在一些实施例中,步骤S221通过下述方式完成:首先,判断所述用户需求信息是否包含预设关键词;其次,响应于所述用户需求信息包含预设关键词,根据预设关键词提取目标物相关信息。例如,当顾客通过麦克风输入音频或语音信息(即需求信息),可以预先设定关键词,建议按照常用语(如:我想买…/我要买…)输入,这样有利于语音识别模块快速准确抓取有效信息,即目标物相关信息。可选地,对于需求信息不包含预设关键词的情况,目标物相关信息提取步骤S221也可以直接识别用户需求信息,从中提取出目标物相关信息。
当然,需求信息中也可能不包含目标物相关信息,即需求信息与目标物查找毫无关联,则可以输出输入错误的提示信息,以提醒用户重新输入需求信息,随后响应于用户的重新输入,回到步骤S110重新采集需求信息。
S222,判断目标物相关信息是否包含用于唯一标识目标物的精确标识信息。
如上文所述,目标物相关信息中可能包含精确标识信息和模糊标识信息,二者需要区别对待。因此,在确定目标物之前,首先必须对目标物相关信息进行进一步识别以判断其中包含的是精确标识信息还是模糊标识信息。
S223,响应于目标物相关信息包含精确标识信息,根据精确标识 信息确定目标物。
对于精确标识信息,显然可以直接根据精确标识信息确定目标物,因为精确标识信息本身能够唯一标识目标物。例如,可以根据用户需求信息中的目标物相关信息,判断其是否符合精确标识信息,若是则根据顾客提供的精确商品信息,如商品信息为A品牌a商品,直接确定目标设备。
S224,响应于目标物相关信息不包含精确标识信息,根据目标物相关信息推荐目标物。
当目标物相关信息中不包含精确标识信息或仅包含模糊标识信息时,可以根据该模糊信息(或与目标商品相关的信息)预测或推荐具体的目标商品。例如,用户需求信息中仅包含商品名称“洗发水”而并未指定品牌、款式等具体标识信息,这时可以根据名称“洗发水”在目标物查找设备中或与目标物查找设备联网的超市系统的商品信息数据库中搜索“洗发水”,从而得到多个具体品牌和款式的“洗发水”;随后可以根据超市系统数据库中的该类产品的促销信息或畅销信息向顾客推荐特定品牌和款式的一种或多种“洗发水”产品供其选择,或者直接指定所推荐的一款产品作为目标商品,随后通过定位和导航步骤使顾客到达目标商品的位置进行购买。需要说明,尽管系统或目标物查找设备直接指定的目标商品可能并非顾客喜欢的或想要的,但是由于在超市或商场中同类商品一般会被放置在一起,因此顾客被导航到该指定的目标商品之后可以放弃购买该目标商品,而就近挑选其他的同类商品。
此外,可选地,目标物相关信息不包含精确标识信息时,也可以向用户输出用于提示用户需求信息不符合要求的提示信息,请求用户再次输入精确标识信息或者向用户提示当前进行的促销信息以供参考。
图3示出根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法的流程图。如图3所示,根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法可以包括步骤S301-S340,其中S310-S340与图1中的S110-140相同,而与图1不同之处在于,在所述信息采集步骤310之前,该目标物查找方法可以进一步包括:
S301,信息输入提示步骤:输出关于需求信息输入的第一提示信 息,其中所述第一提示信息包括音频信息和视频信息中至少一种。
在一些实施例中,在信息采集步骤之前,可以增加输出信息采集提示的步骤S301。例如在具体的超市应用场景中,当用户开启目标物查找设备时,设备可以发出请求输入需求信息的第一提示信息,告知用户可使用语音或键盘文字输入方式输入购物需求,随后进入信息采集步骤S310-S340。第一提示信息可以包括音频信息、图像信息、视频信息等等,例如信息采集提示可以为通过显示屏显现提示文字或图像或视频,或者是通过扬声器播放提示语音来实现。
此外,信息输入的提示步骤S301中的第一提示信息可以包含关于用户的信息输入的规范,例如输入信息应当包含上文所述的(参见步骤S221)的预设关键词(如:我想买…/我要买…),这样有利于信息采集模块(例如语音识别模块)快速准确抓取有效信息,即目标物相关信息。
如图3所示,根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法的流程图。在确定了目标物(即步骤S320)之后,可能需要判断超市或仓库中目标物的库存数量是否满足顾客要求的额外步骤,如果满足要求,则继续随后的定位导航步骤S330;否则,提醒顾客库存不足并推荐相关的物品。用户可以选择接受推荐或不接受,如果接受可以将推荐物品作为新的目标物,继续后续步骤S330;否则提示重新提交需求信息,即返回到步骤S301。
具体地,在目标物确定步骤S320之后且在定位导航步骤S330之前,可以进一步包括如下步骤S302-S307。
S302,获取目标物的库存数量。
目标物库存数量可以从超市或仓库系统的数据库中得知。
S303,从目标物相关信息中识别目标物的需求数量。
由于,在用户进行购物的过程中,所需的目标商品可以不是一个,还可能是多个。因此。在本公开实施例中,步骤S310中所识别的需求信息中还可以包括目标商品的需求数量。
S304,判断所述目标物的库存数量是否小于需求数量,若是,转到所述定位导航步骤S330,否则转到步骤S305。
在确定目标物库存数量和需求数量后,对当前商场内的商品的库存数据与用户的需求数量进行对比,从而判断当前商场中库存中的目 标商品是否能够满足用户的需要。
S305,响应于所述目标物库存数量小于需求数量,输出关于库存不足通知以及供选择的与目标物相关的推荐物的第二提示信息。
S306,判断用户是否选择推荐物,若是,转到步骤S307,否则,转到步骤S301,即重新输出第一提示信息。
S307,响应于推荐物被选择,将推荐物确定为目标物,随后转到步骤S330。
由此,通过对目标物的库存数量与需求数量进行对比和判断,能够确保当用户所需的数量超过库存数量时,为用户进行提示,以及实现为用户推荐同类商品的功能。
图4示出根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法的流程图。如图4所示,与图1相比,该目标查找方法可以包括与图1所示的步骤S110-S140相同的步骤S410-440,除此之外,在S420与S430之间,该目标查找方法还包括如下步骤S450-480。
S450,确定目标物的关注度,所述关注度为目标物所对应的用户的数量。
一般地,在商场或超市场景中,在用户进行商品选购的过程中,可能存在多个用户都选购同一商品的情况。在这种情况下,由于顾客集中在相同商品的购物区域中,因此可能存在用户拥挤情况。因此,为了避免出现因选购同一商品人数过多导致的拥堵情况,可以设置一个变量:目标物(或目标商品)的关注度,用于刻画目标物的受关注或被集中购买的程度;此外根据实际情况预先设置一个定量:关注度阈值,作为关注度是否过高的上限,其可以称为第一阈值。在一些实施例中,目标物的关注度可以定义为当前目标物所对应的用户的数量,即当前关注或想要购买目标物的用户的数量。例如在超市场景中,某商品的关注度是指该商品当前被超市中的多少用户确定为“目标物”。于是可以根据关注度的大小判断目标物位置附近是否拥挤,随后根据拥挤与否采取相应策略,例如拥挤时提示用户并建议购买同类商品或重新输入需求信息,不拥挤时可以直接进行后续步骤(S430定位导航步骤)。
在一些实施例中,目标物的关注度可以根据超市或商场内所有顾客中当前关注该目标物的用户的数量确定,即目标物当前累计被确定 为目标物的用户数量。
S460,判断目标物的关注度是否超过第一阈值,若未超过,则转到步骤S430,否则转到步骤S470。
例如,假设目标物关注度为R(自然数),预先设定的关注度上限,即第一阈值为S(自然数)。可以将R与S进行对比,随后根据比较结果采取相应策略。由此,通过确定所述目标商品的关注值是否超过关注阈值,能够通过对目标商品的关注值以及关注阈值进行对比,实现当前商品选购是否会出现拥挤进行判断,从而避免人数过多导致购买拥挤或排队的情况,并且当确定关注值过高时,能够实现为用户推荐同类的其他商品的功能。
S470,响应于目标物的超过第一阈值,输出关于所述目标物关注度过高以及是否更新需求信息的第三提示信息。
例如,当预先设定的关注阈值S=10,当前关注度R为8时,R<S,则表明目标物关注度不高,可以进行后续步骤;当R=11时,R>S,则说明目前目标物或目标商品被关注过多,如前去购买可能会有拥挤问题,可发出提醒建议用户先购买他物或重新提交购物需求。可选地,在R>S时,也可以输出同类推荐商品信息供用户选择。
S480,判断用户是否选择更新需求信息,若是则转回到信息采集步骤S410,否则转到定位导航步骤S430。
如果接收到用户同意更新需求信息,该商品关注度R减1,转回到信息采集步骤以重新采集信息;此外,当目标物查找设备输出推荐商品时,用户也可以直接选择推荐商品作为目标物,继续后续步骤。若接收到用户发出不同意反馈,仍要此时选购该商品,则R不变,继续后续步骤。
图5示出根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法。如图5所示,图1所示的目标物查找方法,在目标物确定步骤S120之后,该目标物查找方法可以进一步包括:
S550,实时检测用户与目标物之间的距离;
S560,判断所述距离是否小于第二阈值;
S570,响应于所述距离小于第二阈值,控制目标物近旁的提示装置输出第四提示信息,否则回到步骤S550,继续检测用户与目标物之间的距离。
在图5所示的实施例中,在目标物定位导航步骤之后或在导航信息输出步骤之后,为了辅助目标物查找,在用户(例如在导航信息的指引下)接近目标物时,可以利用超市或仓库的智能货架上目标物近旁的提示装置,例如用于标记目标物价格、名称等信息的电子价签或电子标签,向用户发出提示,例如闪烁或变色,以利于用户快速找到目标物。
用户和目标物的接近程度可以通过预先设定的距离阈值,即第二阈值来描述。该距离阈值范围可以根据商场的规模以及商品摆放的密集程度而决定。显然,当实时检测的用户和目标物之间的当前距离小于第二阈值时,说明二者非常接近,这时目标物的提示装置利用闪烁、变色之类的第二提示信息来提示用户,便于用户发现目标物。另外,用户和目标物之间的距离的实时检测可以通过目标物查找设备中的导航模块来实现。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,提示装置可以为用于商品或货物的电子标签,例如电子价签或电子货签,该电子标签可以看作一种用于显示商品或货物相关信息的显示屏。当确定用户位于目标商品附近时,则可以控制该电子价签中内置的提示装置进行提示,例如,当电子价签为一种显示屏时,则根据本实施例所述的方法,可以控制该电子价签的显示屏显示提示信息。例如,可以通过改变显示屏显示的颜色或者对控制该显示屏进行闪烁,或者在改变颜色的同时并进行闪烁,来提示用户。这样可以确保当用户在目标商品附近时,能够根据上述提示方式锁定目标商品。当然,第四提示信息也可以采用其他方式,例如提示装置可以包括能够发出语音提示的音频输出组件。当然,也可以根据提示装置(例如电子标签)的实际硬件构成选取对应的提示方式。
由此,通过在用户与目标商品距离小于的预设距离阈值时控制提示装置进行提示,能够确保用户准确并及时的查找到所需的目标商品,提高了目标商品导购或目标物品查找效率。
图6示出根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找设备的结构框图。如上文所述,根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法可以通过如图6所示的目标物查找设备完成。如如图6所示,该目标物查找设备600包括:
信息采集组件601,配置成采集用户需求信息;
目标物确定组件602,配置成根据用户需求信息确定目标物;
定位导航组件603,获取用户位置信息和目标物位置信息,并根据目标物位置信息和用户位置信息生成导航信息;
信息输出组件604,输出导航信息。
在一些实施例中,信息采集组件601可以包括语音信息采集器,例如用于接收音频信号的麦克风;以及/或者图像信息采集器,例如用于采集或拍摄图像或视频的摄像头或相机。
在一些实施例中,信息输出组件604可以包括用于通过图像、视频片段、文本等可视方式向用户展示信息的视频输出装置,例如显示器,或者用于通过声音之类的听觉方式向用户输出信息音频输出装置,例如扬声器。
在一些实施例中,目标物确定组件602可以包括语音信息识别电路和图像信息识别电路,其可以是配置成分别具备语音信号和图像信号读取、辨识、处理等功能的电路系统或装置。
在一些实施例中,定位导航组件603可以包括用于定位的GPS定位系统以及用于生成导航信息的局域导航模块。
具体地,根据本公开一些本实施例的目标物查找设备的具体硬件构成可以包括:MIC阵列板、SOC主板、GPS、摄像头、电源板、显示屏、WIFI天线、扬声器。其中,MIC阵列板作为声音采集部件,用于接收语音信息;SOC主板用作前述的处理器,用于进行数据处理、执行计算机程序以调度相应硬件实现目标物查找,并通过WIFI天线与云端服务器或超市或仓库的计算机系统或商品或货品信息数据库进行数据通信;GPS用于定位和导航;摄像头作为图像采集部件;扬声器用于播放语音;显示屏用于输出图像或视频信息;电源板用于为各个部件供电。当然,根据本公开的目标物查找设备并不限于上述结构。在一些实施例中,根据本公开的目标物查找设备600可以设置在超市的智能购物车或仓库的货物运输车上,以实现用户与该设备之间的实时人机交互,从而实现目标物自动化查找。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,目标物查找设备600进一步包括:
距离检测组件605,其配置成实时检测用户与目标物之间的距离;
控制组件606,其配置成判断所述距离是否小于距离阈值,若是, 则远程控制与目标物查找设备通信连接的用于目标物的电子标签以输出提示信息。
在一些实施例中,距离检测组件605和控制组件606以及上述定位导航组件603及其他组件可以包括实现相应功能的单独的硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合,例如可以是具备数据收发和处理能力的处理器、单片机、芯片、具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路、具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路、可编程门阵列(Programmable Gate Array)、现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array)等,或者上述硬件中任意两个或多个的组合。
在一些实施例中,电子标签可以包括用于标识商品或物品的电子价签或电子货签,上述提示信息可以包括目标物对应的电子标签改变颜色和/或进行闪烁,以向用户或顾客提示目标物的位置。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,提供一种包含根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找设备的智能购物车。如上文所述,根据本公开的目标物查找设备可以设置在购物车中以方便顾客或用户通过与该目标物查找设备进行人机交互自动、快速、准确地实现商品查找和导航。
在根据本公开一些实施例中,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储器有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令在被执行时实现根据本公开一些实施例的目标物查找方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种目标物查找方法,包括:
    信息采集步骤:采集用户需求信息;
    目标物确定步骤:根据用户需求信息确定目标物;
    定位导航步骤:获取用户位置信息和目标物位置信息,并根据目标物位置信息和用户位置信息生成导航信息;以及
    信息输出步骤:输出导航信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述用户需求信息包括用户输入的语音信息、图像信息或文字信息中至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述目标物确定步骤包括:
    从用户需求信息中提取目标物相关信息;
    判断所述目标物相关信息是否包含用于唯一标识目标物的精确标识信息;
    响应于所述目标物相关信息包含精确标识信息,根据所述精确标识信息确定目标物;以及
    响应于所述目标物相关信息不包含精确标识信息,根据目标物相关信息推荐目标物。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中在所述信息采集步骤之前,所述方法进一步包括:
    信息输入提示步骤:输出关于需求信息输入的第一提示信息,其中所述第一提示信息包括音频信息和视频信息中至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中在所述目标物确定步骤之后且在所述定位导航步骤之前,所述方法进一步包括:
    获取目标物的库存数量;
    从目标物相关信息中识别目标物的需求数量;
    判断所述目标物的库存数量是否小于需求数量;
    响应于所述目标物库存数量小于需求数量,输出关于库存不足通知以及供选择的与目标物相关的推荐物的第二提示信息;
    判断推荐物是否被选择;
    响应于推荐物被选择,将推荐物确定为目标物,转到所述定位导航步骤;
    响应于推荐物未被选择,转到所述信息输入提示步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在所述目标物确定步骤之后且在所述定位导航步骤之前,所述方法进一步包括:
    获取目标物的关注度,所述关注度为在当前所述目标物所对应的用户的数量;
    判断目标物的关注度是否超过第一阈值;
    响应于目标物的关注度超过第一阈值,输出关于所述目标物关注度过高以及是否更新需求信息的第三提示信息;
    判断用户是否选择更新需求信息,若是则转回到所述信息采集步骤,否则转到定位导航步骤。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在所述目标物确定步骤之后,所述方法进一步包括:
    实时检测用户与目标物之间的距离;
    判断所述距离是否小于第二阈值;
    响应于所述距离小于第二阈值,控制目标物近旁的提示装置输出第四提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述方法,其中所述提示装置包括电子标签,并且第四提示信息包括闪烁或变色中至少一种。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述定位导航步骤包括:获取用户实时位置信息和目标物位置信息并且根据用户实时位置信息和目标物的位置信息生成导航信息,其中所述导航信息包括导航线路信息和导航提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述信息输出步骤包括:
    通过音频和视频方式中至少一种实时输出导航信息。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述从用户需求信息中提取目标物相关信息包括:
    判断所述用户需求信息是否包含预设关键词;
    响应于所述用户需求信息包含预设关键词,根据预设关键词提取目标物相关信息
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述根据所述目标物相关信息推荐目标物包括根据所述目标物相关信息以及与促销信息推荐目标物。
  13. 一种目标物查找设备,包括:
    信采集组件,其配置成采集用户需求信息;
    目标物确定组件,其配置成根据用户需求信息确定目标物;
    定位导航组件,其配置成获取用户位置信息和目标物位置信息并根据目标物位置信息和用户位置信息生成导航信息;以及
    信息输出组件,其配置成输出导航信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备,进一步包括:
    距离检测组件,其配置成检测用户与目标物之间的距离;
    控制组件,其配置成判断所述距离是否小于距离阈值,若是,则远程控制与目标物查找设备通信连接的用于目标物的电子标签以输出提示信息。
  15. 一种智能购物车,包括根据权利要求13或14所述的目标物查找设备。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括存储在其上的计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令在被执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法。
