Abstract
Description
その一方で、関係法令の廃止や改正等による燃料の輸入自由化、給油設備(例えば地下タンク)の改修の要請、さらには建機の低燃費化、経営者の高年齢化等に対応できないために廃業に追い込まれる給油事業者も増えている。
このような状況の中、給油を効率的に行うことを目的とした技術は提案されている。例えば特許文献1では、配送時に給油量を予測することで、配送を含めて給油を効率的に行うことができる、とされている。
施工事業者により管理される第1の情報処理端末と、
建機情報提供事業者により管理される第2の情報処理端末と、
給油事業者により管理される第3の情報処理端末の夫々に対して情報を提示する情報処理装置であって、
前記第1の情報処理端末から前記施工事業者に関する各種情報を、工事施工会社情報として取得する工事施工会社情報取得手段と、
前記第2の情報処理端末から前記建機情報提供事業者に関する各種情報を、建機情報提供会社情報として取得する建機情報提供会社情報取得手段と、
前記第3の情報処理端末から前記給油事業者に関する各種情報を、給油提供会社情報として取得する給油提供会社情報取得手段と、
前記工事施工会社情報、前記建機情報提供会社情報、及び前記給油提供会社情報に基づいて、前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者の夫々に対して提示するのに適した情報を生成し、それを前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者、及び前記給油事業者に提示する提示手段と、
を備える。
即ち、工事施工会社101は、本サービスの提供を受けることで、建機の製造会社(建機メーカ)を問わず、1つのプラットフォームでマルチメーカの建機稼働情報等の比較及び閲覧が可能となる。
つまり、本サービスに申し込むことで機材データを取得、共有及び利用することに同意したとみなされるので、マルチメーカの建機データを一手に集めることができるようになる。
また例えば、建機の燃料についての情報の可視化によって管理が容易になり、年間の燃料消費量等が把握しやすくなる。これにより、定期的な巡回給油や、AdBlue(尿素水溶液)(登録商標)等の供給を受けることが可能となる。その結果、工事施工会社101は、安定的な給油を受けることができる。
また、建機情報提供会社102は、本サービスの提供を受けることで、例えば新しく建機を必要とする工事施工会社の情報を得ることが可能となる。これにより、建機情報提供会社102は、新規顧客候補の紹介、並びに自社保有機の稼働情報の表示などのサービスを受けることができる。
また、給油提供会社103は、本サービスの提供を受けることで、例えば建機の現在位置、燃料の残量データ、燃料消費予測等についての情報を得ることができる。これにより、給油提供会社103は、燃料の残量等の管理が容易になるので、最適化された巡回給油の経路(以下、「配送ルート」と呼ぶ)による建機への給油が可能になる。配送ルートの最適化は、例えば以下のような手法を用いて行われる。即ち、(1)燃料の残量に所定の閾値を設け、その閾値を下回るおそれのある建機が存在する建設現場を給油の緊急度が高い建設現場として優先順位付けする手法、(2)建機の残油量を検知するセンサの検知結果のアップデートが停止している建機について、センサの異常が生じているおそれがある建機として捉え、その建機が存在する建設現場を給油の緊急度が高い建設現場とする手法、(3)顧客(例えば工事施工会社101)により希望された給油日時に従う手法(例えば特定の日時に建機の燃料を満タンにして建機情報提供会社102に返却しなければならない等)、(4)顧客(例えば工事施工会社101)により希望された給油頻度に従う手法(例えば少なくとも2日に1回は給油に来てほしい等)、(5)想定される給油可能量が多い建設現場を給油の緊急度が高い建設現場として優先順位付けする手法などを用いて配送ルートの最適化が行われる。
また、配送ルートの最適化は、収集された各種データに基づいて自動的に行われてもよいが、実際社会における諸事情等(例えば突発的な交通渋滞等)に応じて、配送ルートの再生成(再計算)が行われてもよい。自動的に生成された最適配送ルートに、上記(2)、(3)又は(4)などの事情に基づいて、給油事業者が行き先建設現場をマニュアル操作で追加してもよい。この場合、給油事業者によるマニュアル操作に基づいて、配送ルートの再生成(再計算)が行われてもよい。
以上をまとめると、本サービスは、工事施工会社101、建機情報提供会社102、及び給油提供会社103の夫々における効率的な建設現場給油オペレーションを、ICT(Information and Communication Technology)によって実現させる情報提供サービスである。
図2の情報処理システムは、本サービスの提供者(以下、「サービス提供者」と呼ぶ)により管理されるサーバ1と、工事施工会社101の各担当者により使用される工事施工会社端末2と、建機情報提供会社102の各担当者により使用される建機情報提供会社端末3と、給油提供会社103の各担当者により使用される給油提供会社端末4と、サービス提供者の担当者により管理される管理者用端末5と、学習装置6とを含むように構成される。
また、サーバ1と、工事施工会社端末2と、建機情報提供会社端末3と、給油提供会社端末4と、管理者用端末5と、学習装置6との夫々とはインターネット等の所定のネットワークNを介して相互に接続されている。
また、工事施工会社101の各担当者、建機情報提供会社102の各担当者、及び給油提供会社103の各担当者の夫々は、工事施工会社端末2、建機情報提供会社端末3、及び給油提供会社端末4の夫々のブラウザ機能により表示される、本サービスの利用者向けの専用のWebサイト(以下、「専用サイト」と呼ぶ)から本サービスを利用することもできる。
なお、以下、断りのない限り、「工事施工会社101の各担当者が工事施工会社端末2を操作する」と表現している場合、それは、次のいずれかを意味していてもよい。即ち、工事施工会社101の各担当者が、工事施工会社端末2にインストールされた専用アプリを起動して各種操作を行うこと、又は工事施工会社端末2のブラウザ機能により表示される専用サイトから本サービスを利用することを意味していてもよい。
また、「建機情報提供会社102の各担当者が建機情報提供会社端末3を操作する」と表現している場合、それは、次のいずれかを意味していてもよい。即ち、建機情報提供会社102の各担当者が、建機情報提供会社端末3にインストールされた専用アプリを起動して各種操作を行うこと、又は建機情報提供会社端末3のブラウザ機能により表示される専用サイトから本サービスを利用することを意味していてもよい。
また、「給油提供会社103の各担当者が給油提供会社端末4を操作する」と表現している場合、それは、次のいずれかを意味していてもよい。即ち、給油提供会社103の各担当者が、給油提供会社端末4にインストールされた専用アプリを起動して各種操作を行うこと、又は給油提供会社端末4のブラウザ機能により表示される専用サイトから本サービスを利用することを意味していてもよい。
サーバ1は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)11と、ROM(Read Only Memory)12と、RAM(Random Access Memory)13と、バス14と、入出力インターフェース15と、出力部16と、入力部17と、記憶部18と、通信部19と、ドライブ20とを備えている。
RAM13には、CPU11が各種の処理を実行する上において必要なデータ等も適宜記憶される。
入力部17は、各種ハードウェア等で構成され、各種情報を入力する。
通信部19は、インターネットを含むネットワークNを介して他の装置(例えば、図2の工事施工会社端末2、建機情報提供会社端末3、給油提供会社端末4等)との間で行う通信を制御する。
また、工事施工会社端末2と、建機情報提供会社端末3と、給油提供会社端末4と、管理者用端末5と、学習装置6の構成は、サーバ1のハードウェア構成と基本的に同様とすることができるので、ここではそれらの説明は省略する。
WEB画面生成部35には、工事施工会社WEB部71と、建機情報提供会社WEB部72と、給油提供会社WEB部73とが設けられている。
また、サーバ1の記憶部18の一領域には、総合DB51が設けられている。
即ち、工事施工会社情報取得部31は、複数の工事施工会社101の夫々の工事施工会社端末2毎に、通信部19を介して、工事施工会社の夫々が管理する建設現場等に関する各種情報を、工事施工会社情報として取得して、その情報を総合DB51に格納する。
即ち、建機情報提供会社情報取得部32は、複数の建機情報提供会社102の夫々の建機情報提供会社端末3毎に、通信部19を介して、建機情報提供会社102の夫々が保有する、建機に関する情報を、建機情報提供会社情報として取得して、その情報を総合DB51に格納する。
即ち、給油提供会社情報取得部33は、複数の給油提供会社103の夫々の給油提供会社端末4毎に、通信部19を介して、給油提供会社103の夫々が管理する燃料に関する各種情報を、給油提供会社情報として取得して、その情報を総合DB51に格納する。
即ち、詳細については後述するが、WEB画面生成部35において、工事施工会社101、建機情報提供会社102、及び給油提供会社103の夫々に対して、より適切なWEB画面を生成する場合、WEB画面生成部35は必ずしも総合DB51に格納された各種情報をそのまま利用するのは適切ではない。
そこで、演算部34では、例えば、統計的な手法や機械学習に関する手法等を利用した演算を行い、工事施工会社101、建機情報提供会社102、及び給油提供会社103の夫々の業務の支援に有用と成り得る情報を演算により生成する。
即ち、WEB画面生成部35は、総合DB51に格納された工事施工会社情報、建機情報提供会社情報、給油提供会社情報、及び演算部34で演算された結果に基づいて、工事施工会社101、建機情報提供会社102、及び給油提供会社103の夫々に対して提示するWEB画面を生成し、そのWEB画面を工事施工会社端末2、建機情報提供会社端末3、及び給油提供会社端末4の夫々に提示する。
即ち、情報提供部36は、総合DB51に格納された工事施工会社情報、建機情報提供会社情報、及び給油提供会社情報と、演算部34で演算された結果等の学習に用いられる各種情報とを、通信部19を介して、学習装置6へ送信する。
学習装置6は、サーバ1から送信されてきた各種情報等を利用して、学習を実行する。なお、学習装置6は、例えば、ディープラーニングやクラスタリングといった既存の機械学習の手法は勿論、機械学習の手法として分類されない各種アルゴリズムを含めて、自由に利用して学習を行うことができる。
そして、学習装置6は、学習された結果(例えば、学習結果として得られたトレーニングモデル等であり、以下、「学習結果」と呼ぶ)をサーバ1に送信する。
ここで、処理の終了指示は、特に限定されないが、本実施形態ではサーバ1のいわゆるスリープ状態等への移行指示が採用されている。つまり、サーバ1においてスリープ状態等への移行指示がなされない限り、ステップSDにおいてNOであると判断されて処理はステップSA1乃至ステップSC1に戻され、それ以降の処理が繰り返される。
これに対して、サーバ1においてスリープ状態等への移行指示がなされると、ステップSDにおいてYESであると判断されて、WEB画面生成処理は終了になる。
図6は、図4のサーバ1に入力される情報と、出力される情報との具体例を示す図である。
図6に示す通り、サーバ1に入力される情報の一例として、例えば、建設機械情報112、建設現場情報113、建設現場関係会社情報114、給油情報115が採用されている。
建設機械情報112とは、例えば、モデル、シリアルナンバー、建機の稼働時間、位置情報、燃料残油量、尿素水残油量等に関する情報である。なお、これらの情報は、上述の工事施工会社情報又は建機情報提供会社情報のいずれかの情報として工事施工会社端末2又は建機情報提供会社端末3からサーバ1に入力されてもよい。
建設現場情報113とは、例えば、建設現場名、工事種類、工事期間、工事施工会社名、給油提供会社名等に関する情報である。なお、これらの情報は、工事施工会社端末2、建機情報提供会社端末3、給油提供会社端末4、又は管理者用端末5等からサーバ1に入力されてもよい。
建設現場関係会社情報114とは、工事施工会社、建機情報提供会社、及び給油提供会社の夫々についての、専門工事業者名、所在地、担当者名等に関する情報である。なお、これらの情報は、当然ながら、工事施工会社情報、建機情報提供会社情報及び給油提供会社情報の夫々として、工事施工会社端末2、建機情報提供会社端末3及び給油提供会社端末4の夫々からサーバ1に入力されてもよい。
給油情報115とは、給油対象者、給油量(L)、給油日、給油施設における燃料残油量、給油提供会社名等に関する情報である。なお、これらの情報は、主として上述の給油提供会社情報として、給油提供会社端末4からサーバ1に入力されてもよい。
なお、これらのウェブページの夫々については、例えば、以下のような内容(機能)が含まれてもよい。
即ち、工事施工会社ウェブページ116には、例えば、アラート、現場機械一覧、機械別レポート、燃料需要予測、燃料見積依頼、その他機材調達依頼、現場情報登録、他の現場確認等に関する機能が含まれてもよい。なお、これらの各種機能のうちの一部の機能の詳細については、図7乃至図11等を用いて後述する。
建機情報提供会社ウェブページ117には、例えば、アラート、建設現場一覧、機械別レポート、請求書発行、建機登録、登録情報更新、見積確認、ダブルレンタル問い合わせ等に関する機能が含まれてもよい。なお、「ダブルレンタル」とは、工事施工会社101に建機の貸し出しを行う建機情報提供会社102が、自身が保有していない建機を他の建機情報提供会社102から借り入れて、そのまま工事施工会社101に貸し出す仕組みのことをいう。
給油提供会社ウェブページ118には、例えば、アラート、給油計画、地図表示、燃料需要予測、燃料給油実績、建設現場一覧、見積確認、請求書発行等に関する機能が含まれてもよい。なお、これらの各種機能ののうちの一部の機能の詳細については図7、図12又は図13等を用いて後述する。そして、管理者ウェブページ119には、例えば、各種管理画面に関する機能が含まれてもよい。
図7は、図4のサーバの出力部に出力され得る画面の一例を示す図であり、管理者用端末に提示される管理画面の一例である。
表151には、例えば、本サービスにおいて、工事施工会社101及び給油提供会社103に対して提供される各機能の一例が項目として挙げられている。
具体的に例えば、工事施工会社101には、「アラート機能」、「現場の機械の一覧及びステータス詳細」、「機械別月次レポート」、「燃料需要予測」、「燃料お見積り依頼・確認」、「その他燃料・機材調達に関するご相談」、「現場情報登録(機械・スタッフ・その他)」、「他の現場確認」等の各種機能が提供される。
また例えば、給油提供会社103には、「給油計画」、「建設現場の地図表示」、「燃料需要予測」、「燃料給油実績」、「アラート一覧」、「建設現場一覧」、「お見積り確認」、「請求書発行」等の各種機能が提供される。
ここで、表152は、上記の各種機能のうち、工事施工会社101等が利用し得る機能について、工事施工会社101等に提示される場合のインターフェースの一例を示している。表153は、上記の各種機能のうち、給油提供会社103等が利用し得る機能について、給油提供会社103等に提示される場合のインターフェースの一例を示している。なお、機能の詳細については、以降の図面を参照しつつ、適宜、説明を行っていく。
同様に、図8は、上述の工事施工会社101等に提示される場合のインターフェースの一例が、複数例示されている。なお、これらのインターフェースの一例は、例えば、いわゆるデスクトップ型のパーソナルコンピュータやモバイル端末のような、異なるハードウェアの夫々について、別途、採用されてもよい。
例えば、画面171は、いわゆるデスクトップ型のパーソナルコンピュータのインターフェースの一例を示している。また、画面172は、モバイル端末のインターフェースの一例を示している。画面171及び画面172のいずれにも、「アラート」、「現場の機械一覧」、「機械別レポート」、「燃料需要予測」、「燃料お見積り(依頼・確認)」、「その他燃料・機材調達に関するご相談」、「現場情報ご登録(機械・スタッフ・その他)」、「他の現場を確認」と夫々表記されたボタンを表示させることができる。
図9は、上述の「現場機械一覧」に関して、工事施工会社等に提示される画面の画面遷移の一例を示す状態遷移図である。
例えば、遷移状態191において、ユーザは、右上に表示されている第1ボタンをクリックすると、第1の状態遷移条件が満たされる。
すると、状態は、遷移状態192に遷移する。遷移状態192において、ユーザは、ソート(並び替え)及びフィルタ機能を利用することで、現場の機械一覧に表示された機械のうち、自身が閲覧を希望する機械を優先的に表示されることができる。
すると、状態は、遷移状態193に遷移する。遷移状態193において、ユーザは、機械の詳細、即ち、選択した建機の燃料に関する情報を確認することができる。
すると、状態は、遷移状態194に遷移する。遷移状態194において、ユーザは、機械の詳細、即ち、当該機械の現在の所在地をマップ上で確認することができる。あるいは、ユーザは、1台ごとではなく現場内で稼働する各機械を1つのマップ上で一覧表示することもできる。
図10は、工事施工会社端末の表示部に出力され得る機械別レポートに関する画像の一例を示す図である。
このように本サービスでは、稼働時間や燃費といった情報を、一定の期間毎にまとめて、工事施工会社等に提示することができるため、より建機を管理しやすくすることができる。
なお、このような表示画像のデザインは、デバイスに依存せずに設計されてもよいし、さらに言えば、プロジェクト毎にサービス提供者等により決定されてもよい。
図11は、工事施工会社端末の表示部に出力され得る燃料需要予測状況一覧に関する画像の一例を示す図である。
即ち、サービス提供者等は、(1)残油量を直近の燃費から除算等して算出する、(2)残油量に時系列的な予測を適用する、(3)予定タスク、稼働時間等、燃費の決定要因をもとに予測モデルを適用する等の方法により行うことができる。なお、これらの方法は、当然ながら単一で実行される必要はなく、サービス提供者は、これらの方法に加えて、他の一般的な方法等を組み合わせて利用することで、より精度の高い予測を行ってもよい。
また、サービス提供者は、残油量に関連して、例えば、残油量の予実比較グラフ等を実装してもよいし、現場の進捗に合わせた予測を表示してもよい。また、図10の例と同様に、このような表示画像のデザインは、デバイスに依存せずに設計されてもよいし、さらに言えば、プロジェクト毎にサービス提供者等により決定されてもよい。
図12は、給油提供会社端末に出力され得る給油計画に関する情報を示す画面の一例を示す図である。
これに対して、図12の下段を見ると、給油用車両のドライバーの夫々について、直近の給油予定一覧が日単位で表示されている。つまり、本サービスでは、このように予測された給油の需要と合わせて、各担当ドライバーの予定を表示し、さらに変更等させることが可能であるので、給油提供会社103は、さらに効率的に給油計画を管理することができる。
また、図10及び図11の例と同様に、このような表示画像のデザインは、デバイスに依存せずに設計されてもよいし、さらに言えば、プロジェクト毎にサービス提供者等により決定されてもよい。
図13は、給油提供会社端末に出力され得る地図表示に関する情報を示す画面の一例を示す図である。
画面271の例では、給油が必要な建機がある現場についての位置情報を地図にアイコンを表示させることで、具体的な給油用車両の位置が可視化されている。また、給油用車両の配送ルートRと、各建設現場への予想到着時刻(図13の例では「9:00」、「11:00」、及び「13:00」)とが地図に表示されている。これにより、効率的に給油を行うことができる配送ルートRと、各建設現場への予想到着時刻とを一見して把握することができる。
なお、サービス提供者は、これら画像を生成するにあたり、マップ等を表示することができるあらゆるソフトウェア等を利用してもよい。
また、図10乃至図12の例と同様に、このような表示画像のデザインは、デバイスに依存せずに設計されてもよいし、さらに言えば、プロジェクト毎にサービス提供者等により決定されてもよい。
また、給油用車両のキャパシティと、給油用車両の配送ルートとをさらに考慮することにより、給油の回数の最適化を図ることができる。
なお、図14Aに示すように、一部の建設現場のみを見える化させた場合であっても、見える化が全くなされていない場合に比べて、給油回数を平均4-5割程度削減させることが期待できる。
このため、タンクローリーTのドライバーは、現場A乃至Cの給油を終えた時点で現場D及びEの燃料残油量が把握できている。このため、現時点のタンクローリーTの積載残量で現場D及びEも回り切れるという判断の下、ステーションSに戻ることなく現場D及びEで給油を行うことができる。
図14Bに示すように、ステーションS及びタンクローリーTの燃料残油量と、多くの現場の夫々に所在する建機の燃料残油量の見える化がなされることにより、タンクローリーTの配送ルートの効率化、及び給油回数の低減化を図ることができる。
具体的には例えば、建機の管理を行う工事施工会社が保有するデータベースから得られたデータ、建機に搭載された各種センサから得られたセンシングデータ、建機のパネルから得られたデータ、RPA(Robotic Process Automation)を用いて取得されたデータ、又は建設生産プロセスを繋ぐ既存のプラットフォームや専用アプリに入力されたデータ等に基づいて、各建設現場の夫々に所在する建機毎の燃料残油量を見える化させることができる。
ここで、「所定の契約」には、例えばサービス提供者又は施工事業者が、建機情報提供会社102及び給油提供会社103の夫々から建機毎のデータを取得して利用者及び関係者間で共有することを許諾する契約や、サービス提供者が、建機情報提供会社102から包括的なデータを取得して利用することを許諾する契約等が含まれる。これにより、建設現場から取得されるデータに頼らず管理可能な建機を増やすことができる。
工事施工会社101、建機情報提供会社102、及び給油提供会社103の夫々は、サービス提供者との間で所定の契約を締結することにより、本サービスを利用することができるようになる。また、それとともに、本サービスの対象となる建機毎に、その所有者や位置に関する情報の対応付けが行われる。
従来の工事施工会社101の社内では、1つの案件について、本社Hから作業所A乃至Cの夫々に対する依頼業務及び集計業務が発生する。また、作業所A乃至Cの夫々から、建設現場a1乃至a3、建設現場b1乃至b3、及び建設現場c1乃至c3の夫々に対する依頼業務及び集計業務が発生する。また、建設現場a1乃至a3、建設現場b1乃至b3、及び建設現場c1乃至c3の夫々から、担当者Wa乃至Wcの夫々に対する依頼業務及び集計業務が発生する。
即ち、従来の工事施工会社101では、いわゆる縦方向の指揮命令系統が確立されていたため、結果的に1つの案件について3回の依頼業務及び集計業務が発生していた。
即ち、本サービスを利用する工事施工会社101の社内では、建設現場a1乃至a3、建設現場b1乃至b3、及び建設現場c1乃至c3の夫々において、建機に関する情報や給油実績に関する情報を含む、建設機械情報112、建設現場情報113、現場情報、及び取引実績情報等が収集される。
収集された建設機械情報112及び建設現場情報113は、サーバ1により提供されるクラウドを介して、工事施工会社101の本社Hや作業所A乃至Cに各種レポートの形式で生成されて提示される。
なお、「各種レポートの形式」は特に限定されず、各種各様のレポートが生成されて提示される。具体的には例えば、所定期間を対象とする全社又は作業所毎の燃料及びAdBlue使用量に関するレポート、建機毎の稼働状況及び燃費に関するレポート、建機毎の年次の点検に関するレポート等が生成されて提示される。
このうち、例えば所定期間を対象とする全社又は作業所毎の軽油使用量に関するレポートには、建機の使用期間、建機が所在する現場毎の名称、建機の種類(モデル)、建機の軽油使用量に関する情報等が含まれる。
即ち、本サービスを利用する工事施工会社101では、個別の依頼業務を発生させることなく、自動的に集計業務が実行されて、上記のような各種レポートが生成されて提示される。また、工事施工会社101は、免税の申請根拠の出力なども容易に行うことができる。これにより、工事施工会社101の業務の効率化を図ることができる。
具体的には例えば、工事施工会社101では、本社で会社全体の集計が行われ、マネージャーが支店内の建設現場の管理を行い、建設現場の所長が工事施工会社端末2を操作する担当者となる。
また例えば、建機情報提供会社102では、本社で会社全体の集計が行われ、マネージャーが支店内の機材の管理を行い、建設現場の担当者が現場毎に機材を管理する担当者となる。
また例えば、給油提供会社103では、本社で会社全体の集計が行われ、マネージャーが運送ルートの構築を行い、建機のオペレータが工事施工会社端末2を操作する担当者となる。
なお、以下に示す各ステップの数字は、順番の一例を示すものに過ぎず、順番の前後が入れ替わる場合もある。また、一部のステップが省略される場合もある。また、各ステップにおいてやり取りされる情報又はデータは、以下に示す内容に限られない。
ステップSS12において、工事施工会社101の担当者は、工事施工会社端末2を操作することにより、建機の登録を行う。
ステップSS31において、給油提供会社103は、給油提供会社端末4を操作して所定情報を入力することにより、本サービスへの登録を行う。給油提供会社端末4に入力された情報は、総合DB51に記憶されて管理される。
ステップSS13において、工事施工会社101は、工事施工会社端末2を操作することにより、給油提供会社103の選択を行う。給油提供会社103の選択に必要となる情報は、総合DB51に記憶されており、本サービスから工事施工会社端末2に提示される。
ステップSS14において、工事施工会社101は、工事施工会社端末2を操作することにより、見積上必要となる工事施工会社情報を提供することで、1以上の給油提供会社103に見積りの依頼を行う。
ステップSS32において、給油提供会社103は、給油提供会社端末4を操作して所定情報を入力することにより、本サービスから客先の紹介を受ける。具体的には、給油提供会社103は、本サービスを介して、見積依頼を行っている工事施工業者101に関する情報を取得し、見積を作成して提示する。工事施工業者101が見積の内容に納得すると、工事施工会社101と給油提供会社103との間で給油に関する契約が締結される。
ステップSS15において、工事施工会社101は、建機毎の燃料に関するデータの提供を開始する。これにより、建機毎の燃料管理と見守りが開始される。
ステップSS33において、給油提供会社103は、本サービスを介して、現場情報及び建機毎の燃料に関するデータの提供を受け、その情報に基いて、最適となる配送ルートを設計する。また、給油提供会社103は、配送ルート上の給油用車両の位置に関する情報を本サービスに提供する。本サービスは、配送ルート上の給油用車両の位置に関する情報に基いて、建設現場に給油用車両が到着する時刻に関する情報を提供する。
ステップSS34において、給油提供会社103は、本サービスからAdBlueの提供を受けるとともに、給油用車両を用いて配送ルート上の建設現場に存在する建機に給油を行うことで訪問管理を行う。また、給油提供会社103は、本サービスに給油に関するデータを提供する。
ステップSS16において、工事施工会社101は、入構管理を行いつつ、給油用車両の給油を受けるとともに、本サービスを介して給油の実績を示す情報の提供を受ける。
ステップSS17において、工事施工会社101は、支払いについての決済処理を行う。具体的には、工事施工会社101は、本サービスに対し、決済処理の代行を依頼する。
ステップSS35において、給油提供会社103は、売上についての決済処理を行う。具体的には、給油提供会社103は、本サービスを介して売上についての決済処理を行う。
ステップSS18において、工事施工会社101は、領収書のデータを取得する。工事施工会社101による支払いの明細はウェブページで確認することができる。
ステップSS36において、給油提供会社103は、本サービスに対し、給油実績に関するデータを提供する。給油提供会社103における売上の明細はウェブページで確認することができる。
即ち、本サービスにおける「燃料お見積り依頼・確認」、「お見積り確認」、「請求書発行」等の各種機能においては、請求・経費フローの「デジタル化・スマート化」を行い、効率化を進める。従来の与信スコアリングモデルに対して、非財務データである建機データを加味することで、決済・金融サービスのより簡便な提供を目指す。
つまり具体的に言えば、本サービスにおいて、サーバ1は、非財務情報である建設機械の稼働情報を将来のキャッシュフロー予測に活用し、これまでの財務三表・現在の現金保有と共に与信の根拠とすることができる。従来の環境であれば、財務三表のみで判断せざるを得ない状況であっても、現在の財務情報から得られる現在の財務状況に非財務情報(例えば、工事施工会社情報や建機情報提供会社情報等)で、当事者(例えば、工事施工会社等)がリスクをとりやすい環境を提供する。なお、この与信、決済機能には、ユーザンスを供与する等も含め、売買の間に介在することも含まれる。
即ち、(1)工事施工会社端末2において、「燃料お見積り依頼・確認」機能に係る表示画面において、給油可能な複数の給油提供会社に関する情報が複数の希望条件に対するマッチング順(推奨順)に表示されてもよい。
(2)工事施工会社の担当者等は、表示された複数の給油提供会社のうち、1社以上の給油提供会社を選択肢し、その情報を工事施工会社端末2に入力する。
(3)工事施工会社の担当者等は、選択した給油提供会社に対して、給油提供に関する条件(例えば、「オート給油」、「クレジット対応」等)を、工事施工会社端末2に入力する。
(4)工事施工会社の担当者等は、選択した給油提供会社のうち希望する店舗を選択して、見積を依頼する。なお、夫々の店舗に対する見積の依頼は、複数の店舗に対して、一括して行ってもよい。また、この見積の依頼は、例えば、相談の依頼であってもよい。
(5)工事施工会社端末2において、依頼された見積の状況が表示される。即ち、本システムに付随する燃料価格の見える化機能では、工事施工会社への複数の給油提供会社の給油可能な諸条件・オファー価格等を可視化リスト化して、工事施工会社端末2に提示することができる。
換言すれば、本サービスは、複数の工事施工会社と複数の給油提供会社とのマッチングを実現することもできる。
即ち、サーバ1は、工事施工会社、建機情報提供会社及び給油提供会社の3者全てに各種情報及び演算の結果を提示せず、3者のうちの一部の者のみに各種情報及び演算の結果を提示してもよい。
即ち、サーバ1は、例えば、各種情報及び演算の結果に基づいて、レポート等を生成して出力等してもよい。
即ち、サーバ1は、工事施工会社、建機情報提供会社及び給油提供会社等に関する情報であれば、あらゆる情報を取得してもよく、具体的に例えば、建機についてのメンテナンスに関する情報を取得してもよい。
この場合、サーバ1は、このようにして取得した各種情報をも加味して、工事施工会社、建機情報提供会社及び給油提供会社等に対して、情報の提示を行うことができる。
即ち、サーバ1は、例えば、所定の建機の稼働時間及び燃費を月毎にまとめて年毎の情報として、工事施工会社に提示してもよい。
さらに言えば、稼働時間及び燃費は、工事施工会社に提示される情報の例時に過ぎず、サーバ1は、稼働時間及び燃費以外のその他の情報を取りまとめて、月次毎の資料等として、工事施工会社に提示してもよい。
また、1つの機能ブロックは、ハードウェア単体で構成してもよいし、ソフトウェア単体で構成してもよいし、それらの組み合わせで構成してもよい。
換言すると、図4の機能的構成は例示に過ぎず、特に限定されない。
即ち、上述した一連の処理を全体として実行できる機能が情報処理システムに備えられていれば足り、この機能を実現するためにどのような機能ブロックを用いるのかは特に図4の例に限定されない。また、機能ブロックの存在場所も、図4に特に限定されず、任意でよい。
また、1つの機能ブロックは、ハードウェア単体で構成してもよいし、ソフトウェア単体で構成してもよいし、それらの組み合わせで構成してもよい。
コンピュータは、専用のハードウェアに組み込まれているコンピュータであってもよい。
また、コンピュータは、各種のプログラムをインストールすることで、各種の機能を実行することが可能なコンピュータ、例えばサーバの他、スマートフォンやパーソナルコンピュータ、又は各種デバイス等であってもよい。
また、本明細書において、システムの用語は、複数の装置や複数の手段等より構成される全体的な装置を意味するものとする。
即ち、本発明が適用される情報処理装置は、
施工事業者により管理される第1の情報処理端末(例えば図2の工事施工会社端末2)と、
建機情報提供事業者により管理される第2の情報処理端末(例えば図2の建機情報提供会社端末3)と、
給油事業者により管理される第3の情報処理端末(例えば図2の給油提供会社端末4)の夫々に対して情報を提示する情報処理装置(例えば図2のサーバ1)であって、
前記第1の情報処理端末から前記施工事業者に関する各種情報を、工事施工会社情報として取得する工事施工会社情報取得手段(例えば図4の工事施工会社情報取得部31)と、
前記第2の情報処理端末から前記建機情報提供事業者に関する各種情報を、建機情報提供会社情報として取得する建機情報提供会社情報取得手段(例えば図4の建機情報提供会社情報取得部32)と、
前記第3の情報処理端末から前記給油事業者に関する各種情報を、給油提供会社情報として取得する給油提供会社情報取得手段(例えば図4の給油提供会社情報取得部33)と、
前記工事施工会社情報、前記建機情報提供会社情報及び前記給油提供会社情報に基づいて、前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者の夫々に対して提示するのに適した情報を生成し、それを前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者に提示する提示手段(例えば図4のWEB画面生成部35)と、
を備えていれば足りる。
これにより、サービス提供者は、施工事業者、建機情報提供事業者及び給油事業者の夫々に対して、施工事業者、建機情報提供事業者及び給油事業者の夫々に、より適切な情報を提示することができる。
前記建機情報提供会社情報は、前記建機情報提供会社が管理する建機に関する情報を少なくとも含み、
前記給油提供会社情報は、燃料に関する情報を少なくとも含むことができる。
これにより、サービス提供者は、施工事業者、建機情報提供事業者及び給油事業者の夫々に対して、施工事業者、建機情報提供事業者及び給油事業者の夫々に、より適切に建機等への給油に関する情報を提示することができる。
これにより、複数の場所に所在する建機に対する燃料の給油を効率的に行うことができる。
これにより、複数の場所に所在する建機に対する燃料の給油を効率的に行うための配送ルートを一見して把握することができる。
Claims (5)
- 施工事業者により管理される第1の情報処理端末と、
建機情報提供事業者により管理される第2の情報処理端末と、
給油事業者により管理される第3の情報処理端末の夫々に対して情報を提示する情報処理装置であって、
前記第1の情報処理端末から前記施工事業者に関する各種情報を、工事施工会社情報として取得する工事施工会社情報取得手段と、
前記第2の情報処理端末から前記建機情報提供事業者に関する各種情報を、建機情報提供会社情報として取得する建機情報提供会社情報取得手段と、
前記第3の情報処理端末から前記給油事業者に関する各種情報を、給油提供会社情報として取得する給油提供会社情報取得手段と、
前記工事施工会社情報、前記建機情報提供会社情報及び前記給油提供会社情報に基づいて、前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者の夫々に対して提示するのに適した情報を生成し、それを前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者に提示する提示手段と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 前記工事施工会社情報は、前記施工事業者の従事する現場に関する情報を少なくとも含み、
前記建機情報提供会社情報は、前記建機情報提供事業者が管理する建機に関する情報を少なくとも含み、
前記給油提供会社情報は、燃料に関する情報を少なくとも含む、
請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記提示手段は、前記給油事業者に提示するのに適した情報として、前記給油提供会社の給油用車両の前記施工事業者により管理される1以上の建機に燃料を給油するための配送ルートを示す情報を生成し、それを前記給油事業者に提示する、
請求項1又は2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記提示手段は、前記配送ルートを示す情報として、ウェブページの形式又はアプリケーションで表示される画像を生成し、それを前記給油事業者に提示する、
請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - コンピュータに、
施工事業者により管理される第1の情報処理端末と、
建機情報提供事業者により管理される第2の情報処理端末と、
給油事業者により管理される第3の情報処理端末の夫々に対して情報を提示する情報処理装置であって、
前記第1の情報処理端末から前記施工事業者に関する各種情報を、工事施工会社情報として取得する工事施工会社情報取得ステップと、
前記第2の情報処理端末から前記建機情報提供事業者に関する各種情報を、建機情報提供会社情報として取得する建機情報提供会社情報取得ステップと、
前記第3の情報処理端末から前記給油事業者に関する各種情報を、給油提供会社情報として取得する給油提供会社情報取得ステップと、
前記工事施工会社情報、前記建機情報提供会社情報及び前記給油提供会社情報に基づいて、前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者の夫々に対して提示するのに適した情報を生成し、それを前記施工事業者、前記建機情報提供事業者及び前記給油事業者に提示する提示ステップと、
を含む制御処理を実行させるプログラム。
