当土质中含有大量石块,且石块大小不一,整体成纵向分布时,将给疏浚过程带来很多的困难和麻烦:频繁的堵塞耙头,影响泥浆吸入,生产效率极低,且清理困难严重影响有效施工时间。不仅增加船员的工作强度,同时严重影响了船舶的正常施工作业。
因此,就需要对现有的挖泥船进行改进,不仅能够在船体上完成淤泥的固液分离,而且能够对分离后的淤泥固体进行装袋,装袋后直接运至制砖厂即可,无需另外转运到岸上存放点,减轻工人劳动强度,利于土地资源的节约和工作效率的提高。

动力装置4包括第一动力机组41和第二动力机组42,第一动力机组41为柴油发动机组,第一动力机组41驱动螺旋桨转动,第一动力机组41用于给船体1提供动力;第二动力机组42为两组柴油发动机组,两组柴油发动机组分别通过螺栓固定安装于绞轮2两侧,第二动力机组42通过转轴22与绞轮2相连接,转轴22两端均设有齿轮,通过联轴器和减速器分别连接第二动力机组42上,第二动力机组42还通过动力连接件43连接传输装置3上的从动轮装置32,动力连接件(43)包括传动杆431和转向杆432,传动杆431的一端连接第二动力机组42,另一端通过转轮连接转向杆432上,转向杆432与所述从动轮装置32连接,通常情况下,第二动力机组42中的两组柴油发动机组只开通一组进行运作,柴油发动机组驱动绞轮2进行挖泥清淤工作,同时联动带动传送带31进行同步传输运转;安装两组柴油发动机组可以使得绞轮2一直处于工作状态,并使发动机组可能轮换进行工作,避免长时间工作对机器造成的损伤,且第二动力机组42的动力同步驱动绞轮2和传输装置3,节约动力,增加工作效率。
上述中,第一动力机组41和第二动力机组42均与蓄能装置44相连接, 使得第一动力机组41和第二动力机组42没有利用完的动力储存成电能,方便床上的电力使用。
