Abstract
一种基于数据分析选择供应商的方法、装置和计算机设备,方法为:根据用人单位发送的第一请求寻找目标供应商;查找各目标供应商对应第二请求中的各需求维度的分数;计算各目标供应商的总分数并根据总分数进行排序,以供所述用人单位选择。所述方法将各供应商进行客观的评分并排序,使用人单位选择合适的供应商。
Description
本申请要求于2018年10月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为2018111857223,发明名称为“基于数据分析选择供应商的方法、装置和计算机设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及到数据处理技术领域,特别是涉及到一种基于数据分析选择供应商的方法、装置和计算机设备。
目前外包招聘需求没有自动分配机制,都是手工分发,需要外包招聘的负责人根据外包的需求人员对公司的外包平台上众多供应商仔细筛选,最后挑选出最合适的供应商。一般公司的供应商数量多,这样对负责人造成较大的选择时间,而且选择的时候考虑的需求维度较多,往往不能综合评判而选出最合适的供应商。所以提供一种新的选择供应商的方法是亟需解决的问题。
本申请的主要目的为提供一种根据多个需求维度选择供应商的方法、装置和计算机设备。
为了实现上述发明目的,本申请提出一种基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,包括:接收用人单位的用户终端发送的第一请求以及第二请求,所述第一请求包括外包人员的技能类型以及各技能类型对应的外包人力数量,所述第二请求包括至少一个需求维度的外包人力的质量需求;
根据所述第一请求在合格供应商中寻找与所述第一请求匹配的目标供应商;
在预设的合格供应商维度分数表中查找各所述目标供应商对应所述第二请求中的各需求维度的分数;
计算每一个目标供应商的对应的各需求维度的分数的总分数;
将各所述目标供应商按照其对应的总分数以从大到小的顺序进行排序,得到目标供应商名单;
将所述目标供应商名单发送给所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择。进一步地,所述在预设的合格供应商维度分数表中查找各所述目标供应商对应所述第二请求中的各需求维度的分数的步骤之前,包括:
获取各所述合格供应商的历史记录;
根据所述历史记录,分别从指定的评价维度对各所述合格供应商进行评分,得到各所述合格供应商的各评价维度对应的分数;
以各合格供应商的名称作为表格的第一列,以评价维度的名称作为表格的第一行,分别将所述各供应商的各评价维度的分数填写到表格中,生成所述合格供应商维度分数表。
本申请还提供一种基于数据分析选择供应商的装置,包括:
接收模块,用于接收用人单位的用户终端发送的第一请求以及第二请求,所述第一请求包括外包人员的技能类型以及各技能类型对应的外包人力数量,所述第二请求包括至少一个需求维度的外包人力的质量需求;
寻找模块,用于根据所述第一请求在合格供应商中寻找与所述第一请求匹配的目标供应商;
查找模块,用于在预设的合格供应商维度分数表中查找各所述目标供应商对应所述第二请求中的各需求维度的分数;
计算模块,用于计算每一个目标供应商的对应的各需求维度的分数的总分数;
排序模块,用于将各所述目标供应商按照其对应的总分数以从大到小的顺序进行排序,得到目标供应商名单;
发送模块,用于将所述目标供应商名单发送给所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择。
本申请还提供一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现上述任一项所述方法的步骤。
本申请还提供一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述任一项所述的方法的步骤。
本申请的基于数据分析选择供应商的方法、装置和计算机设备,根据用人单位提出的维度,将各供应商进行客观的评分并排序,使用人单位可以快速的根据排序结果选择合适的供应商。在排序前先将不符合资质的供应商删除,减小评分的供应商数量,使排序的速度更迅速。当用人单位选择了供应商后,还对供应商提供的外包人力进行监控,避免外包人力过多而导致用人单位的内部信息泄露出去。

参照图1,本申请实施例提供一种基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,包括步骤:
S1、接收用人单位的用户终端发送的第一请求以及第二请求,所述第一请求包括外包人员的技能类型以及各技能类型对应的外包人力数量,所述第二请求包括至少一个需求维度的外包人力的质量需求;
S2、根据所述第一请求在合格供应商中寻找与所述第一请求匹配的目标供应商;
S3、在预设的合格供应商维度分数表中查找各所述目标供应商对应所述第二请求中的各需求维度的分数;
S4、计算每一个目标供应商的对应的各需求维度的分数的总分数;
S5、将各所述目标供应商按照其对应的总分数以从大到小的顺序进行排序,得到目标供应商名单;
S6、将所述目标供应商名单发送给所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择。
如上述步骤S1所述,用人单位是指提出外包人力需求的主体,可以是一个公司,也可以是公司下属单位如某一个部门或某一个项目团队。公司的人力资源系统的服务器中包括有多个用户终端,每个用户终端对应一个用人单位,即人力资源系统的服务器分配给每个用人单位一个账户,用人单位的负责人通过手机、电脑等硬件登录账户,该手机、电脑等硬件即用人单位的用户终端。当用人单位有用人需求时,其负责人在用户终端提出对人力需求的第一请求,第一请求包括技能类型,技能类型包括JAVA、C++、前端开发等各种类型,同时第一请求还包括对各技能类型的外包人力数量。同时,用人单位还通过用户终端发送需求维度,即对第一请求的侧重点,比如有一个需求维度是高学历,还有另一个需求维度是高效率,即完成的外包任务进度快。用人单位通过用户终端发送第一请求和第二请求给服务器,服务器接收第一请求和第二请求。
如上述步骤S2所述,服务器中包含有多个供应商,每个供应商均提供至少一种技能类型的外包人力资源。服务器获取到供应商的人力的技术技能类型,判断供应商的任一技术技能类型是否与上述第一请求信息中的任一技能类型相同,如果有,则将该供应商定义为目标供应商。例如,服务器接收到的第一请求信息中包括JAVA技能和测试技能,某一供应商中只有JAVA技能的人力资源,则该供应商是目标供应商,将该供应商加入到供应商名单中。
如上述步骤S3所述,合格供应商维度分数表是指后台工作人员根据各合格供应商从不同的维度做出的评价,得到对应的分数。该表格中具有各合格供应商的每个维度对应的维度分数。服务器根据目标供应商的名称以及第二请求中的需求维度,找到各目标供应商的第二请求中的需求维度对应的分数。
如上述步骤S4所述,服务器将查找到的每个目标供应商的各需求维度对应的分数进行相加,得到每个目标供应商的总分数。目标供应商的总分数是根据用人单位的第二请求计算得出的,因而能够很准确的反应出对用人单位的匹配程度。在一具体实施例中,用人单位通过用户终端对每个需求维度设置权重系数,服务器将各目标供应商的各维度的分数乘以对应的权重系数后再进行相加,得到各目标供应商的总分数。
如上述步骤S5和S6所述,得到了多个目标供应商的总分数后,将多个目标供应商按照其对应的总分数以从大到小的顺序对目标供应商进行排序,得到了目标供应商名单,然后服务器将该名单发送给用户终端,加载在用户端的显示屏上,用人单位优先选择排名靠前的供应商。
在一个实施例中,上述在预设的合格供应商维度分数表中查找各所述目标供应商对应所述第二请求中的各需求维度的分数的步骤S3之前,包括:
S301、获取各所述合格供应商的历史记录;
S302、根据所述历史记录,分别从指定的评价维度对各所述合格供应商进行评分,得到各所述合格供应商的各评价维度对应的分数;
S303、以各合格供应商的名称作为表格的第一列,以评价维度的名称作为表格的第一行,分别将所述各供应商的各评价维度的分数填写到表格中,生成所述合格供应商维度分数表。
本实施例中,服务器根据合格供应商的名称,调用合格供应商对用人单位所在的公司的提供外包人力的历史记录,以及外包工作结束后历史用人单位对历史外包记录的评价。根据不同的维度对合格供应商进行评分,则得到合格供应商对应的各个维度的分数。如此,再得到其他合格供应商的对应的各个维度的分数。得到全部合格供应商的全部维度的分数后,建立一个表格,将合格供应商的名称放在第一列,将评价维度的名称放在表格的第一行,然后将全部合格供应商的全部维度的分数放置与行和列对应的表格中,得到合格供应商维度分数表。
在一个实施例中,上述接收用人单位的用户终端发送的第一请求以及第二请求的步骤S1之前,包括:
S101、从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中筛选出各所述合格供应商,所述公司至少包括一个用人单位。
本实施例中,合格供应商是指符合供应商的条件,例如具有营业许可执照依法成立的企业、符合公司招标的硬性指标的要求的企业,为目标合格供应商。同时,合格供应商还是符合公司资质条件以及用人单位资质条件的供应商。目标供应商是指符合用人单位提出的人力需求匹配的供应商。如果一个供应商是目标供应商,则该供应商一定是合格供应商。如果一个供应商不是合格供应商,则该供应商一定不可能是目标供应商。在一具体实施例中,公司的规模比较大,对应的供应商数量也是非常庞大,供应商的状态也在经常变换,有的供应商的可能会由于其他一些外界条件或自身调整而不符合上述的要求而不符合合格供应商的条件。因此,服务器对公司的所有供应商资质进行筛选,将不符合资质要求的供应商进行初步筛选,减小后续的匹配运算量,加快计算的速度。
需要说明的是,有部分实施例中,合格供应商是相对人力需求的请求而言的。同一供应商,相对A用人单位提出的一人力需求的请求可能是合格供应商,相对B用人单位提出的另一人力需求的请求可能不是合格供应商。例如A用人单位提出的一人力需求的请求是法务人员,该需求对应的需要供应商具有知识产权体系认证的资质;B用人单位提出的一人力需求的请求是通信技术人员,该需求对应的需标供应商具有3C认证的资质;因此一个具有知识产权体系认证而没有3C认证的律师事务所是A用人单位的合格供应商而不是B用人单位的合格供应商。
在一个实施例中,上述从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中筛选出各所述合格供应商的步骤S101,包括:
S111、判断所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中是否有不良记录的供应商;
S121、若有存在不良记录的供应商,则将所述存在不良记录的供应商从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中清除,以筛选出所述为合格供应商。
本实施例中,不良记录是指供应商的一些重大失误或违法行为。供应商在与该公司历次供应中,若出现重大失误,比如泄露公司的技术行为,服务器在对该供应商进行记录,若服务器判断到供应商有对应的标记,则判断供应商有不良记录。另一具体实施例中,不良记录是指供应商没有依法缴纳税务、依法为员工缴纳社保、法人失信等一些违法行为,这些在工商局或社保局等一些官方机构网站上指定的网页上公开违反相关法律的企业名单,服务器通过访问这些网站获取相关的违反法律的企业名单,然后判断供应商是否存在于这些企业名单中;或者,后台人员将这些网站上的名单下载后存储在服务器中,服务器判断供应商名单是否在上述下载的名单中来判断供应商是否有不良记录。
如果供应商没有不良记录,则说明供应商是良好优秀的企业,具有成为用人单位选择的资质的供应商,因而是合格供应商,若有不良记录的供应商,则将有不良记录的供应商从公司的供应商中清除,将剩下的没有不良记录的供应商筛选出来,形成合格供应商。
在一个实施例中,上述从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中筛选出各所述合格供应商的步骤S101,包括:
S131、判断所述用人单位所在的公司的各供应商的已供应人数是否达到第一预设阈值;
S141、若有供应商的已供应人数达到第一预设阈值,则将所述已供应人数达到第一预设阈值的供应商从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中清除,以筛选出合格供应商。
本实施例中,为防止一个供应商供应过多的人力,而导致公司存在一定的技术泄露风险,因此,需要对各供应商的人数进行一定的控制。后台工作人员根据各供应商所负责的项目、供应商规模的大小等综合各方面因素制定第一预设阈值。对于所述供应商,如果已经有一定数量人力在该公司达到了第一预设阈值,则不再允许该供应商再向上述公司提供人力,已供应人数超过了第一预设阈值的供应商不再是合格的供应商。第一预设阈值可以是一具体的人数数量,例如后台工作人员设置任一家供应商提供的人力最多不超过50人。在另一具体实施例中,第一预设阈值是指上述供应商已提供的人力数量占所有的供应商已提供的人力数量的占比,如该公司目前已有100个供应商提供的人力,第一预设阈值是50%,则该供应商已提供的人力数量超过50人就不是合格供应商,服务器获取所有供应商提供的总人力数量,然后获取到第一预设阈值,用上述总人力数量乘以第一预设阈值,得出最高人数,然后提取出该供应商已提供的人力数量,如果该人力数量不超过上述最高人数,则供应商是合格供应商。如果供应商的已供应人数超过第一预设阈值,则将超过第一预设阈值对应的供应商从公司的供应商中清除,将剩下的没有已供应人数没有超过第一预设阈值的供应商筛选出来,形成合格供应商。
在一个实施例中,上述将所述目标供应商名单发送给所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择的步骤S6之后,包括:
S7、获取用户终端选择的目标供应商;
S8、判断所述目标供应商的已供应人数是否达到第二预设阈值,其中,第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值;
S9、若是,生成提示的信号至用户终端;
S10、接收用户的确认信号,确认所述用户终端选择的目标供应商。
本实施例中,服务器将目标供应商名单发送到用户终端,以下拉菜单的形式供用户终端选择。用户终端选择了其中一个目标供应商后,服务器计算用户选择的目标供应商在该公司已提供的人力数量,如果已提供的人力数量过多,需要对客户进行一些提示,尽量将各供应商的提供的人力数持平,避免一家独大而产生泄露公司机密的隐患。第二预设阈值是后台工作人员设置的临界值,当用户终端选择了一个供应商的人力后,服务器计算该供应商的人力数量(包括用户终端此时选择该供应商提供的外包人力)是否超过第二阈值。第二阈值如上述第一预设阈值一样,也可以是具体的数字,也可以是上述供应商已提供的人力数量占所有的供应商提供的人力数量的占比,而且第二预设阈值小于第一预阈值。当第一预设阈值是具体数字时,第二预设阈值也是具体数字;当第一预设阈值是占比时,第二预设阈值也是占比。服务器计算若该供应商提供的外包人力是否超过第二阈值,如果超过,说明该供应商即将到达第一阈值了,即该供应商即将成为不合格供应商,不推荐用户终端选择该供应商。在一具体实施例中,第二预设阈值是该供应商提供的人力数量占所有供应商提供的人力数量的30%。服务器获取到用户终端选择的目标供应商后,用该目标供应商已提供的人力数量除以全部供应商提供的人力数量,得到目标供应商的占比,将该占比与第二预设阈值进行比较,如果比第二预设阈值高,服务器在用户终端上弹出对话框提示用户该目标供应商已提供的人力较多,确认是否还要继续选择该目标供应商。当用户终端在对话框中选择确认的信号后,服务器接收到用户终端选择的目标供应商,确定该目标供应商为用户终端选择的供应商。
在一个实施例中,上述将排序后的目标供应商名单发送给所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择的步骤之前,包括:
S601、获取所述目标供应商的第一数量;
S602、根据预设的目标供应商的数量与精选数量的关系,获取与所述第一数量对应的精选数量值,所述精选数量是指从所述目标供应商中筛选出总分数排序在前面的目标供应商的数量;
S603、将所述目标供应商名单中排序最后的数量的目标供应商删除。
本实施例中,得到目标供应商名单后,服务器读取供应商名单中的数量,得到第一数量。将目标供应商按照总分数从大小到进行排序后,排名在最前面的一定次序的分值是最高的,对应的是与用人单位的第一请求及第二请求是最匹配的,因而有必要优先推荐给用人单位进行选择,因此,服务器将目标供应商名单再次进行一次筛选,更有利于用人单位选择准确的目标供应商。后台人员设置了第一数量与精选数量的对应关系。服务器根据该对应关系,获取到与第一数量对应的精选数量值后,将目标供应商名单中的排序在精选数量值之后的目标供应商删除,以将目标供应商名单进行优化,筛选出最合适的目标供应商供用人单位选择。在一具体实施例中,第一数量与精选数量的对应关系如下表:

综上所述,本申请的基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,根据用人单位提出的维度,将各供应商进行客观的评分并排序,使用人单位可以快速的根据排序结果选择合适的供应商。在排序前先将不符合资质的供应商删除,减小评分的供应商数量,使排序的速度更迅速。当用人单位选择了供应商后,还对供应商提供的外包人力进行监控,避免外包人力过多而导致用人单位的内部信息泄露出去。

接收模块1,用于接收用人单位的用户终端发送的第一请求以及第二请求,所述第一请求包括外包人员的技能类型以及各技能类型对应的外包人力数量,所述第二请求包括至少一个需求维度的外包人力的质量需求;

本实施例中,用人单位是指提出外包人力需求的主体,可以是一个公司,也可以是公司下属单位如某一个部门或某一个项目团队。公司的人力资源系统的服务器中包括有多个用户终端,每个用户终端对应一个用人单位,即人力资源系统的服务器分配给每个用人单位一个账户,用人单位的负责人通过手机、电脑等硬件登录账户,该手机、电脑等硬件即用人单位的用户终端。当用人单位有用人需求时,其负责人在用户终端提出对人力需求的第一请求,第一请求包括技能类型,技能类型包括JAVA、C++、前端开发等各种类型,同时第一请求还包括对各技能类型的外包人力数量。同时,用人单位还通过用户终端发送需求维度,即对第一请求的侧重点,比如有一个需求维度是高学历,还有另一个需求维度是高效率,即完成的外包任务进度快。用人单位通过用户终端发送第一请求和第二请求给接收模块1,接收模块1接收第一请求和第二请求。
服务器中包含有多个供应商,每个供应商均提供至少一种技能类型的外包人力资源。寻找模块2获取到供应商的人力的技术技能类型,判断供应商的任一技术技能类型是否与上述第一请求信息中的任一技能类型相同,如果有,则寻找模块2将该供应商定义为目标供应商。例如,接收模块1接收到的第一请求信息中包括JAVA技能和测试技能,某一供应商中只有JAVA技能的人力资源,则该供应商是目标供应商,寻找模块2将该供应商加入到供应商名单中。
合格供应商维度分数表是指后台工作人员根据各合格供应商从不同的维度做出的评价,得到对应的分数。该表格中具有各合格供应商的每个维度对应的维度分数。查找模块3根据目标供应商的名称以及第二请求中的需求维度,找到各目标供应商的第二请求中的需求维度对应的分数。
计算模块4将查找到的每个目标供应商的各需求维度对应的分数进行相加,得到每个目标供应商的总分数。目标供应商的总分数是根据用人单位的第二请求计算得出的,因而能够很准确的反应出对用人单位的匹配程度。在一具体实施例中,用人单位通过用户终端对每个需求维度设置权重系数,服务器将各目标供应商的各维度的分数乘以对应的权重系数后再进行相加,得到各目标供应商的总分数。
得到了多个目标供应商的总分数后,排序模块5将多个目标供应商按照其对应的总分数以从大到小的顺序对目标供应商进行排序,得到了目标供应商名单,然后发送模块6将该名单发送给用户终端,加载在用户端的显示屏上,用人单位优先选择排名靠前的供应商。
参照图3,在一个实施例中,上述基于数据分析选择供应商的装置还包括:
第一获取模块301,用于获取各所述合格供应商的历史记录;
评分模块302,用于根据所述历史记录,分别从指定的评价维度对各所述合格供应商进行评分,得到各所述合格供应商的各评价维度对应的分数;
生成模块303,用于以各合格供应商的名称作为表格的第一列,以评价维度的名称作为表格的第一行,分别将所述各供应商的各评价维度的分数填写到表格中,生成所述合格供应商维度分数表。
本实施例中,第一获取模块301根据合格供应商的名称,调用合格供应商对用人单位所在的公司的提供外包人力的历史记录,以及外包工作结束后历史用人单位对历史外包记录的评价。评分模块302根据不同的维度对合格供应商进行评分,则得到合格供应商对应的各个维度的分数。如此,再得到其他合格供应商的对应的各个维度的分数。得到全部合格供应商的全部维度的分数后,生成模块303建立一个表格,将合格供应商的名称放在第一列,将评价维度的名称放在表格的第一行,然后将全部合格供应商的全部维度的分数放置与行和列对应的表格中,得到合格供应商维度分数表。
参照图4,在一个实施例中,上述基于数据分析选择供应商的装置还包括:
筛选模块101,用于从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中筛选出各所述合格供应商,所述公司至少包括一个用人单位。
本实施例中,合格供应商是指符合供应商的条件,例如具有营业许可执照依法成立的企业、符合公司招标的硬性指标的要求的企业,为目标合格供应商。同时,合格供应商还是符合公司资质条件以及用人单位资质条件的供应商。目标供应商是指符合用人单位提出的人力需求匹配的供应商。如果一个供应商是目标供应商,则该供应商一定是合格供应商。如果一个供应商不是合格供应商,则该供应商一定不可能是目标供应商。在一具体实施例中,公司的规模比较大,对应的供应商数量也是非常庞大,供应商的状态也在经常变换,有的供应商的可能会由于其他一些外界条件或自身调整而不符合上述的要求而不符合合格供应商的条件。因此,筛选模块101对公司的所有供应商资质进行筛选,将不符合资质要求的供应商进行初步筛选,减小后续的匹配运算量,加快计算的速度。
需要说明的是,有部分实施例中,合格供应商是相对人力需求的请求而言的。同一供应商,相对A用人单位提出的一人力需求的请求可能是合格供应商,相对B用人单位提出的另一人力需求的请求可能不是合格供应商。例如A用人单位提出的一人力需求的请求是法务人员,该需求对应的需要供应商具有知识产权体系认证的资质;B用人单位提出的一人力需求的请求是通信技术人员,该需求对应的需标供应商具有3C认证的资质;因此一个具有知识产权体系认证而没有3C认证的律师事务所是A用人单位的合格供应商而不是B用人单位的合格供应商。
参照图5,在一个实施例中,上述筛选模块101包括:
第一判断单元111,用于判断所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中是否有不良记录的供应商;
第一筛选单元121,用于若有存在不良记录的供应商,则将所述存在不良记录的供应商从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中清除,以筛选出所述合格供应商。
本实施例中,不良记录是指供应商的一些重大失误或违法行为。供应商在与该公司历次供应中,若出现重大失误,比如泄露公司的技术行为,服务器在对该供应商进行记录,若服务器判断到供应商有对应的标记,则第一判断单元111判断供应商有不良记录。另一具体实施例中,不良记录是指供应商没有依法缴纳税务、依法为员工缴纳社保、法人失信等一些违法行为,这些在工商局或社保局等一些官方机构网站上指定的网页上公开违反相关法律的企业名单,第一判断单元111通过访问这些网站获取相关的违反法律的企业名单,然后判断供应商是否存在于这些企业名单中;或者,后台人员将这些网站上的名单下载后存储在服务器中,第一判断单元111判断供应商名单是否在上述下载的名单中来判断供应商是否有不良记录。
如果供应商没有不良记录,则说明供应商是良好优秀的企业,具有成为用人单位选择的资质的供应商,因而是合格供应商,若有不良记录的供应商,则第一筛选单元121将有不良记录的供应商从公司的供应商中清除,将剩下的没有不良记录的供应商筛选出来,形成合格供应商。
参照图6,在一个实施例中,上述筛选模块101包括:
第二判断单元131,用于判断所述用人单位所在的公司的各供应商的已供应人数是否达到第一预设阈值;
第二筛选单元141,用于若有供应商的已供应人数达到第一预设阈值,则将所述已供应人数达到第一预设阈值的供应商从所述用人单位所在的公司的供应商中清除,以筛选出合格供应商。
本实施例中,为防止一个供应商供应过多的人力,而导致公司存在一定的技术泄露风险,因此,需要对各供应商的人数进行一定的控制。后台工作人员根据各供应商所负责的项目、供应商规模的大小等综合各方面因素制定第一预设阈值。对于所述供应商,如果已经有一定数量人力在该公司达到了第一预设阈值,则不再允许该供应商再向上述公司提供人力,第二判断单元131判定已供应人数超过了第一预设阈值的供应商不再是合格的供应商。第一预设阈值可以是一具体的人数数量,例如后台工作人员设置任一家供应商提供的人力最多不超过50人。在另一具体实施例中,第一预设阈值是指上述供应商已提供的人力数量占所有的供应商已提供的人力数量的占比,如该公司目前已有100个供应商提供的人力,第一预设阈值是50%,则该供应商已提供的人力数量超过50人就不是合格供应商,第二判断单元131获取所有供应商提供的总人力数量,然后获取到第一预设阈值,用上述总人力数量乘以第一预设阈值,得出最高人数,然后提取出该供应商已提供的人力数量,如果该人力数量不超过上述最高人数,则供应商是合格供应商。如果供应商的已供应人数超过第一预设阈值,则第二筛选单元141将超过第一预设阈值对应的供应商从公司的供应商中清除,将剩下的没有已供应人数没有超过第一预设阈值的供应商筛选出来,形成合格供应商。
在一个实施例中,上述基于数据分析选择供应商的装置还包括:
第二获取模块7,用于获取用户终端选择的目标供应商;
判断模块8,用于判断所述目标供应商的已供应人数是否达到第二预设阈值,其中,第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值;
提示模块9,用于若所述目标供应商的已供应人数达到第二预设阈值,生成提示的信号至用户终端;
确认模块10,用于接收用户的确认信号,确认所述用户终端选择的目标供应商。
本实施例中,服务器将目标供应商名单发送到用户终端,以下拉菜单的形式供用户终端选择。用户终端选择了其中一个目标供应商后,第二获取模块7获取到用户终端选择的目标供应商。判断模块8计算用户选择的目标供应商在该公司已提供的人力数量,如果已提供的人力数量过多,需要对客户进行一些提示,尽量将各供应商的提供的人力数持平,避免一家独大而产生泄露公司机密的隐患。第二预设阈值是后台工作人员设置的临界值,当用户终端选择了一个供应商的人力后,服务器计算该供应商的人力数量(包括用户终端此时选择该供应商提供的外包人力)是否超过第二阈值。第二阈值如上述第一预设阈值一样,也可以是具体的数字,也可以是上述供应商已提供的人力数量占所有的供应商提供的人力数量的占比,而且第二预设阈值小于第一预阈值。当第一预设阈值是具体数字时,第二预设阈值也是具体数字;当第一预设阈值是占比时,第二预设阈值也是占比。服务器计算若该供应商提供的外包人力是否超过第二阈值,如果超过,说明该供应商即将到达第一阈值了,即该供应商即将成为不合格供应商,不推荐用户终端选择该供应商。在一具体实施例中,第二预设阈值是该供应商提供的人力数量占所有供应商提供的人力数量的30%。第二获取模块7获取到用户终端选择的目标供应商后,判断模块8用该目标供应商已提供的人力数量除以全部供应商提供的人力数量,得到目标供应商的占比,将该占比与第二预设阈值进行比较,如果比第二预设阈值高,提示模块9在用户终端上弹出对话框提示用户该目标供应商已提供的人力较多,确认是否还要继续选择该目标供应商。当用户终端在对话框中选择确认的信号后,确认模块10接收到用户终端选择的目标供应商,确定该目标供应商为用户终端选择的供应商。
参照图7,在一个实施例中,上述基于数据分析选择供应商的装置还包括:
第三获取模块601,用于获取所述目标供应商的第一数量;
第四获取模块602,用于根据预设的目标供应商的数量与精选数量的关系,获取与所述第一数量对应的精选数量值,所述精选数量是指从所述目标供应商中筛选出总分数排序在前面的目标供应商的数量;
删除模块603,用于将所述目标供应商名单中排序在精选数量之后的目标供应商删除。
本实施例中,得到目标供应商名单后,第三获取模块601读取供应商名单中的数量,得到第一数量。将目标供应商按照总分数从大小到进行排序后,排名在最前面的一定次序的分值是最高的,对应的是与用人单位的第一请求及第二请求是最匹配的,因而有必要优先推荐给用人单位进行选择,因此,服务器将目标供应商名单再次进行一次筛选,更有利于用人单位选择准确的目标供应商。后台人员设置了第一数量与精选数量的对应关系。第四获取模块602根据该对应关系,获取到与第一数量对应的精选数量后,删除模块603将目标供应商名单中的排序在精选数量之后的目标供应商删除,以将目标供应商名单进行优化,筛选出最合适的目标供应商供用人单位选择。在一具体实施例中,第一数量与精选数量的对应关系如下表:

综上所述,本申请的基于数据分析选择供应商的装置,根据用人单位提出的维度,将各供应商进行客观的评分并排序,使用人单位可以快速的根据排序结果选择合适的供应商。在排序前先将不符合资质的供应商删除,减小评分的供应商数量,使排序的速度更迅速。当用人单位选择了供应商后,还对供应商提供的外包人力进行监控,避免外包人力过多而导致用人单位的内部信息泄露出去。
参照图8,本申请实施例中还提供一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构可以如图8所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该计算机设计的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储推送保险产品的模型等数据。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令在执行时,执行如上述各方法的实施例的流程。本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定。
本申请一实施例还提供一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令在执行时,执行如上述各方法的实施例的流程。以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

- 一种基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,其特征在于,包括:接收用人单位的用户终端发送的外包人力需求的请求,其中,所述请求包括需求人力的技能类型以及各所述技能类型分别对应的人力数量;判断所述用人单位的正式员工数量是否超过所述请求中需求人力的数量与在场的外包人力数量的和;若是,获取各合格供应商中的具有所述技能类型的外包人力的身份证号;访问指定的网站,根据所述身份证号查询各外包人力是否具有信用不良记录;根据所述技能类型在不具有信用不良记录的所述技能类型对应的外包人力所在的合格供应商中寻找与所述请求匹配的目标供应商,将匹配成功的目标供应商名单添加到目标供应商名单中;将所述目标供应商名单发送到所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述技能类型在不具有信用不良记录的所述技能类型对应的外包人力所在的合格供应商中寻找与所述请求匹配的目标供应商,将匹配成功的目标供应商名单添加到目标供应商名单中的步骤之前,包括:对供应商进行筛选,将符合所述用人单位的资质要求的供应商定义为合格供应商。
- 如权利要求2所述的基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,其特征在于,所述对供应商进行筛选,将符合所述用人单位的资质要求的供应商定义为合格供应商的步骤,包括:判断供应商是否有不良记录;若否,将所述供应商定义为合格供应商。

- 如权利要求1所述的基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述目标供应商名单发送到所述用户终端的步骤之前,包括:获取所述各目标供应商中所述技能类型的人力供给率;根据所述技能类型的人力供给率的大小对所述目标供应商在所述目标供应商名单上进行排序。
- 一种基于数据分析选择供应商的装置,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收用人单位的用户终端发送的外包人力需求的请求,其中,所述请求包括需求人力的技能类型以及各所述技能类型分别对应的人力数量;第一判断模块,用于判断所述用人单位的正式员工数量是否超过所述请求中需求人力的数量与在场的外包人力数量的和;身份证模块,用于若所述用人单位的正式员工数量超过所述请求中需求人力的数量与在场的外包人力数量的和,获取各合格供应商中的具有所述技能类型的外包人力的身份证号;查询模块,用于访问指定的网站,根据所述身份证号查询各外包人力是否具有信用不良记录;添加模块,用于根据所述技能类型在不具有信用不良记录的所述技能类型对应的外包人力所在的合格供应商中寻找与所述请求匹配的目标供应商,将匹配成功的目标供应商名单添加到目标供应商名单中;发送模块,用于将所述目标供应商名单发送到所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择。
- 如权利要求7所述的基于数据分析选择供应商的装置,其特征在于,所述基于数据分析选择供应商的装置,还包括:定义模块,用于对供应商进行筛选,将符合所述用人单位的资质要求的供应商定义为合格供应商。
- 如权利要求8所述的基于数据分析选择供应商的装置,其特征在于,所述定义模块包括:第一判断单元,用于判断供应商是否有不良记录;第一定义单元,用于若供应商没有不良记录,将所述供应商定认为合格供应商。

- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,该基于数据分析选择供应商的方法,包括:接收用人单位的用户终端发送的外包人力需求的请求,其中,所述请求包括需求人力的技能类型以及各所述技能类型分别对应的人力数量;判断所述用人单位的正式员工数量是否超过所述请求中需求人力的数量与在场的外包人力数量的和;若是,获取各合格供应商中的具有所述技能类型的外包人力的身份证号;访问指定的网站,根据所述身份证号查询各外包人力是否具有信用不良记录;根据所述技能类型在不具有信用不良记录的所述技能类型对应的外包人力所在的合格供应商中寻找与所述请求匹配的目标供应商,将匹配成功的目标供应商名单添加到目标供应商名单中;将所述目标供应商名单发送到所述用户终端,以供所述用人单位选择。
