现有的对产品进行冲切的时候,在送料过程中无法保证植绒复合材料全部进入主机,植绒复合材料的形状也无法控制,往往形成多余的废料,整个冲切过程只能单线操作,耗费人力物力,在进行冲切完毕后,没有进行清理的机构,在冲切时候后产品本体的携带的灰尘,影响下一道工序的作业。
