背景技术
机床底座主要作用是为了支撑机床正常工作的。现在的机床底座设备基本上是直接通过地脚固定在地面上的,需要搬动机床时,必须几个人一起将它抬起然后移动到指定的位置,整个过程较为繁琐。而且,现在的机床底座设备在使用时没有减震效果,机器在运作时会产生巨大的抖动,增大零件之间摩擦,在长期的工作下,会影响零件寿命,以及机器的正常运作。
在中国发明专利申请公开说明书CN204771585U中公开的一种抗震式机床底座,该抗震式机床底座,虽然矿物铸件的吸震性比传统铸铁强10倍,特别是对大幅度震动吸震性更好;另外,矿物铸件对热不敏感,具有优良的质量/刚度比率;矿物铸件在常温下铸造,内部可铸入线缆、传感器等部件,提高了机床的抗震功能,但是,该抗震式机床底座仍然笨重,并且现有的床底座还存在着抬起时稳定性差,提升装置易损坏,不能轻易移动设备的问题。
发明内容

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,包括底板和凹形固定槽板,所述底板侧面的底部固定连接有固定块,所述固定块的内部开设有若干螺丝孔,若干所述螺丝孔的内部分别螺纹连接有螺丝钉,所述底板的顶部开设有液压器固定槽,所述液 压器固定槽的内部固定连接有液压器,所述液压器的数量为四个,四个所述液压器呈矩形阵列分布,所述底板的顶部开设有卡槽,所述卡槽数目为四个,四个所述卡槽的内部分别活动连接有滑轮,所述滑轮数目为四个,四个所述滑轮远离卡槽的一侧均与凹形固定槽板的底部固定连接,且四个所述滑轮分别位于凹形固定槽板底部的四角处,所述凹形固定槽板的内部开设有若干弹簧卡槽,若干弹簧卡槽固定连接有若干减震弹簧,若干所述弹簧卡槽远离凹形固定槽板的一端均与固定板固定连接,所述固定板和凹形固定槽板的内部分别开设有两个相对应的限位槽。

1、该便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,通过在凹形固定槽板底部两侧设置有螺纹结构,可以根据机床的大小来准备螺丝孔和螺丝钉的尺寸,在通过螺丝孔和螺丝钉的螺纹连接来实现对机床底座的固定效果、通过在凹形固定槽板下表面设置防滑垫,增大了机床底座与地面接触面积,能够有效减少机床倾斜甚至倾倒的事故发生、通过在机床底部开设两个与限位槽相适配的 限位块,可以根据需要或者要求来选择限位块和限位槽的大小,限位块和限位槽的相互卡接,以及各种提高稳定性的配合设置,极大提高了机床底座的安全系数,有效的避免了因不可预知而发生的事故。
2、该便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,通过在凹形固定槽板上表面设置卡槽以及与卡槽相适配的滑轮,能够解决目前有些工作车间机床不便于搬运,或者一些工作车间和特殊场合搬运设置无法通行或者通行及其困难的情况,而滑轮和卡槽的设置极大的减少了此类情况的发生,具有便于移动,操作简单,稳定性强的优点。

4、该便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,通过在凹形固定槽板两侧各开设有一个通孔,通孔连接导屑槽,导屑槽远离机床一侧均贯穿通孔内部的设置,能够有效的避免了机床加工产生的废屑影响机床正常操作,使机床精度下降的发生,而通过此结构,废屑能够被有效清理并收集,进行二次利用,既间接延长了机床的使用寿命,又减少了工厂的损失。

综上所述,该便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,使用时,通过在凹形固定槽板9底部两侧设置有螺纹结构,可以根据机床14的大小来准备螺丝孔3和螺丝钉4的尺寸,在通过螺丝孔3和螺丝钉4的螺纹连接来实现对机床底座的固定效果、通过在凹形固定槽板9下表面设置防滑垫,增大了机床底座与地面接触面积,能够有效减少了机床倾斜甚至倾倒的事故发生、通过在机床底部开设两个与限位槽13相适配的限位块15,可以根据需要或者要求来选择限位块15和限位槽13的大小,限位块15和限位槽13的相互卡接,以及各种提高稳定性的配合设置,极大提高了机床底座的安全系数,有效的避免了因不可预知而发生的事故,通过在凹形固定槽板9上表面设置卡槽7以及与卡槽7相适配的滑轮8,能够解决目前有些工作车间机床不便于搬运,或者一些工作车间和特殊场合搬运设置无法通行或通行及其困难的情况,而滑轮8和卡槽7极大的减少了此类情况的发生,具有便于移动,操作简单,稳定性强的优点,通过在凹形固定槽板9的内部开设有若干弹簧卡槽10,并且固定连接有若干减震弹簧11的设置,具有安装方便,结构简单,成本低等的特点、通过在凹形固定槽板9内壁的顶部固定连接有减震片18的设置,便于安装、拆卸,效果明显,通过在底板的顶部开设有液压器固定槽5,液压器固定槽5内部固定连接有四个液压器6,四个液压器6呈矩形阵列分布的结构,来进一步实现减震的效果,从而提高机床制造产品的质量,有效的避免了如今机床 底座减震性差,从而减短机床寿命的情况。而且减震性差,噪音也大,也会影响工人的健康,通过在凹形固定槽板9两侧各开设有一个通孔16,通孔16连接导屑槽17,导屑槽17远离机床14一侧均贯穿通孔16内部的设置,能够有效的避免了机床加工产生的废屑影响机床正常操作,使机床精度下降的发生,而通过此结构,废屑能够被有效清理并收集,进行二次利用,既间接延长了机床的使用寿命,又减少了工厂的损失。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在 第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,包括底板(1)和凹形固定槽板(9),其特征在于:所述底板(1)侧面的底部固定连接有固定块(2),所述固定块(2)的内部开设有若干螺丝孔(3),若干所述螺丝孔(3)的内部分别螺纹连接有螺丝钉(4),所述底板(1)的顶部开设有液压器固定槽(5),所述液压器固定槽(5)的内部固定连接有液压器(6),所述液压器(6)的数量为四个,四个所述液压器(6)呈矩形阵列分布,所述底板(1)的顶部开设有卡槽(7),所述卡槽(7)数目为四个,四个所述卡槽(7)的内部分别活动连接有滑轮(8),所述滑轮(8)数目为四个,四个所述滑轮(8)远离卡槽(7)的一侧均与凹形固定槽板(9)的底部固定连接,且四个所述滑轮(8)分别位于凹形固定槽板(9)底部的四角处,所述凹形固定槽板(9)的内部开设有若干弹簧卡槽(10),若干弹簧卡槽(10)固定连接有若干减震弹簧(11),若干所述弹簧卡槽(10)远离凹形固定槽板(9)的一端均与固定板(12)固定连接,所述固定板(12)和凹形固定槽板(9)的内部分别开设有两个相对应的限位槽(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,其特征在于:所述固定板(12)顶部固定连接有机床(14),所述机床(14)的底部开设有两个与限位槽(13)相适配的限位块(15)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,其特征在于:所述凹形固定槽板(9)的两侧分别开设有通孔(16),两个所述通孔(16)分别插接有导屑槽(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,其特征在于:两个所述导屑槽(17)均贯穿至机床(14)内部的两侧,两个所述导屑槽(17)远离机床(14)的一侧均贯穿通孔(16)的内部,并延伸至凹形固定槽板(9)的外部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,其特 征在于:所述凹形固定槽板(9)内壁的顶部固定连接有减震片(18),所述减震片(18)远离凹形固定槽板(9)的一侧与机床(14)的外表面搭接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动且减震效果佳的机床底座,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的底部设置有防滑垫(19),所述防滑垫(19)为橡胶材质。
