Description

一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置 技术领域
本发明属于机械生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置。
背景技术
钻头,是用以在实体材料上钻削出通孔或盲孔,并能对已有的孔扩孔的刀具。常用的钻头主要有麻花钻、扁钻、中心钻、深孔钻和套料钻。挖孔作业时,钻头绕立轴旋转,同时作轴向移动。土壤在钻头的扭矩和轴向力作用下被切削,在工作叶片的挤压和离心力作用下被破坏并捣松碎,形成土流压向孔壁。当土流运动到无坑壁阻挡处时,由于离心力作用碎土被抛到坑的周围,完成整个挖坑过程。由于钻头长期在地下钻探,在使用完后表面会有大量的杂质,若不清除,则容易加快钻头的磨损,减少钻头的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种清洗方便、可循环利用水的电动工具清洗装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置,包括箱体和底座,所述箱体安装于底座上端,其创新点在于:所述底座内部安装有电机和传动机构,所述电机与传动机构相连,所述箱体顶部安装有箱盖,所述箱体内部安装有清洗装置,所述箱体上端安装有喷嘴,所述箱体底部安装有过滤网,所述箱体底部开设有出水口,所述出水口与喷嘴之间连接有进水管,所述进水管 上安装有水泵。
进一步的,所述清洗装置包括支架、滑动架、放料板和压板,所述支架左右对称安装,所述滑动架安装在支架的外侧,所述支架上间隔安装有多个放料板,所述每块放料板上安装有压板,所述压板两端与滑动架连接。
进一步的,所述清洗装置两端安装有转轴,所述转轴与传动机构连接。
进一步的,所述箱体上端还安装有液位传感器,所述箱体下端安装有超声波发射器。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过将清洗装置连接电机,使得清洗装置能都在箱体内部高速转动,使得钻头得到清洗具清洗面积大,清洗效果好,一次清洗量大;
(2)本发明通过在放料板上端安装压板,可对钻头进行压紧,避免了在高速旋转过程中钻头飞出;
(3)本发明通过将箱体下端的出水口与喷嘴连接,通过过滤网过滤之后将箱体内的水回收再次利用,节约了大量的水资源。

如图1所示,一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置,包括箱体2和底座1,箱体2安装于底座1上端,底座1内部安装有电机5和传动机构11,电机5与传动机构11相连,箱体2顶部安装有箱盖14,箱体2内部安装有清洗装置,箱体2上端安装有喷嘴15,箱体2底部安装有过滤网12,箱体2底部开设有出水口17,出水口17与喷嘴15之间连接有进水管13,进水管13上安装有水泵18,将箱体2下端的出水口17与喷嘴15连接,通过过滤网12过滤之后将箱体2内的水回收再次利用,节约了大量的水资源。
清洗装置包括支架4、滑动架16、放料板6和压板7,支架4左右对称安装,滑动架16安装在支架4的外侧,支架4上间隔安装有多个放料板6,每块放料板6上安装有压板7,压板7两端与滑动架16连接,放料板6上端安装压板7,可对钻头进行压紧,避免了在高速旋转过程中钻头飞出。
清洗装置两端安装有转轴9,转轴9与传动机构11连接,将清洗装置连接电机5,使得清洗装置能都在箱体2内部高速转动,使得钻头得到清洗具清洗面积大,清洗效果好,一次清洗量大。
箱体2上端还安装有液位传感器8,箱体2下端安装有超声波发射器10。

  1. 一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置,包括箱体和底座,所述箱体安装于底座上端,其特征在于:所述底座内部安装有电机和传动机构,所述电机与传动机构相连,所述箱体顶部安装有箱盖,所述箱体内部安装有清洗装置,所述箱体上端安装有喷嘴,所述箱体底部安装有过滤网,所述箱体底部开设有出水口,所述出水口与喷嘴之间连接有进水管,所述进水管上安装有水泵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗装置包括支架、滑动架、放料板和压板,所述支架左右对称安装,所述滑动架安装在支架的外侧,所述支架上间隔安装有多个放料板,所述每块放料板上安装有压板,所述压板两端与滑动架连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗装置两端安装有转轴,所述转轴与传动机构连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械加工用钻头清洗装置,其特征在于:所述箱体上端还安装有液位传感器,所述箱体下端安装有超声波发射器。
