本申请要求于2018年10月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811198516.6,发明名称为“物资分配方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请实施例涉及自动化技术领域,尤其是一种物资分配方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
企业或者公司在运营过程中,会涉及到物资的消耗和分配,对于公司的老员工来说,在办公过程中会消耗掉部分办公用品,例如:铅笔、便利贴或者名片等,对于消耗完的物品需要向公司申请补充添置,而对于新员工来说,在新员工入职时,公司都会给新员工配置物资,例如:电脑、笔记本、笔以及文件夹等,发明人意识到这些物资的分配通常由后勤部门的员工进行人工分配,手续繁琐且分配效率低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种自动根据员工的职位来进行物资配给的物资分配方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请创造的实施例采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种物资分配方法,包括下述步骤:获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种物资分配装置,包括:第一获取模块,用于获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;第一处理模块,用于根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;第一执行模块,用于根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种物资分配方法的下述步骤:获取员工的物资申请信息,所述 物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行一种物资分配方法的下述步骤:获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
本申请实施例通过获取员工的物资申请信息,该物资申请信息是由员工发起的且携带有员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息,其中,职位信息用于表示该员工所处的职位,岗位描述信息用于表示该员工所处的职位具体负责的职责,通过职位信息和岗位描述信息即可得到该员工所需物资的物资清单,进而可以根据该物资清单选取物资清单中的物资对象并分配给该员工,系统自动根据员工的职位来进行物资分配,减少人力资源成本投入且分配效率高。

在本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的描述的一些流程中,包含了按照特定顺序出现的多个操作,但是应该清楚了解,这些操作可以不按照其在本文中出现的顺序来执行或并行执行,操作的序号如101、102等,仅仅是用于区分开各个不同的操作,序号本身不代表任何的执行顺序。另外,这些流程可以包括更多或更少的操作,并且这些操作可以按顺序执行或并行执行。需要说明的是,本文中的“第一”、“第二”等描述,是用于区分不同的消息、设备、模块等,不代表先后顺序,也不限定“第一”和“第二”是不同的类型。

实施例1
具体请参阅图1,图1为本实施例物资分配方法的基本流程示意图。
如图1所示,一种物资分配方法,包括下述步骤:
S1100、获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;
物资申请信息是由员工发起的物资申请请求中携带的信息,在实施时,当员工由于工作需要消耗完了办公用品时,可以向系统发起物资申请请求,例如:用户通过手机、电脑、平板或者其它具有联网功能的电子设备向系统发送物资申请请求,该物资申请信息中携带有该员工所处职位的职位信息以及该职位的岗位描述信息,其中,职位信息指的是该员工在公司中的任职职位,岗位描述信息指的是该员工所处职位的岗位职责描述,例如:张三和李四同的职位均为公司的工程师,而张三为电力工程师,所以张三的岗位描述信息是关于电力方面的,例如“用电管理技术人员”;李四是结构工程师,所以李四的岗位描述信息时关于机械机构方面的,例如“结构计算和绘制结构图的技术人员”;根据岗位描述信息的不同,张三和李四所需的物资也不相同,例如张三需要电笔和电线钳等工具,而李四则需要用到画图工具和测量工具等。
S1200、根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;
系统接收到员工提交的物资申请信息后,根据该物资申请信息获取对应的物资清单,其中,物资清单是由系统预先设置的,例如:系统中设置有物资清单数据库,该物资清单数据库中包括有若干与职位信息和岗位描述信息具有一一对应关系的物资清 单,当系统接收到员工的物资申请信息时,即可根据该物资申请信息中的职位信息和岗位描述信息在物资清单数据库中选取与该员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息相对应的物资清单。
S1300、根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
系统得到物资清单后,即可根据该物资清单选取物资对象并将选取好的物资对象分配给提成该物资申请信息的员工,在实施时,以本申请物资分配方法应用用于物资分配机柜为例,该物资分配机柜放置于公司特定位置处且该物资分配机柜容纳有各种物资,当员工发起物资申请请求时,系统获取该员工的物资申请信息,并提取该物资申请信息中的与该员工对应的职位信息和岗位描述信息,然后系统根据得到的职位信息和岗位描述信息选取与该员工相对应的物资清单,并根据该物资请求选取物资对象分配给该员工,该员工只需移动到该物资分配机柜的位置处即可自助领取所需的物资,实现自动化物资分配功能。
在一个实施例中,以李四是公司新入职的前台员工为例,李四入职时公司会给李四配置电脑、笔记本、笔以及工服等物资,需要李四自行到公司的物资分配机柜处收取,在李四入职的当天李四通过手机向系统发起物资申请请求,其中,物资申请请求中携带有物资申请信息,该物资申请信息中的职位信息和岗位描述信息可以由李四通过手机进行输入,例如:“职位:行政前台,岗位描述:负责客户的来访及登记、电话转接等事务”,系统获取李四的物资申请信息,该物资申请信息包括李四所在的行政前台的职位信息以及行政前台的岗位描述信息,然后根据职位信息以及岗位描述信息来获取李四入职所需物资的物资清单,并根据该物资清单选取物资对象,李四自助从物资分配机柜中收取物资,本实施例能根据员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息实现自动物资分配,物资分配效率高。
在一个实施例中,用户发起物资申请请求时,还可以根据实际需求在物资申请信息中携带物资信息,该物资信息指的是用户所需的物资的信息,包括物资名称、种类以及数量等,在实施时,以李四是公司后勤部门的老员工为例,李四在工作过程中消耗了部分办公用品,例如笔记本(纸质)和笔等消耗品,需要进行笔记本和笔补充,此时,李四通过公司配给自己的电脑向系统提出物资申请请求,该物资申请请求中包括需要补充的物资的物资信息,例如:2本笔记本和5只水性笔,系统根据物资申请请求中携带的物资信息配置物资清单(申请补充笔记本和笔),然后系统根据该物资清单来配置笔记本和笔从而配送给李四,其中,李四进行物资申请请求后自行到公司规定的地点自助收取这些物资,在该地点放置有物资分配机柜,该物资分配机柜存储有 各种办公物资,实现自动化物资分配,物资分配方便快捷,效率高。
在一个可选实施例中,当同一时间有多个员工同时发起物资申请请求时,在将物资配送给员工之前,还需要获取该员工的身份信息,从而确定该员工发起的物资申请请求,以准确将物资分配给各个员工,请参阅图2,图2是本申请一个实施例确定与员工对应的物资申请信息的基本流程示意图。
如图2所示,所述获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息的步骤之前,还包括如下步骤:
S1010、获取用户的身份验证信息;
用户的身份验证信息是用于证明该员工身份的身份证明信息,在实施时,身份验证信息包括:部门、职位和工号,但不限于此,以本申请应用于物资分配机柜为例,该物资分配机柜设置有供员工使用和输入的操作平台,系统即可获取用户或者员工通过该操作平台输入身份验证信息。
S1020、根据预设的员工档案数据库查找与所述身份验证信息匹配的目标员工信息;
员工档案数据库是系统预设的用于存储和管理员工档案的数据仓库,该员工档案数据库中存储有公司所有员工的档案信息,包括:部门、职位和工号,但不限于此;当系统获取得到用户的身份验证信息时,即可遍历该员工档案数据库中的数据内容,查找是否有与该身份验证信息相匹配的数据内容(目标员工信息),若有,则说明该用户是公司的员工,用户输入的身份验证信息是合法的;若没有,则说明该用户不是公司的员工,用户输入的身份验证信息是不合法的,能有效避免不是公司的员工进行物资申请和领取的风险。
S1030、根据所述目标员工信息获取与所述目标员工信息相对应的物资申请信息。
当系统根据用户输入的身份验证信息在员工档案数据库中查找到目标员工信息时,即可根据该目标员工信息获取该目标员工信息的物资申请信息,其中,物资申请信息中包括员工工号标识,该员工工号标识与员工的工号相关联,从而可以将员工与物资申请信息关联起来。以张三是公司新入职的员工为例,系统接收到张三发起的物资申请请求,并根据该物资申请请求中的物资申请信息选取张三所需的各种物资,张三自行到公司的物资分配机柜处领取物资,在物资分配机柜的操作平台输入张三的身份验证信息,包括:姓名、部门、职位以及工号,由于后勤部门没有及时将张三的档案信息录入员工档案数据库中,导致员工档案数据库中没有查找到与张三的身份验证信息匹配的目标员工信息,系统发出身份信息错误提示,具体地,可以通过物资分配 机柜的显示屏向用户展示身份信息错误提示,张三和后勤部门沟通后后勤部门及时将张三的档案信息录入员工档案数据库中,此时,系统在员工档案数据库中查找到与张三输入的身份验证信息相匹配的目标员工信息,即可根据该目标员工信息查找到与该目标员工信息相对应的物资申请信息,从而将物资申请信息与员工准确关联起来,提高物资分配的准确度。
在一个可选实施例中,还可以通过人脸识别的方式来获取用户的身份验证信息,请参阅图3,图3是发明一个实施例通过人脸识别获取身份验证信息的基本流程示意图。
如图3所示,述获取用户的身份验证信息的步骤,包括如下述步骤:
S1011、获取所述用户的人脸图像;
用户的人脸图像可以通过拍照或者视频的方式获得,在一个实施例中,以通过拍视频的方式获取用户的人脸图像为例,用户行至物资分配机柜处,该物资分配机柜设置有摄像头对用户进行拍摄的目标视频,系统可以通过视频处理软件(例如OpenCV)对目标视频进行处理,将目标视频拆分为若干帧画面,通过定时采集方式从目标视频中抽取画面图像。例如以0.5秒一张的速度在目标视频中抽取一张目标图片,然后在得到的若干目标图片中再次随机抽取一张目标图片作为用户的人脸图像;但是不局限于此,根据具体应用场景的不同,采集画面图像的速度能够进行适应性的调整,调整原则在于,系统处理能力越强且跟踪准确性要求越高则采集时间越短,达到与摄像设备采集图像的频率同步时为止;否则,则采集时间间隔越长,但最长采集时间间隔不得超过1秒。当然,也可以直接在目标视频的若干帧画面中随机抽取一张画面作为用户的人脸图像。
S1012、将所述人脸图像输入至预设的人脸识别模型中,其中,所述人脸识别模型为训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型;
预设的人脸识别模型为训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型,经过定向训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型能够对输入的图像的人脸信息进行提取,并在预设的员工档案数据库中查找与该人脸信息匹配的工作证图像,其中,工作证图像携带有员工头像、姓名、工号以及职位等信息,人脸图像与工作证图像中的员工头像匹配时,确定用户为目标员工。
S1013、获取所述人脸识别模型输出的所述用户的身份验证信息。
预设图像识别模型根据用户的人脸图像识别用户的工作证图像,并通过识别到的工作证图像提取姓名、工号或者职位等信息作为用户的身份验证信息,进而可以确定用户是否为公司的员工,以及当用户是公司的员工时准确定位用户向系统发起的物资 申请请求。本实施例通过人脸识别的方式来获取用户的身份验证信息,减少用户输入操作,简化物资分配流程,提高物资分配效率。
在一个可选实施例中,在物资对象分配给用户之后,还可以将用户与物资对象的信息进行存储以确定物资对象的负责人或者使用人,请参阅图4,图4是本申请一个实施例设置物资对象的负责人的基本流程示意图。
如图4所示,所述根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:
S1400、获取所述员工的个人身份信息;
个人身份信息是用于证明该用户身份的身份证明信息,包括但不限于:姓名、手机号码和身份证号码,但不限于此,以本申请应用于物资分配机柜为例,该物资分配机柜设置有供用户使用和输入的操作平台,系统即可获取用户通过该操作平台输入个人身份信息。
S1500、根据预设合成规则将所述个人身份信息、职位信息、岗位描述信息以及物资清单整合生成物资责任人信息并存储至预设的物资数据库中。
系统设置有物资责任人列表,该物责任人列表中包含有个人身份信息、职位信息、岗位描述信息以及物资清单等物资责任人信息,物资数据库是系统预设的用于存储和管理物资责任人列表的数据仓库,在物资的使用过程中,需要知道该物资的使用人和责任人,从而方便物资的管理。例如:张三在公司已经工作了6年了,这6年张三一直使用的都是公司配给他的笔记本电脑,该笔记本电脑的编号为:BJB001,所以在物资数据库中张三的个人身份信息与该笔记本电脑关联,例如:张三:BJB001,而后来张三离职了,原张三使用的笔记本电脑分配给了李四,系统将笔记本电脑配给了李四后,将李四的个人身份信息与该笔记本电脑关联,例如:李四:BJB001,从而方便定位物资的责任人。
在一个可选实施例中,还可以获取并根据员工的劳动合同信息和岗位规划信息设置物资清单配置级别,并根据该物资清单配置级别给员工分配物资对象。具体地,劳动合同是员工与公司签订的确立劳动关系,明确双方权利和义务的协议,劳动合同中的劳动合同信息包括:劳动合同年限以及职位信息,但不限于此,岗位规划信息是指员工所处的职位变化信息,例如:职位为销售人员,该职位在工作2年后会被提升为销售组长,并在工作5年后会被提升为销售部门经理。上述的岗位规划信息可以通过网络大数据统计得到,其中通过获取多个(例如100万个)销售人员的从业历史记录,统计其中在销售岗位工作2年后被升职为销售组长的有90万人,概率高达90%,而在 销售岗位工作5年后被升职为销售部门经理的有82万人,概率为82%,系统可以设置一个概率阈值(例如80%),当统计得到的概率超过该概率阈值时,认为该事件为高概率事件并列入岗位规划信息中。需要指出的是,劳动合同年限和岗位规划信息不局限于上述的描述和数据,根据应用场景的不同,劳动合同年限和岗位规划信息还可以采用其它的数值。
物资匹配等级可以是公司设置的等级列表,例如:劳动合同年限超过10年且在10年内会升职为部门经理的为A级,劳动劳动合同年限超过5年但少于10年且在10年内会升职为部门经理的为B级,劳动合同年限超过3年但少于5年且在5年内会升职为部门组长的为C级,且A、B和C级下还进一步进行分级,例如:劳动合同年限超过10年且在3年内会升职为部门经理的为A1级,劳动合同年限超过10年且在5年内会升职为部门经理的为A2级,劳动合同年限超过10年且在10年内会升职为部门经理的为A3级。通过员工的劳动合同信息和岗位规划信息确定物资匹配等级,例如:张三和公司签订了劳动合同为A2级,则给张三分配性能等级与A2级相对应的笔记本电脑,其中,笔记本电脑的性能等级可以通过特定的性能测评应用程序测评得到,例如:笔记本电脑跑分高于20万分的对应A1级,跑分超过15万分但是低于20万分的笔记本电脑对应A2级,跑分超过10万分但是低于15万分的笔记本电脑对应A3级,需要指出的是,物资匹配等级以及物资性能等级不局限于上述的描述和数值,根据应用场景的不同,物资匹配等级以及物资性能等级还可以采用其它的划分方式和数值。
在一个可选实施例中,请参阅图5,图5是本申请一个实施例补充物资对象的具体流程示意图。
如图5所示,所述根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:
S1600、获取所述物资对象的剩余数量;
物资对象的剩余数量是物资对象在分配过程中消耗后部分物资对象后剩下的数量,以物资分配机柜为例,该物资分配机柜中存储有200件J类物资对象、400件K类物资对象和500件L类物资对象,在分配过程中,总共分配出去了160件J类物资对象、210件K类物资对象和480件L类物资对象,此时该物资分配机柜剩余40件J类物资对象、190件K类物资对象和20件L类物资对象。在实施时,系统对分配出去的物资对象会进行统计并将数据保存至数据库中,根据系统统计分配出去的物资对象的数量即可知道该物资对象的剩余数量。
S1700、将所述剩余数量与预设的比对阈值进行比对;
S1800、当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单。
比对阈值是系统设置的一个数值,用于当物资对象的剩余数量少于该数值时,进行物资对象的补充,具体地,比对阈值可以由用户进行设置,例如:比对阈值为10。在实施时,当物资对象的剩余数量小于10时,系统生成补充该物资对象的物资补充清单,提醒操作人员及时对该物资对象进行补充,以避免用户发起物资申请请求后没有物资可以分配给用户的情况。
在一个可选实施例中,请参阅图6,图6是本申请一个实施例提醒物资管理人员进行物资补充的基本流程示意图。
如图6所示,所述当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:
S1900、获取物资管理人员的终端IP地址;
终端IP地址是指物资管理人员的终端设备(笔记本电脑或者台式电脑)的互联网协议地址。
S2000、根据所述终端IP地址将所述物资补充清单发送至所述物资管理人员的终端设备。
系统与物资管理人员的终端设备连接,从而可以通过终端IP地址准确寻找到物资管理人员的终端设备,并发送物资补充清单至终端设备,终端设备接收到该物资补充清单后向物资管理人员展示,从而对操作人员进行物资补充提醒。在实施时,物资管理人员的终端设备还可以是移动终端,例如手机、平板、笔记本电脑或者其它能进行无线收发信息的电子设备,系统还可以设置有无线发射器,物资管理人员的终端设备设置有与该无线发射器对应的无线接收器,系统即可向终端设备发送携带有该物资补充清单的补充信息,操作人员的终端设备接收该补充信息后展示给操作人员查看,从而提醒操作人员及时补充物资对象。
在一个可选实施例中,还可以根据员工所处的部门统一发送物资,请参阅图7,图7是本申请一个实施例根据部门配置物资清单的基本流程示意图。
如图7所示,所述根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单的步骤,包括如下述步骤:
S1210、根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取所述员工所处部门的部门信息;
根据职位信息和岗位描述信息定位员工所处部门的部门信息,在实施时,可以根据部门职位列表来确定职位信息和部门信息的对应关系,例如:策划部门设置有策划 人员、策划组长以及策划总监,员工任职策划人员、策划组长以及策划总监这三个中的任意一个职位都属于策划部门。
S1220、根据预设的物资清单数据库选取与所述部门信息相对应的物资清单。
物资清单数据库中存储有多个物资清单,例如:公司有10个部门,则物资清单与部门一一对应设置有10个,不同部门的物资清单配置有不同的物资,例如:对应行政部门的物资清单中配置有笔记本(纸质)、对讲机以及工作服等物品,对应工程部门的物资清单中配置有笔记本电脑、维修工具、测量工具或者画图工具等物品。系统根据员工的部门来进行物资分配,简化物资分配的程序。在实施时,以张三为公司新入职的后勤人员为例,张三属于后勤部门,张三在入职的当天向系统发起物资申请请求,系统获取张三所处部门的部门信息,并根据该部门信息在物资清单数据库中选取与后勤部门相对应的物资清单,然后系统根据该物资清单选取工牌、工服等物资分配给张三,张三自行到物资分配机柜处领取这些物资,本实施例根据部门来统一分配物资,简化物资分配程序,提高分配效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供物资分配装置。

如图8所示,一种物资分配装置,包括:第一获取模块2100、第一处理模块2200和第一执行模块2300,其中,第一获取模块2100用于获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;第一处理模块2200用于根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;第一执行模块2300用于根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
本实施例通过获取员工的物资申请信息,该物资申请信息是由员工发起的且携带有员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息,其中,职位信息用于表示该员工所处的职位,岗位描述信息用于表示该员工所处的职位具体负责的职责,通过职位信息和岗位描述信息即可得到该员工所需物资的物资清单,进而可以根据该物资清单选取物资清单中的物资对象并分配给该员工,系统自动根据员工的职位来进行物资分配,减少人力资源成本投入且分配效率高。
在一些实施方式中,物资分配装置还包括:第二获取模块、查找模块和第二执行模块,其中,第二获取模块用于获取用户的身份验证信息;查找模块用于根据预设的员工档案数据库查找与所述身份验证信息匹配的目标员工信息;第二执行模块用于根据所述目标员工信息获取与所述目标员工信息相对应的物资申请信息。
在一些实施方式中,物资分配装置还包括:第一获取子模块、第一处理子模块和 第二获取子模块,其中,第一获取子模块用于获取所述用户的人脸图像;第一处理子模块用于将所述人脸图像输入至预设的人脸识别模型中,其中,所述人脸识别模型为训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型;第二获取子模块用于获取所述人脸识别模型输出的所述用户的身份验证信息。
在一些实施方式中,物资分配装置还包括:第三获取模块和第三执行模块,其中,第三获取模块用于获取所述员工的个人身份信息;第三执行模块用于根据预设合成规则将所述个人身份信息、职位信息、岗位描述信息以及物资清单整合生成物资责任人信息并存储至预设的物资数据库中。
在一些实施方式中,物资分配装置还包括:第四获取模块、比对模块和第四执行模块,其中,第四获取模块用于获取所述物资对象的剩余数量;比对模块用于将所述剩余数量与预设的比对阈值进行比对;第四执行模块用于当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单。
在一些实施方式中,物资分配装置还包括:第五获取模块和第五执行模块,其中,第五获取模块用于获取物资管理人员的终端IP地址;第五执行模块用于根据所述终端IP地址将所述物资补充清单发送至所述物资管理人员的终端设备。
在一些实施方式中,物资分配装置还包括:第二处理子模块和第一执行子模块,其中,第二处理子模块用于根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取所述员工所处部门的部门信息;第一执行子模块用于根据预设的物资清单数据库选取与所述部门信息相对应的物资清单。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供计算机设备。具体请参阅图9,图9为本实施例计算机设备基本结构框图。
如图9所示,计算机设备的内部结构示意图。如图9所示,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中可存储有控件信息序列,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现一种物资分配方法。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该计算机设备的存储器中可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种物资分配方法。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与终端连接通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关 的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
本实施方式中处理器用于执行图8中第一获取模块2100、第一处理模块2200和第一执行模块2300的具体功能,存储器存储有执行上述模块所需的程序代码和各类数据。网络接口用于向用户终端或服务器之间的数据传输。本实施方式中的存储器存储有物资分配装置中执行所有子模块所需的程序代码及数据,服务器能够调用服务器的程序代码及数据执行所有子模块的功能。
计算机通过获取员工的物资申请信息,该物资申请信息是由员工发起的且携带有员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息,其中,职位信息用于表示该员工所处的职位,岗位描述信息用于表示该员工所处的职位具体负责的职责,通过职位信息和岗位描述信息即可得到该员工所需物资的物资清单,进而可以根据该物资清单选取物资清单中的物资对象并分配给该员工,系统自动根据员工的职位来进行物资分配,减少人力资源成本投入且分配效率高。
本申请还提供一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行上述任一实施例所述物资分配方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机程序可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
应该理解的是,虽然附图的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,其可以以其他的顺序执行。而且,附图的流程图中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,其执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其他步骤或者其他步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。以上所述仅是本申请的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种物资分配方法,包括下述步骤:获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
- 根据权利要求1所述的物资分配方法,所述获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息的步骤之前,还包括如下述步骤:获取用户的身份验证信息;根据预设的员工档案数据库查找与所述身份验证信息匹配的目标员工信息;根据所述目标员工信息获取与所述目标员工信息相对应的物资申请信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的物资分配方法,所述获取用户的身份验证信息的步骤,包括如下述步骤:获取所述用户的人脸图像;将所述人脸图像输入至预设的人脸识别模型中,其中,所述人脸识别模型为训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型;获取所述人脸识别模型输出的所述用户的身份验证信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的物资分配方法,所述根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:获取所述员工的个人身份信息;根据预设合成规则将所述个人身份信息、职位信息、岗位描述信息以及物资清单整合生成物资责任人信息并存储至预设的物资数据库中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的物资分配方法,所述根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:获取所述物资对象的剩余数量;将所述剩余数量与预设的比对阈值进行比对;当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单。
- 根据权利要求5所述的物资分配方法,所述当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:获取物资管理人员的终端IP地址;根据所述终端IP地址将所述物资补充清单发送至所述物资管理人员的终端设备。
- 根据权利要求1所述的物资分配方法,所述根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单的步骤,包括如下述步骤:根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取所述员工所处部门的部门信息;根据预设的物资清单数据库选取与所述部门信息相对应的物资清单。
- 一种物资分配装置,包括:第一获取模块,用于获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;第一处理模块,用于根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;第一执行模块,用于根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种物资分配方法的下述步骤:获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息的步骤之前,还包括如下述步骤:获取用户的身份验证信息;根据预设的员工档案数据库查找与所述身份验证信息匹配的目标员工信息;根据所述目标员工信息获取与所述目标员工信息相对应的物资申请信息。
- 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,所述获取用户的身份验证信息的步骤,包括如下述步骤:获取所述用户的人脸图像;将所述人脸图像输入至预设的人脸识别模型中,其中,所述人脸识别模型为训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型;获取所述人脸识别模型输出的所述用户的身份验证信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以 将所述物资对象分配给所述员工的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:获取所述员工的个人身份信息;根据预设合成规则将所述个人身份信息、职位信息、岗位描述信息以及物资清单整合生成物资责任人信息并存储至预设的物资数据库中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:获取所述物资对象的剩余数量;将所述剩余数量与预设的比对阈值进行比对;当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单。
- 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,所述当所述剩余数量小于所述比对阈值时,生成与所述物资对象相对应的物资补充清单的步骤之后,还包括如下述步骤:获取物资管理人员的终端IP地址;根据所述终端IP地址将所述物资补充清单发送至所述物资管理人员的终端设备。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单的步骤,包括如下述步骤:根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取所述员工所处部门的部门信息;根据预设的物资清单数据库选取与所述部门信息相对应的物资清单。
- 一种存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行一种物资分配方法的下述步骤:获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息;根据所述职位信息和岗位描述信息获取与所述员工相对应的物资清单;根据所述物资清单选取物资对象,以将所述物资对象分配给所述员工。
- 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性存储介质,所述获取员工的物资申请信息,所述物资申请信息包括所述员工的职位信息和岗位描述信息的步骤之前,还包括如下述步骤:获取用户的身份验证信息;根据预设的员工档案数据库查找与所述身份验证信息匹配的目标员工信息;根据所述目标员工信息获取与所述目标员工信息相对应的物资申请信息。
- 根据权利要求17所述的非易失性存储介质,所述获取用户的身份验证信息的步 骤,包括如下述步骤:获取所述用户的人脸图像;将所述人脸图像输入至预设的人脸识别模型中,其中,所述人脸识别模型为训练至收敛的卷积神经网络模型;获取所述人脸识别模型输出的所述用户的身份验证信息。
