以下基于实施例对本发明进行描述,但是本发明并不仅仅限于这些实施例。在下文对本发明的细节描述中,详尽描述了一些特定的细节部分。
此外,本领域普通技术人员应当理解,在此提供的附图都是为了说明的目的,并且附图不一定是按比例绘制的。
除非上下文明确要求,否则整个说明书和权利要求书中的“包括”、“包含”等类似词语应当解释为包含的含义而不是排他或穷举的含义;也就是说,是“包括但不限于”的含义。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。此外,在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
参照图1-图10所示,本发明的一种可拆卸电器电保护结构,在电器处于拆卸状态时实现电保护。所述电器例如可以是冷风扇,所述电保护结构包括接近开关1,所述接近开关1串联到所述电器内部的电路上,所述接近开关1包括磁控元件(图中未示出),所述电保护结构包括设置在所述电器上的可拆卸件2,所述可拆卸件2上设置有磁性元件4。所述可拆卸件2处于安装状态时,所述磁性元件4靠近所述磁控元件使得所述接近开关1处于导通状态,所述可拆卸件2处于拆卸状态时,所述磁性元件4远离所述磁控元件使得所述接近开关1处于断开状态,所述可拆卸件2处于拆卸状态时,所述接近开关1将电器内部的电路关闭,所 述电路关闭例如可以是使得整机不工作或者使得电机不工作,进而避免了安全事故,提高了可拆卸电器电保护结构的安全性。
所述接近开关1包括安装部11,如图4所示,用于固定所述接近开关1,所述接近开关1设置在壳体3的风道35处,所述接近开关1还包括本体12,所述安装部11位于所述本体12的一侧,所述本体12的一侧设置用于与所述电器内部的电路连接的接线13,如此,当所述接近开关1安装在所述电器的内部后,可以实现和电器内部的电路连接。
所述安装部11为板状,如图4所示,所述板状的安装部11上设置有定位孔111,所述电器包括壳体3,所述壳体3的内侧壁上设置有定位柱31,如图3所示,所述接近开关1通过所述定位柱31和所述定位孔111的配合预定位在所述壳体3上,以方便所述接近开关1的安装。
在定位柱31的外侧壁上设置有加强筋311,如图3所示,所述加强筋311的一侧连接所述定位柱31,所述加强筋311的另一侧连接所述壳体3的内侧壁,如此,使得所述定位柱31的安装强度可靠。
所述壳体3的内侧壁上设置有安装柱32,如图3所示,所述安装柱32与所述壳体3的内侧壁优选呈90度设置,所述安装柱32和所述定位柱31设置在所述壳体3的同一内侧壁上,所述安装柱32上优选设置有螺纹孔321,所述安装部11上设置有安装孔112,如图4所示,优选地,所述安装孔112和所述定位孔111设置在所述本体12的一侧,预定位在所述壳体3上的接近开关1通过同时设置在所述安装柱32的螺纹孔321和安装孔112上的紧固件固定在所述壳体3上。
所述安装柱32的外侧壁上设置有加强筋322,如图3所示,所述加强筋322的一侧与所述安装柱32的侧壁相连,所述加强筋322的另一侧与所述壳体3的内侧壁相连,如此,使得所述安装柱32的安装强度可靠。
所述可拆卸件2上设置有凹槽21,如图5-图8所示,所述磁性元件4设置在所述凹槽21中,如图1和图2所示,所述凹槽21优选设置成开口向上,所述磁性元件4从如图5的上方往下装入所述凹槽21中,所述凹槽21优选设置在所述可拆卸件2的顶部,如此,更方便安装所述磁性元件4。
所述凹槽21的侧壁上设置有沿所述磁性元件4的插入方向延伸的筋 条211,如图6和图7所示,所述磁性元件4的插入方向指从上往下,筋条211用于在所述凹槽21的周向上对所述磁性元件4进行限位,如图1所示,所述筋条211的靠近所述凹槽21的开口处的一端设置成斜面2111,如图7所示,沿所述磁性元件4的安装方向,所述斜面2111逐渐从所述凹槽21的外部向内部倾斜,如此,在所述磁性元件4安装在所述凹槽21的过程中,所述斜面2111对所述磁性元件4的安装进行导向,进而使得所述磁性元件4的安装更加方便快捷。
所述凹槽21的侧壁上设置有限位结构212,如图5-图7所示,用于在所述磁性元件4的插入方向上对所述磁性元件4进行限位,进而避免所述磁性元件4从所述凹槽21中出来,保障所述接近开关1的可靠工作。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述凹槽21的与所述接近开关1相对的侧壁上设置有孔213,如图6和图7所示,所述限位结构212包括弹性止挡结构,所述弹性止挡结构的一端设置在所述孔213上方的所述凹槽21上,另一端为自由端并向下延伸,所述弹性止挡结构包括向所述凹槽21的内侧延伸的止挡部2121,当所述磁性元件4插入所述凹槽21时,挤压所述弹性止挡结构使所述弹性止挡结构向远离所述凹槽21的方向摆动,即,将所述弹性止挡结构向孔的方向挤压,当所述磁性元件4安装到位时,所述弹性止挡结构在自身弹力下复位,使得所述止挡部2121的至少一部分位于所述磁性元件4的上方,如图1所示,如此,所述磁性元件4无法从所述凹槽21的开口处出来,进而使得所述可拆卸件2处于安装状态时,所述接近开关1能够使得所述电器内部的电路正常可靠运行,不会因所述磁性元件4和所述接近开关1之间的磁感应断开而导致所述电器内部电路未接通,进而使得所述电器无法正常工作。优选地,所述弹性止挡结构还包括连接部2122,所述连接部2122的一端与所述凹槽21相连,另一端与所述止挡部2121相连,所述连接部2122的内侧设置有加强部2123,所述加强部2123能够增加所述弹性止挡结构的弹性和强度。
所述可拆卸件2的内侧设置有卡扣221,如图5所示,所述壳体3的外侧设置有与所述卡扣221配合的卡槽33,如图9所示,所述卡槽33由相对设置的两个卡件331形成,如图10所示,在安装状态下,所述卡 扣221嵌入两个所述卡件331之间,优选地,每个所述卡件331相对另一个所述卡件331的一侧面上都设置有凸出部3311,以使得所述卡扣221和所述卡槽33之间的卡接更加可靠。所述可拆卸件2通过所述卡扣221和所述卡槽33的配合安装在所述壳体3上,所述可拆卸件2和所述壳体3之间实现卡扣连接,卡扣连接使得所述可拆卸件2和所述壳体3之间的连接方便可靠。可以理解,所述可拆卸件2的内侧也可以设置成卡槽,所述壳体3的外侧对应的设置成与所述卡槽配合的卡扣,如此,所述可拆卸件2和所述壳体3之间也可以实现卡扣连接,进而使得所述可拆卸件2和所述壳体3的连接方便可靠。
所述壳体3的下部呈框型结构34,如图9所示,所述框型结构34的下框上设置有槽/孔结构341,“/”的意思是槽结构或者孔结构341,所述可拆卸件2的底侧设置有与所述槽/孔结构341配合的柱结构222,如图8所示,所述可拆卸件2通过卡扣221和卡槽33的配合与所述槽/孔结构341和柱结构222的配合安装在所述壳体3上。安装时,先将所述槽/孔结构341和柱结构222装配,再将所述卡扣221和所述卡槽33装配,进而实现所述可拆卸件2和所述壳体3的快速可靠连接。优选地,所述可拆卸件2上的卡扣221或者卡槽设置在所述可拆卸件2的中上部,所述壳体3上的与所述可拆卸件2的卡扣221或者所述卡槽配合的卡槽33或者卡扣设置在所述壳体3的相应位置,所述磁性元件4设置在所述可拆卸件的上部,这样可以使得所述磁性元件4在将所述可拆卸件2按压安装在所述壳体3上时最后靠近所述接近开关1,进而使得所述接近开关1接通所述电器内部的电路,进一步增加所述电器的安全性。优选地,所述下框上设置有凹部342,如图9所示,所述槽/孔结构341设置在凹部342处,如此,一方面方便结构的定位,另一方面,当槽/孔结构341设置为孔时,还方便落入凹部342内的水由孔排出。
所述可拆卸件2为设置在所述壳体3上的湿帘组件22,所述湿帘组件22和所述壳体3之间可拆卸连接。
所述湿帘组件22包括湿帘支架223和设置在所述湿帘支架223上的湿帘224,如图5所示,所述湿帘支架223上设置所述柱结构222,如图8所示,将所述柱结构222构造成管状,用于防止流入所述湿帘224的 水溅出,如此,所述柱结构一方面使得所述湿帘支架223和所述壳体3之间可靠的连接在一起,另一方面避免了流入所述湿帘224的水溅出,消除了溅水噪音,避免设置两个结构,使得所述湿帘支架223的结构更加简单。
所述湿帘支架223上设置有挡片36和挡筋37,如图5和图8所示,所述挡片36设置在湿帘支架223的两侧,所述挡筋37设置在湿帘支架的下侧,所述湿帘224通过所述挡片36和挡筋37安装在湿帘支架223上。
本发明的一种气体处理设备,所述气体处理设备例如可以是冷风扇,所述气体处理设备包括上述可拆卸电器电保护结构,具有很高的安全性。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域技术人员而言,本发明可以有各种改动和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可拆卸电器电保护结构,在电器处于拆卸状态时实现电保护,其特征在于,所述电保护结构包括接近开关,所述接近开关串联到所述电器内部的电路上,所述接近开关包括磁控元件,所述电保护结构包括设置在所述电器上的可拆卸件,所述可拆卸件上设置有磁性元件;
    所述可拆卸件处于安装状态时,所述磁性元件靠近所述磁控元件使得所述接近开关处于导通状态;
    所述可拆卸件处于拆卸状态时,所述磁性元件远离所述磁控元件使得所述接近开关处于断开状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述接近开关包括安装部,所述安装部上设置有定位孔,所述电器包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有定位柱,所述接近开关通过所述定位柱和所述定位孔的配合预定位在所述壳体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有安装柱,所述安装柱上设置有安装孔,预定位在所述壳体上的接近开关通过设置在所述安装柱和安装孔上的紧固件固定在所述壳体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述可拆卸件上设置有凹槽,所述磁性元件设置在所述凹槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述凹槽的侧壁上设置有沿所述磁性元件的插入方向延伸的筋条,用于在所述凹槽的周向上对所述磁性元件进行限位。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述凹槽的侧壁上设置有限位结构,用于在所述磁性元件的插入方向上对 所述磁性元件进行限位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述凹槽的与所述接近开关相对的侧壁上设置有孔,所述限位结构包括弹性止挡结构,所述弹性止挡结构的一端设置在所述孔上方的所述凹槽侧壁上,另一端为自由端并向下延伸,所述弹性止挡结构包括向所述凹槽的内侧延伸的止挡部,当所述磁性元件插入所述凹槽时,挤压所述弹性止挡结构使所述弹性止挡结构向远离所述凹槽的方向摆动,当所述磁性元件安装到位时,所述弹性止挡结构在自身弹力下复位,使得所述止挡部的至少一部分位于所述磁性元件的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述可拆卸件的内侧设置有卡扣或卡槽,所述壳体的外侧设置有与所述卡扣或卡槽配合的卡槽或卡扣,所述可拆卸件通过所述卡扣和所述卡槽的配合安装在所述壳体上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述壳体的下部呈框型结构,所述框型结构的下框上设置有槽/孔结构或柱结构,所述可拆卸件的底侧设置有与所述槽/孔结构或柱结构配合的柱结构或槽/孔结构,所述可拆卸件通过卡扣和卡槽的配合与所述槽/孔结构和柱结构的配合安装在所述壳体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述可拆卸件为设置在所述壳体上的湿帘组件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构,其特征在于,所述湿帘组件包括湿帘支架和设置在所述湿帘支架上的湿帘,所述湿帘支架上设置所述柱结构,所述柱结构构造成管状,用于防止流入所述湿帘的水溅出。
  12. 一种气体处理设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的可拆卸电器电保护结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的气体处理设备,其特征在于,所述气体处理设备为冷风扇。
