- 根据权利要求88所述的通信装置,其特征在于,包括;所述第一定时器用于确定所述终端在接收到下行控制信道后监测下行控制信道的时间长度。
- 根据权利要求88或89所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一条件还包括:第三定时器处于运行状态,其中,所述第三定时器用于确定所述终端在一个非连续接收DRX周期内监测下行控制信道的时间长度。
- 根据权利要求88-90任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,下行重传定时器未运行;上行重传定时器未运行;竞争解决定时器未运行;所述终端发送的调度请求未处于挂起状态;所述终端未处于在成功接收随机接入响应RAR后未接收到指示新传的下行控制信道的状态,所述指示新传的下行控制信道由第一标识加扰,所述RAR为对目标随机接入前导的响应,所述目标随机接入前导不属于基于竞争的随机接入前导,所述第一标识用于在所述终端的随机接入过程接入的小区中识别所述终端。
- 根据权利要求88-91任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述终端确定满足第三条件中的任一个时,所述终端根据所述第二时域资源分配配置接收所述第二DCI指示的下行数据信道;所述第三条件包括以下一项或多项:下行重传定时器未运行;上行重传定时器未运行;竞争解决定时器未运行;所述终端发送的调度请求未处于挂起状态;所述终端未处于在成功接收随机接入响应RAR后未接收到指示新传的下行控制信道的状态,所述指示新传的下行控制信道由第一标识加扰,所述RAR为对目标随机接入前导的响应,所述目标随机接入前导不属于基于竞争的随机接入前导,所述第一标识用于在所述终端的随机接入过程接入的小区中识别所述终端。
- 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器和接口电路在所述处理器确定满足第一条件的情况下,所述接口电路,用于向终端发送第一下行控制信息DCI,根据第一时域资源分配配置向所述终端发送所述第一DCI指示的下行数据信道;所述第一条件包括:第一定时器未处于运行状态;在满足第二条件的情况下,所述接口电路向所述终端发送第二DCI,根据第二时域资源分配配置向所述终端发送所述第二DCI指示的下行数据信道;所述第二条件包括:所述第一定时器处于运行状态。
- 根据权利要求93所述的通信装置,其特征在于,包括;所述第一定时器用于确定所述终端在接收到下行控制信道后监测下行控制信道的时间长度。
- 根据权利要求93或94所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一条件还包括:第三定时器处于 运行状态,其中,所述第三定时器用于确定所述终端在一个非连续接收DRX周期内监测下行控制信道的时间长度。
- 根据权利要求93-95任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,下行重传定时器未运行;上行重传定时器未运行;竞争解决定时器未运行;所述终端发送的调度请求未处于挂起状态;所述终端未处于在成功接收随机接入响应RAR后未接收到指示新传的下行控制信道的状态,所述指示新传的下行控制信道由第一标识加扰,所述RAR为对目标随机接入前导的响应,所述目标随机接入前导不属于基于竞争的随机接入前导,所述第一标识用于在所述终端的随机接入过程接入的小区中识别所述终端。
- 根据权利要求93-96任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述终端确定满足第三条件中的任一个时,所述终端根据所述第二时域资源分配配置接收所述第二DCI指示的下行数据信道;所述第三条件包括以下一项或多项:下行重传定时器未运行;上行重传定时器未运行;竞争解决定时器未运行;所述终端发送的调度请求未处于挂起状态;所述终端未处于在成功接收随机接入响应RAR后未接收到指示新传的下行控制信道的状态,所述指示新传的下行控制信道由第一标识加扰,所述RAR为对目标随机接入前导的响应,所述目标随机接入前导不属于基于竞争的随机接入前导,所述第一标识用于在所述终端的随机接入过程接入的小区中识别所述终端。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当指令在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的通信方法。
- 一种包括指令的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述指令在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的通信方法。
