对A、B和C组连续观察12个月,结束时分别进行有效人数的统计,A组中勃起功能正常人数为22人,B组中勃起功能正常人数为21人,C组中勃起功能正常人数为1人,有效率结果如图1所示。
服用期在12个月后结束,A和B两组均停止服用提取组合物,在第13个月对A、B和C三组进行有效人数统计,A组中勃起功能正常人数为20人,B组中勃起功能正常人数为3人,C组中勃起功能正常人数为1人,有效率结果如图2所示。
服用期在12个月后结束,分别对A组第12个月、第13个月和第18个月时的效率人数进行统计,结果如图3所示,其中第12个月有效人数为22人,第13个月有效人数为20人,第18个月有效人数为19人。
实验结果表明:
1、由图1可得,在服用期结束后,常规服用组A与按需服用组B的有效率分别为64.7%和65.6%,表明在持续服用期间,正常服用与按需服用的方式均能对勃起功能障碍起到良好的改善效果;无服用组C只有1人勃起功能正常。
2、由图2可得,在服用期结束后一个月时,常规服用组A的有效率虽有下降,但仍能保持58.8%;按需服用组B的有效率陡降至9.4%,表明按需服用组在服用期间虽能维持较好的有效率,但停止服用后有效率相应降低,效果不能维持;无服用组C仍然只有1人勃起功能正常。
3、由图3可得,常规服用组在第12个月、第13个月和第18个月的有效率分别为64.7%、58.8%和55.9%,表明常规服用组在停止服用后,有效率仅有小幅下降,效果可持续维持较长时间。
综上所述:服用期间,常规服用方式与按需服用方式均能达到较佳的有效率;而服用期结束后,按需服用方式的有效率陡降,常规服用方式的效果仍能维持较长时间。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法, 其特征在于,步骤(I)中,所述白芷粉与水的重量比为1:1~3;所述回流的温度为90~95℃,回流的时间为15~25min。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法,其特征在于,步骤(I)中,所述浓缩的温度为35~45℃,浓缩的时间为1~2h。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法,其特征在于,步骤(I)中,所述干燥的温度为60~80℃,所述粉碎的粒度为80~120目。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法,其特征在于,步骤(II)中,所述去壳牡蛎与水的重量比为1:3~5;所述蒸煮的压力为95~110kPa,蒸煮时间为30~60min。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法,其特征在于,步骤(II)中,所述浓缩的温度为70~80℃,浓缩的压强为0.133~0.66kPa。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法,其特征在于,步骤(II)中,所述干燥的温度为70~80℃,所述粉碎的粒度为80~100目。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物的制法,其特征在于,步骤(IV)中,所述白芷提取物、牡蛎提取物和酵母菌体的重量之比为:3~7:10~20:75~85;所述发酵的温度为28~32℃,时间为22~26h。
  10. 权利要求1~9任一项所述的制法得到的促进微循环、提高人体机能的提取组合物。
