Claims (6)
- 己の内側に剥離細胞とその剥離細胞の液体培地を入れることができるよう、その上端に内外部の出入りのための出入口が形成された容器部材(110)と、
前記出入口に対応する前記容器部材の内側に配置され、多孔質膜でできているため、前記出入口が下方に位置するように前記容器部材を逆さまにした場合、前記容器部材内の剥離細胞及び液体培地の下方落下を阻止し、前記容器部材が逆さまになった状態で、外力が作用した場合、前記容器部材内の剥離細胞及び液体培地の一部を下方向に吐出させる透過性膜部材(120)と、
前記透過性膜部材の縁に沿って、前記透過性膜部材と一体に結合された状態で、前記出入口に対応する前記容器部材の縁に装着される膜固定部材(130)と、
前記膜固定部材を介した前記透過性膜部材の内外部の出入りを遮断できるように、前記膜固定部材に着脱可能に結合されている開閉キャップ(140)と、
を含んで構成されている、剥離細胞の保管及び塗抹作業のためのバイアル装置。 - 前記膜固定部材(130)は、前記開閉キャップと共に二重キャップ構造をなすように、前記容器部材の縁に着脱可能に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の剥離細胞の保管及び塗抹作業のためのバイアル装置。
- 前記開閉キャップ(140)は、
己の上面中央部に下向きに凹んだ窪み部(141)と、
前記窪み部の内側に立てられた状態で、前記窪み部の内側壁に結合される1つ以上の係止リブ(142)と、を含んで構成され、
外部の回転部材が前記窪み部に嵌った状態で回転するとき、前記回転部材が前記係止リブに引っ掛かり、前記開閉キャップが、前記膜固定部材から離脱するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の剥離細胞の保管及び塗抹作業のためのバイアル装置。 - 前記容器部材(110)は、中空の円筒形からなり、内壁が平坦に構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の剥離細胞の保管及び塗抹作業のためのバイアル装置。
- 前記容器部材(110)は、
己の下部外表面に、その縁に沿って突設される下部外向き段差部(111)と、を含んで構成され、
外部の把持部材が、前記容器部材の外表面を把持した状態で、前記開閉キャップが下向きになるように前記容器部材を逆さまにしたとき、前記下部外向き段差部が前記把持部材に引っ掛かり、前記容器部材の下方の滑りを阻止する、請求項4に記載の剥離細胞の保管及び塗抹作業のためのバイアル装置。 - 前記容器部材(110)は、
己の下部外表面に、その縁に沿って内向けに切込み形成された内向き段差部(113)と、を含んで構成され、
外部の把持部材が、前記内向き段差部に嵌るようにする、請求項4に記載の剥離細胞の保管及び塗抹作業のためのバイアル装置。
