- 根据权利要求2所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述脚踏板组件(4)包括两根平行布置的脚踏板侧边梁(401)以及设于所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)上方的脚踏板(402),两根所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)的间距与两个所述第一连接柱(101)的间距对应。
- 根据权利要求3所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)靠近所述坐框基座(1)的一端向上弯折形成竖直布置的第二连接柱(403),所述第二连接柱(403)的上端固定连接有与所述第一连接片(301)对应的第二连接片(404),所述第二连接片(404)正对所述把手组件(5)的侧边设有第二螺栓容置腔(405),所述第二连接片(404)通过穿设于所述第二螺栓容置腔(405)内的螺栓连接于两个所述第一连接夹板(303)之间,所述第一活动腔(304)的长度匹配所述第一连接片(301)与所述第二连接片(404)的长度之和。
- 根据权利要求4所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述脚踏板(402)的下方设有工作腔,所述工作腔内设有电动车控制器电路板和装有电池的电池仓,所述电动车控制器电路板和所述电池均与所述第二车轮(6)电连接,所述工作腔的侧面上开设有与所述电池仓连通的电池口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述脚踏板(402)的顶面设有防滑垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述把手组件(5)包括把手支架(501),所述把手支架(501)的中间通过轴承穿设有与所述把手支架(501)垂直的把手杆(502),所述把手杆(502)的下端通过轮叉与所述第二车轮(6)连接,所述把手杆(502)的上端设有控制车把(503);所述把手支架(501)的两端向下弯折且分别铰接于两根所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)上,所述把手支架(501)的两端设有两个对称且竖直布置的卡板平板(504),所述卡板平板(504)正对所述车尾方向的一侧为斜边,所述斜边的下端成型为卡角(505);两根所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)之间设有水平布置的卡销轴(506),所述卡销轴(506)与两根所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)均垂直,所述卡销轴(506)上穿设有两个与所述卡板平板(504)位置对应的卡销(507),所述卡销(507)正对所述卡板平板(504)的一侧设有与所述卡角(505)配合的卡槽(508),所述卡销(507)的底部连接有收缩弹簧,所述收缩弹簧的末端连接于所述脚踏板侧边梁(401)上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述坐框基座(1)上设有操作把手,所述操作把手通过带套管的刹车线与所述卡销(507)的上端连接,所述带套管的刹车线布设于所述踏脚板(402)的下方。
- 根据权利要求7所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述把手杆(502)包括通过第二连接装置(7)铰接的把手上杆(509)和把手下杆(510),所述第二连接装置(7)包括固定连接于所述把手上杆(510)下端的第三连接片(701),所述第三连接片(701)为矩形且与所述把手上杆(511)垂直布置,所述第三连接片(701)正对所述坐框基座(1)的侧边设有第三螺栓容置腔(702);所述第三连接片(701)的两侧通过穿设于所述第三螺栓容置腔(702)内的第一限位螺栓(703)连接有两个竖 直的第二连接夹板(704),两个所述第二连接夹板(704)平行布置,两个所述连接夹板(704)相对的侧面成型有对称的第二活动腔(705);所述第二活动腔(705)成型为矩形,所述第二活动腔(705)的宽度与所述第三连接片(701)的长度匹配;所述把手下杆(510)的上端固定连接有与所述第三连接片(701)对应的第四连接片(706),所述第四连接片(706)正对所述坐框基座(1)的侧边设有第四螺栓容置腔(707),所述第四连接片(706)通过穿设于所述第四螺栓容置腔(707)内的第二限位螺栓(708)连接于两个所述第二连接夹板(704)之间,所述第二活动腔(705)的长度匹配所述第三连接片(701)与所述第四连接片(706)的长度之和;其中一个所述第二活动腔(705)内设有竖直布置的矩形限位片(709),所述矩形限位片(709)的长度匹配所述第二活动腔(705)的长度,所述矩形限位片(709)与所述第二活动腔(705)之间设有支撑弹簧,所述矩形限位片(709)的厚度与所述第三连接片(701)宽度之和小于两个所述第二活动腔(705)底面的间距;所述矩形限位片(709)的上沿和下沿分别开设有上缺口(710)和下缺口(711),所述上缺口(710)和所述下缺口(711)的长度均小于所述矩形限位片(709)的宽度,所述上缺口(710)的宽度匹配所述第三连接片(701)的厚度,所述下缺口(711)的宽度匹配所述第四连接片(706)的厚度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的拉杆箱式快速折叠微型电动车,其特征在于:所述第二连接夹板(704)正对所述坐框基座(1)侧边的中间穿设有第三限位螺栓(712),所述第三限位螺栓(712)与所述第一限位螺栓(703)和所述第二限位螺栓(708)均平行,所述坐框基座(1)的底面设有与所述脚踏板(402)侧边配合的第一卡扣(102)以及与所述第一限位螺栓(703)、所述第二限位螺栓(708)或所述第三限位螺栓(712)配合的第二卡扣(103);所述坐框基座(1)的底面还设有前轮定位卡件(104),所述前轮定位卡件(104)包括两个竖直且平行布置的卡片,两个所述卡片的间距匹配所述第二车轮(6)的宽度,所述卡片的末端向外翻折。
