加捻是利用回转运动,把牵伸后的细条子,像洗脸时绞毛巾一样加以扭转,以使纤维间的纵向联系固定起来的过程。条子绕本身轴心扭转一周,叫做加上一个捻回。加捻利用纤维的弯曲和扭转。弯曲可造成卷绕,扭转会形成捻回。纤维条如果一端固定,另一端扭转,有一定张力,就产生捻回。所以,张力和扭转是加捻的必要条件。加捻是一个把原料丝绕成线的过程,打个比方一根线由24根丝组成,24根丝要相互缠绕才能使线更加结实精致,打线绕的越紧也就是捻度越高,织出来的布就相对约紧致,垂感好,牢度好。不加捻的话就是没有打线,丝和丝之间没有缠绕在一起,布面松弛,垂感差、牢度差。一般的纱线在没有进行处理时,如果进行加捻,杂线乱线的存在会使得纱线的品质大大降低,而且目前的加捻机不能在加捻后进行储纱,增加了工作难度,降低了工作效率。
因此针对这一现状,迫切需要设计和生产一种纺织用集成式储纱加捻机构,以满足实际使用的需要。
