Provided is a hydropathic apparatus for the large intestine and an auto bidet having the same. Among above, the said hydropathic apparatus for the large intestine comprises a mainframe, a conduit and an operation panel electrically connecting with the said mainframe which controls the current treatment and using mode. The said mainframe has a filtration unit, a heater proceeding to heat the current and a voltage regulator proceeding to pressurize the current. The conduit conducts the preprocessed by the mainframe in advance out to provide the usage for the hydropathy. This invention can be connected with the present water supply system and processes the water for hydropathy in advance to form the water with higher quality and clarity, which can ensure the safety for use and decrease the hazard of users' discomfort and even infection.
