一种电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本公开属于电子烟技术领域,例如涉及一种电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
电子烟是通过电子技术将电能转化为热能,从而将传统的香烟烤出烟雾进行吸食。电子烟在使用过程中不会产生明火,能够有效的提高防火的性能,同时,由于其在使用过程中不燃烧,不会产生有毒气体即可获得醇正的烟味,满足了吸烟者的需求,也不会产生二手烟。电子烟通常包括雾化器及设置在雾化器顶部的烟嘴,通过该雾化器将烟油雾化产生烟雾并用烟嘴吸食使用很方便。
现有技术中的电子烟雾化器,其内部的替芯与底部的连接件通常情况下都是采用螺纹连接的,当需要往储油腔注油时,需要将替芯拆卸下来,注满油后再安装好替芯,装拆替芯时都是采用旋转的方式,拆装速度慢,使用非常不方便。
因此,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
公开内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本公开的目的在于提供一种电子烟雾化器,旨在公开解决现有技术中的电子烟雾化器拆装速度慢使用很不方便的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本公开采取了以下技术方案:
一种电子烟雾化器,其包括:
用于存储烟油的储油机构,所述储油机构包括连接件,及套设在 连接件上的玻璃管;
所述连接件包括连接件本体,及对称设置在连接件本体顶部的两个卡合片,两个所述卡合片顶部的内侧皆设置有第一卡合凸起;
所述连接件本体与玻璃管形成一储油腔;
所述连接件本体套设有一替芯,所述替芯底部设置有与第一卡合凸起相适配的第二卡合凸起,所述第二卡合凸起上方设置有多个圆孔;
所述替芯顶部设置有一吸嘴,所述吸嘴包括吸嘴本体,套在吸嘴本体下部的气流调节旋钮,及套在吸嘴本体上部的外管;
所述吸嘴本体下部设置有一字型孔,所述气流调节旋钮设置有与一字型孔相适配的V型孔。
优选地,所述气流调节旋钮及连接件本体皆设置有密封圈。
优选地,所述替芯内设置有一循环管,所述循环管上部设置有一限位柱体,所述限位柱体穿出气流调节旋钮的外表面。
优选地,所述吸嘴本体上部设置有多个腰型孔。

为使本公开的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本公开进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
如图1至图3所示,本公开提供的一种电子烟雾化器,其包括:用于存储烟油的储油机构100,所述储油机构100包括连接件101,及套设在连接件101上的玻璃管102;所述连接件101包括连接件本体111,及对称设置在连接件本体111顶部的两个卡合片121,两个所述卡合片121顶部的内侧皆设置有第一卡合凸起131;所述连接件本体111与玻璃管102形成一储油腔;所述连接件本体111套设有一替芯200,所述替芯200底部设置有与第一卡合凸起131相适配的第二卡合凸起201,所述第二卡合凸起201上方设置有多个圆孔202;所述替芯200顶部设置有一吸嘴300,所述吸嘴300包括吸嘴本体301,套在吸嘴本体301下部的气流调节旋钮302,及套在吸嘴本体301上部的外管303;所述吸嘴本体301下部设置有一字型孔311,所述气流调节旋钮302设置有与一字型孔311相适配的V型孔312。
具体实施时,空气通过V型孔312和一字型孔311进入到玻璃管102内,然后将烟油加热形成雾化并通过吸嘴300吸出,通过气流调节旋钮302来调整一字型孔311与V型孔312重合孔的大小来调整空气的流量。
当需要往储油腔内注入烟油时,需要将替芯200拆卸下来,再往 储油腔注油。
由于替芯200与连接件101是通过第二卡合凸起201卡合在第一卡合凸起131内,从而达到固定的目的,因此,当需要拆卸该替芯200时,需要转动替芯200即可快速的拆卸替芯200,操作非常简单,使用非常方便。
本公开进一步较佳实施例中,所述气流调节旋钮302及连接件本体111皆设置有密封圈141。
本公开进一步较佳实施例中,所述替芯200内设置有一循环管400,所述循环管400上部设置有一限位柱体401,所述限位柱体401穿出气流调节旋钮302的外表面。
本公开进一步较佳实施例中,所述吸嘴本体301上部设置有多个腰型孔321。

    所述连接件本体与玻璃管形成一储油腔;
    所述连接件本体套设有一替芯,所述替芯底部设置有与第一卡合凸起相适配的第二卡合凸起,所述第二卡合凸起上方设置有多个圆孔;
    所述替芯顶部设置有一吸嘴,所述吸嘴包括吸嘴本体,套在吸嘴本体下部的气流调节旋钮,及套在吸嘴本体上部的外管;
    所述吸嘴本体下部设置有一字型孔,所述气流调节旋钮设置有与一字型孔相适配的V型孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其中,所述气流调节旋钮及连接件本体皆设置有密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其中,所述替芯内设置有一循环管,所述循环管上部设置有一限位柱体,所述限位柱体穿出气流调节旋钮的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其中,所述吸嘴本体上部设置有多个腰型孔。
