随着生活品质的提高,越来越多的人使用智能马桶盖的冲洗功能对身体进行局部的冲洗清洁。在相关技术中,智能马桶盖能输出温度适宜的温水对人体的下体进行冲洗,并能缓解一些下体疾病的痛苦。
然而,智能马桶盖内的液体流动系统为封闭式结构,不能随意向液体流动系统内投放药剂或其它物品,智能马桶盖输出的液体不能起到治疗的作用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种冲洗系统及智能马桶盖。
具体地,本公开是通过如下技术方案实现的:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供了一种冲洗系统,包括供水装置、连接至所述供水装置的过滤装置及连接至所述过滤装置的喷头组件,所述供水装置输出的液体经所述过滤装置过滤后从所述喷头组件喷出;所述冲洗系统还包括药盒装置,所述药盒装置可拆卸连接于所述过滤装置与所述喷头组件之间,所述药盒装置设有容纳工质的混合空间,所述液体流经混合空间并与所述混合空间内的工质混合,所述液体及工质自所述喷头组件向外喷出。
在一实施例中,所述药盒装置包括药盒主体、设于药盒主体的输出接头和输入接头,所述过滤装置与所述输入接头连接,所述喷头组件与所述输出接头连接,所述混合空间设于所述药盒主体内,所述输出接头和输入接头均设有与所述混合空间连通的通道。
在一实施例中,所述输入接头自所述药盒主体的表面下凹形成,所述过滤装置与所述输入接头插接连接。
在一实施例中,所述输入接头至少部分壁面设为锥面,所述过滤装置至少部分密封抵接于所述锥面。
在一实施例中,所述药盒装置还包括装配于所述输入接头的密封件,至 少部分所述过滤装置插入所述输入接头并抵接于所述密封件。
在一实施例中,所述输出接头自所述药盒主体向外凸出,所述输出接头的结构与所述过滤装置连接至所述药盒主体的接头结构相同。
在一实施例中,至少部分所述药盒主体由透明材料制成。
在一实施例中,所述药盒主体包括基底部和环绕于所述基底部的盖体部,所述输出接头设于所述基底部,所述输出接头设于所述盖体部,至少部分所述盖体部由透明材料制成。
在一实施例中,所述药盒主体设有供药通道,所述供药通道连通至所述混合空间,所述药盒装置还包括可拆卸安装于所述药盒主体的开关件,所述开关件封闭所述供药通道。
在一实施例中,所述药盒装置与所述过滤装置通过连接组件锁定呈一体。
在一实施例中,所述连接组件包括卡箍件和装配于所述卡箍件的锁定件,所述卡箍件箍紧所述药盒装置与所述过滤装置,所述锁定件将所述卡箍件锁定。
在一实施例中,所述过滤装置包括壳体和设于所述壳体内的滤芯件,所述药盒装置固定于所述壳体,所述供水装置输出的液体经所述滤芯件过滤后进入所述药盒装置。
在一实施例中,所述壳体包括管体部、凸设于所述管体部的进水管接头及出水管接头,所述供水装置连接至所述进水管接头,所述出水管接头插接连接至所述药盒装置。
在一实施例中,所述供水装置包括水箱和装配于所述水箱的调温装置,所述调温装置用于调节所述水箱内的液体温度。
在一实施例中,所述供水装置还包括连接至所述水箱的增压组件,所述液体输入水箱并通过所述增压装置输送至所述过滤装置。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供了一种智能马桶盖,包括桶盖组件、控制模块和如上所述的冲洗系统,所述喷头组件装配于所述桶盖组件,所述控制模块控制所述冲洗系统输出液体。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以具有以下有益效果:
在冲洗系统中设置带有混合空间的药盒装置,用户可以根据需求向混合空间中添加液体或粉类工质,以使工质随液体从喷头组件喷洒至相应的位置,喷洒效果好。药盒装置分别于过滤装置及喷头组件可拆卸连接,在不需要使用药盒装置时,即可将药盒装置拆除,过滤装置直接连通至喷头组件,药盒装置的拆装方便,冲洗系统的应用灵活。

如图1所示,冲洗系统100包括供水装置40、连接至供水装置40的过滤装置20及连接至过滤装置20的喷头组件30,供水装置40输出的液体经过滤装置20过滤后从喷头组件30喷出。冲洗系统100还包括药盒装置10,药盒装置10可拆卸连接于过滤装置20与喷头组件30之间。药盒装置10设 有容纳工质的混合空间,液体流经混合空间并与混合空间内的工质混合,液体及工质自喷头组件30向外喷出。
药盒装置10分别与过滤装置20及喷头组件30可拆卸连接。在未安装药盒装置10的情况下,供水装置40向过滤装置20输送液体,该液体可以为常温水、预设温度值的水或其它液态流体。液体经过滤装置20过滤后进入到喷头组件30中,并沿喷头组件30向外喷射。
药盒装置10位于过滤装置20及喷头组件30之间,并通过药盒装置10将过滤装置20及喷头组件30连通,以使药盒装置10构成冲洗系统100的液体流通路径的一部分。供水装置40向过滤装置20输送液体,液体经过滤装置20过滤后进入到药盒装置10的混合空间中。液体进入混合空间中并与混合空间内的工质混合,以使液体形成溶液和/或带有小颗粒的混合液。其中,工质可以液态的流体或粉状颗粒及其它类型形状,例如,工质设为消毒、杀菌用的液体或粉类颗粒。液体与药盒装置10内的工质混合后沿导管进入喷头组件30并沿喷头组件30向外喷射。
在冲洗系统100中设置带有混合空间的药盒装置10,用户可以根据需求向混合空间中添加液体或粉类工质,以使工质随液体从喷头组件30喷洒至相应的位置,喷洒效果好。药盒装置10分别于过滤装置20及喷头组件30可拆卸连接,在不需要使用药盒装置10时,即可将药盒装置10拆除,过滤装置20直接连通至喷头组件30,药盒装置10的拆装方便,冲洗系统100的应用灵活。
如图2所示,在一实施例中,药盒装置10包括药盒主体11、设于药盒主体11的输出接头13和输入接头12,过滤装置20与输入接头12连接,喷头组件30与输出接头13连接。混合空间设于药盒主体11内,输出接头13和输入接头12均设有与混合空间连通的通道。
药盒主体11内设置混合空间,输出接头13和输入接头12与混合空间连通,以使液体能沿输入接头12流入并从输出接头13流出。可选地,混合空间的管径远远大于输出接头13及输入接头12的通道管径,液体能在混合空间内与工质充分混合。在一可选地实施例中,输出接头13自药盒主体11向外凸出,喷头组件30直接或通过导管固定于输出接头13。如,喷头组件30通过导管固定于输出接头13,在导管与输出接头13的连接部位采用连接件锁定。其中,连接件可设为紧固件、环形的卡箍件等。
在一可选地实施例中,输出接头13自药盒主体11向外凸出,输出接头13的结构与过滤装置20连接至药盒主体11的接头结构相同。输出接头13与过滤装置20连接至药盒主体11的接头结构相同,当药盒装置10从冲洗系 统100上拆除后,喷头组件30能直接固定于过滤装置20的接头上,装配尺寸相同,统配性好。
在一可选地实施方式中,输出接头13设为环形管状结构,输出接头13包括凸设于药盒主体11的导管部131及自管体部211表面凸出的凸环部132,导管部131的外径小于凸环部132的最大外径。可选地,凸环部132的端面设为锥形面。喷头组件30套设于输出接头13外并通过连接件卡箍于导管部131,以使喷头组件30与输出接头13紧密连接且两者的连接部位密封。
如图3所示,在一可选地实施例中,输入接头12自药盒主体11的表面下凹形成,过滤装置20与输入接头12插接连接。过滤装置20与药盒主体11插接连接,以使过滤装置20与药盒主体11的混合空间连通。输入接头12设为凹槽结构,过滤装置20设有凸台状的接头结构,过滤装置20插接连接至输入接头12,两者定位准确,装配方便。
在一可选地实施例中,输入接头12至少部分壁面设为锥面,过滤装置20至少部分密封抵接于锥面。输入接头12设有沉孔状结构,其中,在输出接头13的部分壁面设置呈锥面,过滤装置20的接头结构插接输入接头12并与锥面密封连接,过滤装置20的对中性高,密封效果好。
例如,输入接头12包括大孔部121、锥孔部122及小孔部123,锥孔部122设有锥面。大孔部121的孔径大于或等于锥孔部122的最大孔径,小孔部123的孔径小于或等于锥孔部122的最小孔径。其中,小孔部123与混合空间连通。过滤装置20的接头结构沿大孔部121插入并抵接至锥孔部122的壁面并与锥孔部122的接触面密封,以使过滤装置20通过小孔部123连通至混合空间。
在一可选地实施例中,药盒装置10还包括装配于输入接头12的密封件16,至少部分过滤装置20插入输入接头12并抵接于密封件16。
密封件16由弹性材料制成,如橡胶等弹性材料制成。密封件16的形状设为薄壁结构并贴合于输出接头13的壁面处。当过滤装置20的接头结构插接连接至输入结构时,过滤装置20的接头结构抵接于密封件16并推动密封件16弹性形变,以使过滤装置20与密封件16之间的接触面积密封连接,过滤装置20输出的液体能完全进入到药盒装置10中,避免液体渗漏,密封效果好。
在一实施例中,至少部分药盒主体11由透明材料制成。药盒主体11需要添加工质,以使液体与工质混合。至少部分药盒主体11由透明材料构成,能方便用户观察添加工质的量及工质与液体的混合情况,观察方便。例如,药盒主体11由玻璃、塑料等透明材料制成。
在一可选地实施例中,药盒主体11包括基底部111和环绕于基底部111 的盖体部112,输出接头13设于基底部111,输出接头13设于盖体部112。至少部分盖体部112由透明材料制成。
基底部111与盖体部112可采用相同材料制成或者不同材料制成,混合空间位于基底部111与盖体部112的合围空间内。在一可选地实施方式中,基底部111与盖体部112一体成型。在一可选地实施方式中,或者盖体部112采用二次成型工艺成型于基底部111。在一可选地实施方式中,基底部111与盖体部112设为两个独立部件,并通过胶结剂胶结连接、螺旋连接及其他连接方式连接呈一体。至少部分盖体部112由透明材料制成,可以使得用户通过盖体部112观察混合空间内的工质及工质与液体的混合情况。
在一可选地实施方式中,基底部111设为板状结构,输入接头12设于基底部111的中心部位。具体地,输入接头12自基底部111的表面凹形并贯穿基底部111。盖体部112呈环形结构,其包括管状的环形壁及封闭于环形壁一端的封顶壁,输出接头13凸设于封顶壁。基底部111封闭于环形壁的另一端,以使药盒主体11形成一混合空间。
如图1至图3所示,在一可选地实施例中,药盒主体11设有供药通道14,供药通道14连通至混合空间。药盒装置10还包括可拆卸安装于药盒主体11的开关件15,开关件15封闭供药通道14。
药盒主体11设为整体结构,混合空间设于药盒主体11内。在药盒主体11上设置与外界连通的供药通道14,用于向混合空间内输送液态或粉状的工质,工质的添加方便。开关件15封闭于供药通道14,以使混合空间内的液体仅能通过输出接口向外输出,液体的导流效果好。
在一可选地实施例中,药盒主体11包括凸设于药盒主体11的供药管,供药通道14设于供药管内并延伸至混合空间。开关件15设为盖设于供药管的管盖,管盖封闭于供药管的开口处。可选地,管盖与供药管采用螺旋连接。
在一实施例中,药盒装置10与过滤装置20通过连接组件50锁定呈一体。药盒装置10抵靠至过滤装置20,以使药盒装置10与过滤装置20相互贴合。连接组件50卡箍于药盒装置10与过滤装置20的结合部位处,以使药盒装置10固定于过滤装置20上,以使过滤装置20输出的液体能进入到药盒装置10中。并且,药盒装置10与过滤装置20固定呈一体,有利于过滤装置20及药盒装置10的固定和安装,装配方便。
在一可选地实施例中,连接组件50包括卡箍件51和装配于卡箍件51的锁定件52,卡箍件51箍紧药盒装置10与过滤装置20,锁定件52将卡箍件51锁定。
卡箍件51设为带状或环状结构卡箍于药盒装置10与过滤装置20的结合部位,锁定件52锁定卡箍件51的两端,以使卡箍件51箍紧药盒装置10与 过滤装置20的结合部位。在一可选地实施方式中,锁定件52枢接连接卡箍件51上,在锁定件52上设有凸轮部,转动锁定件52以使卡箍件51收拢并卡箍于药盒装置10与过滤装置20的结合部位。在一可选地实施方式中,卡箍件51呈U形结构,锁定件52螺旋连接于卡箍件51的两端,以使卡箍件51将药盒装置10与过滤装置20锁定呈一体。
如图4所示,在一实施例中,过滤装置20包括壳体21和设于壳体21内的滤芯件22,药盒装置10固定于壳体21,供水装置40输出的液体经滤芯件22过滤后进入药盒装置10。
滤芯件22用于过滤流经过滤装置20的液体,以使输出过滤装置20的液体内的杂质少。例如,滤芯件22设为超滤膜滤芯,过滤精度高,输出的水质好。壳体21设为刚性结构,其内设有安装空间,滤芯件22安装于该安装空间内。
在一可选地实施例中,壳体21包括管体部211、凸设于管体部211的进水管接头213及出水管接头212,供水装置40连接至进水管接头213,出水管接头212插接连接至药盒装置10。
壳体21设有进水管接头213及出水管接头212,在一可选地实施例中,出水管接头212设于管体部211的端部,进水管接头213设于管体部211的侧壁处。供水装置40输出的液体自进水管接头213向管体部211内滤芯件22方向流动,并经滤芯件22过滤后从出水管接头212输出,液体与滤芯件22的接触面积大,滤芯件22的过滤效果好。经滤芯件22过滤后的液体输送至药盒装置10中,以使液体混合药盒装置10内的工质,清洁效果好,卫生状况好。
如图1所示,在一实施例中,供水装置40包括水箱41和装配于水箱41的调温装置,调温装置用于调节水箱41内的液体温度。水箱41连接至水源,如储水容器、自来水管路等水源处,水箱41内设有容纳空间,液体充满整个容纳空间。水箱41通过导管连接至过滤装置20,以使液体能流入过滤装置20。
调温装置装配于水箱41上,其中,调温装置的发热部分设于容纳空间内,导电部分设于水箱41外。在一可选地实施例中,发热部分设为加热管,加热管所水箱41内的通道弯曲分布。如加热管设为U字形等。
调温装置通过加热以改变水箱41内液体的温度,使得流入过滤装置20及药盒装置10的液体温度适宜,提高用户使用的舒适度。同时,适宜的液体温度还可有效溶解及混合药盒装置10内的工质,提高工质与液体的混合均匀度,舒适性好。
在一可选地实施例中,供水装置40还包括连接至水箱41的增压组件42, 液体输入水箱41并通过增压装置输送至过滤装置20。
水箱41与水源连接,并通过水源的水压驱动液体流动。在供水装置40设置增压装置可以提高液体的输出压力,使得液体的压力可调性好,对水源的水压要求小。可选地,增压组件42可设为水泵等增压设备,液体经增压组件42增压后输入到过滤装置20中。
在一实施例中,喷头组件30设有控制阀31、连接至控制阀31的喷头件32,控制阀31能与药盒装置10或过滤装置20连接。液体流入到控制阀31中,控制阀31通过控制信号开启或关闭喷头件32,以使液体向外输出或停止,控制方便。可选地,喷头件32可伸缩,以调节喷口的位置。可选地,喷头件32固定于预设位置。
如图5所示,将上述实施例提供的冲洗系统100应用于智能马桶盖中,以使智能马桶盖在满足自动冲洗的情况下,还能通过向药盒装置10中添加工质以改善下体的冲洗状况。
在一实施例中,智能马桶盖包括桶盖组件200、控制模块300和如上述实施例提供的冲洗系统100,喷头组件30装配于桶盖组件200,控制模块300控制冲洗系统100输出液体。
冲洗系统100装配于桶盖组件200内,其中,供水装置40通过导管连接至水源处。喷头组件30安装于桶盖组件200的预设位置,以使喷头组件30喷射的液体能沿桶盖组件200向外喷射并冲洗用户的下体部位。
药盒装置10可拆卸安装于桶盖组件200内,用户向药盒装置10中添加工质后,喷头组件30输出的液体中混合有工质。该液体冲击在用户的下体部位,能对用户进行消毒、杀菌等功效,用户体验好。在不使用药盒装置10时,可以将药盒装置10拆除,过滤装置20直接与喷头组件30连接,液体输送效果好,使用方便。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种冲洗系统,其特征在于,包括供水装置、连接至所述供水装置的过滤装置及连接至所述过滤装置的喷头组件,所述供水装置输出的液体经所述过滤装置过滤后从所述喷头组件喷出;所述冲洗系统还包括药盒装置,所述药盒装置可拆卸连接于所述过滤装置与所述喷头组件之间,所述药盒装置设有容纳工质的混合空间,所述液体流经混合空间并与所述混合空间内的工质混合,所述液体及工质自所述喷头组件向外喷出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述药盒装置包括药盒主体、设于药盒主体的输出接头和输入接头,所述过滤装置与所述输入接头连接,所述喷头组件与所述输出接头连接,所述混合空间设于所述药盒主体内,所述输出接头和输入接头均设有与所述混合空间连通的通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述输入接头自所述药盒主体的表面下凹形成,所述过滤装置与所述输入接头插接连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述输入接头至少部分壁面设为锥面,所述过滤装置至少部分密封抵接于所述锥面。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述药盒装置还包括装配于所述输入接头的密封件,至少部分所述过滤装置插入所述输入接头并抵接于所述密封件。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述输出接头自所述药盒主体向外凸出,所述输出接头的结构与所述过滤装置连接至所述药盒主体的接头结构相同。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,至少部分所述药盒主体由透明材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述药盒主体包括基底部和环绕于所述基底部的盖体部,所述输出接头设于所述基底部,所述输出接头设于所述盖体部,至少部分所述盖体部由透明材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述药盒主体设有供药通道,所述供药通道连通至所述混合空间,所述药盒装置还包括可拆卸安装于所述药盒主体的开关件,所述开关件封闭所述供药通道。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述药盒装置与所述过滤装置通过连接组件锁定呈一体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括卡箍件和装配于所述卡箍件的锁定件,所述卡箍件箍紧所述药盒装置与所述过滤装置,所述锁定件将所述卡箍件锁定。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括壳体和设于所述壳体内的滤芯件,所述药盒装置固定于所述壳体,所述供水装置输出的液体经所述滤芯件过滤后进入所述药盒装置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述壳体包括管体部、凸设于所述管体部的进水管接头及出水管接头,所述供水装置连接至所述进水管接头,所述出水管接头插接连接至所述药盒装置。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述供水装置包括水箱和装配于所述水箱的调温装置,所述调温装置用于调节所述水箱内的液体温度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的冲洗系统,其特征在于,所述供水装置还包括连接至所述水箱的增压组件,所述液体输入水箱并通过所述增压装置输送至所述过滤装置。
  16. 一种智能马桶盖,其特征在于,包括桶盖组件、控制模块和如权利要求1至15任一项所述的冲洗系统,所述喷头组件装配于所述桶盖组件,所述控制模块控制所述冲洗系统输出液体。
