具体使用时,首先对排出的废气进行处理,其过程如下:工业生产中的废气排放到吸附脱附装置中,吸附脱附装置对气体内的有害气体进行一次过滤, 接着气体通过过滤组件流入到过滤箱内;接着由过滤箱内的活性炭吸附器进行净化,然后气体流入到高温裂解炉中进行高温处理,将废气内的有害物质进行清除,接着通过进气口流入到换热器内;同时废水处理机构也在工作,废水通过废水进水口进入到沉淀池中,沉淀池将废水进行初步的沉淀,接着沉淀后的纯水通过溢流管流入到第一过滤箱后,先经由第一过滤箱内的磁性过滤网进行过滤大颗粒,以及一些能被磁性过滤网吸附的材质,再通过活性炭过滤器进行再次过滤;最后由联通管流入到第二过滤箱内,通过石英砂过滤器进行最后的过滤,过滤后的水通过排水管排入到水箱内,再通过进水口流入到换热器内。
当废气和废水进入到热交换器中时,两者之间进行热交换,高温的水通过排水口进入到对应的热水箱内,热水箱内的水可以用作其它用途,清洗或者洗碗均可;而同时气体通过排废气管直接排出。
具体的,由于过滤组件设置在本装置的前段,这样过滤组件内的杂质较多,容易被堵塞住,所以需要及时对过滤组件进行清洗:首先开启控制开关,使电磁铁失电,接着升降气缸开启,使得两个电磁铁均远离电磁环,接着手动将过滤组件取出,然后将第一进气管和第二进气管分离开来,再分别将第一过滤网和第二过滤网取出进行清洗或者更换,这样不但省力方便,同时清洗效果好。
进一步的,所述排废气管9内还设有磁性滤网12,从而可以对排出的气体进行进一步的过滤。
本发明的废水和废气的处理装置,结构简单,操作方便省力,能自动将废气进行多步的过滤和净化,保证最后排出的气体环保,降低了环境的污染,同时能将废水进行预处理,然后通过换热器对废水和废气进行热交换,废气直接排出,而将废水变成热水,便于将热水用在其它地方,满足了实际的使用需求。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种废水和废气的处理装置,其特征在于:包括封闭式涂漆房、吸附脱附装置、过滤组件、过滤箱、活性炭吸附器、出气管路、高温裂解炉、换热器、水箱、废水处理机构、排废气管、出水管和储水机构;所述封闭式涂漆房与吸附脱附装置相连通;所述吸附脱附装置通过过滤组件与过滤箱的上部相连通;所述过滤箱内的下部设有活性炭吸附器;所述过滤箱下部的一侧设有出气管路,出气管路的另一端与高温裂解炉相连通;所述高温裂解炉与换热器的进气口相连通,且换热器的进水口上连通有水箱,上述水箱与废水处理机构相连;所述换热器的出气口和排水口上分别连通有排废气管和出水管;所述出水管与储水机构相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的废水和废气的处理装置,其特征在于:所述过滤组件包括两个螺纹连接的第一进气管和第二进气管,且上述两个进气管一端分别插入到吸附脱附装置和过滤箱内;所述第一进气管上位于吸附脱附装置一侧表面嵌设有磁铁环;所述磁铁环的上下两端分别设有电磁铁,电磁铁上端与位于吸附脱附装置侧壁上的升降气缸相连;所述吸附脱附装置一侧还设有控制开关,用于控制电磁铁得失电;所述第一进气管和第二进气管内分别设有可拆卸的第一滤网和第二滤网。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的废水和废气的处理装置,其特征在于:所述储水机构包括基板、承载板和热水箱;所述基板上设有可转动的承载板,承载板上设有多个热水箱;所述出水管为可伸缩的管子。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的废水和废气的处理装置,其特征在于:所述废水处理机构包括沉淀池、溢流管、第一过滤箱、磁性过滤网、活性炭过滤器、联接管、第二过滤箱、石英砂过滤器和排水管;所述沉淀池的一侧设有废水进水口,另一侧通过溢流管与第一过滤箱相连通;所述第一过滤箱内设有上下设置 的磁性过滤网和活性炭过滤器;所述第一过滤箱的底部通过联接管与第二过滤箱的底部相连通;所述第二过滤箱内设有石英砂过滤器;所述第二过滤箱内位于石英砂过滤器的上端设有排水管;所述排水管与水箱相连;所述沉淀池的下端设有排污口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的废水和废气的处理装置,其特征在于:所述排废气管内还设有磁性滤网。
