一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,包括设于船体(1)中间部位的绞轮(2),所述船体(1)船尾设置有凹槽,所述绞轮(2)设于船体(1)中央,绞轮(2)中间设有轴孔(21),所述轴孔(21)中插装有转轴(22),所述转轴(22)两端连接有齿轮,所述转轴(22)设于轴座(23)上,所述绞轮(2)数量有两个,两个绞轮(2)同轴设置,所述绞轮(2)周圈均匀固设有挖泥翻斗(24),所述挖泥翻斗(24)上设有加强块(25)。上述用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,结构简单,通过绞轮使得河道中的硬质淤泥能被翻起,继而将翻斗中铲出的淤泥通过传送带传送至陆地或其他运输船上,节约工作时间,清淤的效果好,提高工作效率,远远优于现行的挖泥船的工作效率,且结构简单,易于维修,挖泥船平衡效果好,工作环境安全。

Description

一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及河道清淤设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置。
背景技术
现有技术已有较多的用于对江河、湖泊、水库及河涌等进行清淤的挖泥船,清淤方式有绞吸式、抽吸式、耙吸式、斗轮式、射吸式等;使用可直接装袋的挖泥船进行清淤时,一般是把淤泥清上来后转送到岸上一个存放点,然后再进行分解、脱水、包装,最后将含水率较低的淤泥送到制砖厂作为制砖原材料或用于填塘固堤。
当土质中含有大量石块,且石块大小不一,整体成纵向分布时,将给疏浚过程带来很多的困难和麻烦:频繁的堵塞耙头,影响泥浆吸入,生产效率极低,且清理困难严重影响有效施工时间。不仅增加船员的工作强度,同时严重影响了船舶的正常施工作业。
因此,就需要对现有的挖泥船进行改进,不仅能够在船体上完成淤泥的固液分离,而且能够对分离后的淤泥固体进行装袋,装袋后直接运至制砖厂即可,无需另外转运到岸上存放点,减轻工人劳动强度,利于土地资源的节约和工作效率的提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本实用新型的一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,包括设于船体中间部位的绞轮,所述船体船尾设置有凹槽,所述绞轮设于船体中央,绞轮中间设有轴孔,所述轴孔中插装有转轴,所述转轴两端连接有齿轮,所述转轴设于轴座上,所述绞轮数量有两个,两个绞轮同轴设置,所述绞轮周圈均匀固设 有挖泥翻斗,所述挖泥翻斗上设有加强块。
本实用新型所提供的一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,结构简单,通过绞轮使得河道中的硬质淤泥能被翻起,继而将翻斗中铲出的淤泥通过传送带传送至陆地或其他运输船上,节约工作时间,清淤的效果好,提高工作效率,远远优于现行的挖泥船的工作效率,且结构简单,易于维修,挖泥船平衡效果好,工作环境安全。
在一些实施方式中,所述绞轮大小相同,且两个绞轮之间设有容置空间,所述容置空间的宽度与所述挖泥翻斗的宽度相同。
在一些实施方式中,所述挖泥翻斗(24)为等边直角三角形设置,其中一条直角边固接于两所述挖泥翻斗(24),另一条直角边开口设置。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本实用新型进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1~图2中所示,一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,包括设于船体1中间部位的绞轮2,在船体1中间设置有凹槽,绞轮2设置于船体1中央的凹槽中,绞轮2中间开设有轴孔21,轴孔21中插装有转轴22,转轴22匹配设置于轴座23上,轴座23通过螺栓方式或焊接方式固定安装于船体1上,转轴22两端均连接有齿轮,并与第二动力机组分别相连,绞轮2的数量有两个,两个绞轮2同轴设置、大小相同,且两个绞轮2之间保持空间,空间的宽度与挖泥翻斗24的宽度相同,因此,绞轮2周圈均匀通焊接或螺栓固定安装有挖泥翻斗24,挖泥翻斗24固定连接于两个绞轮2上,挖泥翻斗(24)为等边直角三角形设置,其中一条直角边通过焊接或螺栓固接于两挖泥翻斗24,另一条直角边开口设置,开口设置的挖泥翻斗24的直角边用于挖泥作业,在挖泥翻斗24端部上通过螺栓固定有加强块25;将两个绞轮2中空设置,可 以节约大量原料,挖泥翻斗24的挖泥清淤效果更好,且在挖泥翻斗24端部增加加强块25能有效保护挖泥翻斗24,当加强块25因碰触河底硬物而造成损害时,可随时对加强块25进行更换,维修简便且节约大量维修费用,避免因损坏一个翻斗而需对整个绞轮2进行更换。
本实用新型所提供的一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,结构简单,通过绞轮使得河道中的硬质淤泥能被翻起,继而将翻斗中铲出的淤泥通过传送带传送至陆地或其他运输船上,节约工作时间,清淤的效果好,提高工作效率,远远优于现行的挖泥船的工作效率,且结构简单,易于维修,挖泥船平衡效果好,工作环境安全。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,其特征在于,包括设于船体(1)中间部位的绞轮(2),所述船体(1)船尾设置有凹槽,所述绞轮(2)设于船体(1)中央,绞轮(2)中间设有轴孔(21),所述轴孔(21)中插装有转轴(22),所述转轴(22)两端连接有齿轮,所述转轴(22)设于轴座(23)上,所述绞轮(2)数量有两个,两个绞轮(2)同轴设置,所述绞轮(2)周圈均匀固设有挖泥翻斗(24),所述挖泥翻斗(24)上设有加强块(25)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,其特征在于,所述绞轮(2)大小相同,且两个绞轮(2)之间设有容置空间,所述容置空间的宽度与所述挖泥翻斗(24)的宽度相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于挖泥船上的挖掘装置,其特征在于,所述挖泥翻斗(24)为等边直角三角形设置,其中一条直角边固接于两所述挖泥翻斗(24),另一条直角边开口设置。
