Description

一种水下导缆装置 技术领域
本发明属于船舶与海洋的船用绞车技术领域,具体涉及一种水下导缆装置,用于改变冰级船航行阻尼机构。
背景技术
冰级船是按船级社入级规范和工况要求,可在某种程度冰情时航行的船舶。导缆装置是为了使缆绳从舷内通向舷外引至码头或其他系缆地点,改变缆绳的方向、限制其导出位置及减少缆绳磨损的装置。现有技术中水下导缆装置由滚轮支架、滚轮、滚轮轴、摆动座、固定轴、旋转销轴及上下固定座等组成,固定安装在平台(船舶)壳体外侧下方,通常工作时位于水下。现有的导缆装置固定安装在吃水线以下,在极地作用的平台(船舶)航行时因海水表面结冰,造成导缆装置与冰层接触挤压而增加航行阻力,并易损坏导缆装置结构件。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种使用寿命长的水下导缆装置,用于改变冰级船航行时的阻尼力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种水下导缆装置,包括滑轮、滑轮轴、滑轮支座、锁紧机构、摆动座、固定轴、上固定座和下固定座,所述上固定座和下固定座上下固定在船体侧面;所述摆动座固定在所述上固定座和下固定座上,所述固定轴数量为两根,所述两根固定轴的一端均固定在所述摆动座上,另一端分别固定在所述上固定座和下固定座上,所述滑轮支座通过旋转销轴与摆动座连接;所述滑轮通过滑轮轴组装在滑轮支座上;所述锁紧机构的数量为两组,分别设置在所述摆动座两端,所述锁紧机构用于将翻转后的滑轮支座锁紧到所述 摆动座上。
进一步地,所述滑轮支座通过旋转销轴进行上下翻转,翻转角度为围绕旋转销轴向上55°和向下55°。
进一步地,所述两根固定轴上下设置,且均与船体侧面平行。
具体地,所述滑轮的外缘设有用于缆绳运动的槽。
进一步地,所述摆动座可进行左右摆动,最大摆幅为±90°。
进一步地,所述滑轮轴的材料为2Cr13。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明水下导缆装置结构简单,维护保养方便,将导缆装置单一的固定方式改为活动式,改变水下导缆装置的位置,解决冰级船航行时因海水表面结冰导缆装置与冰层接触挤压而增加航行阻力的问题,延长了水下导缆装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的具体实施例中,如图1至图2所示,本发明具体公开了一种水下导缆装置,包括滑轮1、滑轮轴2、滑轮支座3、锁紧机构4、摆动座5、固定轴6、上固定座8和下固定座9,所述上固定座8和下固定座9上下固定在船体侧面;
所述摆动座5两端分别固定在所述上固定座8和下固定座9上,所述固定轴6数量为两根,所述两根固定轴6上下设置,且均与船体侧面平行,所述两根固定轴的一端均固定在所述摆动座5上,另一端分别固定在所述上固定座8和下固定座9上,
所述滑轮1通过滑轮轴2组装在滑轮支座3上,所述滑轮1的外缘设有用于缆绳运动的槽,所述滑轮支座3通过旋转销轴7与摆动座5连接,所述滑轮支座3围绕旋转销轴7进行上下翻转,翻转角度为围绕旋转销轴7向上55°和向下55°;
所述锁紧机构4的数量为两组,分别设置在所述摆动座5两端,所述锁紧机构4用于将翻转后的滑轮支座3锁紧到所述摆动座5上。当滑轮支座3向上摆动55°时,锁紧机构4将滑轮支座3上方的支点锁紧在摆动座5上端,当滑轮支座3向下摆动55°时,锁紧机构4将滑轮支座3下方的支点锁紧在摆动座5上端。
因水下导缆装置长期置于水中,避免海水腐蚀和零部件生锈,所述滑轮轴2的材料为2Cr13,2Cr13不易被海水腐蚀和锈蚀,保证滑轮轴2转动顺畅,避免滑轮卡死。
在本发明的优选方式中,如图3所示,所述摆动座5可进行左右摆动,其左右最大摆幅为±90°。
在本发明的优选方式中,所述滑轮1通过滑轮轴2安装在滑轮支座3上组成部件,所述滑轮支座3利用锚绞车的链(缆)的收放进行上下翻转,根据工况要求实现摆动和翻转功能。
工况1:海洋船舶锚泊定位或移船,滑轮组件固定在下固定座上,锁紧机构动作锁紧翻转后的滑轮支座,滑轮位置随锚泊线角度变化而摆动。
工况2:海洋船舶极地作业从某一区域移动到另一区域,滑轮组 件收到上固定座,锁紧机构动作锁紧翻转后的滑轮支座。
本发明装置的工作过程为当船舶在预定的区域作业锚泊定位时,所述摆动座5上端的锁紧机构4松开,滑轮支座3一端围绕旋转销轴7向下翻转110°,摆动座5下端的锁紧机构4将滑轮支座3的下方支点锁紧到下摆动座5下端。当海水表面结冰船舶需航行时,所述滑轮支座3的一端围绕旋转销轴7向上翻转55°,锁紧机构4将滑轮支座3的上方支点锁紧到摆动座5的上端。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明水下导缆装置结构简单,维护保养方便,将导缆装置单一的固定方式改为活动式,改变水下导缆装置的位置,解决冰级船航行时因海水表面结冰导缆装置与冰层接触挤压而增加航行阻力的问题,延长了水下导缆装置的使用寿命。

  1. 一种水下导缆装置,其特征在于,包括滑轮(1)、滑轮轴(2)、滑轮支座(3)、锁紧机构(4)、摆动座(5)、固定轴(6)、上固定座(8)和下固定座(9),所述上固定座(8)和下固定座(9)上下固定在船体侧面;所述摆动座(5)固定在所述上固定座(8)和下固定座(9)上,所述固定轴(6)数量为两根,所述两根固定轴的一端均固定在所述摆动座(5)上,另一端分别固定在所述上固定座(8)和下固定座(9)上,所述滑轮支座(3)通过旋转销轴(7)与摆动座(5)连接;所述滑轮(1)通过滑轮轴(2)组装在滑轮支座(3)上;所述锁紧机构(4)的数量为两组,分别设置在所述摆动座(5)两端,所述锁紧机构(4)用于将翻转后的滑轮支座(3)锁紧到所述摆动座(5)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下导缆装置,其特征在于,所述滑轮支座(3)通过旋转销轴(7)进行上下翻转,翻转角度为围绕旋转销轴(7)向上55°和向下55°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下导缆装置,其特征在于,所述两根固定轴(6)上下设置,且均与船体侧面平行。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下导缆装置,其特征在于,所述滑轮(3)的外缘设有用于缆绳运动的槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下导缆装置,其特征在于,所述所述摆动座(5)可进行左右摆动,最大摆幅为±90°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下导缆装置,其特征在于,所述 滑轮轴(2)的材料为2Cr13。
