发明内容

进一步地,所述的内嵌条卡于管件内的方法为:将拉紧状态的内嵌条旋转于限位槽内,使限位槽一侧至少限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内相对的另 一侧限位阻止内嵌条的另一边或另一端运动。
进一步地,所述的内嵌条卡于管件内的方法为:将拉紧状态的内嵌条旋转于限位槽内,使限位槽一侧至少限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内插入一卡扣件阻止内嵌条的另一边或另一端旋转。
采用以上的技术方案,使得本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1)不使用木板,整床可以使用带特殊外形的管件构建框架,从而减少材料成本和优化结构框架;
2)通过管件的造型,将面料直接卡在槽内,实现快速安装,同时取得比较笔挺紧绷的外观;
3)不需要借助工具即可完成面料的安装覆盖,且可以拆卸清洗;
4)采用装饰架Z字形结构方便安装,同时保证强度;
5)支撑连杆通过钣金件直接焊接,不仅可以减少安装零件,还可以提高框架强度;
6)框架之间以及可旋转连接处使用台阶螺丝、塑料轴套、塑料垫片配合连接的方式,既保证活动间隙,同时保证无转动噪音产生,该旋转点设计在框架焊接附近,增加强度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例只是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,术语“一侧”、“两侧”、“一端”、“另一端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的部件或部分必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,其可以是不可拆卸连接,也可以是可拆卸连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1、图2、图5所示,一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,包括:
通过连接件4连接的可折叠的床架1,床架1上连接有床腿(图中未标示);
设置于床架1上的可翻转折叠的框架2;
设置于床架1上的驱动装置;
直接覆盖于若干框架2上用于包覆软质材料的面料6;以及
将面料6张紧于框架2表面的张紧机构。
进一步地,所述的框架,由若干块的铁架构成,铁架之间绞接连接,框架的材料可以根据需要更换为塑料等其他强度较高的材料制成。
进一步地,所述的铁架,由多个纵杆和横杆交错拼接而成,其还可为其他金属材质或高强度复合塑料材质等材料制成。
如图5、8所示,所述的面料,具有一定的弹性及张力,为双层结构时, 其内填充有海绵、乳胶、橡胶、棉制品、涤纶制品等蓬松物制品,此时可在面料上设置拉链、粘扣、纽扣,使换洗方便,所述海绵可以为普通海绵,也可以为记忆海绵或慢回弹记忆海绵等其他海绵,面料6两端边缘缝有中缝61,中缝61内至少插入部分张紧机构,中缝插入有内嵌条7。
进一步地,所述的面料可以为双层时也可以将成型的蓬松物制品直接覆盖于铁架上。
进一步地,所述的面料,其个数与铁架个数相同,所述面料罩于所述的铁架上表面。
可选地,所述的面料,其四边的边缘均可缝制有中缝,通过4个方向的张紧拉动,使面料更加平整。
可选地,所述的面料也可只有一层,通过张紧机构的张力直接将蓬松物制品固定于铁架的表面。
可选地,所述的面料与铁架之间,还可以设置一层薄薄的塑料片,可以是塑料也可以是木板等材质,使得平面更加平整,同样可以使用张紧的方式进行固定,塑料片的弹性也有助于为面料提供张力。
进一步地,所述的面料优选位于框架的上表面,也可以覆盖于框架的上表面和侧面上,根据设计需求,也可覆盖部分下表面。
进一步地,所述的张紧机构,包括管件21和内嵌条7,内嵌条7至少部分插入面料6一端边缘的中缝61内,面料6另一端的边缘中缝61内连接有部分内嵌条7,内嵌条7置于管件21内形成的限位槽210内。
如图3所示,所述的管件,设置于框架的边缘,优选采用中空结构,其内形成有供内嵌条插入的限位槽210,其外表面拐角处采用弧面211处理,限位槽210的槽口及与管件外表面连接处也采用弧面211处理,保证张紧时面料的平滑过渡,使面料张紧时不会损坏面料且使面料张紧状态具有曲线感,限位槽210的槽口宽度小于限位槽210的宽度。
进一步地,所述的管件,为金属构件或高强度塑料构件,以及其他高强度材料一体成型。
可选地,所述的限位槽210为圆形、椭圆形、矩形、梯形等结构,也形状也可采用其他几何图形,只要能满足限位时内嵌条在限位槽内张紧限位即可。
可选地,所述限位槽,其内可以根据需要在限位槽内设置两块挡板,以阻止阻止内嵌条拉紧状态时旋转运动。
进一步地,在所述管件安装连接时,所述限位槽的槽口方向向下,槽口方向可以位于垂直向上,也可以与垂直向存在一定角度。
进一步地,所述的管件,可以为构成框架的元件,也可以固定于框架边缘的元件上,用于张紧面料的所述管件,即可以横向设置也可以纵向设置,还可以纵横向同时设置。
进一步地,所述的内嵌条,为一长条形板,具有较好的硬度及弹性,以保证在面料拉紧时斜嵌于限位槽210内,如图4、图6所示。
进一步的,所述的内嵌条,其宽度略小于限位槽210的深度,此宽度能保证内嵌条张紧时可以卡于限位槽内,内嵌条的宽度略小于中缝的宽度。
进一步地,在面料张紧状态时,内嵌条7限位于限位槽210内,内嵌条7离开限位槽210的槽口并与槽口成一角度,使内嵌条7不会从限位槽210内脱落。
进一步地,在套罩面料时,由于受内嵌条7的张紧拉力作用,面料6反向拉动内嵌条7,内嵌条7一端限位于限位槽210一侧,内嵌条7的另一侧限位于限位槽210内相对的另一侧,此时内嵌条7斜嵌于限位槽210内。
张紧状态时,所述面料一端连接的内嵌条限位于一侧管件的限位槽内,所述面料另一端连接的另一内嵌条限位于相对侧另一管件的限位槽内。
张紧状态时,内嵌条斜嵌于限位槽内,所述限位槽内一侧至少限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内相对的另一侧限位阻止内嵌条另一边或另一端运动。
在框架上套置面料时,将内嵌条插入面料一端的中缝内并置于一管件的限位槽内,然后将另一内嵌条插入面料另一端的中缝内并拉伸,将此内嵌条拉紧插入另一管件内的限位槽内,由于受到张紧拉力使两端的内嵌条卡于管件上的限位槽内,此时面料由于受到内嵌条的张紧拉力表面平整。
根据面料特性,如果面料较薄可以直接采用内嵌条,但是如果面料厚度较大无法将内嵌条旋转,需要将内嵌条旋转的力过大而无法完成相关操作,因此需要在管件的限位槽上增加一个卡扣件对面料进行强化固定,这样即可增加固定强度,又可以后续更换。
如图7所示,所述张紧机构还包括一卡扣件,在所述管件上卡接一塑料 卡扣件8,塑料卡扣件8一端伸入限位槽210内,另一端贴合于管件21的外表面,塑料卡扣件8于限位槽内的部分表面设置有格挡片80,以阻止张紧时塑料卡扣件8从限位槽210内滑脱。
张紧状态时,所述限位槽内一侧限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内插入的一卡扣件阻止内嵌条的另一边或另一端旋转。
进一步地,尾部的铁架与床架之间设置有后支撑连杆11,后支撑连杆11一端通过钣金件110与床架1连接,另一端与框架连接,如图10所示,不需要再额外增设一个零件安装到床板上,通过使用钣金件直接焊接到框架上,即可增加框架强度,又能够方便安装。
进一步地,所述的后支撑连杆与框架通过螺丝或螺栓实现轴连接,在旋转轴接时,通过台阶螺丝、塑料轴套、塑料垫片与框架连接,台阶螺丝或螺栓上依次穿有塑料轴套和塑料垫片,塑料轴套置于钣金件与框架上对应的通孔内,塑料垫片于通孔一侧,采用塑料轴套和塑料垫片的轴接方式,既可以保证活动间隙,又同时保证无转动噪音产生。
如图9所示,所述的框架上还设置有装饰架5,所述装饰架采用Z字形结构,由延伸段51、连接段52、伸入段53三段构成,装饰架5卡在预留孔的框架钢结构中,预留孔内置有塑料孔套22,塑料孔套22上有阻挡装饰架5上连接段52晃动的塑料挡片23,采用Z字形结构的装饰架与塑料孔套连接可以预防刮伤,同时方便拆卸。
本发明所述的内嵌条插入面料预缝制的中缝中,面料是有一定的弹力或者张力的,因此靠的是弹力拉出一定长度将塑料条紧卡入钢管槽内实现紧绷的效果。
本发明提供的无床板面料覆盖电动床,将带软包材料的面料直接包覆于铁架表面,通过铁架上的张紧装置来提供张紧拉力,保证面料表面的平整,不需要借助工具即可方便的实现面料的拆卸,省去床板的安装与匹配。
本发明的床腿连接于床架上,在床架折叠连接处也设有床腿支架(图中未标示),且于折叠处的床腿采用方管,固定床腿的支架也为方管同时内置床脚片结构,通过旋转床腿将床腿上的螺丝固定于内置床腿片上,采用这种方式安装简单、连接可靠。
本发明还提供了一种在折叠电动床表面固定面料的方法,用于在无硬质床板的可折叠电动床表面安装软包面料,该方法包括:
在面料边缘预缝制中缝内置入一具有硬度和弹性的内嵌条;
拉动内嵌条使所述面料至张紧状态;
再将内嵌条嵌入于电动床框架边缘的具有限位槽的管件内,使内嵌条能卡于管件内的限位槽内。
进一步地,所述的内嵌条卡于管件内的方法为:将拉紧状态的内嵌条旋转于限位槽内,使限位槽一侧至少限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内相对的另一侧限位阻止内嵌条的另一边或另一端运动。
进一步地,所述的内嵌条卡于管件内的方法为:将拉紧状态的内嵌条旋转于限位槽内,使限位槽一侧至少限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内插入一卡扣件阻止内嵌条的另一边或另一端旋转。
以上实施例仅作为本发明的优选实例,不对本发明的范围起到限定作用。本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上,可以在本发明权利要求的保护范围内,预想到能实现相同功能的其它实施方式。
在本发明的基础上,本领域技术人员可以对张紧机构做出多种变形,比如限位槽的形状、限位设计等,以及内嵌条形状等,只要能实现内嵌条和管件上限位槽配合限位即可,也可利用如卡扣件类的辅助材料来使内嵌条于限位槽内限位,本发明不再一一实施说明。
本发明所述管件的安装位置可以根据需要进行变换,在此不再举例说明。
本领域技术人员掌握多种实施例及多种变形及改进。需明确的是,除明显矛盾或不兼容的情况外,本发明的上述特征、变形方式和/或具体实施例可以相互结合。所有这些实施例及变形及改进都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,包括:通过连接件连接的可折叠的床架,床架上连接有床腿;设置于床架上的若干可翻转折叠的框架;以及设置于床架上的驱动装置;其特征在于,还包括:
    直接覆盖于所述若干框架表面的用于包覆软质材料的面料;以及
    将面料张紧于所述框架表面的张紧机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述的面料,其内填充有蓬松物制品,面料边缘缝有中缝,中缝内至少插入部分内嵌条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述面料与所述框架表面之间填充有海绵、乳胶、棉制品或涤纶制品。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述面料与所述框架表面之间还有一层塑料板或木板。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述的张紧机构,包括管件以及内嵌条,内嵌条至少部分插入面料边缘的中缝内,面料另一端的边缘中缝内连接有部分内嵌条,内嵌条置于管件内形成的用于限制内嵌条旋转的限位槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述的管件,设置于框架的边缘,其内形成有供内嵌条插入的限位槽,其外表面及槽口拐角处采用弧面处理,限位槽的槽口宽度小于限位槽的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述的限位槽,其形状可以为开口的圆形、椭圆形、矩形或梯形。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,张紧状态时,所述面料一端连接的内嵌条限位于一侧管件的限位槽内,所述面料另一端连接的另一内嵌条限位于相对侧另一管件的限位槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,张紧状态时,所述限位槽内一侧限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内相对的另一侧或其内插入的一卡扣件限位阻止内嵌条另一边或另一端旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述张紧装置还包括一卡扣件,卡扣件一端伸入限位槽内,另一端贴合于管件的外表面,所述卡扣件于限位槽内的部分表面设置有阻止滑脱的格挡片。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述框架与床架之间设置有后支撑连杆,后支撑连杆一端通过钣金件与床架连接,另一端与框架连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述的后支撑连杆与框架通过台阶螺丝、塑料轴套、塑料垫片实现轴连接,台阶螺丝或螺栓上依次穿有塑料轴套和塑料垫片,塑料轴套置于钣金件与框架上对应的通孔内,塑料垫片于通孔一侧。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种无床板面料覆盖电动床,其特征在于,所述的框架上还设置有装饰架,所述装饰架采用Z字形结构,装饰架卡在预留孔的框架钢结构中,预留孔内置有塑料孔套。
  14. 在如权利要求1-13任一项所述电动床表面固定面料的方法,该方法用于在无硬质床板的电动床表面安装软包面料,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    在面料边缘预缝制中缝内置入一具有硬度和弹性的内嵌条;
    拉动内嵌条使所述面料至张紧状态;
    再将内嵌条嵌入于电动床框架边缘的具有限位槽的管件内,使内嵌条能卡于管件内的限位槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的内嵌条卡于管件内的方法为:将拉紧状态的内嵌条斜嵌于限位槽内,并使限位槽一侧至少限位内嵌条一条边或一端,限位槽内相对的另一侧或其内插入的一卡扣件限位阻止内嵌条另一边或另一端运动。
