Abstract
L'invention concerne un tamis cylindrique (12) d'une machine à papier à tamis cylindrique (10), destiné à la fabrication d'un papier de sécurité (42A, 42B) doté d'un fil fenêtré (22) partiellement noyé, le tamis cylindrique (12) tirant une pâte à papier sous forme de suspension fibres-eau (14) à partir d'une cuve (16) lors de la fabrication du papier, le tamis cylindrique (12) comportant un tamis de production (30) présentant une direction circonférentielle (U) et une direction transversale (Q) perpendiculaire à celle-ci, ledit tamis de production étant pourvu d'une pluralité d'éléments de fil fenêtré (34) le long de la direction circonférentielle (U), éléments sur lesquels le fil fenêtré (22) est posé lors de la fabrication du papier, de façon à supprimer localement la fixation de la suspension fibres-eau pour former des fils fenêtrés (40). Selon le procédé, les éléments de fil fenêtré (34) sont disposés en direction transversale (Q) avec un décalage (36) périodique le long de la circonférence, la circonférence du tamis cylindrique (R)<sb /> étant un multiple entier de la période de décalage (P). L'invention concerne également un procédé associé de fabrication d'un papier de sécurité.
