位于同一侧的所述前梯杆和后梯杆的顶部通过连接件相互饺接在一起,所述连接件固定在前梯杆的顶部,所述后梯杆的顶端转动连接在连接件上。设置连接件可以给辅助轴部提供安装位,即辅助轴部可以固定在两连接件之间,当然前梯杆和后梯杆也可以直接铰接在一起。
为方便收拢工作梯及将底部踏板翻转至梯架本体上部作为工作平台使用,上述底部踏板上开有方便手伸入扳动的第一穿孔,上部踏板上开有方便手伸入扳动的第二穿孔。收拢时只需用手伸入穿孔然后扳动即可。
为使人站在底部踏板上,相邻的上部踏板不会阻挡人的腿部,我们将与底部踏板相邻的上部踏板的前端面具有向后内凹的凹部。这样当人站在底部踏板上时,腿部会陷入凹部内,使上部踏板不会阻挡人的腿部,方便人站立在底部踏板上。
上述底部踏板的底面设置有用以与底部后轴或辅助轴部可脱卸连接的连接结构。通过连接结构与底部后轴或辅助轴部连接,能使底部踏板作为踏板使用时起到锁定工作梯的作用,防止工作梯被意外收拢,而当底部踏板作为工作平台使用时,不但起到锁定工作梯作用,还起到稳定工作台的作用,放置工作台被意外翻转。
上述连接结构包括托块及驱动托块前后滑移的驱动结构,所述底部踏板的底面具有沿其宽度方向贯穿的外形与底部后轴或辅助轴部相配的限位凹槽,所述托块约束在底部踏板的底面并能前后滑移,托块的后部具有延伸至限位凹槽下方的挡部,在底部后轴或辅助轴部置于限位凹槽内的状态下,所述挡部位于底部后轴或辅助轴部的下方。通过限 位凹槽与托块上挡部的配合,将底部后轴或辅助轴部约束在底部踏板的下方,起到定位底部踏板的作用,当然也可根据需要设计出其它将底部踏板约束在底部后轴或辅助轴部上的结构。
上述驱动结构包括固定在托块上的拉杆,拉杆约束在底部踏板的底面并能前后滑移,拉杆的末端连接有拉手,拉手也约束在底部踏板的底面并能前后滑移;所述托块有两块,所述拉杆呈U形,拉杆的两个直杆部上各固定一个所述托块,所述拉手则与拉杆的横杆部的中部连接。设置两块托块能更牢靠将底部踏板约束在底部后轴或辅助轴部上,同时本驱动结构只需推拉拉手便能带动驱动块滑移,实现对底部踏板在底部后轴或辅助轴部上的锁定或解锁,为使托块保持在锁定状态,我们还可在托块后部设置使托块保持锁定状态的弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:底部踏板能翻转至梯架本体的顶部,并在梯架本体顶部设置用以搁置底部踏板的辅助轴部,因此本底部踏板不但可以作为踏板使用,当其翻转至梯架顶部并搁置在辅助轴部上的状态下,该底部踏板可作为工作平台使用,工作平台能让我们在该平台上进行例如锯、切、刻等工作。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~7所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种可作为工作平台使用的工作梯,包括能张开和收拢的梯架本体,及设于梯架本体内并能被折收的踏板组件。
梯架本体包括两左右间隔设置的前梯杆7和后梯杆8,位于同一侧前梯杆7和后梯杆8的顶部通过连接件9相互铰接在一起,连接件9固定在前梯杆7的顶部,后梯杆8的顶端转动连接在连接件9上,两前连杆7之间设有支撑杆,两后连杆8之间也设有支撑杆。
踏板组件包括上下间隔设置的至少两块踏板及供各踏板后端搁置的后轴,位于最下端的踏板为底部踏板1,位于底部踏板1上方的踏板为上部踏板2,本实施例中的上部踏板2只有一块。后轴分为供底部踏板1后端搁置的底部后轴3及供上部踏板2后端搁置的上部后轴4。
梯架本体的前部转动设置有两根能上下翻转的辅助支撑杆5,辅助支撑杆5转动设置在前梯杆7的前端面上,两前梯杆7上各固定有呈U形的固定片10,固定片10的U形槽朝前设置,辅助支撑杆5转动设置在固定片10的U形槽内。
底部踏板1的前端通过转轴17转动设置在两辅助支撑杆5之间,梯架本体的顶部设有横向设置供底部踏板1的后端搁置的辅助轴部6,辅助轴部6可以设置在两连接件9之间,也可以设置在工具盒两侧的连接臂上,只要满足横向设置在梯架本体上部即可。底部踏板1上开有方便手伸入扳动的第一穿孔16,与底部踏板1相邻的上部踏板2的前端面具有向后内凹的凹部22,凹部22的外形与人双腿外形相配。
上部踏板2的前端转动设置在两前梯杆7之间,上部踏板2的前端左右两侧分别转动设置在固定片10上。上部后轴4固定在两后梯杆8之间,与底部踏板1相邻的上部踏板2的左右两侧转动连接有上连杆11,两后梯杆8的下部转动连接有下连杆12,同侧的上连杆11和下连杆12的端部通过转轴共同转动连接在底部后轴3的一侧。上部踏板2上开有方便手伸入扳动的第二穿孔21。
在辅助支撑杆5下翻状态下,底部踏板1的后端搁置在最下端的底部后轴3上;在辅助支撑杆5上翻状态下,底部踏板1上移至梯子本体的顶部,同时底部踏板1的后端搁置在辅助轴部6上。
底部踏板1的底面设置有用以与底部后轴3或辅助轴部6可脱卸连接的连接结构。
如图3、4所示,连接结构包括托块13及驱动托块13前后滑移的驱动结构,底部踏板1的底面具有沿其宽度方向贯穿的外形与底部后轴3或辅助轴部6相配的限位凹槽12,托块13约束在底部踏板1的底面并能前后滑移,托块13的后部具有延伸至限位凹槽12下方的挡部131,在底部后轴3或辅助轴部6置于限位凹槽12内的状态下,挡部131位于底部后轴3或辅助轴部6的下方。
驱动结构包括固定在托块13上的拉杆14,拉杆14约束在底部踏板1的底面并能前后滑移,拉杆14的末端连接有拉手15,拉手15也约束在底部踏板1的底面并能前后滑移;托块13有两块,拉杆14呈U形,拉杆14的两个直杆部上各固定一个托块13,拉手15则与拉杆14的横杆部的中部连接。
本工作梯的工作原理及过程如下:
如图1、2所示,作为工作梯使用时,梯架本体打开,上部踏板2的后端搁置在上部后轴4上,同时,辅助支撑杆5处于下翻状态,底部踏板1的后端搁置在最下端的底 部后轴3上,底部后轴3嵌入底部踏板1的限位凹槽12内,同时托块13的挡部131位于底部后轴3的下方,此时的底部踏板1作为踏板使用。
如图5、6所示,如作为工作平台使用时,一手拉动拉手15前移,拉手15带动托块13前移,托块13的挡部131前移脱离底部后轴3的下方,即挡部131不再对底部后轴3有约束作用,同时,手伸入底部踏板1的第一穿孔16并向上扳动,底部踏板1脱离底部后轴3,并从梯架本体的前方穿出再上翻,底部踏板1的上翻带动辅助支撑杆5上翻,直至将底部踏板1翻至梯架本体的上方,再将底部踏板1的后端搁置在辅助轴部6上,辅助轴部6嵌入底部踏板1的限位凹槽12内,推动拉手15后移,拉手15带动托块13后移,托块13的挡部131后移至辅助轴部6下方,将底部踏板1的后端约束在辅助轴部6上。底部踏板1的前端被辅助支撑杆5支撑,底部踏板1的后端被辅助轴部6支撑,这样底部踏板1可作为工作平台使用,工作平台能让我们在平台上进行例如锯、切、刻等工作。
如图7所示,折收时,手伸入上部踏板2的第二穿孔21内并上拉上部踏板2,上部踏板2后端脱离底部后轴3并上移,同时将前梯杆7和后梯杆8合拢,上部踏板2通过上连杆11和下连杆12带动底部踏板1一起上移,直至收拢,收拢方式和现有工作梯类似。
尽管以上详细地描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是应该清楚地理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可作为工作平台使用的工作梯,包括能张开和收拢的梯架本体,及设于梯架本体内并能被折收的踏板组件;
    其特征在于:
    所述踏板组件包括上下间隔设置的至少两块踏板及供各踏板后端搁置的后轴,位于最下端的踏板为底部踏板(1),位于底部踏板(1)上方的踏板为上部踏板(2),所述后轴分为供底部踏板(1)后端搁置的底部后轴(3)及供上部踏板(2)后端搁置的上部后轴(4);
    所述梯架本体的前部转动设置有两根能上下翻转的辅助支撑杆(5),所述底部踏板(1)的前端转动设置在两所述辅助支撑杆(5)之间,所述梯架本体的顶部设有横向设置供底部踏板(1)的后端搁置的辅助轴部(6);
    在辅助支撑杆(5)下翻状态下,底部踏板(1)的后端搁置在最下端的底部后轴(3)上;
    在辅助支撑杆(5)上翻状态下,底部踏板(1)上移至梯子本体的顶部,同时底部踏板(1)的后端搁置在所述辅助轴部(6)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工作梯,其特征在于:所述梯架本体包括两左右间隔设置的前梯杆(7)和后梯杆(8),位于同一侧前梯杆(7)和后梯杆(8)的顶部相互铰接在一起,所述辅助支撑杆(5)转动设置在前梯杆(7)的前端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工作梯,其特征在于:所述上部踏板(2)的前端转动设置在两前梯杆(7)之间,上部后轴(4)固定在两后梯杆(8)之间,与底部踏板(1)相邻的上部踏板(2)的左右两侧转动连接有上连杆(11),两后梯杆(8)的下部转动连接有下连杆(12),同侧的上连杆(11)和下连杆(12)的端部通过转轴共同转动连接在所述底部后轴(3)的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的工作梯,其特征在于:两所述前梯杆(7)上各固定有呈U形的固定片(10),所述上部踏板(2)的前端左右两侧分别转动设置在固定片(10)上,所述辅助支撑杆(5)则转动设置在固定片(10)的U形槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的工作梯,其特征在于:位于同一侧的所述前梯杆(7)和后梯杆(8)的顶部通过连接件(9)相互铰接在一起,所述连接件(9)固定在前梯杆(7)的顶部,所述后梯杆(8)的顶端转动连接在连接件(9)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的工作梯,其特征在于:所述底部踏板(1)上开有方便手伸入扳动的第一穿孔(16),上部踏板(2)上开有方便手伸入扳动的第二穿孔(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的工作梯,其特征在于:与底部踏板(1)相邻的上部踏板(2)的前端面具有向后内凹的凹部(22)。
  8. 根据权利要求1~6任一所述的工作梯,其特征在于:所述底部踏板(1)的底面设置有用以与底部后轴(3)或辅助轴部(6)可脱卸连接的连接结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的工作梯,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括托块(13)及驱动托块(13)前后滑移的驱动结构,所述底部踏板(1)的底面具有沿其宽度方向贯穿的外形与 底部后轴(3)或辅助轴部(6)相配的限位凹槽(12),所述托块(13)约束在底部踏板(1)的底面并能前后滑移,托块(13)的后部具有延伸至限位凹槽(12)下方的挡部(131),在底部后轴(3)或辅助轴部(6)置于限位凹槽(12)内的状态下,所述挡部(131)位于底部后轴(3)或辅助轴部(6)的下方。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的工作梯,其特征在于:所述驱动结构包括固定在托块(13)上的拉杆(14),拉杆(14)约束在底部踏板(1)的底面并能前后滑移,拉杆(14)的末端连接有拉手(15),拉手(15)也约束在底部踏板(1)的底面并能前后滑移:
    所述托块(13)有两块,所述拉杆(14)呈U形,拉杆(14)的两个直杆部上各固定一个所述托块(13),所述拉手(15)则与拉杆(14)的横杆部的中部连接。
