本发明涉及一种往复式剃刀刀头,本发明还涉及一种往复式剃刀刀头的制造方法。
【背景领域】
现有的往复式电动剃毛刀头,如专利授权公告号CN204954880U,名称为刀片组和毛发切割器,以及专利号ZL201610889953.7,名称为一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,这些现有的产品,由于现有制造工艺及其成熟的设计理念的限制,刀头的刀网,都是由薄片状的金属定刀从左右两端做相应的弯折后再通过注塑和其他方式固定在定刀支架的左右两侧上所构成,都是设计成前后两端开放式的线状形状(动刀往复运动的方向为前后方向),前后两端有端口,动刀及其他构件分别从前后两端口装入,两个端口上,由于定刀边缘外露,有刺伤皮肤的风险,为避免刮毛时锋利的边缘刺伤皮肤,通常需要在两端上包上端盖,遮挡刀的边缘,这种刀头结构,在使用时,首先是端盖贴着皮肤,切割面被端盖顶起,由于大部分皮肤为能够挤压变换的曲面形状,只要将端盖做薄,切割面大部分还是能很好的贴着皮肤切割毛发,只是靠近端盖的少部分切割面会被端盖顶起在皮肤之上无法有效切割;但是对于一些凹下部位的剃毛,比如胳膊窝,切割面则会被两边端盖顶住,无法有效的接触皮肤进行剃毛。而且现有的端盖,通常都是注塑 件,塑胶角和披锋会刮到人,虽然不如刀锋般刺伤皮肤,也会带来一定的不适感。
本发明就是基于这种情况作出的。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、成本低的往复式剃刀刀头,该往复式剃刀刀头通过定刀将定刀架的上端和盆口从上往下包裹住,形成皮鼓结构,具有圆滑过渡的切割顶面和靠近顶面的侧面,平滑工整,贴肤,且可以一次性将体毛切除干净。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:包括定刀和用于支撑并固定定刀的定刀架,所述定刀为具有柔韧性的柔性金属薄片,所述定刀架为盆形支架,所述定刀以定刀架的盆口边缘为支撑,所述定刀四周向下弯折包裹在定刀架四周的盆壁外侧上并使定刀的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,所述定刀和定刀架之间形成切割内腔,所述定刀上设有供体毛进入切割内腔的进毛孔,所述切割内腔中位于定刀下方设有能相对定刀前后往复运动进而切断进毛孔内的体毛的动刀,所述动刀上设有与进毛孔相对应的并用于切割体毛的切割齿,所述往复式剃刀刀头还包括穿过定刀架底部将动刀与电动剃刀的动力装置连接的传动部件。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架的左右盆壁和前后盆壁之间设有使左右盆壁和前后盆壁圆滑过渡连接的 圆角。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架上设有用于供切断在切割内腔中的毛发掉出的掉毛孔。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀和定刀架采用能焊接的金属材料制成,且定刀从四周向下弯折的侧面焊接在定刀架四周的盆壁上。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述进毛孔均匀设在定刀左侧和/或右侧,相邻两个进毛孔之间形成定切割齿,所述定刀架的左和/或右盆壁上设有与进毛孔相对应并能供体毛进出切割内腔的进毛槽。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀的顶面和左右两侧面分别成锐角,且顶面和左右两侧面之间形成有圆滑过渡的倒角,该倒角的高度D<1.0mm。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:左侧和/或右侧所述进毛孔为在左右方向上从外侧向内侧内凹的峡口结构,该峡口结构由连续顺滑曲线组成,且从外侧到中部由宽到窄,从中部到内侧再由窄变宽,其外侧入口处的宽度为L1,中部最窄处的宽度为L2,相对应的切割齿位于中部最窄处的内侧,该峡口结构对应切割齿的外边缘的位置处的宽度为L3,从中部最窄处到对应切割齿的外边缘处的深度为L4,从外侧入口处到对应切割齿的外边缘处的深度为L5,满足如下关系式:L1>L3>L2,且0.1mm≤L2≤0.3mm,0.1mm≤L4≤1mm,L5≤1.2mm。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架的左右盆壁和前后盆壁在盆口处等高,所述定刀的顶面为平面,所述动刀的顶面为与定刀的底面相配合的平面。
如上所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架的前后盆壁高于左右盆壁,且前后盆壁的顶部为弧形结构并与左右盆壁圆滑过渡,所述定刀的顶面为与前后盆壁相对应的弧面,所述动刀的顶面为与定刀的底面相配合的弧面。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种制造如上所述的往复式剃刀刀头的方法,该方法工艺简单,定刀将定刀架的上端和盆口从上往下包裹住,形成皮鼓结构,具有圆滑过渡的切割顶面和靠近顶面的侧面,平滑工整,贴肤,提高往复式剃刀刀头的剃毛效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种制造如上所述的往复式剃刀刀头的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按设计制作好展开状态的定刀;
B、将动刀与传动部件连接并安装在定刀架内;
C、将定刀向四周拉伸,以定刀架的盆口边缘为支撑,在一定外力作用下将定刀四周向下弯折、拉紧、贴在定刀架四周的盆壁外侧上,并通过焊接或者铆接将定刀绷紧固定在定刀架的盆壁上,使定刀的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,将定刀架的上端和盆口从上往西包裹起来,形成皮鼓结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明中所述定刀为柔性金属薄片,并通过定刀架四周盆壁 的支撑,利用柔性金属薄片自身的柔性和韧性,可将定刀向四周拉伸,在一定外力作用下将定刀四周向下弯折、拉紧、贴在定刀架四周的盆壁外侧上,并通过焊接或者铆接将定刀绷紧固定在定刀架的盆壁上,使定刀的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,将定刀架的上端和盆口从上往下包裹住,形成皮鼓结构,该定刀的顶面和侧面即为该剃刀刀头的顶面和侧面,平滑工整,贴肤,则在切割毛发时,该剃刀刀头以定刀的顶面和/或靠近顶面的侧面贴着皮肤移动,切割面能够全方位的贴着皮肤进行切割,切割效果好,能够很方便的切割身体一些下凹的部位,而且与皮肤的接触面为圆滑过渡的定刀的顶面和/或靠近顶面的侧面,使得剃刀刀头能够顺滑的在皮肤表面滑动,剃毛舒适性好。
2、本发明中定刀和定刀架形成类似皮鼓结构,定刀架为鼓身,定刀为蒙在鼓身上的拉紧的鼓皮,由于皮鼓的鼓皮有预拉力的原理,所述定刀绷紧在定刀架上,使定刀在不需要额外精密加工的前提下获得非常平整的和动刀接触的切割工作面,工艺简单,加工方便,零件制造成本低;另外,避开定刀的刚度要求,定刀的厚度可以做到其它工艺结构无法实现的超薄,所述定刀厚度h可以做到0<h<0.08mm的范围内,使剃毛时可以忽略定刀的厚度的影响,可以一次性的使体毛切除得比较干净。
3、本发明中位于左右两侧上的进毛孔为在左右方向上从外侧向内侧内凹的峡口结构,该峡口结构由连续顺滑曲线组成,且从外侧到中部由宽到窄,从中部到内侧再由窄变宽,其外侧入口处的宽度为L1,中部最窄处的宽度为L2,相对应的切割齿位于最窄处的内侧;该 峡口结构切割产生的初始位置也即峡口结构对应切割齿的外边缘处的位置,该切割产生的初始位置处的宽度为L3,从中部最窄处到对应切割齿的外边缘处的深度为L4,从外侧入口处到对应切割齿的外边缘处的深度为L5,满足如下关系式:L1>L3>L2,且0.1mm≤L2≤0.3mm,0.1mm≤L4≤1mm,L5≤1.2mm,优选范围0.2mm≤L4≤0.4mm,L5≤1.0mm,则该进毛孔既方便进毛,在毛发进入后又可阻止毛发跑出去,既起到很好的切割效果,同时在移动切割时,在窄处可将肉挤出去,防止皮肤接触切割产生的初始位置处高速运动的动刀。
4、本发明中所述定刀的顶面和左右两侧面分别成锐角,且顶面和左右两侧面之间形成有圆滑过渡的倒角,所述倒角的高度D<1.0mm,使左右两侧的定切割齿形成一个利于梳理毛发的梳齿结构,导毛进毛效果好,提高切割效果。
5、本发明中往复式剃刀刀头的制造方法,工艺简单,制造成本低,该剃刀刀头的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面由一个整体的定刀拉伸后向下包裹而成,平滑工整,贴肤性好,而且避免对定刀较高刚度要求,使定刀的厚度可以做到其它工艺结构无法实现的超薄,使剃毛时可以忽略定刀的厚度的影响,可以一次性的使体毛切除得比较干净。
6、本发明中所述定刀的厚度为h,满足:0<h≤0.08mm,采用超薄柔性金属薄片,使得体毛的切除更加的彻底洁净。
7、本发明中动刀和定刀架之间设有能将动刀压紧在定刀上的弹性压件,使得体毛切除更加容易,更显往复式剃刀刀头锋利。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至图12所示的一种往复式剃刀刀头,包括定刀1和用于支撑并固定定刀1的定刀架2,所述定刀1为具有柔韧性的柔性金属薄片,所述定刀架2为盆形支架,所述定刀1以定刀架2的盆口边缘为支撑,所述定刀1四周向下弯折包裹在定刀架2四周的盆壁外侧上并使定刀1的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,所述定刀1和定刀架2之间形成切割内腔10,所述定刀1上设有供体毛进入切割内腔10的进毛孔11,进毛孔11的侧壁形成切割边缘,所述切割内腔10中位于定刀1下方设有能相对定刀1前后往复运动进而切断进毛孔11 内的体毛的动刀3,所述动刀3上设有与进毛孔11相对应的并用于切割体毛的切割齿31,所述往复式剃刀刀头还包括穿过定刀架2底部将动刀3与电动剃刀的动力装置连接的传动部件4。
因所述定刀1为柔性金属薄片,并通过定刀架2四周盆壁的支撑,利用柔性金属薄片自身的柔性和韧性,可将定刀1向四周拉伸,在一定外力作用下将定刀1四周向下弯折、拉紧、贴在定刀架2四周的盆壁外侧上,并通过焊接或者铆接将定刀1绷紧固定在定刀架2的盆壁上,使定刀1的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,将定刀架2的上端和盆口从上往下包裹起来,形成类似皮鼓结构,该定刀1的顶面和侧面即为该剃刀刀头的顶面和侧面,平滑工整,贴肤。则在切割毛发时,该剃刀刀头以定刀1的顶面、靠近顶面的侧面、或者顶面和侧面二者同时贴着皮肤移动,切割面能够全方位的贴着皮肤进行切割,切割效果好,能够很方便的切割身体一些下凹的部位,而且与皮肤的接触面为圆滑过渡的定刀1的顶面、靠近顶面的侧面或者是两者同时接触皮肤,使得剃刀刀头能够顺滑的在皮肤表面滑动,剃毛舒适性好。
另外,定刀1和定刀架2形成类似皮鼓结构,定刀架2为鼓身,定刀1为蒙在鼓身上的拉紧的鼓皮,由于皮鼓的鼓皮有预拉力的原理,所述定刀1绷紧在定刀架2上,使定刀1在不需要额外精密加工的前提下获得非常平整的和动刀3接触的切割工作面,工艺简单,加工方便,零件制造成本低;另外,避开定刀1的刚度要求,定刀1的厚度可以做到其它工艺结构无法实现的超薄,所述定刀1厚度h可以做到0<h<0.08mm的范围内,使剃毛时可以忽略定刀1的厚度的影响, 可以一次性的使体毛切除得比较干净。
所述定刀架2的左右盆壁和前后盆壁之间设有使左右盆壁和前后盆壁圆滑过渡连接的圆角22,便于定刀1往下弯折包覆,使定刀1的四周圆弧过渡,提高切割的舒适性。
所述进毛孔11可以均匀设在定刀1的左侧,也可以均匀设在定刀1的右侧,也可以在定刀1的左右两侧都设置,相邻两个进毛孔11之间形成定切割齿12,所述定刀架2的左右盆壁上设有与进毛孔11相对应并能供体毛进出切割内腔10的进毛槽21,通过进毛槽21既可以进毛,在剃毛完成后,也可以用户清理掉出毛发。当然,所述定刀架2上还可以另外设有用于供切断在切割内腔10中的毛发掉出的掉毛孔23,以更加方便的清理掉毛发。
所述定刀1的顶面和左右两侧面分别成锐角,且顶面和左右两侧面之间形成有圆滑过渡的倒角R1,所述倒角R1的高度D<1.0mm,导毛进毛效果好,提高切割效果。
位于左右两侧上的进毛孔11为在左右方向上从外侧向内侧内凹的峡口结构,如图12所示,该峡口结构由连续顺滑曲线组成,且从外侧到中部由宽到窄,从中部到内侧再由窄变宽,其外侧入口处的宽度为L1,中部最窄处的宽度为L2,相对应的切割齿31位于中部最窄处的内侧;该峡口结构切割产生的初始位置也即峡口结构对应切割齿31的外边缘处的位置,该切割产生的初始位置处的宽度为L3,满足如下关系式:L1>L3>L2,且0.1mm≤L2≤0.3mm,入口处宽方便进毛,中部窄而内侧宽,可阻止毛发进入后再跑出,同时在移动切割时,在 窄处可将从外侧入口处进入的肉挤出去,防止皮肤接触切割产生的初始位置处高速运动的动刀。
如图12,该峡口结构从中部最窄处到对应切割齿31的外边缘处的深度为L4,且0.1mm≤L4≤1mm,防止皮肤在挤压下变形有一部分在中部最窄处往内侧凸出时,切割齿31切到皮肤,优选范围0.2mm≤L4≤0.4mm,既起到安全防护,又能很好地保证切割到毛发;该峡口结构从外侧入口处到对应切割齿31的外边缘处的深度为L5,L5≤1.2mm,优选范围L5≤1.0mm,保证毛发进入的深度,将毛发导入切割,同时也便于控制该峡口结构的深度,保证定切割齿12的结构强度。
所述定刀1的中部还可以具有进毛孔11,所述动刀3在中部相对应的设有切割齿31,以便多方位的切割毛发。
所述定刀架2的左右盆壁和前后盆壁在盆口处等高,所述定刀1的顶面为平面,所述动刀3的顶面为与定刀1的底面相配合的平面,实现平面切割,如图10和图11。
当然,如图8和图9,所述定刀架2的前后盆壁还可以高于左右盆壁,且前后盆壁的顶部为弧形结构并与左右盆壁圆滑过渡,所述定刀1的顶面为与前后盆壁相对应的弧面,所述动刀3的顶面为与定刀1的底面相配合的弧面,实现弧面切割,优选地,当定刀1的顶面为弧面结构时,所述定刀1的中部具有进毛孔11,动刀3的中部对应有切割齿31,从而能够更好的切割身体下凹部位的剃毛。
所述传动部件4包括与动刀3固定连接的动刀支架41和与电动 剃刀的动力装置连接的的驱动座42,所述动刀3和定刀架2之间设有能将动刀3压紧在定刀1上的弹性压件5,通过弹性压件5将动刀3向上推压,使动刀3和定刀1贴紧并形成预压力,保证往复式剃刀刀头切除体毛的锋利性。
所述定刀架2底部固定有用于支撑动刀支架41并导引动刀支架41前后往复运动的滑动支撑块6,所述滑动支撑块6可采用与定刀架2一体注塑成型的方式固定在定刀架2上,如图8和图11所示。
所述定刀1和定刀架2采用能焊接的金属材料制成,以便定刀1从四周向下弯折的侧面焊接在定刀架2四周的盆壁上。
所述定刀架2为盆口大、盆底小的盆形结构,则定刀架2四周的盆壁以盆口为基点,从上到下往内缩进,以便定刀1固定在盆壁上后,其边缘缩入在该剃刀刀头顶部的下方内侧,避免接触皮肤。
一种制造上述的往复式剃刀刀头的方法,包括以下步骤:
D、按设计制作好展开状态的定刀1,以及盆形结构的定刀架2;
E、将动刀3与传动部件4连接并安装在定刀架2内,如图5,其中动刀3和动刀支架41固定连接后从盆口放入定刀架2内,驱动座42从定刀架2的盆底上的通孔与动刀支架41连接后并置于定刀架2的底部下方;
F、将定刀1向四周拉伸,以定刀架2的盆口边缘为支撑,在一定外力作用下将定刀1四周向下弯折、拉紧、贴在定刀架2四周的盆壁外侧上,并通过焊接或者铆接将定刀1绷紧固定在定刀架2的盆壁上,使定刀1的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,将定刀 架2的上端和盆口从上往下包裹起来,形成皮鼓结构。
为了使动刀3和定刀1贴紧并形成预压力,提高切割的锋利性,在上述步骤B中,可在定刀架2内装入弹性压件5并将其设于动刀3下方,通过弹性压件5将动刀3弹性顶起在定刀架2的盆口之上。则到了步骤C中,在定刀架2的盆口上包裹定刀1时,在将定刀1向四周弯折、拉紧并绷紧在定刀架2的盆壁上时,定刀1内侧贴着动刀3将动刀3往下推压,并在动刀3和定刀1之间并形成预压力。
该制造方法工艺简单,制造成本低,该剃刀刀头的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面由一个整体的定刀拉伸后向下包裹而成,平滑工整,贴肤性好,而且避免对定刀1较高刚度要求,使定刀1的厚度可以做到其它工艺结构无法实现的超薄,使剃毛时可以忽略定刀1的厚度的影响,可以一次性的使体毛切除得比较干净。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:包括定刀(1)和用于支撑并固定定刀(1)的定刀架(2),所述定刀(1)为具有柔韧性的柔性金属薄片,所述定刀架(2)为盆形支架,所述定刀(1)以定刀架(2)的盆口边缘为支撑,所述定刀(1)四周向下弯折包裹在定刀架(2)四周的盆壁外侧上并使定刀(1)的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,所述定刀(1)和定刀架(2)之间形成切割内腔(10),所述定刀(1)上设有供体毛进入切割内腔(10)的进毛孔(11),所述切割内腔(10)中位于定刀(1)下方设有能相对定刀(1)前后往复运动进而切断进毛孔(11)内的体毛的动刀(3),所述动刀(3)上设有与进毛孔(11)相对应的并用于切割体毛的切割齿(31),所述往复式剃刀刀头还包括穿过定刀架(2)底部将动刀(3)与电动剃刀的动力装置连接的传动部件(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架(2)的左右盆壁和前后盆壁之间设有使左右盆壁和前后盆壁圆滑过渡连接的圆角(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架(2)上设有用于供切断在切割内腔(10)中的毛发掉出的掉毛孔(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀(1)和定刀架(2)采用能焊接的金属材料制成,且定刀(1) 从四周向下弯折的侧面焊接在定刀架(2)四周的盆壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述进毛孔(11)均匀设在定刀(1)左侧和/或右侧,相邻两个进毛孔(11)之间形成定切割齿(12),所述定刀架(2)的左和/或右盆壁上设有与进毛孔(11)相对应并能供体毛进出切割内腔(10)的进毛槽(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀(1)的顶面和左右两侧面分别成锐角,且顶面和左右两侧面之间形成有圆滑过渡的倒角(R1),该倒角(R1)的高度D<1.0mm。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:左侧和/或右侧所述进毛孔(11)为在左右方向上从外侧向内侧内凹的峡口结构,该峡口结构由连续顺滑曲线组成,且从外侧到中部由宽到窄,从中部到内侧再由窄变宽,其外侧入口处的宽度为L1,中部最窄处的宽度为L2,相对应的切割齿(31)位于中部最窄处的内侧,该峡口结构对应切割齿(31)的外边缘的位置处的宽度为L3,从中部最窄处到对应切割齿(31)的外边缘处的深度为L4,从外侧入口处到对应切割齿(31)的外边缘处的深度为L5,满足如下关系式:L1>L3>L2,且0.1mm≤L2≤0.3mm,0.1mm≤L4≤1mm,L5≤1.2mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架(2)的左右盆壁和前后盆壁在盆口处等高,所述定刀(1)的顶面为平面,所述动刀(3)的顶面为与定刀(1)的底面相配合的平面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种往复式剃刀刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀架(2)的前后盆壁高于左右盆壁,且前后盆壁的顶部为弧形结构并与左右盆壁圆滑过渡,所述定刀(1)的顶面为与前后盆壁相对应的弧面,所述动刀(3)的顶面为与定刀(1)的底面相配合的弧面。
  10. 一种制造权利要求1所述的往复式剃刀刀头的方法,包括以下步骤:
    A、按设计制作好展开状态的定刀(1);
    B、将动刀(3)与传动部件(4)连接并安装在定刀架(2)内;
    C、将定刀(1)向四周拉伸,以定刀架(2)的盆口边缘为支撑,在一定外力作用下将定刀(1)四周向下弯折、拉紧、贴在定刀架(2)四周的盆壁外侧上,并通过焊接或者铆接将定刀(1)绷紧固定在定刀架(2)的盆壁上,使定刀(1)的顶面和靠近顶面的侧面圆滑过渡,将定刀架(2)的上端和盆口从上往西包裹起来,形成皮鼓结构。
