由于出水通道12直接与外界大气连接,压力远远小于进水通道13内的压力,当进水通道13与出水通道12连通后,高压水会向低压方向流动,当进水通道13与出水通道12内部的压力相等时完成泄压工作;此时,封堵部21在弹性件22的弹力作用下再一次压设在连通口11处,活动件20恢复到初始状态;当进水通道13内部压力再一次升高后,可以反复进行泄压。
如图6所示,在一些示例中,出水通道12内设有限位腔18,限位腔18环绕连通口11设置,以促使进水通道13与出水通道12通过限位腔18连接。封堵部21适于在限位 腔18内活动,以避免封堵部21在初始状态和泄压状态切换时,偏离连通口11,导致无法封堵连通口11而造成泄压装置100失效。
具体地,出水通道12内设有限位凸环,限位凸环环绕连通口11,以促使进水通道13与出水通道12通过限位凸环连接,同时在连通口11处形成环绕其的限位腔18。
在进一步的示例中,封堵部21形成柱状,限位腔18也形成柱状,限位腔18的轴向长度大于封堵部21的轴向长度,进一步保证封堵部21在活动时始终位于限位腔18内,而不会偏离连通口11,避免了连通口11无法被封堵而导致泄压装置100分流失效。
根据本发明的一个实施例,外壳10内设有隔板19,连通口11设置在隔板19上,隔板19可以将进水通道13和出水通道12隔开,使得进水通道13和出水通道12互不导通,从而实现泄压装置100的分流。
如图5所示,在一些示例中,活动件20的朝向隔板19的一端设有密封件40,当活动件20移动时,密封件40随活动件20同步移动,当活动件20处于初始状态时、活动件20封堵连通口11,此时密封件40与隔板19止抵连接,从而保证连通口11处的密封性,避免出水通道12与进水通道13在该状态下导通,影响泄压装置100的分流效果。
根据本发明的一个实施例,外壳10包括:壳体14,端盖17,进水通道13和出水通道12形成在壳体14内,且壳体14具有与出水通道12连通的开口,端盖17通过螺钉可拆卸地设置在开口处,端盖17用于打开和关闭开口,活动件20安装在端盖17的朝向壳体14的一侧。由于泄压装置100长时间使用,泄压装置100内部会沉积一定的杂质,通过设置端盖17,当拆卸端盖17上的螺钉,取出端盖17和活动件20后,可以对泄压装置100内部进行清洗,拆卸方便、清洗简单且效果好,进而可以提高泄压装置100的分流和泄压性能。
根据本发明的一个实施例,外壳10包括:第一罩壳15和第二罩壳16,第一罩壳15和第二罩壳16密封连接,从而可以限定出出水通道12和进水通道13,其中,出水通道12和/或进水通道13的一部分位于第一罩壳15内,出水通道12和/或进水通道13的另一部分位于第二罩壳16内。
具体地,第一罩壳15和第二罩壳16采用固定连接的方式,从而形成封闭的空腔,通过在空腔内设置多个隔板19,使外壳10内形成出水通道12和进水通道13,实现泄压装置100的分流。
根据本发明的一个实施例,进水通道13和活动件20分别包括多个,且进水通道13的数量大于或者等于活动件20的数量。
如图2所示,泄压装置100内具有两个活动件,两个活动件20上下排布,并且两个活动件20相互独立不受影响,一个活动件20将一个进水通道13与出水通道12连通 或封堵,另一个活动件20将另一个进水通道13与出水通道12连通或封堵,从而可以实现两个进水通道13的泄压。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置,包括根据本发明实施例的泄压装置,通过采用上述泄压装置100,减少了衣物处理装置内泄压装置100的使用数量,提高了空间利用率,同时保证了在内部气压增大时可以及时泄压,避免了零部件损坏的情况,提高了衣物处理装置的使用寿命,用户体验好。
下面结合图1-图6描述根据本发明的衣物处理装置的一个具体的实施例。
衣物处理装置限定有衣物处理腔,衣物处理腔具有三个进水接口和一个排水接口以及一个泄压装置100,泄压装置100包括外壳10和两个活动件20。
外壳10包括壳体14和端盖17,壳体14内具有隔板19,隔板19将壳体14的内腔分隔成出水通道12和三个进水通道13,三个进水通道13的一端分别水源连接,三个进水通道13的另一端与进水接口一一对应连接,以将水源的水引入衣物处理腔内,出水通道12的一端与排水接口连接,出水通道12的另一端与外界连通,以将衣物处理腔内的水排出。出水通道12的一部分沿前后方向延伸,另一部分沿上下方向延伸;同样,每个进水通道13的一部分沿前后方向延伸,另一部分沿上下方向延伸。
出水通道12内设有限位凸环,该限位凸环限定出限位腔18,限位凸环的一端与隔板19固定连接,且该限位凸环围绕的隔板19上设有连通口11,该连通口11可以将出水流道12和一个进水流道13连通。
活动件20位于出水通道12内,每个活动件20均包括封堵部21和弹性件22,弹性件22的一端与端盖17固定连接,另一端与封堵部21固定连接,弹性件22可以带动封堵部21沿水平方向(如图5中所示的左右方向)移动,封堵部21远离弹性件22的一端还设有密封件40。
初始状态时,封堵部21在弹性件22的弹力作用下,带动密封件40右移并压设在隔板19上,使得隔板19两侧的进水通道13和出水通道12不连通。外界水源分别可以通过三个进水通道13进入衣物处理腔,衣物处理腔内的废水通过出水通道12排出。
当一个进水通道13内部水压升高,直至该水压大于弹性件22的弹力时,水压推动封堵部21克服弹性件22的弹力向左移动,从而使得进水通道13和出水通道12连通,进水通道13内的高压水会向出水通道12内流动,实现泄压。
当进水通道13与出水通道12内部的压力相等时完成泄压工作,此时,封堵部21在弹性件22的弹力作用下再一次右移,使得密封件40再次压设在隔板19上,活动件20恢复到初始状态;当进水通道13内部压力再一次升高后,可以反复进行上述泄压。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员 而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (12)
- 一种泄压装置(100),包括:外壳(10),所述外壳(10)内具有出水通道(12)和多个进水通道(13),所述出水通道(12)与至少一个所述进水通道(13)之间设有连通口(11);活动件(20),所述活动件(20)设于所述出水通道(12)且在初始状态与泄压状态之间切换,当所述活动件(20)处于所述初始状态时、封堵所述连通口(11)以使该进水通道(13)和所述出水通道(12)不连通,当所述活动件(20)处于所述泄压状态时打开所述连通口(11)以使该进水通道(13)和所述出水通道(12)连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的泄压装置(100),所述活动件(20)被构造成在所述进水通道(13)内的压力大于预定压力时、打开所述连通口(11)以利用所述出水通道(12)进行泄压。
- 根据权利要求1所述的泄压装置(100),所述活动件(20)包括:封堵部(21),用于打开和封堵所述连通口(11);弹性件(22),所述弹性件(22)与所述封堵部(21)连接,且当所述活动件(20)处于所述初始状态时,所述封堵部(21)被所述弹性件(22)压设在所述连通口(11)处以封堵所述连通口(11),当所述活动件(20)处于所述泄压状态时,所述封堵部(21)打开所述连通口(11)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的泄压装置(100),当所述进水通道(13)内的压力大于所述弹性件(22)的弹力时,所述封堵部(21)在所述进水通道(13)内的水压作用下活动以打开所述连通口(11)。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的泄压装置(100),所述出水通道(12)内设有环绕所述连通口(11)的限位腔(8),所述封堵部(21)适于在所述限位腔(8)内活动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的泄压装置(100),所述封堵部(21)形成柱状,所述限位腔(18)的轴向长度大于所述封堵部(21)的轴向长度。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的泄压装置(100),所述外壳(10)内设有隔板(19),用于将所述进水通道(13)和所述出水通道(12)隔开,所述连通口(11)设于所述隔板(19)上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的泄压装置(100),所述活动件(20)的朝向所述隔板(19)的一端设有密封件(40),当所述活动件(20)处于所述初始状态时、所述活动件(20)封堵所述连通口(11)且所述密封件(40)止抵所述隔板(19)。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的泄压装置(100),所述外壳(10)包括:壳体(14),所述进水通道(13)和所述出水通道(12)形成在所述壳体(14)内,且所述壳体(14)具有与所述出水通道(12)连通的开口;端盖(17),所述端盖(17)可拆卸地设于所述开口处,用于打开和关闭所述开口,所述活动件(20)安装于所述端盖(17)的朝向所述壳体(14)的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的泄压装置(100),所述外壳(10)包括:第一罩壳(15)和第二罩壳(16),所述第一罩壳(15)和所述第二罩壳(16)密封连接以限定出所述出水通道(12)和所述进水通道(13),其中,所述出水通道(12)和/或所述进水通道(13)的一部分位于所述第一罩壳(15)内,所述出水通道(12)和/或所述进水通道(13)的另一部分位于所述第二罩壳(16)内。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的泄压装置(100),所述进水通道(13)和所述活动件(20)分别包括多个,且所述进水通道(13)的数量大于或者等于所述活动件(20)的数量。
- 一种衣物处理装置,包括根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的泄压装置(100)。
