可以采用多种匹配度的确定方式来确定一个订单组与一个配送客户端之间匹配度。具体地,可以采用方式一:根据订单组中各订单的商户地理位置的中心地理位置以及配送客户端的当前地理位置,将订单组与配送客户端进行匹配。中心地理位置和配送客户端的当前地理位置相距越小,则越匹配。根据预先建立的相距距离和匹配度的对应关系表,确定具体的匹配度。还可以采用方式二:根据配送客户端的当前地理位置、订单组中各订单的商户地理位置和用户地理位置(配 送目的地的地理位置),计算配送客户端配送订单组中各订单的总时长,根据预先建立的时长和匹配度的对应关系表,确定匹配度。
步骤203,上调目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备在确定目标订单组与配送客户端的匹配度之后,上调目标订单组与配送客户端之间的匹配度。
具体地,可以将目标订单组与配送客户端的匹配度,加上预设的数值,得到上调后的匹配度。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,将目标订单组与配送客户端之间的匹配度乘以预设倍数。
在本实施例中,比如,预设倍数可以是1.3或2等等。
步骤204,基于目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的上调后的匹配度,确定目标订单组的配送客户端。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备基于确定得到的目标订单组与各个配送客户端之间的且是上调后的匹配度,确定目标订单组的配送客户端。
配送客户端为对订单组中订单所涉及的物品进行配送的客户端。配送指令为发送给配送客户端以使配送客户端对订单组中订单所涉及的物品进行配送的指令。
确定订单组的配送客户端可以采用多种方式。可以先得到至少两个订单组中的每个订单组分别与各个配送客户端之间的匹配度,对各个订单组所得到的所有匹配度进行排序,优先将匹配度排序在最前(第一位)的订单组所对应的配送客户端,确定为该订单组的配送客户端。在确定完该订单组的配送客户端之后,确定其他订单组的配送客户端。即确定匹配度的排序中的次靠前(第二位)的订单组所对应的配送客户端,并确定次靠前的订单组的配送客户端为该配送客户端。如果某配送客户端的待配送订单的数量达到了预设数量上限,则该配送客户端无法作为配送客户端。待配送订单为已经分配给配送客户端的,所涉及物品尚未配送的订单。在这里,配送可以包括对订单所涉及物品进行取货,并且送达给用户。所以,待配送可以指但不限于对订单涉 及的物品尚未取货。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,基于上调后的目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,确定目标订单组的配送客户端,包括:
查找与目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;
如果目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度小于或等于非目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度,根据分配优先级,将候选配送客户端确定为目标订单组的配送客户端。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备确定目标订单组与各个配送客户端的匹配度。将其中最大的匹配度对应的配送客户端确定为候选配送客户端。比较目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度,以及非目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度的大小。如果目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度小于或等于非目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度。则根据分配优先级,将候选配送客户端确定为目标订单组的配送客户端。目标订单组的分配优先级可以高于或者低于非目标订单组。在这里,预设的数量阈值为预先设定的配送客户端的待配送订单的数量限定数值。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,目标订单组的分配优先级高于非目标订单组。
此外,上调后的匹配度,也可以用于各个目标订单组之间进行匹配度的比较,优先分配匹配度高的目标订单组。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,至少一个配送客户端为配送客户端集合中待配送订单的数量小于或等于数量阈值的配送客户端。
在这里,数量阈值可以为前述的数量阈值,也可以采用其他的数值。
步骤205,将目标订单组的配送指令发送给目标订单组的配送客户端。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备将配送指令发送给所确定的配送客 户端。配送指令中包括该订单组中订单的订单信息,订单信息包括但不限于商户名称及地理位置、用户姓名、联系电话及地理位置、菜品名称等。
继续参见图3,图3是根据本实施例的订单处理方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3的应用场景中,上述电子设备301从本地或者从其他电子设备302获取1个订单组303,在上述1个订单组303中的订单组A包括带有指定标签的目标订单;之后,上述电子设备可以确定上述订单组A与配送客户端集合中的各个配送客户端的匹配度;然后,上述电子设备上调订单组A与各个配送客户端的匹配度;最后,基于各个匹配度304,确定订单组A的配送客户端306,并将订单组A的配送指令305发送给配送客户端306。
本申请的上述实施例提供的方法基于上调后的匹配度确定目标订单组的配送客户端,有针对性地向目标订单组的配送客户端发送配送指令。

步骤401,获取带有指定标签的目标订单。
在本实施例中,服务器获取至少一个目标订单,该目标订单带有指定标签。

在本实施例中,上述服务器确定所获取的目标订单与至少一个配送客户端中的各个配送客户端的待配送订单的相似度。其中,相似度是根据订单的订单信息所包括的地理位置和配送时间确定的。订单的订单信息可以包含于所获取的目标订单组中。具体地,相似度为两个订单之间的地理位置和配送时间的相似程度。
具体地,地理位置可以包括商户的地理位置和下单的用户的地理位置。可以比较两个订单之间的商户的地理位置和下单的用户的地理 位置的相似度。比如,计算地理位置之间的直线距离,或者配送所需行驶的距离。具体地,可以确定距离一:上述的商户的地理位置之间的距离;或者确定距离二:用户的地理位置之间的距离;也可以确定距离三:将订单之间的商户的地理位置的距离和用户的地理位置的距离相加,得到一个总的距离。在得到上述的三种距离中的任意一种之后,利用距离,以及预先建立的距离和关于地理位置的相似度的对应关系表,来确定关于地理位置的相似度。举例来说,订单A和订单B涉及的商户的地理位置之间的配送所需行驶的距离为X,在距离和地理位置的相似度的对应关系表中,查找距离X对应的订单A、B之间的相似度为Y。
配送时间为订单所限定的送达物品的时间,或者为完成从商户取得订单所涉及物品的时间,或者为在取得物品后完成将物品送达到配送目的地的时间(也即完成将物品送达给用户的时间)。计算出订单之间的上述时间的相差时间,可以根据预先建立的相差时间和关于时间的相似度的对应关系表,确定关于时间的相似度。举例来说,订单A的送达时间是3:00,订单B的送达时间是3:15,相差时间为15分钟。在相差时间和关于时间的相似度的对应关系表中,查找到15分钟对应的关于时间的相似度为Z。
可以将关于时间的相似度和关于地理位置的相似度相加,得到相似度。
也可以利用预先确定的关于时间的相似度的权重和关于地理位置的相似度的权重,对关于时间的相似度和关于地理位置的相似度进行加权,得到相似度。
此外,也可以在获得订单之间的地理位置的距离和相差时间之后,在预先建立的距离、相差时间,和相似度的对应关系表中,查找该距离和相差时间对应的相似度。
步骤403,如果所确定的相似度小于预设的相似度阈值,基于目标订单分别与至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度确定与目标订单相似的订单。
在本实施例中,上述服务器可以从本地或者其他电子设备上获取 预设的相似度阈值。上述服务器确定所确定的(所有的)相似度是否小于预设的相似度阈值。若上述服务器响应于所确定的相似度小于预设的相似度阈值,则目标订单与上述的至少一个配送客户端中的各个配送客户端的待配送的订单的配送工作不适宜由同一个配送客户端来完成。从未被分配的订单中查找与目标订单相似的订单,以便于将目标订单组和至少一个相似订单组成一个新的订单组。在这里,相似度阈值为对相似度设定的起到数值限定作用的阈值。未被分配的订单为还未分配给任何配送客户端的订单。
在本实施例中,上述服务器基于目标订单分别和至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度,对目标订单和至少一个未被分配的订单划分订单组。具体地,上述服务器确定目标订单和至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度。根据预先确定的订单组的订单数目,将目标订单和与目标订单相似度较大的订单,划分为同一个订单组。比如,按照目标订单与各个订单之间的相似度由大到小的顺序,将目标订单和与目标订单的相似度较大的预设数量的订单划分为同一个订单组。同时,将上述至少一个未分配的订单中的没有和目标订单划分为同一个订单组的其他订单,按照订单之间的相似度来划分为一个或两个以上的订单组。在这里,与目标订单相似的订单可以指与目标订单的相似度大于相似度阈值的订单。
另外,如果所确定的目标订单与某一个配送客户端的相似度大于或等于预设的相似度阈值,且该配送客户端的待配送订单的数量小于数量阈值,则将该目标订单以追加方式分配给该配送客户端,由该配送客户端分配该目标订单。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,如果所确定的相似度大于或等于预设的相似度阈值,将目标订单分配给配送客户端。
步骤405,生成包括目标订单以及与目标订单相似的订单的目标订单组。
在本实施例中,上述服务器生成目标订单组,目标订单组包括目标订单,和与目标订单相似的订单。
步骤406,获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组。

本申请实施例提供了A1、一种订单处理方法,该方法包括:获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组,其中,订单组包括至少两个订单,目标订单组包括带有指定标签的目标订单;确定目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;上调目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;基于目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间 的上调后的匹配度,确定目标订单组的配送客户端;将目标订单组的配送指令发送给目标订单组的配送客户端。
A2、如A1上述的方法,目标订单组的分配优先级高于非目标订单组。
A3、如A2上述的方法,基于上调后的目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,确定订单组的配送客户端,包括:查找与目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;如果目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度小于或等于非目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度,根据分配优先级,将候选配送客户端确定为目标订单组的配送客户端。
A4、如A2上述的方法,基于上调后的目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,确定订单组的配送客户端,包括:查找与目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;将候选配送客户端确定为目标订单组的目标配送客户端。
A5、如A1上述的方法,上调目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,包括:将目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度乘以预设倍数。
A6、如A1上述的方法,在获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组之前,方法还包括:获取带有指定标签的目标订单;确定目标订单分别与至少一个配送客户端的待配送订单之间的相似度;如果所确定的相似度小于预设的相似度阈值,基于目标订单分别与至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度确定与目标订单相似的订单;生成包括目标订单以及与目标订单相似的订单的目标订单组。
A7、如A6上述的方法,至少一个配送客户端为配送客户端集合中待配送订单的数量小于或等于数量阈值的配送客户端。
A8、如A6上述的方法,该方法还包括:如果所确定的相似度大于或等于预设的相似度阈值,将目标订单分配给配送客户端。
本申请实施例提供了B1、一种订单处理装置,该装置包括:获取 单元,配置用于获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组,其中,订单组包括至少两个订单,目标订单组包括带有指定标签的目标订单;确定单元,配置用于确定目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;上调单元,配置用于上调目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;客户端确定单元,配置用于基于目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的上调后的匹配度,确定目标订单组的配送客户端;发送单元,配置用于将目标订单组的配送指令发送给目标订单组的配送客户端。
B2、如B1上述的装置中,目标订单组的分配优先级高于非目标订单组。
B3、如B1上述的装置中,客户端确定单元进一步配置用于:查找与目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;如果目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度小于或等于非目标订单组与候选配送客户端之间的匹配度,根据分配优先级,将候选配送客户端确定为目标订单组的配送客户端。
B4、如B1上述的装置中,客户端确定单元进一步配置用于:查找与目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;将候选配送客户端确定为目标订单组的目标配送客户端。
B5、如B1上述的装置中,上调单元进一步配置用于:将目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度乘以预设倍数。
B6、如B1上述的装置中,该装置还包括:订单获取单元,配置用于获取带有指定标签的目标订单;相似度确定单元,配置用于确定目标订单分别与至少一个配送客户端的待配送订单之间的相似度;订单获取单元,配置用于如果所确定的相似度小于预设的相似度阈值,基于目标订单分别与至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度确定与目标订单相似的订单;生成单元,配置用于生成包括目标订单以及与目标订单相似的订单的目标订单组。
B7、如B6上述的装置中,至少一个配送客户端为配送客户端集 合中待配送订单的数量小于或等于数量阈值的配送客户端。
B8、如B6上述的装置中,该装置还包括:分配单元,配置用于如果所确定的相似度大于或等于预设的相似度阈值,将目标订单分配给配送客户端。
本申请实施例提供了C1、一种电子设备,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,当一个或多个程序被一个或多个处理器执行,使得一个或多个处理器实现如订单处理方法中任一实施例的方法。
本申请实施例提供了D1、一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如订单处理方法中任一实施例的方法。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组,其中,所述订单组包括至少两个订单,所述目标订单组包括带有指定标签的目标订单;
    确定所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;
    上调所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;
    基于所述目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的上调后的匹配度,确定所述目标订单组的配送客户端;
    将所述目标订单组的配送指令发送给所述目标订单组的配送客户端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述目标订单组的分配优先级高于非目标订单组。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于上调后的所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,确定所述订单组的配送客户端,包括:
    查找与所述目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;
    如果所述目标订单组与所述候选配送客户端之间的匹配度小于或等于非目标订单组与所述候选配送客户端之间的匹配度,根据分配优先级,将所述候选配送客户端确定为所述目标订单组的配送客户端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于上调后的所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,确定所述订单组的配送客户端,包括:
    查找与所述目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;
    将所述候选配送客户端确定为所述目标订单组的目标配送客户 端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述上调所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度,包括:
    将所述目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度乘以预设倍数。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,在所述获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取带有指定标签的目标订单;
    确定所述目标订单分别与至少一个配送客户端的待配送订单之间的相似度;
    如果所确定的相似度小于预设的相似度阈值,基于所述目标订单分别与至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度确定与所述目标订单相似的订单;
    生成包括目标订单以及与所述目标订单相似的订单的目标订单组。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个配送客户端为配送客户端集合中待配送订单的数量小于或等于数量阈值的配送客户端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果所确定的相似度大于或等于预设的相似度阈值,将所述目标订单分配给所述配送客户端。
  9. 一种订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取单元,配置用于获取至少两个订单组中的目标订单组,其中,所述订单组包括至少两个订单,所述目标订单组包括带有指定标签的 目标订单;
    确定单元,配置用于确定所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;
    上调单元,配置用于上调所述目标订单组分别与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度;
    客户端确定单元,配置用于基于所述目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的上调后的匹配度,确定所述目标订单组的配送客户端;
    发送单元,配置用于将所述目标订单组的配送指令发送给所述目标订单组的配送客户端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述目标订单组的分配优先级高于非目标订单组。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述客户端确定单元进一步配置用于:
    查找与所述目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;
    如果所述目标订单组与所述候选配送客户端之间的匹配度小于或等于非目标订单组与所述候选配送客户端之间的匹配度,根据分配优先级,将所述候选配送客户端确定为所述目标订单组的配送客户端。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述客户端确定单元进一步配置用于:
    查找与所述目标订单组之间的匹配度最大且待配送订单数量小于预设的数量阈值的配送客户端,作为候选配送客户端;
    将所述候选配送客户端确定为所述目标订单组的目标配送客户端。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述上调单元进一步配置用于:
    将所述目标订单组与至少一个配送客户端之间的匹配度乘以预设倍数。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    订单获取单元,配置用于获取带有指定标签的目标订单;
    相似度确定单元,配置用于确定所述目标订单分别与至少一个配送客户端的待配送订单之间的相似度;
    订单获取单元,配置用于如果所确定的相似度小于预设的相似度阈值,基于所述目标订单分别与至少一个未被分配的订单之间的相似度确定与所述目标订单相似的订单;
    生成单元,配置用于生成包括目标订单以及与所述目标订单相似的订单的目标订单组。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个配送客户端为配送客户端集合中待配送订单的数量小于或等于数量阈值的配送客户端。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    分配单元,配置用于如果所确定的相似度大于或等于预设的相似度阈值,将所述目标订单分配给所述配送客户端。
  17. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的方法。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征 在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的方法。
