本发明一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置在工作过程中,将商品有序排列放置在自动售卖柜内的斜向货架9上,每一列商品下方设有一个出货控制装置,初始状态时,挡货片3上的弧形挡货片32挡住斜向货架9上的商品,当需要出货时,接货盘91底部的推货装置推动推杆向上运动穿过斜向货架9上的通槽并推动下压板2向下运动,此时下压板2和底托1之间的扭簧11处于压紧状态,下压板2下压的同时带动挡货片3向下运动以及传动板4向上运动,挡货片3上的弧形挡货片32会沿着以固定轴12为圆心的弧形轨迹向下转动,第一件商品从静止状态滑向接货盘91,与此同时,传动板4向上运动带动弹簧片5向上运动,弹簧片5上的前挡块8和后挡块7有效挡住第二件以及后续商品,当第一商品滑入接货盘91后推货装置收回推杆,扭簧11释放弹性势能使得下压板2恢复至初始位置,下压板2的向上复位运动带动挡货片3向上运动以及传动板4向下运动,下压板2复位的同时带动挡货片3向下运动以及传动板4向上运动,此时传动板4向下运动带动弹簧片5向下运动并压紧,反弹片6与弹簧片5自身的反弹作用可使得二者恢复至初始位置,弹簧片5上的前挡块8和后挡块7之前挡住的第二件以及后续商品从静止状态向下滑,与此同时,挡 货片3上的弧形挡货片32会沿着以固定轴12为圆心的弧形轨迹向上转动直至恢复初始位置以挡住下滑第二件商品,其中,通过调节前挡块8和后挡块7在弹簧片5上的距离以满足不同尺寸形状类型商品的出货控制需求,固定轴12安装时穿过扭簧11和固定轴安装部24的内部,转轴22配合安装在传动板4上的固定轴限位部41以及倾斜板上的转轴安装部21上,传动板4上的弧形挡货片通槽用于供弧形挡货片32转动通过。
本发明一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,将下压板2和挡货片3之间用固定轴11转动连接,挡货片3右端设有与弹簧片5左端相切的弧形挡货片32,下压板2和传动板4的左端之间用转轴22转动连接,传动板4上固定有弹簧片5,下压板2下压使得挡货片3上的弧形挡货片32沿着以固定轴为圆心的运动轨迹运动避免挡货片3推动第一件商品,从而保证第一件商品在滑入接货盘91之前保持静止状态且不会与后续商品之间发生拱起现象,保证出货平稳性安全性;将弹簧片5上设有若干挡块安装孔51,前挡块8和后挡块7可拆卸安装在挡块安装孔51上,便于调节前挡块8和后挡块7的距离以实现对不同种类商品出货控制;将弹簧片5右端设有反弹片6,下压板2和底托1之间设有扭簧11,通过弹性作用确保弹簧片5以及下压板2的复位,保证出货控制装置的正常使用;将传动板4上设有与挡货片3数量相同的弧形挡货片通槽,保证挡货片3上的弧形挡货片32绕着固定轴12转动的顺畅性;将传动板4的右端设有若干弹簧片安装孔42,弹簧片5上设有若干固定安装孔52,下压板2上设有若干挡货片安装孔23,弹簧片5上设有若干挡块安装孔51,前挡块8与弹簧片5之间、后挡块7与弹簧片5之间、下压板2和挡货片3之间、弹簧片5与传动板4之间均用若干紧固螺钉固定,使得出货控制装置拆装方便;该出货控制装置通过下压板2、挡货片3、传动板4、弹簧片5、反弹片6之间的传动作用有 效控制出货,整体传动传动效果佳,不易发生故障。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,包括底托(1)、下压板(2)、挡货片(3)、传动板(4)、弹簧片(5),其特征在于:所述底托(1)和下压板(2)之间设有扭簧(11),底托(1)和下压板(2)用固定轴(12)转动连接,所述下压板(2)和传动板(4)的左端之间用转轴(22)转动连接,下压板(2)上固定安装有若干相互平行的挡货片(3),所述挡货片(3)右端设有与弹簧片(5)左端相切的弧形挡货片(32),所述传动板(4)的右端处固定安装有若干相互平行的弹簧片(5),所述弹簧片(5)一端固定安装在传动板(4)上,弹簧片(5)另一端设有斜向的反弹片(6),弹簧片(5)上可拆卸安装有前挡块(8)和后挡块(7),弹簧片(5)上设有若干挡块安装孔(51)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,其特征在于:所述下压板(2)底部设有两个向内绕卷的固定轴安装部(24)、两块带有向内绕卷的转轴安装部(21)的倾斜板,下压板(2)上设有若干挡货片安装孔(23)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,其特征在于:所述传动板(4)的左端设有三个向内绕卷的固定轴限位部(41),传动板(4)的右端设有斜向分布的若干弹簧片安装孔(42),传动板(4)的右端固定托住弹簧片(5)的左端,传动板(4)上设有与挡货片(3)数量相同的弧形挡货片通槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,其特征在于:所述前挡块(8)与弹簧片(5)之间、后挡块(8)与弹簧片(5)之间、下压板(2)和挡货片(3)之间、弹簧片(5)与传动板(4)之间均用若干紧固螺钉固定。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,其特征在于: 所述前挡块(8)和后挡块(7)均为单锯齿状的挡块,所述挡货片(3)左端设有若干固定孔(31)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,其特征在于:所述底托(1)固定安装在斜向货架(9)下方,斜向货架(9)上设有若干短条状通槽(92)、长条状通槽(93),斜向货架(9)的斜下方设有接货盘(91),所述下压板(2)位于短条状通槽(92)的正下方,所述弹簧片(5)位于长条状通槽(93)的正下方,弹簧片(5)上设有若干固定安装孔(52)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种用于售卖柜斜向货架的出货控制装置,其特征在于:所述接货盘(91)底部设有带推杆的推货装置,所述斜向货架(9)设有若干供推杆穿过的通槽。
