Description

拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车 技术领域
本发明属于代步工具领域,进一步涉及一种可折叠的电动车,具体涉及一种拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车。
背景技术
本发明人在2013年申请的公告号为CN103204209B的专利中公开了一种有折椅功能的拉杆箱式便携折叠电动三轮车,利用折叠车架的翻转可以将车前轮和控制车把收纳至坐框基座的下方,然后通过其他的一些辅助结构可以实现在电动三轮车、拉杆箱和座椅三种状态下转换。
但是在实际使用过程中发现,其存在以下缺陷:由于主要的连接部件折叠车架的上方和下方分别连接有控制车把和车前轮,且为了保证车前轮和控制车把能够收纳进坐框基座的下方,从而使得折叠车架距离地面有一定的高度,这样就导致用户在使用电动三轮车的时候,需要抬腿跨过折叠车架才能坐到坐框基座上,而且在行驶过程中用户的脚只能放在前轮两侧的折叠踏板上,对于年纪比较大或者腿脚不利索的残障人士来说,不仅使用不便,还存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种在使用时不需要将腿抬很高、操作起来更方便以及保证使用者使用安全的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,具体方案如下:
拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,包括水平布置且顶面设有折叠靠背的坐框基座,所述坐框基座的底面靠近尾部的位置设有若干对称布置的第一车轮,所述坐框基座的底面靠近头部的位置设有两个竖直向下布置的第一连接柱,两个所述第一连接柱的下端通过第一连接装置铰接有脚踏板组件;所述脚踏板组件与所述坐框基座平行布置,所述脚踏板组件所处平面低于所述坐框基座所处平面,所述脚踏板组件远离所述坐框基座的一端铰接有把手组件,所述把手组件的下端设有带有动力装置的第二车轮。
进一步地,所述第一连接装置包括固定连接于所述第一连接柱下端的第一连接片,所述第一连接片为矩形且与所述坐框基座平行布置,所述第一连接片正对所述把手组件的侧边设有第一螺栓容置腔;所述第一连接片的两侧通过穿设于所述第一螺栓容置腔内的螺栓连接有两个竖直的第一连接夹板,两个所述第一连接夹板平行布置,两个所述连接夹板相对的侧面成型有对称的第一活动腔;所述第一活动腔成型为矩形,所述第一活动腔的宽度与所述第一连接片的长度匹配,两个所述第一活动腔底面的间距与所述第一连接片的宽度匹配。
进一步地,所述脚踏板组件包括两根平行布置的脚踏板侧边梁以及设于所述脚踏板侧边梁上方的脚踏板,两根所述脚踏板侧边梁的间距与两个所述第一连接柱的间距对应。
进一步地,所述脚踏板侧边梁靠近所述坐框基座的一端向上弯折形成竖直布置的第二连接柱,所述第二连接柱的上端固定连接有与所述第一连接片对应的第二连接片,所述第二连接片正对所述把手组件的侧边设有第二螺栓容置腔,所述第二连接片通过穿设于所述第二螺栓容置腔内的螺栓连接于两个所述第一连接夹板之间,所述第一活动腔的长度匹配所述第一连接片与所述第二连接片的长度之和。
进一步地,所述脚踏板的下方设有工作腔,所述工作腔内设有电动车控制器电路板和装有电池的电池仓,所述电动车控制器电路板和所述电池均与所述第二车轮电连接,所述工作腔的侧面上开设有与所述电池仓连通的电池口。
进一步地,所述脚踏板的顶面设有防滑垫。
进一步地,所述把手组件包括把手支架,所述把手支架的中间通过轴承穿设有与所述把手支架垂直的把手杆,所述把手杆的下端通过轮叉与所述第二车轮连接,所述把手杆的上端设有控制车把;所述把手支架的两端向下弯折且分别铰接于两根所述脚踏板侧边梁上,所述把手支架的两端设有两个对称且竖直布置的卡板平板,所述卡板平板正对所述车尾方向的一侧为斜边,所述斜边的下端成型为卡角;
优化地,两根所述脚踏板侧边梁之间设有水平布置的卡销轴,所述卡销轴与两根所述脚踏板侧边梁均垂直,所述卡销轴上穿设有两个与所述卡板平板位置对应的卡销,所述卡销正对所述卡板平板的一侧设有与所述卡角配合的卡槽,所述卡销的底部连接有收缩弹簧,所述收缩弹簧 的末端连接于所述脚踏板侧边梁上。
进一步地,所述坐框基座上设有操作把手,所述操作把手通过带套管的刹车线与所述卡销的上端连接,所述带套管的刹车线布设于所述踏脚板的下方。
进一步地,所述把手杆包括通过第二连接装置铰接的把手上杆和把手下杆,所述第二连接装置包括固定连接于所述把手上杆下端的第三连接片,所述第三连接片为矩形且与所述把手上杆垂直布置,所述第三连接片正对所述坐框基座的侧边设有第三螺栓容置腔;所述第三连接片的两侧通过穿设于所述第三螺栓容置腔内的第一限位螺栓连接有两个竖直的第二连接夹板,两个所述第二连接夹板平行布置,两个所述连接夹板相对的侧面成型有对称的第二活动腔;所述第二活动腔成型为矩形,所述第二活动腔的宽度与所述第三连接片的长度匹配;
优化地,所述把手下杆的上端固定连接有与所述第三连接片对应的第四连接片,所述第四连接片正对所述坐框基座的侧边设有第四螺栓容置腔,所述第四连接片通过穿设于所述第四螺栓容置腔内的第二限位螺栓连接于两个所述第二连接夹板之间,所述第二活动腔的长度匹配所述第三连接片与所述第四连接片的长度之和;

进一步地,所述第二连接夹板正对所述坐框基座侧边的中间穿设有第三限位螺栓,所述第三限位螺栓与所述第一限位螺栓和所述第二限位螺栓均平行,所述坐框基座的底面设有与所述脚踏板侧边配合的第一卡扣以及与所述第一限位螺栓、所述第二限位螺栓或所述第三限位螺栓配合的第二卡扣;所述坐框基座的底面还设有前轮定位卡件,所述前轮定位卡件包括两个竖直且平行布置的卡片,两个所述卡片的间距匹配所述第二车轮的宽度,所述卡片的末端向外翻折。
本发明提出的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其有益效果在于:利 用第一连接装置将高度很低的踏脚板铰接于坐框基座上,使用户在使用的时候不需要抬腿跨越,使用方便,减少了安全隐患。

如图1和图2所示,本发明公开的一种拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,包括水平布置且顶面设有折叠靠背的坐框基座1,坐框基座1的底面靠近尾部的位置设有两个对称布置的第一车轮2,坐框基座1的底面靠近头部的位置设有两个竖直向下布置的第一连接柱101,两个第一连接柱的下端通过第一连接装置3铰接有脚踏板组件4;脚踏板组件4与坐框基座1平行布置,脚踏板组件4所处平面低于坐框基座1所处平面,脚踏板组件4远离坐框基座1的一端铰接有把手组件5,把手组件5的下端设有带有动力装置的第二车轮6。脚踏板组件4包括两根平行布置的脚踏板侧边梁401以及设于脚踏板侧边梁401上方的脚踏板402,两根脚踏板侧边梁401的间距与两个第一连接柱101的间距对应。
结合图2-图6,第一连接装置3包括固定连接于第一连接柱101下端的第一连接片301,第一连接片301为矩形且与坐框基座1平行布置,第一连接片301正对把手组件5的侧边设有第一螺栓容置腔302;第一连接片301的两侧通过穿设于第一螺栓容置腔302内的螺栓连接有两个竖直的第一连接夹板303,两个第一连接夹板303平行布置,两个连接夹板303相对的侧面成型有对称的第一活动腔304;第一活动腔304成型为矩形,第一活动腔304的宽度与第一连接片301的长度匹配,两个第一活动腔304底面的间距与第一连接片301的宽度匹配。脚踏板侧边梁401靠近坐框基座1的一端向上弯折形成竖直布置的第二连接柱403,第二连接柱403的上端固定连接有与第一连接片301对应的第二连接片404,第二连接片404正对把手组件5的侧边设有第二螺栓容置腔405,第二连接片404通过穿设于第二螺栓容置腔405内的螺栓连接于两个第 一连接夹板303之间,第一活动腔304的长度匹配第一连接片301与第二连接片404的长度之和。
脚踏板402的下方设有工作腔,工作腔内设有电动车控制器电路板和装有电池的电池仓,电动车控制器电路板和电池均与第二车轮6电连接,工作腔的侧面上开设有与电池仓连通的电池口。脚踏板402的顶面设有防滑垫406。(附图中未画出)
如图7和图8,把手组件5包括把手支架501,把手支架501的中间通过轴承穿设有与把手支架501垂直的把手杆502,把手杆502的下端通过轮叉与第二车轮6连接,把手杆502的上端设有控制车把503;把手支架501的两端向下弯折且分别铰接于两根脚踏板侧边梁401上,把手支架501的两端设有两个对称且竖直布置的卡板平板504,卡板平板504正对车尾方向的侧边为斜边,斜边的下端成型为卡角505;两根脚踏板侧边梁401之间设有水平布置的卡销轴506,卡销轴506与两根脚踏板侧边梁401均垂直,卡销轴506上穿设有两个与卡板平板504位置对应的卡销507,卡销507正对卡板平板504的一侧设有与卡角505配合的卡槽508,卡销507的底部连接有收缩弹簧,收缩弹簧的末端连接于脚踏板侧边梁401上。坐框基座1上设有操作把手,操作把手通过带套管的刹车线与卡销507的上端连接,带套管的刹车线布设于踏脚板402的下方(附图中未画出)。
参照图1和图9,把手杆502包括通过第二连接装置7铰接的把手上杆509和把手下杆510,第二连接装置7包括固定连接于把手上杆509下端的第三连接片701,第三连接片701为矩形且与把手上杆509垂直布置,第三连接片701正对坐框基座1的侧边设有第三螺栓容置腔702;第三连接片701的两侧通过穿设于第三螺栓容置腔702内的第一限位螺栓703连接有两个竖直的第二连接夹板704,两个第二连接夹板704平行布置,两个连接夹板704相对的侧面成型有对称的第二活动腔705;第二活动腔705成型为矩形,第二活动腔705的宽度与第三连接片701的长度匹配;
把手下杆510的上端固定连接有与第三连接片701对应的第四连接片706,第四连接片706正对坐框基座1的侧边设有第四螺栓容置腔707,第四连接片706通过穿设于第四螺栓容置腔707内的第二限位螺栓708连接于两个第二连接夹板704之间,第二活动腔705的长度匹配 第三连接片701与第四连接片706的长度之和;其中一个第二活动腔705内设有竖直布置的矩形限位片709,矩形限位片709的长度匹配第二活动腔705的长度,矩形限位片709与第二活动腔705之间设有支撑弹簧710,矩形限位片709的厚度与第三连接片701宽度之和小于两个第二活动腔705底面的间距;如图10,矩形限位片709的上沿和下沿分别开设有上缺口710和下缺口711,上缺口710和下缺口711的长度均小于矩形限位片709的宽度,上缺口710的宽度匹配第三连接片701的厚度,下缺口711的宽度匹配第四连接片706的厚度。
对比图9和图12,第二连接夹板704正对坐框基座1侧边的中间穿设有第三限位螺栓712,第三限位螺栓712与第一限位螺栓703和第二限位螺栓708均平行,坐框基座1的底面设有与脚踏板402侧边配合的第一卡扣102以及与第一限位螺栓703、第二限位螺栓708或第三限位螺栓712配合的第二卡扣103;如图13,坐框基座1的底面还设有前轮定位卡件103,前轮定位卡件103包括两个竖直且平行布置的卡片,两个卡片的间距匹配第二车轮6的宽度,卡片的末端向外翻折。
本发明的工作过程如下:
初始状态如图1所示,此时用户可以直接乘坐,利用控制车把对电动车进行控制,用户上车时不需要抬腿,安全系数高;
当不需要乘坐时,对照图1、图9和图10,首先用左手大拇指按压矩形限位片,将509以7为圆心逆时针转动(按图1的视角方向),此时509与510紧靠在一起;参照图7和图8,然后右手捏一下操作把手,拉动507的上端向右移动直至505根508脱开,此时左手带动510和509以501为圆心一起顺时针转动,从而使509和510均紧贴在脚踏板402上;继续参照图1,再然后将509、510和402整体一起以3为圆心逆时针转动,将509、510和402一起收纳至1的下方(需要注意的是,将6对准104放入,防止车轮摆动);最后利用102卡住402,103卡住7,此时的状态如图11所示,完成整个电动车的折叠;
参照14,由于此时103卡住的是7上的712(图14中712被103挡住了),509是被1挡住了,此时509不能顺时针转动;若需要拖动电动车,首先需要解除103的限制,将7向外拖动至708被103限制,此时的状态如图15所示;然后逆时针转动509,进而带动7向上转动,直至509被709顶住如图16所示,此时整个电动车的状态如图17所示, 用户可以直接手握操作把手拖动电动车行进。
