一种新型的剃须刀刀头 技术领域
本发明涉及剃须刀领域,特别是涉及一种新型的剃须刀刀头。
背景技术
剃须刀发展到今日,几乎每位男士都拥有一部或者多部剃须刀,然而,生活水平的提高,使人们更加注重品质。目前市场上的电动剃须刀网罩上面有很多孔眼,胡须或毛发可伸入孔中,微型电机靠电能驱动,带动刀片运动,利用剪切原理,将伸入孔中的胡须或毛发切断,现有的技术中,通过多个转动连接件来连接机身与刀头,或者是刀头设有多个动刀,连接刀头的部件比较复杂且容易损坏,其结构的特性,刀头灵活度低,部件的脆弱性,造成刀片受力不均衡而剪切效果不佳,或部件受损而影响剃须刀寿命等问题。
因此,现在亟需提供一种新型的剃须刀刀头来解决上述一个或者多个技术问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的一个或者多个问题,本发明提供了一种新型的剃须刀刀头。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种新型的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,包括:动刀合件、可动刀架、弹簧组件、刀网支架和刀网,所述可动刀架上端紧扣所述动刀合件,底面连接所述弹簧组件,所述弹簧组件卡扣紧所述刀网支架,所述刀网支架连接所述刀网,所述刀网内面 抵接所述动刀合件,从而构成一种采用偏心轴直接传动于可动刀架带动动刀合件进行往复式运动且动刀受力均匀的新型剃须刀刀头;
所述动刀合件设有刀齿,所述刀齿顶端始终与刀网内面相抵接,形成交叉剪切,可以剪断穿过刀网的胡须;
所述弹簧组件分别设有弹簧支架、刀架弹簧和机身弹簧,所述弹簧支架设有弹簧固定柱,所述刀架弹簧固定在弹簧固定柱上,且刀架弹簧顶端抵接可动刀架,所述机身弹簧固定在弹簧固定柱上,且机身弹簧一端抵接机身,从而使动刀在工作时达到受力均匀的目的。
在一些实施例中,所述刀架弹簧设有刀架滑动部,抵接可动刀架底部,所述机身弹簧设有机身滑动部,抵接机身。
在一些实施例中,所述弹簧支架中间设有刀架孔,与可动刀架配合,弹簧支架侧面设有至少一个连接块。
在一些实施例中,所述可动刀架底部设有连接机构,可穿过刀架孔,所述连接机构内部设有通孔,与机身的偏心轴连接,从而能使可动刀架做往复运动。
本发明的有益效果是:相较于现有技术,本发明一种新型的剃须刀刀头,通过对刀头内部结构创新,而达到更佳的剃须剪切效果:1、本发明通过偏心轴直接传动于可动刀架带动动刀合件进行往复式运动,该刀头只有一个偏心轴连接到机身,只有一个动刀部件,该结构更简单,设计更合理,部件的特性而使刀头寿命更长。2、通过弹簧组件中的刀架弹簧与机身弹簧与刀头各个部件间相互配合,而使剃须刀刀头在工作时,动刀合件受到外力影 响而向下移动时,利用弹簧的弹性恢复力,作用在可动刀架上,使动刀受力均匀,从而剃须剪切的效果更好,用户的体验更佳。

如图1-图7所示,本发明提供了一种新型的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,包括:动刀合件10、可动刀架20、弹簧组件30、刀网支架40和刀网50,所述可动刀架20上端紧扣所述动刀合件10,底面连接所述弹簧组件30,所述弹簧组件30卡扣紧所述刀网支架40,所述刀网支架40连接所述刀网50,所述刀网50内面抵接所述动刀合件10,从而构成一种采用偏心轴直接传动于可动刀架20带动动刀合件10进行往复式运动且动刀受力均匀的新型剃须刀刀头;
所述动刀合件10设有刀齿11,所述刀齿11顶端始终与刀网50内面相抵接,形成交叉剪切,可以剪断穿过刀网50的胡须;
所述弹簧组件30分别设有弹簧支架31、刀架弹簧32和机身弹簧33,所述弹簧支架31设有弹簧固定柱311,所述刀架弹簧32固定在弹簧固定柱311上,且刀架弹簧32顶端抵接可动刀架20,所述机身弹簧33固定在弹簧固定柱311上,且机身弹簧33一端抵接机身,从而使动刀在工作时达 到受力均匀的目的。
具体的:动刀合件10、可动刀架20和弹簧组件30位于刀网支架40与刀网50内部。动刀合件10设有刀齿11,刀网50设有进须孔51,刀齿11与进须孔51内面相抵接,当动刀合件10运动时,与刀网50形成剪切,而产生剪切力,将胡须剪断。
可动刀架20上端设有多个限位块22,动刀合件10内部设有多个限位槽12,限位块22与限位槽12卡扣住,所以当可动刀架20在马达偏心轴作用下,可带动动刀合件10做往复运动。
弹簧支架31设有刀架孔312,可动刀架20设有连接机构21,连接机构21直接穿过刀架孔312,连接机构21设有通孔211,马达偏心轴顶端直接位于通孔211中,且始终不脱离通孔211的范围,当马达偏心轴开始工作时,使可动刀架20也随之运动。
可动刀架20位于动刀合件10与弹簧组件30之间。弹簧支架31设有多个弹簧固定柱311,用于固定刀架弹簧32及机身弹簧33。刀架弹簧32设有刀架滑动部322,刀架滑动部322抵接可动刀架的滑动面23,且刀架滑动部322的运动轨迹不脱离滑动面23。机身弹簧33设有机身滑动部333,机身滑动部333与机身相抵接。在弹簧支架31左右各设有一样的刀架弹簧32,当动刀合件10受到向下外来力,迫使动刀合件10向下移动时,此时,刀架弹簧32及机身弹簧33的螺旋部牢牢固定在弹簧固定柱311上,且源源不断产生弹性恢复力,分别作用在刀架滑动部322及机身滑动部333上,由于弹簧支架31左右两边的刀架弹簧32大小一致,所以作用在可动刀架20的效果 一样;而机身弹簧33大小一致,作用在机身上的效果一样。从而反作用在可动刀架20上,使动刀合件10达到受力均匀的效果。
弹簧支架31侧面设有多个连接块313,刀网支架40侧面设有多个连接扣41,连接块313与连接扣41相互配合卡扣住,使弹簧组件30安装在刀网支架40上,而刀网50直接装在刀网支架40上,动刀合件10的刀齿11与刀网50的进须孔51的内面相抵接,可动刀架20的限位块22卡扣紧动刀合件10的限位槽12,可动刀架20的连接机构21穿过弹簧支架31的刀架孔312再穿过刀网支架40的支架孔42,与机身的偏心轴连接,刀架弹簧32的刀架滑动部322抵接可动刀架20的滑动面23且始终不脱离,机身弹簧33的机身滑动部333始终与机身相抵接,从而形成一个采用偏心轴直接传动在可动刀架20,作用与动刀合件10上,而往复运动,动刀合件10达到受力均匀,而达到剃须剪切效果更佳。
在一些实施例中,所述刀架弹簧32设有刀架滑动部322,抵接可动刀架20底部,所述机身弹簧33设有机身滑动部333,抵接机身。
需要说明的是,实施中刀架弹簧32左右各设有一个,且大小一致,作用在可动刀架20上的效果一样。机身弹簧33左右各设有一个,且大小一致,作用在机身上的效果一样,利用弹簧的本身的特性,最终作用在动刀合件10上,使刀片受力均匀而达到更佳的剃须效果。
在一些实施例中,所述弹簧支架31中间设有刀架孔312,与可动刀架20配合,弹簧支架31侧面设有至少一个连接块313。
具体的,可动刀架20设有的连接机构21穿过刀架孔312,继而穿过刀网支架40的支架孔42,机身中偏心轴顶端位于连接机构21的通孔211 内,且始终不脱离。弹簧支架31侧面设有多个连接块313与刀网支架侧面设有的多个连接扣41相配合卡扣紧。
在一些实施例中,所述可动刀架20底部设有连接机构21,可穿过刀架孔312,所述连接机构21内部设有通孔211,与机身的偏心轴连接,从而能使可动刀架20做往复运动。
工作原理:当剃须刀刀头工作时,即机身马达的偏心轴转动,偏心轴置于通孔211内,通孔211设在连接机构21内,而连接机构21属于可动刀架20的部分,因此,偏心轴转动带动可动刀架20做往复运动。
此时,可动刀架20上端设有多个限位块22,动刀合件10内部设有多个限位槽12,限位块22与限位槽12卡扣住,所以当可动刀架20在马达偏心轴作用下,从而可带动动刀合件10做往复运动。
而动刀合件10设有刀齿11,刀网50设有进须孔51,刀齿11与进须孔51内面相抵接,当动刀合件10运动时,与刀网50形成剪切,而产生剪切力,将胡须剪断。
此时,胡须等物体产生向下的作用力,迫使到动刀合件10往下,此时,弹簧组件30由于自身设计巧妙及自身带有的特性,弹簧支架31设有多个弹簧固定柱311,用于固定刀架弹簧32及机身弹簧33。刀架弹簧32设有刀架滑动部322,刀架滑动部322抵接可动刀架的滑动面23,且刀架滑动部322的运动轨迹不脱离滑动面23。机身弹簧33设有机身滑动部333,机身滑动部333与机身相抵接。在弹簧支架31左右各设有一样的刀架弹簧32,当动刀合件10受到向下外来力,迫使动刀合件10向下移动时,此时,刀架弹 簧32及机身弹簧33的螺旋部牢牢固定在弹簧固定柱311上,且源源不断产生弹性恢复力,分别作用在刀架滑动部322及机身滑动部333上,由于弹簧支架31左右两边的刀架弹簧32大小一致,所以作用在可动刀架20的效果一样;而机身弹簧33大小一致,作用在机身上的效果一样。从而反作用在可动刀架20上,使动刀合件10在剃须时达到受力均匀的效果,而时剪切效果更佳。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优势:
1、本发明通过偏心轴直接传动于可动刀架20带动动刀合件10进行往复式运动,该刀头只有一个偏心轴连接到机身,只有一个动刀部件,该结构更简单,设计更合理,部件的特性而使刀头寿命更长。
2、通过弹簧组件30中的刀架弹簧32与机身弹簧33与刀头各个部件间相互配合,而使剃须刀刀头在工作时,动刀合件10受到外力影响而向下移动时,利用弹簧的弹性恢复力,作用在可动刀架20上,使动刀受力均匀,从而剃须剪切的效果更好,用户的体验更佳。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的一种或多种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种新型的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,包括:动刀合件10、可动刀架20、弹簧组件30、刀网支架40和刀网50,所述可动刀架20上端紧扣所述动刀合件10,底面连接所述弹簧组件30,所述弹簧组件30卡扣紧所述刀网支架40,所述刀网支架40连接所述刀网50,所述刀网50内面抵接所述动刀合件10,从而构成一种采用偏心轴直接传动于可动刀架20带动动刀合件10进行往复式运动且动刀受力均匀的新型剃须刀刀头;
    所述动刀合件10设有刀齿11,所述刀齿11顶端始终与刀网50内面相抵接,形成交叉剪切,可以剪断穿过刀网50的胡须;
    所述弹簧组件30分别设有弹簧支架31、刀架弹簧32和机身弹簧33,所述弹簧支架31设有弹簧固定柱311,所述刀架弹簧32固定在弹簧固定柱311上,且刀架弹簧32顶端抵接可动刀架20,所述机身弹簧33固定在弹簧固定柱311上,且机身弹簧33一端抵接机身,从而使动刀在工作时达到受力均匀的目的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述刀架弹簧32设有刀架滑动部322,抵接可动刀架20底部,所述机身弹簧33设有机身滑动部333,抵接机身。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述弹簧支架31中间设有刀架孔312,与可动刀架20配合,弹簧支架31侧面设有至少一个连接块313。
  4. 根据权利要求1和3所述的一种新型的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述可动刀架20底部设有连接机构21,可穿过刀架孔312,所述连接机构21内部设有通孔211,与机身的偏心轴连接,从而能使可动刀架20做往复运动。
