Claims (6)
- 자신의 내측에 탈락세포와 그 탈락세포의 액상미디엄을 담을 수 있도록 자신의 상단에 내외부 출입을 위한 출입구가 형성된 용기부재(110);상기 출입구에 대응하는 상기 용기부재의 내측에 배치되며 다공성 막으로 이루어짐에 따라 상기 출입구가 하부에 위치하도록 상기 용기부재가 거꾸로 세워진 경우 상기 용기부재 내의 탈락세포와 액상미디엄의 하방 낙하를 차단하고 상기 용기부재가 거꾸로 세워진 상태에서 외력이 작용하는 경우 상기 용기부재 내의 탈락세포와 액상미디엄의 일부를 하방향으로 토출시키는 투과성 막부재(120);상기 투과성 막부재의 테두리를 따라 상기 투과성 막부재와 일체로 연결된 상태에서 상기 출입구에 대응하는 상기 용기부재의 테두리에 장착되는 막 고정부재(130);상기 막 고정부재를 통한 상기 투과성 막부재의 내외부 출입을 차단할 수 있도록 상기 막 고정부재에 탈착 가능하게 연결되는 개폐캡(140);을 포함하여 구성되는 탈락세포 보관 및 도말작업을 위한 바이알 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 막 고정부재(130)는 상기 개폐캡과 함께 이중 캡 구조를 형성하도록 상기 용기부재의 테두리에 탈착 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈락세포 보관 및 도말작업을 위한 바이알 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 개폐캡(140)은,자신의 상면 중앙부에 하방향으로 움푹 패인 함몰부(141);상기 함몰부의 내측에 세워진 상태로 상기 함몰부의 내측벽에 연결되는 하나이상의 걸림리브(142);를 포함하여 구성되어,외부의 회전부재가 상기 함몰부에 끼워진 상태로 회전할 때 상기 회전부재가 상기 걸림리브에 걸려 상기 개폐캡이 상기 막 고정부재로부터 이탈되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈락세포 보관 및 도말작업을 위한 바이알 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 용기부재(110)는 속이 빈 원통형으로 이루어지고 내벽이 밋밋하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈락세포 보관 및 도말작업을 위한 바이알 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 용기부재(110)는,자신의 하부 외표면에 자신의 테두리를 따라 돌출 형성되는 하부 외향단차부(111);를 포함하여 구성되어,외부의 그립부재가 상기 용기부재의 외표면을 그립한 상태에서 상기 개폐캡이 하향하도록 상기 용기부재를 거꾸로 세울 때 상기 하부 외향단차부가 상기 그립부재에 걸려 상기 용기부재의 하방향 미끄러짐을 차단하는 탈락세포 보관 및 도말작업을 위한 바이알 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 용기부재(110)는,자신의 하부 외표면에 자신의 테두리를 따라 내향하여 절개 형성된 내향단차부(113);를 포함하여 구성되어,외부의 그립부재가 상기 내향단차부에 끼워지도록 하는 탈락세포 보관 및 도말작업을 위한 바이알 장치.
