Abstract

一种混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,包括:横梁(1)、转轴(2)、支架(8)、两个夹具、两个电机(10)。使用时通过两个夹具夹持住混凝土预制块(11)的左右两端,之后起重机驱动横梁(1)带动支架(8)上移,实现起吊,起重机将混凝土预制块(11)移动至安装位置后,通过使支架(8)通过转轴(2)相对横梁(1)旋转实现了水平方向上的转动,电机(10)驱动夹具旋转实现了将混凝土预制块(11)沿纵向旋转的目的,从而方便将混凝土预制块(11)调整到合适的安装位置,整个过程不但确保了混凝土预制块(11)的精确定位,同时可以减少人工操作,提高了施工效率。

Description

一种混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具 技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁建造机械技术领域,具体涉及一种混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具。
背景技术
在桥梁施工中,需要使用起重机械将已经浇筑好的混凝土预制块起吊后移动至安装位置,现有的施工工艺中需要人工辅助操作将起吊后的混凝土预制块进行翻转,使其翻转90度后在推动其精准定位到合适的安装位置,整个过程不但费时费力,同时由于需要人工操作,从而导致了安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种使混凝土预制块精准定位,并可方便其翻转的混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具。
本发明克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,包括:
横梁,其上端与起重机的钢丝绳相连,横梁中间部位竖直转动安装有转轴;
支架,其上端与转轴的下端相连;
两个夹具,分别设置于支架左右两端,两个夹具分别用于夹紧固定横截面呈C字形的混凝土预制块的左右两侧;
两个电机,分别水平安装于支架的左右两侧,电机驱动同侧对应的夹具旋转。
上述夹具包括水平设置的转轴、沿转轴轴向滑动安装于转轴上的立板Ⅰ以及位于立板Ⅰ内侧且与立板Ⅰ相平行的立板Ⅱ,所述转轴与同侧的电机的输出轴传动连接,所述立板Ⅰ上安装有夹块Ⅰ,所述立板Ⅱ上安装有与夹块Ⅰ相对的夹块Ⅱ,油缸Ⅱ一端与立板Ⅰ相连,其另一端与立板Ⅱ相连。
为了实现纵移,还包括沿水平方向滑动安装于支架上方的滑块,所述滑块上端与转轴下端相连,油缸Ⅰ一端与滑块相连,其另一端与支架相连。
为了提高运行中的稳定性,立板Ⅰ与立板Ⅱ之间设置有连杆Ⅰ及连杆Ⅱ,所述连杆Ⅰ与连杆Ⅱ中间部位通过销轴铰接连接,连杆Ⅰ一端与立板Ⅰ铰接连接,其另一端与立板Ⅱ铰接连接,连杆Ⅱ一端与立板Ⅱ铰接连接,其另一端与立板Ⅰ铰接连接。
本发明的有益效果是:使用时通过两个夹具夹持住混凝土预制块的左右两端,之后起重机驱动横梁带动支架上移,实现起吊,起重机将混凝土预制块移动至安装位置后,通过 使支架通过转轴相对横梁1旋转实现了水平方向上的转动,电机驱动夹具旋转实现了将混凝土预制块沿纵向旋转的目的,从而方便将混凝土预制块调整到合适的安装位置,整个过程不但确保了混凝土预制块的精确定位,同时可以减少人工操作,提高了施工效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2、附图3对本发明做进一步说明。
一种混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,包括:横梁1,其上端与起重机的钢丝绳相连,横梁1中间部位竖直转动安装有转轴2;支架8,其上端与转轴2的下端相连;两个夹具,分别设置于支架8左右两端,两个夹具分别用于夹紧固定横截面呈C字形的混凝土预制块11的左右两侧;
两个电机10,分别水平安装于支架8的左右两侧,电机10驱动同侧对应的夹具旋转。起重机通过钢丝绳控制横梁1的高度,使用时通过两个夹具夹持住混凝土预制块11的左右两端,之后起重机驱动横梁1带动支架8上移,实现起吊,起重机将混凝土预制块11移动至安装位置后,通过使支架8通过转轴2相对横梁1旋转实现了水平方向上的转动,电机10驱动夹具旋转实现了将混凝土预制块11沿纵向旋转的目的,从而方便将混凝土预制块11调整到合适的安装位置,整个过程不但确保了混凝土预制块11的精确定位,同时可以减少人工操作,提高了施工效率。
夹具可以为如下结构,其包括水平设置的转轴9、沿转轴9轴向滑动安装于转轴9上的立板Ⅰ 12以及位于立板Ⅰ 12内侧且与立板Ⅰ 12相平行的立板Ⅱ 13,转轴9与同侧的电机10的输出轴传动连接,立板Ⅰ 12上安装有夹块Ⅰ 14,立板Ⅱ 13上安装有与夹块Ⅰ 14相对的夹块Ⅱ 15,油缸Ⅱ 7一端与立板Ⅰ 12相连,其另一端与立板Ⅱ13相连。当油缸Ⅱ 7的活塞杆向外伸出时,其推动立板Ⅰ 12沿转轴9水平滑动,立板Ⅰ 12与立板Ⅱ 13的间距变大,从而夹块Ⅰ 14与夹块Ⅱ 15不将混凝土预制块11夹持,当油缸Ⅱ 7的活塞杆向内缩回时,其推动立板Ⅰ 12沿转轴9水平滑动,立板Ⅰ 12与立板Ⅱ 13的间距变小,夹块Ⅰ 14与夹块Ⅱ 15将混凝土预制块11的边缘部位夹持固定。夹持后,当电机10 转动时,转轴9驱动立板Ⅰ 12旋转,从而实现在夹块Ⅰ 14与夹块Ⅱ 15的夹持下混凝土预制块11转动的目的。
优选的,还包括沿水平方向滑动安装于支架8上方的滑块16,滑块16上端与转轴2下端相连,油缸Ⅰ 3一端与滑块16相连,其另一端与支架8相连。油缸Ⅰ 3的活塞杆动作时,其驱动支架8相对滑块16横向水平移动,实现了在混凝土预制块11起吊状态下,混凝土预制块11的水平位置可以实现微调的作用,方便将其准确定位到所需安装位置,进一步提高了操作的便利性。
进一步的,立板Ⅰ 12与立板Ⅱ 13之间设置有连杆Ⅰ 5及连杆Ⅱ 6,连杆Ⅰ 5与连杆Ⅱ 6中间部位通过销轴4铰接连接,连杆Ⅰ 5一端与立板Ⅰ 12铰接连接,其另一端与立板Ⅱ 13铰接连接,连杆Ⅱ 6一端与立板Ⅱ 13铰接连接,其另一端与立板Ⅰ 12铰接连接。通过连杆Ⅰ 5与连杆Ⅱ 6构成的X形连杆机构,使立板Ⅰ 12与立板Ⅱ 13相对展开或靠拢时连杆Ⅰ 5与连杆Ⅱ 6可以保持立板Ⅰ 12与立板Ⅱ 13相互平行,提高了其运动的可靠性和支撑性。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,其特征在于,包括:
    横梁(1),其上端与起重机的钢丝绳相连,横梁(1)中间部位竖直转动安装有转轴(2);支架(8),其上端与转轴(2)的下端相连;
    两个夹具,分别设置于支架(8)左右两端,两个夹具分别用于夹紧固定横截面呈C字形的混凝土预制块(11)的左右两侧;
    两个电机(10),分别水平安装于支架(8)的左右两侧,电机(10)驱动同侧对应的夹具旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,其特征在于:所述夹具包括水平设置的转轴(9)、沿转轴(9)轴向滑动安装于转轴(9)上的立板Ⅰ(12)以及位于立板Ⅰ(12)内侧且与立板Ⅰ(12)相平行的立板Ⅱ(13),所述转轴(9)与同侧的电机(10)的输出轴传动连接,所述立板Ⅰ(12)上安装有夹块Ⅰ(14),所述立板Ⅱ(13)上安装有与夹块Ⅰ(14)相对的夹块Ⅱ(15),油缸Ⅱ(7)一端与立板Ⅰ(12)相连,其另一端与立板Ⅱ(13)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,其特征在于:还包括沿水平方向滑动安装于支架(8)上方的滑块(16),所述滑块(16)上端与转轴(2)下端相连,油缸Ⅰ(3)一端与滑块(16)相连,其另一端与支架(8)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的混凝土预制块用可翻转吊具,其特征在于:立板Ⅰ(12)与立板Ⅱ(13)之间设置有连杆Ⅰ(5)及连杆Ⅱ(6),所述连杆Ⅰ(5)与连杆Ⅱ(6)中间部位通过销轴(4)铰接连接,连杆Ⅰ(5)一端与立板Ⅰ(12)铰接连接,其另一端与立板Ⅱ(13)铰接连接,连杆Ⅱ(6)一端与立板Ⅱ(13)铰接连接,其另一端与立板Ⅰ(12)铰接连接。
