背景技术
随着物流业的不断发展,有越来越多的购物订单需要配送员来配送。有些商户对订单有严格的配送要求,比如,要求在一定时间范围内送达。而在配送员的配送压力较大时,可能无法准时完成配送,造成配送的延误。
发明内容
本公开实施例的目的在于提出一种改进的信息处理方法和装置,来解决以上背景技术部分提到的技术问题。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,该方法包括:获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息;利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端;基于待处理订单的订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间;响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
如上述的方法,该方法还包括:响应于确定完成时间在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向所述备选配送客户端发送配送指令。
如上述的方法,获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,包括:从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,其中,预处理服务器用于接收待处理订单的订单信息,并根据待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端所对应的配送时限范围,确定待处理订单是否为预设配送时限订单,若确定待处理订单为预设配送时限订单,则对待处理订单添加预设标记。

第二方面,本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理装置,该装置包括:获取单元,配置用于获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息;确定单元,配置用于利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端;时间确定单元,配置用于基于待处理订单的订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间;第一发送单元,配置用于响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
如上述的装置中,该装置还包括:第二发送单元,配置用于响应于确定完成时间在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向所述备选配送客户端发送配送指令。
如上述的装置中,获取单元进一步配置用于:从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,其中,预处理服务器用于接收待处理订单的订单信息,并根据待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端所对应的配送时限范围,确定待处理订单是否为预设配送时限订单,若确定待处理订单为预设配送时限订单,则对待处理订单添加预设标记。

第三方面,本公开实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,当一个或多个程序被一个或多个处理器执行,使得一个或多个处理器实现如信息处理方法中任一实施例的方法。
第四方面,本公开实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如信息处理方法中任一实施例的方法。
本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法和装置,获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息。之后利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端。而后基于待处理订单的订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。最后,响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。从而在一定程度上确保订单能够准时送达,减小配送延误的几率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本公开作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与有关发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
图1示出了可以应用本公开的信息处理方法或信息处理装置的实施例的示例性系统架构100。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括配送终端设备101、102,物品提供终端设备103、104、服务器105和网络106。网络106用以在配送终端设备101、102、物品提供终端设备103、104和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
配送员可以使用配送终端设备101、102通过网络106与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。配送终端设备101、102上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如订单配送应用、购物类应用、搜索类应 用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
商户可以使用物品提供终端设备103、104通过网络106与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。物品提供终端设备103、104上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如物品提供应用、购物类应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
配送终端设备101、102和物品提供终端设备103、104可以是具有显示屏并且支持物品提供的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
服务器105可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对配送终端设备101、102上显示的配送全程的完成时间提供支持的调度服务器。调度服务器可以对接收到的带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息等数据进行分析等处理,并将处理结果(例如配送指令)反馈给物品提供终端设备103、104。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所提供的信息处理方法一般由服务器105执行,相应地,信息处理装置一般设置于服务器105中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的信息处理方法的一个实施例的流程200。该信息处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息。
在本实施例中,信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备(例如图1所示的服务器)可以从本地或者从其他电子设备获取携带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息。待处理订单为有待于处理的订单。预设标记为预先设置的标记(flag)。待处理订单可以是一个订单也可以是至少两个订单。
有一些订单是具有特殊配送要求的订单。为了表示这些订单具有特殊配送要求,可以对这些订单添加预设标记。不同的预设标记可以 用以指示不同的配送时限范围。这里的配送时限范围为预先设置的对配送进行时间限制的时限范围,可以是针对配送全程的完成时间所限定的时限范围,也可以是针对配送全程中的某一个配送阶段所限定的时限范围,还可以包括上述的配送全程和配送阶段的两种配送时限范围。配送全程可以包括两个配送阶段,分别是:配送员去商户所在地取得物品,也即取单;以及取得物品后将物品送达到配送目的地,也即配送给用户。
配送时限范围可以用多种形式表示,比如从当前时间开始,到经过预设时长的时间以前的时间范围。或者从当前时间经过第一预设时长的第一时间开始,到再经过第二预设时长的第二时间的时间范围内。举例来说,当前时间为10点,配送时限范围可以是11点之前,也可以是10点50至11点之间。
步骤202,利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备可以利用预设订单分配方式,确定出待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端。这里确定的备选配送客户端可以是一个或多个,通常为一个。备选配送客户端为选择出的用作备用的且为配送人员持有的客户端。持有配送客户端的配送人员会完成将订单信息中涉及的物品从商户所在地配送到配送目的地,即配送给下单的用户。
在实践中,预设订单分配方式可以是多种订单分配方式中的一种。比如,预设订单分配方式可以是方式一:根据待处理订单的接单商户的地理位置、配送员地理位置等,将各个待处理订单与各个配送员进行匹配,得到匹配分值最高的待处理订单和配送员。之后将配送员的配送客户端作为该待处理订单的备选配送客户端。方式二:从位于待处理订单的接单商户所在的地理区域内的配送客户端中,随机选择一个作为备选配送客户端。方式三:将当前距离待处理订单的接单商户的地理位置最近的配送客户端作为备选配送客户端。
步骤203,基于待处理订单的订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定 配送阶段的完成时间。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备基于待处理订单的订单信息,和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定配送的完成时间。具体地,配送的完成时间可以是配送全程的完成时间或指定配送阶段的完成时间,也可以是既确定配送全程的完成时间又确定至少一个指定的配送阶段的完成时间。这里的已分配订单为已经分配给该配送客户端,但是尚未配送的订单。指定配送阶段可以是两个配送阶段中的任意一个配送阶段,或者两个配送阶段皆有。
通过确定配送全程和/或至少一个指定配送阶段的完成时间,可以预估持有备选配送客户端的配送员的配送能力。
步骤204,响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
在本实施例中,上述电子设备确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,即可以确定持有备选客户端的配送员不能够准时完成配送任务,则做出响应:向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。不同的预设标记可以指示不同的配送时限范围。配送时限范围用以限定配送全程和/或至少一个指定配送阶段的完成时间。在配送指令中携带待处理订单的订单信息。
物品提供客户端为可以提供订单信息中涉及的物品的商户所持的客户端。配送指令为指示物品提供客户端所属的商户进行配送的指令。这里的配送指令可以是在确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内之后,上述电子设备所生成的。
继续参见图3,图3是根据本实施例的信息处理方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3的应用场景中,调度服务器301可以从本地或者从其他电子设备302获取带有预设标记的上述购物订单的订单信息303。而后,上述调度服务器可以利用一个预设的订单分配方式,确定上述订单信息303中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端304。然后,上述调度服务器基于上述订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单 信息,确定持有备选配送客户端的配送员到商户取单的完成时间305。最后,上述调度服务器响应于确定上述完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向商户A的物品提供客户端307发送配送指令306。
本公开的上述实施例提供的方法在一定程度上确保订单能够准时送达,减小配送延误的几率。
进一步参考图4,其示出了信息处理方法的又一个实施例的流程400。该信息处理方法的流程400,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,向物品提供客户端发送对待处理订单的询问信息。
在本实施例中,在用户通过客户端向调度服务器提交待处理订单的订单信息之后,上述调度服务器向物品提供客户端发送待处理订单的询问信息,以确定持有物品提供客户端的商户是否接单,也即调度服务器确定商户是否提供物品。
步骤402,接收物品提供客户端返回的接收确认信息。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器接收上述的物品提供客户端返回的接收确认信息,则确定该商户接单,也即确定该商户提供物品。
步骤403,从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器可以在确认商户接单后,将待处理订单的订单信息发送给预处理服务器。之后,从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息。预处理服务器用于接收待处理订单的订单信息,并根据待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端所对应的配送时限范围,确定所述待处理订单的配送时限范围,对所述待处理订单添加配送时限范围对应的预设标记。预处理服务器为接收待处理订单的订单信息,并且对待处理订单做预处理的服务器。这里的预处理服务器所做的预处理可以是对需要添加预设标记的待处理订单添加预设标记。
在实践中,下单账号为用户对待处理订单进行下单所使用的账号。每个账号对应一个用户,可以给用户划分等级。其中有些等级的用户配送优先级高,可以对这些用户的账号设置较短的配送时限。让这些 用户能够更快地接收到订单中的物品。不同的用户等级,也可以对应不同的配送时限范围。在这里,可以将每个或者每几个等级划分在相同的配送时限范围内。不同的配送时限范围可以用不同的预设标记来指示。
此外,也可以根据用户的需求,来提高用户的账号的优先级。比如,用户留言希望尽快配送,则可以提高其账号的优先级。
有些商户可能对自己的订单在配送时间上有所要求。不同商户对配送时限范围的要求也可以有所不同。
预处理服务器根据用户的账号优先级和商户的配送时限范围,可以确定出该待处理订单是否需要较短的配送时限,如果是,可以进而确定出该待处理订单的配送时限范围,并给待处理订单添加该配送时限范围对应的预设标签。
步骤404,利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器可以利用预设订单分配方式,确定出待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端。这里确定的备选配送客户端可以是一个或多个,通常为一个。备选配送客户端为选择出的用作备用的且为配送人员持有的客户端。持有配送客户端的配送人员会完成将订单信息中涉及的物品从商户所在地配送给下单的用户。
步骤405,根据待处理订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、已分配订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、待处理订单的配送目的地的地理位置和已分配订单的配送目的地的地理位置,确定待处理订单和已分配订单的配送路线。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器可以根据以下四个参考因素:待处理订单的订单信息中所涉及的商户的地理位置,各个已分配订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置,待处理订单的配送目的地的地理位置和已分配订单的配送目的地的地理位置,来确定持有备选配送客户端的配送员接下来的配送路线,也即对待处理订单和已分配订单的配送路线。配送路线可以根据多种方式来确定,比如,可以将上述的 地理位置按照由近到远的顺序,规划取单路线,之后再按照配送目的地的地理位置由近到远的顺序来规划配送到目的地的路线。还可以按照商户的地理位置所在的区域进行取单,在取得地处该区域的商户对应的订单的订单信息涉及的物品后,对物品进行配送。之后对下一个地理位置所在区域进行取单和物品配送,直到配送完毕。
步骤406,根据配送路线确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器可以在确定配送路线之后,根据配送路线,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。在有配送路线的情况下,可以根据预设的配送速度来确定配送路线中某个订单的配送全程或某一个配送阶段、某几个配送阶段对应的完成时间。由此,可以得到待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。
步骤407,响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,即可以确定持有备选客户端的配送员不能够准时完成配送任务,则做出响应:向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。不同的预设标记可以指示不同的配送时限范围。配送时限范围用以限定配送全程和/或至少一个指定配送阶段的完成时间。在配送指令中携带待处理订单的订单信息。这里的配送指令可以是在确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内之后,上述调度服务器所生成的。
步骤408,响应于确定完成时间在预设标记所指示的预设时间范围内,向备选配送客户端发送配送指令。
在本实施例中,上述调度服务器确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,即可以确定持有备选客户端的配送员能够准时完成配送任务, 则做出响应:向上述备选配送客户端发送配送指令,也即,将上述待处理订单分配给持有备选配送客户端的配送员,以使持有该备选配送客户端的配送员进行配送。在配送指令中携带待处理订单的订单信息。这里的配送指令可以是在确定完成时间在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内之后,上述调度服务器所生成的。
本实施例中,预处理服务器能够根据待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和物品提供客户端的配送时限范围,给待处理订单添加与配送时限范围对应的预设标记。由此得到的预设标记所指示的配送时限范围更加准确,所参考的配送时限范围的影响因素较为全面。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种信息处理装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例的信息处理装置500包括:获取单元501、确定单元502、时间确定单元503和第一发送单元504。获取单元501,配置用于获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息;确定单元502,配置用于利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端;时间确定单元503,配置用于基于待处理订单的订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间;第一发送单元504,配置用于响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
在本实施例中,信息处理装置500的获取单元501可以从其他电子设备获取携带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息。待处理订单为有待于处理的订单。预设标记为预先设置的标记(flag)。待处理订单可以是一个订单也可以是至少两个订单。
在本实施例中,基于确定单元502可以利用预设订单分配方式,确定出待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端。这里确定的备选配送客户端可以是一个或多个,通常为一个。备选配送客 户端为选择出的用作备用的且为配送人员持有的客户端。持有配送客户端的配送人员会完成将订单信息中涉及的物品从商户所在地配送给下单的用户。
在本实施例中,时间确定单元503基于待处理订单的订单信息,和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定配送的完成时间。具体地,配送的完成时间可以是配送全程的完成时间或指定配送阶段的完成时间,也可以是既确定配送全程的完成时间又确定至少一个指定的配送阶段的完成时间。这里的已分配订单为已经分配给该配送客户端,但是尚未配送的订单。
在本实施例中,第一发送单元504确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,即可以确定持有备选客户端的配送员不能够准时完成配送任务,则做出响应:向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。不同的预设标记可以指示不同的配送时限范围。配送时限范围用以限定配送全程和/或至少一个指定配送阶段的完成时间。在配送指令中携带待处理订单的订单信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还包括:第二发送单元(未示出),配置用于响应于确定完成时间在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向上述备选配送客户端发送配送指令。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,获取单元进一步配置用于:从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,其中,预处理服务器用于接收待处理订单的订单信息,并根据待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端所对应的配送时限范围,确定所述待处理订单的配送时限范围,对所述待处理订单添加配送时限范围对应的预设标记。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,确定完成时间装置,包括:路线确定模块(未示出),配置用于根据待处理订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、已分配订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、待处理订单的配送目的地的地理位置和已分配订单的配送目的地的地理位置,确定待处理订单和已分配订单的配送路线;时间确定模块(未 示出),配置用于根据配送路线确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还包括:询问单元(未示出),配置用于向物品提供客户端发送对待处理订单的询问信息;接收单元(未示出),配置用于接收物品提供客户端返回的接收确认信息。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如服务器)的计算机系统600的结构示意图。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,计算机系统600包括中央处理单元(CPU)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储部分608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有系统600操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。
以下部件连接至I/O接口605:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分606;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分607;包括硬盘等的存储部分608;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分609。通信部分609经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器610也根据需要连接至I/O接口605。可拆卸介质611,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器610上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分608。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分609从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从 可拆卸介质611被安装。在该计算机程序被中央处理单元(CPU)601执行时,执行本公开的方法中限定的上述功能。需要说明的是,本公开的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

作为另一方面,本公开还提供了一种计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以是上述实施例中描述的装置中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该装置中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该装置执行时,使得该装置:获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息;利用预设订单分配方式,确定待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端;基于待处理订单的订单信息和备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间;响应于确定完成时间不在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息;
    利用预设订单分配方式,确定所述待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端;
    基于所述待处理订单的订单信息和所述备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定所述待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间;
    响应于确定完成时间不在所述预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向所述待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于确定完成时间在所述预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向所述备选配送客户端发送配送指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,包括:
    从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,其中,所述预处理服务器用于接收所述待处理订单的订单信息,并根据所述待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和所述待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端所对应的配送时限范围,确定所述待处理订单的配送时限范围,对所述待处理订单添加配送时限范围对应的预设标记。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述基于所述待处理订单的订单信息和所述备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定所述待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间,包括:
    根据所述待处理订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、所述 已分配订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、所述待处理订单的配送目的地的地理位置和所述已分配订单的配送目的地的地理位置,确定所述待处理订单和所述已分配订单的配送路线;
    根据所述配送路线确定所述待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的信息处理方法,其中,在所述从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    向物品提供客户端发送对所述待处理订单的询问信息;
    接收所述物品提供客户端返回的接收确认信息。
  6. 一种信息处理装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    获取单元,配置用于获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息;
    确定单元,配置用于利用预设订单分配方式,确定所述待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品的备选配送客户端;
    时间确定单元,配置用于基于所述待处理订单的订单信息和所述备选配送客户端的已分配订单的订单信息,确定所述待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间;
    第一发送单元,配置用于响应于确定完成时间不在所述预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向所述待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端发送配送指令。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息处理装置,其中,还包括:
    第二发送单元,配置用于响应于确定完成时间在预设标记所指示的配送时限范围内,向所述备选配送客户端发送配送指令。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述获取单元进一步配置用于:
    从预处理服务器获取带有预设标记的待处理订单的订单信息,其 中,所述预处理服务器用于接收所述待处理订单的订单信息,并根据所述待处理订单的下单账号的配送优先级和所述待处理订单的订单信息中涉及的物品提供客户端所对应的配送时限范围,确定所述待处理订单的配送时限范围,对所述待处理订单添加配送时限范围对应的预设标记。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述确定完成时间装置,包括:
    路线确定模块,配置用于根据所述待处理订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、所述已分配订单的订单信息所涉及的商户的地理位置、所述待处理订单的配送目的地的地理位置和所述已分配订单的配送目的地的地理位置,确定所述待处理订单和所述已分配订单的配送路线;
    时间确定模块,配置用于根据所述配送路线确定所述待处理订单的配送全程的完成时间和/或指定配送阶段的完成时间。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的信息处理装置,其中,还包括:
    询问单元,配置用于向物品提供客户端发送对待处理订单的询问信息;
    接收单元,配置用于接收物品提供客户端返回的接收确认信息。
  11. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法。
