Description

一种卷烟滤棒 技术领域
本发明属于卷烟技术领域,涉及一种卷烟滤棒。
背景技术
当前,吸烟与健康并存,环境烟草烟气、烟草制品的低危害性等问题受社会各界日益关注,由此,低温加热不燃烧烟草制品应运而生。与传统卷烟相比,加热不燃烧卷烟抽吸中虽然加热但不燃烧,整个过程的温度都在350℃以下,既能使烟叶刚好挥发香味物质又能减少有害物质的产生,受广大消费者青睐。但是由于加热不燃烧卷烟在低温下燃烧,所产生的烟气通过滤棒时,容易受滤棒的阻碍,导致烟气滞留在滤棒中,大大降低了进入吸烟者口中烟雾量,降低抽吸感,抽吸口味不佳。
发明内容
本发明提供一种卷烟滤棒,其有效解决了烟气滞留在滤棒中、抽吸阻力大的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明第一方面涉及一种卷烟滤棒,其为聚拢状的薄膜,薄膜上设有离散分布的压痕5和离散分布且穿透薄膜的裂缝7,裂缝7之间有连结点,在薄膜水平方向施加外力,薄膜呈网状。
上述卷烟滤棒,压痕5的形状为长条形。
上述卷烟滤棒,压痕5的形状为长条形,其尺寸为规则排列或不规则排列,其尺寸为1mm*0.1mm-10mm*100mm。
上述卷烟滤棒,裂缝7尺寸为规则排列或不规则排列,其尺寸为1mm-100mm。
上述卷烟滤棒,薄膜为聚合物薄膜、纸质薄膜、聚合物与纸质复合薄膜或聚合物与金属复合薄膜中的一种。
本发明第二方面涉及一种卷烟滤棒的制备方法,其包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将薄膜1缠绕在送辊3上,然后穿过上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b之间的空隙,最后经过送辊与嘴棒成型机或收卷辊相连;
(2)调整上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b之间的空隙,预设压切力;
(3)启动压切装置,薄膜1沿着送辊轴3向运动,在上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b的压力作用下形成压痕5和裂缝7;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的带有压痕5和裂缝7的薄膜聚拢成滤棒。
本发明第三方面涉及一种卷烟薄膜压切组件,其包括:
上切割辊4a,上切割辊4a上设有非连续的上切割齿6a,上切割齿6a为梯形型结构;
下切割辊4b,下切割辊4b上设有连续的下切割齿6b,下切割齿6b为梯形带尖齿结构;
上切割齿6a与下切割齿6b一一对应设置或错位设置。
有益效果:
本发明将卷烟用的薄膜通过压切设备压切成带有压痕和多孔状的薄膜,然后将薄膜聚拢成滤棒,由于薄膜上带有压痕和裂缝,使得薄膜在聚拢成滤棒时滤棒的空隙大大增加,这样大大提高了烟气通过滤棒的速度,减少烟气在滤棒中滞留,提高进入吸烟者口中的烟雾量,提升吸烟者的抽吸口感。

实施例1
一种卷烟滤棒,其为聚拢状的薄膜,薄膜上设有离散分布的压痕5和离散分布且穿透薄膜的裂缝7,裂缝7之间有连结点,在薄膜水平方向施加外力,薄膜呈网状。
上述卷烟滤棒,压痕5的形状为长条形。
上述卷烟滤棒,压痕5的形状为长条形,其尺寸为不规则排列,其尺寸为1mm*0.1mm。
上述卷烟滤棒,裂缝7尺寸为不规则排列,其尺寸为10mm。
上述卷烟滤棒,薄膜为聚合物薄膜。
一种卷烟滤棒的制备方法,其包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将薄膜1缠绕在送辊3上,然后穿过上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b之间的空隙,最后经过送辊与嘴棒成型机或收卷辊相连;
(2)调整上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b之间的空隙,预设压切力;
(3)启动压切装置,薄膜1沿着送辊轴3向运动,在上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b的压力作用下形成压痕5和裂缝7;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的带有压痕5和裂缝7的薄膜聚拢成滤棒。
实施例2

(1)将薄膜1缠绕在送辊3上,然后穿过上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b之间的空隙,最后经过送辊与嘴棒成型机或收卷辊相连;
(2)调整上切割辊4a和下切割辊4b之间的空隙,预设压切力;

(4)将步骤(3)制得的带有压痕5和裂缝7的薄膜聚拢成滤棒。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种卷烟滤棒,其特征在于,其为聚拢状的薄膜,薄膜上设有离散分布的压痕(5)和离散分布且穿透薄膜的裂缝(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1的卷烟滤棒,其特征在于,压痕(5)的形状为长条形,在薄膜水平方向施加外力,薄膜呈网状。
  3. 根据权利要求1的卷烟滤棒,其特征在于,薄膜为聚合物薄膜、纸质薄膜、聚合物与纸质复合薄膜或聚合物与金属复合薄膜中的一种。
  4. 权利要求1所述的卷烟滤棒的制备方法,其包括如下制备步骤:
    (1)将薄膜(1)缠绕在送辊(3)上,然后穿过上切割辊(4a)和下切割辊(4b)之间的空隙,最后经过送辊与嘴棒成型机或收卷辊相连;
    (2)调整上切割辊(4a)和下切割辊(4b)之间的空隙,预设压切力;
    (3)启动压切装置,薄膜(1)沿着送辊轴(3)运动,在上切割辊(4a)和下切割辊(4b)的压力作用下形成压痕(5)和裂缝(7);
    (4)将步骤(3)制得的带有压痕(5)和裂缝(7)的薄膜聚拢成滤棒。
