또한, 제1 연장부(110)에는 도 1, 도 2 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 띠 형태를 이루어 고정부위(2)를 둘러싸도록 양단이 결합되는 고정띠(120)가 구비될 수 있다. 고정띠(120)는 제1 연장부(110)의 길이방향에 대하여 직교하도록 구비될 수 있으며, 양단에 벨크로, 똑딱단추 등과 같은 결합수단이 구비될 수 있다. 다만, 애완견마다 고정부위(2)가 상이할 수 있으며, 고정부위(2)의 둘레가 상이할 수 있는바, 제1 연장부(110)의 양단에는 벨크로가 소정의 길이만큼 구비되어 애완견의 종류, 고정부위(2)의 위치가 달라지더라도 용이하게 결합되도록 함이 바람직하다.
더불어, 갑피(200)는 띠 형태를 이루며 고정부위(2)의 전방에 위치할 수 있는 제2 연장부(210)가 후방으로 연장형성될 수 있다. 밑창(100)은 제1 연장부(110)에 의해 애완견의 다리에 견고히 고정된 상태를 이루는 반면, 갑피(200)는 애완견의 다리에 고정된 상태를 이루고 있지 않는바, 갑피(200)도 애완견의 다리에 고정될 수 있도록 제2 연장부(210)가 형성된 것이다.
제2 연장부(210)는 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 고정부위(2)를 둘러싸도록 구비된 고정띠(120)와 결합되거나 고정띠(120)에 걸림이 발생되도록 구성될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제2 연장부(210)는 고정부위(2)를 둘러싼 고정띠(120)에 이를 정도의 길이 이상을 가지도록 형성됨이 바람직하다. 또한, 제2 연장부(210)는 고정띠(120)의 외측에 위치할 수 있으나, 고정띠(120)의 내측에 위치하도록 구비되어 제2 연장부(210)가 고정띠(120)에 의해 압박된 상태를 이루도록 함이 바람직하다.
제2 연장부(210)의 외측단과, 제2 연장부(210)의 외측단이 접하는 고정띠(120) 부분에 벨크로, 똑딱단추 등과 같은 결합수단이 구비되어 제2 연장부(210)와 고정띠(120)는 결합될 수 있다. 다만, 제2 연장부(210)와 고정띠(120)가 결합되도록 할 시, 사용자는 애완견 신발을 착용시킴에 있어 이를 결합시키는 추가과정을 거쳐야 하는바, 제2 연장부(210)의 일단, 즉 외측단이 고정띠(120)의 상단에 걸리도록 함이 보다 바람직하다.
이를 위해, 제2 연장부(210)의 외측단에는 접거나 별도의 부재를 부착함으로써 제2 연장부(210)의 나머지 부분보다 두께가 두꺼운 걸림턱(211)이 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 제2 연장부(210)는 걸림턱(211)이 고정띠(120)의 상단에 걸릴 수 있을 정도의 길이를 가지도록 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자는 견족을 몸체(A)에 형성된 입구를 통해 밑창(100)과 갑피(200)로 인해 형성된 공간으로 끼워넣은 다음, 제2 연장부(210)가 고정부위(2)의 전방에 위치하도록 한 후, 제1 연장부(210)를 고정부위(2)의 후방에 위치하도록 하고 고정띠(120)가 고정부위(2)를 둘러싸도록 하여 제2 연장부(210)가 고정띠(210)의 내측에 위치함과 동시에 걸림턱(211)이 고정띠(210)의 상단에 걸리도록 하여 본 발명인 애완견 신발을 애완견의 다리에 견고히 고정시킬 수 있다.
한편, 갑피(200)는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 후단에 전방을 향해 오목하게 들어가 발허리뼈수용부(220)가 형성되고, 제2 연장부(210)는 발허리뼈수용부(220)로부터 연장형성될 수 있다. 애완견의 경우 발가락뼈 부분만이 지면에 맞닿으며, 발가락뼈와 인접한 상측에 위치하는 발허리뼈(3)(앞발허리뼈, 뒷발허리뼈) 부분은 지면과 맞닿지 않게 되며, 보행시 발가락뼈 부분과 이루는 각도가 지속적으로 변화하게 된다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 본 발명은 갑피(200)에 발허리뼈(3) 부분이 수용될 수 있는 발허리뼈수용부(220)를 형성하고 있으며, 이를 통해 애완견은 갑피(200)에 의한 간섭없이 자유롭게 보행을 할 수 있다.
그리고, 갑피(200)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 후단 양측 가장자리가 사선을 이루도록 절단될 수 있다. 이는 고정띠(120)에 의해 제1 연장부(110)가 고정부위(2)의 후방에 위치하도록 고정될 시, 밑창(200)의 후단부가 상측으로 들어올려져 절단된 갑피(200) 부분에 맞닿도록 하기 위함이다. 이에 따라, 밑창(200)은 후단부가 견족에 보다 밀착된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
한편, 밑창(100)은 도 6 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 견족(1)의 발가락 패드(1a)와 발바닥 패드(1b) 사이를 가로질러 형성된 호형의 개방된 밑창 절개부(140)가 형성될 수 있다. 발가락 패드(1a)와 발바닥 패드(1b)는 애완견의 발바닥에서 부드럽고 말랑말랑한 분홍색의 돌출된 부분으로서, 보행시 지면과 실질적으로 접촉하는 부분이다.
애완견의 발 건강은 연약한 발가락 패드(1a)와 발바닥 패드(1b)를 잘 보호하는데 달려있으며, 애완견의 보행시 발가락 패드(1a)와 발바닥 패드(1b)는 동시에 지면과 맞닿거나 시간차를 두고 맞닿게 된다. 본 발명은 밑창 절개부(140)를 경계로 전방에 발가락 패드(1a)가 밀착되고, 후방에 발바닥 패드(1b)가 밀착되도록 위치할 수 있으며, 밑창 절개부(140)를 통해 발바닥 패드(1a)가 위치하는 밑창(100)의 전방부와 발바닥 패드(1b)가 위치하는 밑창(100)의 후방부가 각기 자유로운 변형이 가능하다. 또한, 애완견은 피부로 땀을 배출하지 않고, 발바닥으로 땀을 배출하는바, 밑창 절개부(140)를 통해 발바닥 쪽에 바람이 통하게 되므로 습진 예방에 도움이 된다.
나아가, 본 발명인 애완견 신발(100)은 밑창(100)에 금속 등과 같은 견고한 재질로 이루어진 보강재(150)가 구비될 수 있다. 유연한 소재로 이루어진 밑창(100)은 소재에 따라 보행시 말리게 되어 애완견에게 불편을 줄 수 있는바, 이를 방지하기 위하여 보강재(150)가 구비될 수 있다. 보강재(150)는 밑창(100) 내에 매립되도록 구비될 수 있음은 물론, 밑창(100)의 저면에 부착되는 형태로 구비될 수도 있다.
일 예로, 보강재(150)는 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 연장부(110)와 고정띠(120)로 인해 들려지는 밑창(100)의 후단부를 제외한 밑창(110)의 외연부를 따라 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 밑창 절개부(140)의 후단 가장자리를 따라 구비될 수도 있으며, 이는 보행시 밑창(100) 중 밑창 절개부(140)의 후방 부분이 말리거나 찢겨지는 것을 방지하기 위함이다.
더불어, 몸체(A)를 구성하는 밑창(100)과 갑피(200) 중 적어도 하나에는 도 1 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 통풍을 위한 통기공(130,230)이 형성될 수 있으며, 통기공(130,230)은 적어도 하나가 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 통기공(130,230)은 애완견의 땀 배출이 발바닥으로 이루어지는 점을 고려하여, 갑피(200)보다 밑창(100)에 많은 수가 형성됨이 바람직하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 애완견의 발인 견족에 착용되고 유연한 소재로 이루어진 몸체를 포함하는 애완견 신발에 있어서,
    상기 몸체는 견족의 발가락 패드와 발바닥 패드를 지지하는 밑창과, 견족의 발등을 감싸는 갑피를 포함하여 후방을 향해 개방된 입구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완견 신발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 밑창은 견족의 상측에 위치하는 애완견 다리 부분인 고정부위의 후방에 위치할 수 있는 제1 연장부가 후방으로 연장형성되되,
    상기 제1 연장부에는 띠 형태를 이루어 상기 고정부위를 둘러싸도록 양단이 결합되는 고정띠가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완견 신발.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 갑피는 띠 형태를 이루며 상기 고정부위의 전방에 위치할 수 있는 제2 연장부가 후방으로 연장형성되되,
    상기 제2 연장부는 양단이 결합된 고정띠의 내측에 위치하도록 구비되어, 상기 고정띠와 결합되거나 상기 고정띠의 상단에 일단이 걸려 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완견 신발.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 갑피는 후단에 전방을 향해 오목하게 들어가 발허리뼈수용부가 형성되고, 상기 제2 연장부는 발허리뼈수용부로부터 연장형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완견 신발.
  5. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 갑피는 후단 양측 가장자리가 사선을 이루도록 절단되어, 상기 밑창의 후단부가 상기 절단된 갑피 부분에 맞닿도록 들어올려질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완견 신발.
