进一步的,在所述活动梳2与机身1之间设有弹性件6,该弹性件可以采用弹簧或者扭簧,并设置在活动梳2与机身1的尾部位置,能够驱使活动梳2与机身1张开保持在第二位置,操作时只需克服弹性件6的弹性力使活动梳2与机身1贴合,完成削发工作松开后,自动进行复位,操作更加便利。
同时还可以在所述活动梳2与机身1之间还设有锁扣7,在活动梳2与机身1夹紧长发进行操作时,可通过锁扣7将活动梳2与机身1固定锁紧保持在第一位置,这样在操作时,不用为了保持夹紧而一直用力,操作更加轻松省力。
其中,所述锁扣7滑动设置在活动梳2上,其端部设置卡钩结构,在所述机身1上对应设置一卡槽,通过活动锁扣7,使卡钩卡住卡槽便可实现锁紧,结构简单,操作方便。
如图所示,所述切刀组件3还包括动刀架33、弹簧压板34、弹簧35、顶杆35;所述动刀片32安装在动刀架33上,且动刀架33上设有若干导向槽331;所述弹簧压板34固定安装在机身1内,所述弹簧35一端安装在弹簧压板34上,另一端安装顶杆35,所述顶杆35穿过导向槽331顶住动刀片32,驱使动刀片32与静刀片31相贴合。
动刀片32通过弹簧压板34、弹簧35、顶杆35浮动设置,能够更好地与静刀片31配合,达到切割效果。
如图所示,所述驱动组件5包括电机51、输入齿轮52、第一传动齿轮53、第二传动齿轮54、第一输出齿轮55、第二输出齿轮56、连杆57;所述电机51驱动连接输入齿轮52,所述第一传动齿轮53与第二传动齿轮54设置在同一传动轴上,所述第一传动齿轮53与输入齿轮52相啮合,所述第二传动齿轮54分别与两个第一输出齿轮55相啮合,两个第一输出齿轮55通过输出轴与风叶4连接,驱动风叶4同步旋转;所述第二输出齿轮56为伞齿轮,并与输入齿轮52相啮合,所述第二输出齿轮56端面上形成有偏心轴,并通过连杆57与动刀架33联动连接。
电机51能够驱动输入齿轮52旋转,输入齿轮52带动第一传动齿轮53旋转,第一传动齿轮53通过传动轴带动第二传动齿轮54同步旋转,第二传动齿轮54则带动两个第一输出齿轮55旋转,第一输出齿轮55通过输出轴带动两个风叶旋转;同时,输入齿轮52还会同时带动第二输出齿轮56转动,第二输出齿轮56通过其偏心轴以及连杆57带动动刀架33动作,动刀架33则带动动刀片32动作,从而使得动刀刃321与静刀刃321之间形成相对运动,达到切割效果。
进一步的,所述驱动组件5还包括齿轮架58,所述齿轮架58固定安装在机身1内;所述齿轮架58形成有第一轴孔581、第二轴孔582,传动轴可以安装在第一轴孔581内,输出轴可以安装在第二轴孔582内,组装驱动组件5更加方便。
同时,在齿轮架58上还形成有定位滑槽583,连杆一端有与偏心轴相配合的长形槽571,且所述连杆57设置在定位滑槽583,限制连杆57进行直线滑移动作。
如图所示,所述机身1由机身上盖101和机身下盖102通过螺栓连接组成,机身1内部形成一个容纳空腔,用于容纳安装切刀组件3、驱动组件5及电池8;所述活动梳2由活动梳上盖201和活动梳下盖202通过螺栓连接组成,活动梳2内部同样能够形成一个安装空腔,用于容纳安装线路板9,同时在动梳上盖201上设置开关按钮及装饰板,使得结构紧凑,布局更加合理。
实施例不应视为对发明的限制,但任何基于本发明的精神所作的改进,都应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种削发器,其特征在于:包括
    机身(1),其头部位置形成有两个并列设置的切割槽(11)以及两个切割槽(11)之间的第一定位凸台(12);
    活动梳(2),与机身(1)活动连接,其头部位置形成有与切割槽(11)相对应的第二定位凸台(21),所述活动梳(2)具有与机身(1)头部位置贴合且第二定位凸台(21)嵌入切割槽(11)内的第一位置以及与机身(1)头部位置分离的第二位置;
    切刀组件(3),包括对应设置的静刀片(31)和动刀片(32),所述静刀片(31)固定在机身(1)上,其两侧形成有静刀刃(311),且两侧的静刀刃(311)分别露置于两个切割槽(11)内,所述动刀片(32)活动设置在机身(1)上,其两侧形成有与静刀刃(321)相对应的动刀刃(321);
    引导组件,并分别设置在两个切割槽(11)内,能将进入切割槽(11)的发梢拨向切刀组件(3);
    驱动组件(5),设置在机身(1)内,能同时驱动动刀片(22)和两个引导组件动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述机身(1)与活动梳(2)头部位置的两侧对应设置有第一梳齿。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述第一定位凸台与第二定位凸台(21)端面呈圆弧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述第二定位凸台(21)为陶瓷体,其内部设有电子发热丝。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述第一定位凸台(12)上设有若干第二梳齿(13),所述第二梳齿(13)端面呈圆弧面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述活动梳(2)尾部与机身(1)尾部铰接,形成“V”字型的开口结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述活动梳(2)与机身(1)之间设有弹性件(6),所述弹性件(6)驱使活动梳(2)与机身(1)张开保持在第二位置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述活动梳(2)与机身(1)之间还设有锁扣(7),所述锁扣(7)能将活动梳(2)与机身(1)固定锁紧保持在第一位置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述引导组件采用风叶的结构,所述风叶(4)两侧边缘采用柔性材料,并分别可旋转地设置在两个切割槽(11)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述切刀组件(3)还包括动刀架(33)、弹簧压板(34)、弹簧(35)、顶杆(35);所述动刀片(32)安装在动刀架(33)上,且动刀架(33)上设有若干导向槽(331);所述弹簧压板(34)固定安装在机身(1)内,所述弹簧(35)一端安装在弹簧压板(34)上,另一端安装顶杆(35),所述顶杆(35)穿过导向槽(331)顶住动刀片(32),驱使动刀片(32)与静刀片(31)相贴合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(5)包括电机(51)、输入齿轮(52)、第一传动齿轮(53)、第二传动齿轮(54)、第一输出齿轮(55)、第二输出齿轮(56)、连杆(57);
    所述电机(51)驱动连接输入齿轮(52),所述第一传动齿轮(53)与第二传动齿轮(54)设置在同一传动轴上,所述第一传动齿轮(53)与输入齿轮(52)相啮合,所述第二传动齿轮(54)分别与两个第一输出齿轮(55)相啮合,两个第一输出齿轮(55)通过输出轴与风叶(4)连接,驱动风叶(4)同步旋转;
    所述第二输出齿轮(56)为伞齿轮,并与输入齿轮(52)相啮合,所述第二输出齿轮(56)端面上形成有偏心轴,并通过连杆(57)与动刀架(33)联动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的削发器,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(5)还包括齿轮架(58),所述齿轮架(58)固定安装在机身(1)内;所述齿轮架(58)上形成有用于安装传动轴的第一轴孔(581)、用于安装输出轴的第二轴孔(582)以及与连杆(57)适配的定位滑槽(583);所述连杆(57)一端设有与偏心轴相配合的长形槽(571)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的削发器,其特征在于:还包括电池(8),线路板(9),所述电池(8)安装在机身(1)内,所述线路板(9)安装在活动梳(2)内。
