 90 degrés, formant une équerre habituelle. Les deux bras présentent des tétons-pression, l'invention se caractérisant en ce que, sur l'un des deux bras, le téton est fixe dans la direction longitudinale mais admet un mouvement transversal, le téton de l'autre bras admettant des mouvements dans les deux directions, soit un mouvement de pression et un autre dans la direction longitudinale. Ce bras présente une structure spéciale, avec une partie fixe au voisinage du sommet de l'équerre et une partie déformable qui, grâce à un canal, coulisse longitudinalement en entraînant le téton installé sur cette partie lorsqu'elle est soumise au serrage de la vis unique existante. Les tétons-pression comprennent le téton à proprement parler en forme de douille creuse à section circulaire avec anneau périmétrique dont l'intérieur reçoit un ressort protégé au moyen d'un cylindre de type logement. Ce agencement fonctionne d'une manière similaire à un bouton, le téton descendant lorsqu'il est soumis à une pression supérieure à la force du ressort. Lorsque la pression n'est plus exercée, le ressort est libéré et le téton sort à nouveau du cylindre formant logement, de manière à être retenu par la partie supérieure périmétrique qui ne passe pas par l'orifice pratiqué dans le bras de l'équerre. C'est à l'extrémité du bras spécial qu'est formé le canal admettant les déformations élastiques lorqu'il est soumis à une sollicitation longitudinale d'une vis.
