Abstract

一种叠瓦组件(30)、太阳能电池片(1)和叠瓦组件(30)的制造方法。叠瓦组件(30)包括多个太阳能电池片(1),太阳能电池片(1)上设置有正电极(12)和背电极(13),任意两个相邻的太阳能电池片(1)的一个的正电极(12)与另一个的背电极(13)直接接触并形成连接部(34)从而实现导电连接,连接部(34)处设置有用于容纳粘结剂(4)的容纳部。太阳能电池片(1)之间通过彼此间正电极(12)和背电极(13)的直接接触而实现导电互联,因而可以省略具有导电性的导电胶,从而避免可能由导电胶而产生的各种问题。并且,太阳能电池片(1)上设置有用于容纳粘结剂(4)的容纳部,从而使得粘结剂(4)能够稳定地被定位在相邻的两个太阳能电池片(1)之间,提升叠瓦组件(30)的牢固性。
