Abstract

Description
本专利申请要求于2017年4月10日提交的、申请号为201710229108.1、申请人为北京京东世纪贸易有限公司和北京京东尚科信息技术有限公司、发明名称为“订单处理方法、装置、服务器和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及仓储物流领域,尤其涉及订单处理方法、装置、服务器和存储介质。
随着电子商务的飞速发展,布局仓储物流也成为每个电商公司的重中之重。自建的大型或者超大型仓库越来越多,在这种仓库中会存储海量的商品。在大型仓库的订单生产中,一个订单所包含的商品可能会遍布仓库的各个角落位置,仓库常常会面对大量的商品以及大量的订单。
在相关技术中,处理订单的效率低,方式也比较单一,并且在处理的过程中需要消耗大量的人力。在这样的情况下,需要提供一种新的订单处理方式以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提出一种改进的订单处理方法、装置、服务器和存储介质,来解决以上背景技术部分提到的技术问题。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种订单处理方法,该方法包括:获取待处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息;基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定 订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下;若满足,将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
在一些实施例中,在将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合之后,该方法还包括:若订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和小于体积阈值,确定体积阈值与体积之和的体积差值;确定指定待处理订单集合中是否存在目标订单,目标订单为所指示的至少一个商品的体积的和小于体积差值的待拣选订单;若存在,则将目标订单归入待拣选订单集合。
在一些实施例中,基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于一个储位区域内,以及至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,包括:利用储位区域信息,确定订单所指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内;若订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,利用体积信息,确定订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在体积阈值以下;若订单所指示的商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,确定订单满足条件。
在一些实施例中,在将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合之后,该方法还包括:向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,空间位置分配指令用于指示空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中对待拣选订单集合中的待拣选订单所指示的至少一个商品,进行空间位置分配;获取分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度和第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,确定分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度是否高于预设空间位置的高度;若是,向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,空间位置改变指令用于指示空间位置分配装置将第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二预设容器中,以使第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度在预设空间位置的高度以下。
在一些实施例中,在确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下之后,该方法还包括:若不满足,确定订单与预设订单 是否匹配;若匹配,向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,储位区域分配指令用于指示储位区域分配装置将订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内,执行确定订单是否满足条件的步骤。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种订单处理装置,该装置包括:获取单元,配置用于获取待处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息;确定单元,配置用于基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下;生成单元,配置用于若满足,将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
在一些实施例中,该装置还包括:确定差值单元,配置用于若订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和小于体积阈值,确定体积阈值与体积之和的体积差值;确定目标单元,配置用于确定指定待处理订单集合中是否存在目标订单,目标订单为所指示的至少一个商品的体积的和小于体积差值的待拣选订单;归入单元,配置用于若存在,则将目标订单归入待拣选订单集合。
在一些实施例中,确定单元进一步配置用于:利用储位区域信息,确定订单所指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内;若订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,利用体积信息,确定订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在体积阈值以下;若订单所指示的商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,确定订单满足条件。
在一些实施例中,该装置还包括:分配单元,配置用于向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,空间位置分配指令用于指示空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中,对待拣选订单集合中的待拣选订单所指示的至少一个商品进行空间位置分配;确定高度单元,配置用于获取分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度和第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,确定分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度是否高于预设空间位置的高度;再分配单元,配置用于若是,向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,空间位置改变指令用于指示空间位置分配装置将第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二 预设容器中,以使第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度在预设空间位置的高度以下。
在一些实施例中,该装置还包括:确定匹配单元,配置用于若不满足,确定订单与预设订单是否匹配;指示单元,配置用于若匹配,向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,储位区域分配指令用于指示储位区域分配装置将订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内;执行单元,配置用于执行确定订单是否满足条件的步骤。
本申请提供的订单处理方法和装置,通过获取待处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息,然后基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,最后若满足,将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。本申请实施例通过确定出商品在同一个储位区域并且体积在体积阈值以下的订单,确定得到了所指示的商品储位距离较近并且体积符合要求的订单。这样的订单后续的商品拣选工作消耗的时间较少,可以对这样的订单进行快速处理,从而提高订单的处理效率。同时,本申请的实施例也降低了订单处理过程中的人力消耗。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与有关发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
图1示出了可以应用本申请的订单处理方法或订单处理装置的实施例的示例性系统架构100。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、103,网络104和服务器105。网络104用以在终端设备101、102、103和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户可以使用终端设备101、102、103通过网络104与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102、103上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、购物类应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
终端设备101、102、103可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group AudioLayer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
服务器105可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对终端设备101、102、103上显示的网页提供支持的后台网页服务器。后台网页服务器可以对接收到的网页页面请求等数据进行分析等处理,并将处理结果(例如网页页面数据)反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的订单处理方法一般由服务器105执行,相应地,订单处理装置一般设置于服务器105中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意 性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本申请的订单处理方法的一个实施例的流程200。该订单处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,获取待处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息。
在本实施例中,订单处理方法运行于其上的电子设备(例如图1所示的服务器)可以从该电子设备上或其他电子设备上获取有待于处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的一件或多件商品的储位区域信息,储位区域信息为各个商品的储位位于哪一个储位区域的相关信息,用以表示商品的储位所在的区域。另外,在订单中还包括上述商品的体积信息,体积信息为各个商品的体积大小的相关信息。
在用户对一件或多件商品下单后,在上述电子设备上即可接收到终端发送的订单,这里的一件或多件商品就是该订单所指示的商品。
通常,在仓库中每个储位只储存一种商品,一种商品可以储存在多个储位上。储位区域是对各个储位进行位置上的划分所得到的区域。具体的,储位区域有多种划分方式,例如可以将位置临近的多个储位划分为一个储位区域,也可以将属于同一个商品类别的商品放置于临近的储位,将这些储位作为一个储位区域。
在订单信息中还包括体积信息,体积信息表示订单所指示的各个商品的体积大小。
步骤202,基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下。
在本实施例中,基于上述步骤201中获取到的订单信息包括的储位区域信息和体积信息,上述电子设备来确定该订单是否满足以下的条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下。只有同时满足该条件的上述两个部分,才能够确定订单满足该条件,从而执行后续步骤。
在仓库中,储位区域相同的商品的储位相距较近。确定出订单所 指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内,就能够得知这些商品是否比较靠近。在限定商品储位区域的同时,本申请实施例还对这些商品的体积之和进行了限定,即该体积之和在预先设定的体积阈值以下。符合该体积限定的订单,更便于后续使用统一规格的拣选容器进行打包。
步骤203,若满足,将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
在本实施例中,若确定订单满足上述条件,上述电子设备则将该订单确定为待拣选订单,从而形成待拣选订单集合。待拣选订单集合中包括的订单为待拣选订单,该待拣选订单是满足储位区域要求和体积要求的。
订单所指示的商品如果位于同一个储位区域,这里的各个商品由于位置距离较近,更便于后续的拣选。在拣选商品的过程中,可以花费比较少的时间,就把订单所指示的各个商品放入同一个容器中。而将订单对应的体积控制在预设体积阈值之下,能够为后续的装入容器过程提供便利,可以将一个订单的商品装入体积阈值对应的容器内而不会超出该容器的容纳能力。
本实施例中生成了一个待拣选订单集合,可以便于后续在该集合中归入其它的待拣选订单,以归入后得到的待拣选订单集合为拣选单位,进行商品的拣选。拣选即是将商品从储位放置到容器中,生成订单对应的载货容器。在这里,一个容器可以对应一个或者多个订单,因而在容器中可以放置一个或多个订单所指示的商品。通常来讲,在订单处理的过程中,可以对一个批次(或者一个时段生成)的载货容器进行合流处理,从而将这些载货容器放置于同一个出货通道中进行验货。所以,合流环节会因为一个批次中某个订单对应的载货容器生成速度较慢,而产生合流过程中的等待时间,进而造成订单处理速度放缓。
而本实施例中对于待拣选订单生成的载货容器可以不进行合流处理,在对该载货容器确认是待拣选订单集合生成的载货容器之后,无需等待其他载货容器,可以直接进行验货步骤。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,若不满足(上述步骤202中的条件),确定订单与预设订单是否匹配;若匹配,向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,储位区域分配指令用于指示储位区域分配装置将订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内,执行确定订单是否满足条件的步骤。
若确定订单不满足上述条件,则将该订单与预设订单相比较。若比较结果为该订单与预设订单一致,则可以确定该订单与预设订单匹配。这里的预设订单可以是各个商品带有相同标识的订单,比如订单所指示的各个商品为同一个品牌的商品;也可以是商品储位区域相邻或距离较近的订单等等。
储位区域分配装置可以对商品进行储位转移,将其转移到目标储位区域内。在确定匹配之后,上述电子设备可以向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,以指示储位区域分配装置将该订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内。这里的将该订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域指,对该订单中位于不同储位区域的商品进行移库,将这些商品移动到同一个储位区域内。举例来说,商品a、商品b和商品c位于不同的储位区域,储位区域分配装置可以将商品b和商品c移动到商品a的储位区域内。在进行了上述分配之后,则可以执行确定订单是否满足上述条件的步骤。
在本实施例的一个应用场景中。服务器的处理器从该服务器的数据库中获取待处理的订单的订单信息,该订单信息中包括订单所指示的商品a、商品b和商品c的储位区域信息和体积信息;之后,服务器的处理器基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的商品a、商品b和商品c位于同一个储位区域内,且商品a、商品b和商品c的体积之和在体积阈值以下;最后,上述确定步骤的结果若是满足,服务器的处理器可以将该订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
本申请实施例通过确定出商品在同一个储位区域并且体积在体积阈值以下的订单,确定得到了所指示的商品储位距离较近并且体积符合要求的订单。这样的订单后续的商品拣选工作消耗的时间较少,可 以对这样的订单进行快速处理,从而提高订单的处理效率。同时,本申请的实施例也降低了订单处理过程中的人力消耗。
进一步参考图3,其示出了订单处理方法的又一个实施例的流程300。该订单处理方法的流程300,包括以下步骤:
步骤301,获取待处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息。
在本实施例中,订单处理方法运行于其上的电子设备(例如图1所示的服务器)可以从该电子设备上或其他电子设备上获取有待于处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的一件或多件商品的储位区域信息,用以表示商品的储位所在的区域,另外,在订单中还包括上述商品的体积信息。
步骤302,利用储位区域信息,确定订单所指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内。
在本实施例中,利用该储位区域信息,上述电子设备可以确定订单所指示的各个商品分别所在的储位区域是否相同,进而确定这些商品是否位于同一个储位区域内。
步骤303,若订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,利用体积信息,确定订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在体积阈值以下。
在本实施例中,若订单所指示的各个商品分别所在的储位区域是相同的,则能够确定这些商品是位于同一个储位区域内。利用体积信息,上述电子设备可以确定该订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在预设的体积阈值以下。
如果该订单所指示的各个商品位于同一个储位,则表示这些商品之间的距离较近,不会因为将距离较远的商品拣选到一个容器中而消耗过多的商品运输时间。
步骤304,若订单所指示的商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,确定订单满足条件。
在本实施例中,若该订单所指示的商品的体积之和,在预设的体 积阈值以下,则该订单同时满足上述条件中关于储位区域和体积这两部分,所以,确定该订单满足上述条件。
如果该订单所指示的商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,则该订单所指示的商品则便于拣选,进而继续出库流程。不容易造成因上述体积之和过大而需要将一个订单所指示的商品,放入多个容器的问题。
步骤305,若满足,将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
在本实施例中,若确定订单满足上述条件,上述电子设备则将该订单确定为待拣选订单,从而形成待拣选订单集合。待拣选订单集合中包括的订单即为待拣选订单,该待拣选订单是满足储位区域要求和体积要求的。
步骤306,若订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和小于体积阈值,确定体积阈值与体积之和的体积差值。
在本实施例中,在上述步骤304中已经确定了该订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,所以,体积阈值是大于或等于该体积之和的。如果体积阈值大于该体积之和,则上述电子设备进一步计算这两者之间的体积差值。
步骤307,确定指定待处理订单集合中是否存在目标订单,目标订单为所指示的至少一个商品的体积的和小于体积差值的待拣选订单。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备可以指定一些待处理订单形成指定待处理订单集合。确定该集合中是否存在目标订单,这里的目标订单为待拣选订单,并且该目标订单所指示的各个商品的体积的和小于体积差值。
步骤308,若存在,则将目标订单归入待拣选订单集合。
在本实施例中,若确定存在该目标订单,将该目标订单归入待拣选订单集合中,以便于后续将待拣选订单集合中的订单所指示的商品分配到与体积阈值对应的容器中。
将目标订单归入待拣选集合,可以在容器中分配商品时充分利用容器的空间。
步骤309,向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,空间位 置分配指令用于指示空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中对待拣选订单集合中的待拣选订单所指示的至少一个商品,进行空间位置分配。
在本实施例中,向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,该空间位置分配指令可以用于指示空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中,对包括目标订单的待拣选订单集合中的各个订单所指示的至少一个商品分配空间位置。也即是在第一预设容器中对上述商品进行码放。
第一预设容器指预先设定的一个用于码放商品的容器。空间位置分配装置指对商品进行空间位置分配的装置。
步骤310,获取分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度和第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,确定分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度是否高于预设空间位置的高度。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备获取到检测设备检测到的第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度,并比较该高度与该容器的预设空间位置的高度,如果两者中高度更高的是前者,则确定分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度高于第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度。
步骤311,若是,向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,空间位置改变指令用于指示空间位置分配装置将第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二预设容器中,以使第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度在预设空间位置的高度以下。
在本实施例中,若确定分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度高于第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,则表明第一预设容器中的商品超出了该容器的承载范围。所以,上述电子设备向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,空间位置改变指令用于指示空间位置分配装置将第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二预设容器中。在分配后,第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度需要在预设空间位置的高度以下。
第二预设容器指预先设定的另一个用于码放商品的容器。空间位置分配装置将商品从第一预设容器中分配到第二预设容器中,需要从第一预设容器中取出商品,之后放入第二预设容器中。在这里取出的 商品可以是空间位置分配装置随机取出的商品,也可以是空间位置分配装置取出的第一预设容器中体积最小的商品,还可以是第一预设容器中的商品的空间位置最高点对应的商品等等。预设空间位置的高度可以定为第一预设容器的容器主体边缘的高度。
举例来说,如果第一预设容器为一个箱子,可以将该箱子的箱体边缘的高度作为预设空间位置的高度。
利用上述的分配步骤,可以避免无法在第一预设容器中对商品进行封装的问题。
进一步参考图4,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本申请提供了一种订单处理装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图4所示,本实施例的订单处理装置400包括:获取单元401,配置用于获取待处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息;确定单元402,配置用于基于储位区域信息和体积信息,确定订单是否满足以下条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下;生成单元403,配置用于若满足,将订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
在本实施例中,订单处理装置400的接收单元401可以从上述电子设备上或其他电子设备上获取有待于处理的订单的订单信息,订单信息中包括订单所指示的一件或多件商品的储位区域信息,用以表示商品的储位所在的区域,另外,在订单中还包括上述商品的体积信息。
在本实施例中,确定单元402基于获取到的订单信息,来确定该订单是否满足以下的条件:订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下。只有同时满足该条件的上述两个部分,才能够确定订单满足该条件,从而执行后续步骤。
在本实施例中,若确定订单满足上述条件,生成单元403则将该订单确定为待拣选订单,从而形成待拣选订单集合。待拣选订单集合 中包括的订单即为待拣选订单,该待拣选订单是满足储位区域要求和体积要求的。
在本实施例中,上述生成单元404可以将上述网页页面的内容(即上述网址对应的页面的页面内容)与推送信息集合相结合作为新网页的内容,并由此生成新网页。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,订单处理装置400还包括:确定差值单元(未示出),配置用于若订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和小于体积阈值,确定体积阈值与体积之和的体积差值;确定目标单元(未示出),配置用于确定指定待处理订单集合中是否存在目标订单,目标订单为所指示的至少一个商品的体积的和小于体积差值的待拣选订单;归入单元(未示出),配置用于若存在,则将目标订单归入待拣选订单集合。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,确定单元402进一步配置用于:利用储位区域信息,确定订单所指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内;若订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,利用体积信息,确定订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在体积阈值以下;若订单所指示的商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,确定订单满足条件。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,订单处理装置400还包括:分配单元(未示出),配置用于向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,空间位置分配指令用于指示空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中,对待拣选订单集合中的待拣选订单所指示的至少一个商品进行空间位置分配;确定高度单元(未示出),配置用于获取分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度和第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,确定分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度是否高于预设空间位置的高度;再分配单元(未示出),配置用于若是,向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,空间位置改变指令用于指示空间位置分配装置将第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二预设容器中,以使第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度在预设空间位置的高度以下。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,订单处理装置400还包括:确定匹配单元(未示出),配置用于若不满足,确定订单与预设订单是否匹配;指示单元(未示出),配置用于若匹配,向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,储位区域分配指令用于指示储位区域分配装置将订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内;执行单元(未示出),配置用于执行确定订单是否满足条件的步骤。
下面参考图5,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的服务器的计算机系统500的结构示意图。图5示出的服务器仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
图5示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的服务器的计算机系统的结构示意图。如图5所示,计算机系统500包括中央处理单元(CPU)501,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)502中的程序或者从存储部分508加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)503中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 503中,还存储有系统500操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 501、ROM 502以及RAM 503通过总线504彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口505也连接至总线504。
以下部件连接至I/O接口505:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分506;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分507;包括硬盘等的存储部分508;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分509。通信部分509经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器510也根据需要连接至I/O接口505。可拆卸介质511,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器510上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分508。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分509从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从 可拆卸介质511被安装。在该计算机程序被中央处理单元(CPU)501执行时,执行本申请的方法中限定的上述功能。需要说明的是,本申请的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本申请中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本申请中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

作为另一方面,本申请还提供了一种计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以是上述实施例中描述的装置中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该装置中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该装置执行时,使得该装置:获取待处理的订单的订单信息,该订单信息中包括该订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息;基于该储位区域信息和该体积信息,确定该订单是否满足以下条件:该订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且该至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下;若满足,将该订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
以上描述仅为本申请的较佳实施例以及对所运用技术原理的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,本申请中所涉及的发明范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖在不脱离上述发明构思的情况下,由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案。
Claims (12)
- 一种订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:获取待处理的订单的订单信息,所述订单信息中包括所述订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息;基于所述储位区域信息和所述体积信息,确定所述订单是否满足以下条件:所述订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,所述至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下;若满足,将所述订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合之后,所述方法还包括:若所述订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和小于所述体积阈值,确定所述体积阈值与所述体积之和的体积差值;确定指定待处理订单集合中是否存在目标订单,所述目标订单为所指示的至少一个商品的体积的和小于所述体积差值的待拣选订单;若存在,则将所述目标订单归入所述待拣选订单集合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述储位区域信息和所述体积信息,确定所述订单是否满足以下条件:所述订单所指示的至少一个商品位于一个储位区域内,以及所述至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下,包括:利用所述储位区域信息,确定所述订单所指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内;若所述订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,利用所述体积信息,确定所述订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在所述体积阈值以下;若所述订单所指示的商品的体积之和在所述体积阈值以下,确定所述订单满足所述条件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,在将所述订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合之后,所述方法还包括:向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,所述空间位置分配指令用于指示所述空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中对所述待拣选订单集合中的待拣选订单所指示的至少一个商品,进行空间位置分配;获取分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度和第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,确定所述分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度是否高于所述预设空间位置的高度;若是,向所述空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,所述空间位置改变指令用于指示所述空间位置分配装置将所述第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二预设容器中,以使所述第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度在预设空间位置的高度以下。
- 根据权利要求1所述的订单处理方法,其特征在于,在确定所述订单是否满足以下条件:所述订单所指示的至少一个商品位于一个储位区域内,以及所述至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下之后,所述方法还包括:若不满足,确定所述订单与预设订单是否匹配;若匹配,向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,所述储位区域分配指令用于指示所述储位区域分配装置将所述订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内;执行确定所述订单是否满足所述条件的步骤。
- 一种订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:获取单元,配置用于获取待处理的订单的订单信息,所述订单信息中包括所述订单所指示的至少一个商品的储位区域信息和体积信息;确定单元,配置用于基于所述储位区域信息和所述体积信息,确定所述订单是否满足以下条件:所述订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,且所述至少一个商品的体积之和在体积阈值以下;生成单元,配置用于若满足,将所述订单确定为待拣选订单以生成待拣选订单集合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:确定差值单元,配置用于若所述订单所指示的至少一个商品的体积之和小于所述体积阈值,确定所述体积阈值与所述体积之和的体积差值;确定目标单元,配置用于确定指定待处理订单集合中是否存在目标订单,所述目标订单为所指示的至少一个商品的体积的和小于所述体积差值的待拣选订单;归入单元,配置用于若存在,则将所述目标订单归入所述待拣选订单集合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步配置用于:利用所述储位区域信息,确定所述订单所指示的至少一个商品是否位于同一个储位区域内;若所述订单所指示的至少一个商品位于同一个储位区域内,利用所述体积信息,确定所述订单所指示的商品的体积之和是否在所述体积阈值以下;若所述订单所指示的商品的体积之和在所述体积阈值以下,确定所述订单满足所述条件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:分配单元,配置用于向空间位置分配装置发送空间位置分配指令,所述空间位置分配指令用于指示所述空间位置分配装置在第一预设容器中,对所述待拣选订单集合中的待拣选订单所指示的至少一个商品进行空间位置分配;确定高度单元,配置用于获取分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度和第一预设容器的预设空间位置的高度,确定所述分配后的至少一个商品的空间位置最高点的高度是否高于所述预设空间位置的高度;再分配单元,配置用于若是,向所述空间位置分配装置发送空间位置改变指令,所述空间位置改变指令用于指示所述空间位置分配装置将所述第一预设容器中的至少一个商品分配至第二预设容器中,以使所述第一预设容器中商品的空间位置最高点的高度在预设空间位置的高度以下。
- 根据权利要求6所述的订单处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:确定匹配单元,配置用于若不满足,确定所述订单与预设订单是否匹配;指示单元,配置用于若匹配,向储位区域分配装置发送储位区域分配指令,所述储位区域分配指令用于指示所述储位区域分配装置将所述订单所指示的至少一个商品分配至同一个储位区域内;执行单元,配置用于执行确定所述订单是否满足所述条件的步骤。
- 一种服务器,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法。
