本发明涉及一种离心式流体输送泵,具体涉及一种渣浆泵搅拌切割破碎装置,渣浆泵包括泵体、泵轴和泵座,所述泵轴上顺次设置叶轮和搅拌破碎器,所述泵体和泵座通过前端盖固定连接,所述泵体下端和前端盖上端对应设置清洗水通道,清洗水通道至少设置一条,泵体和前端盖之间对应清洗水通道设置密封圈,清洗水通道进水口连接进水管,清洗水通道出水口连接高压喷嘴,高压喷嘴对应搅拌破碎器设置。本发明能够有效防止渣浆泵堵转及干磨,延长设备使用寿命;叶轮和搅拌破碎器可切割、破碎污水中含各种杂物,包括固体物、长软纤维物等,杜绝装置启动困难、超载、干磨现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离心式流体输送泵,具体涉及一种渣浆泵搅拌切割破碎装置。
背景技术
渣浆泵进行污水处理过程中,污水中含有各种杂物,例如,坚固的颗粒物、长软纤维物,它们都会影响设备启动,引发电机堵转、运行异常,甚至烧毁电机;另外,污泥的厚度增加、水池的水量减小会引起电泵频繁启动而影响使用寿命,污泥的厚度超过渣浆泵进水口后、引起渣浆泵堵转及干磨现象。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于:提供一种渣浆泵搅拌切割破碎装置,有效防止渣浆泵堵转及干磨,延长设备使用寿命。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
所述渣浆泵搅拌切割破碎装置,渣浆泵包括泵体、泵轴和泵座,所述泵轴上顺次设置叶轮和搅拌破碎器,所述泵体和泵座通过前端盖固定连接,所述泵体下端和前端盖上端对应设置清洗水通道,清洗水通道至少设置一条,泵体和前端盖之间对应清洗水通道设置密封圈,清洗水通道进水口连接进水管,清洗水通道出水口连接高压喷嘴,高压喷嘴对应搅拌破碎器设置。
本发明机械结构依照国标GB3836进行生产组装,符合防爆标准,启动前5-10分钟采用外引1.5MPa高压水联接于进水管,高压水通过泵体下端和前端盖之间的清洗水通道进入高压喷嘴,密封圈可防止清洗水泄漏,高压喷嘴对旋转的搅拌破碎器进行喷洗,并对介质进行稀释,有利渣浆泵的启动、杜绝了干磨及堵转现象;装置启动后,泵轴带动搅拌破碎器旋转,将介质颗粒搅拌破碎,通过制造水力冲击波,促使高密度颗粒悬浮,克服了传统渣浆泵沉积固体难以排出的问题;与此同时,叶轮可以切割长软纤维等杂物,防止渣浆泵堵塞。
其中,优选方案为:
所述叶轮采用半开式叶轮,叶轮对应设置叶轮挡圈、叶轮止动圈和叶轮固定螺母。
所述搅拌破碎器采用螺旋锥形铰刀,螺旋锥形铰刀所有工作面均采用硬质合金材料焊接,然后通过磨床磨削成形,硬度大,能够破碎坚固颗粒物。
所述清洗水通道对称设置2条,对搅拌破碎器进行扇形高压对喷,不留死角。
所述泵体通过联接支架与潜水电机固定连接,泵轴与潜水电机转轴同轴联接,潜水电机转轴带动泵轴转动,泵轴带动叶轮和搅拌破碎器进行搅拌破碎工作。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明能够有效防止渣浆泵堵转及干磨,延长设备使用寿命。叶轮和搅拌破碎器可切割、破碎污水中含各种杂物,包括固体物、长软纤维物等,杜绝装置启动困难、超载、干磨现象,高效节能。
