如图3和图4所示,本发明的密封窗垫5还包括形成在第二本体52上的环形腔521、进水通道(图中未示出)、多个喷水通道522和挡水结构523。其中,进水通道和多个喷水通道522分别设置在图4中第二本体52左右方向上的两侧,并且进水通道和多个喷水通道522分别与环形腔521连通。多个喷水通道522中的每一个的出水口都指向内筒3。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在能够将进水通道和喷水通道522连通的前提下,环形腔521不仅限于O形的环形腔,其还可以是C形的环形腔。
继续参阅图3和图4,挡水结构523设置在图4中第二本体52的左侧,使得每一个喷水通道522的出水口都指向挡水结构523,以便从每一个喷水通道522中喷出的洗涤水都能够喷射到挡水结构523上,被挡水结构523打散(如图1中所示的被喷淋的洗涤水)并反射进内筒3中,从而均匀地喷淋内筒3中的衣物。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,挡水结构523除了被设置在第二本体52上之外,还可以被设置在第一本体51上。
虽然图中并未示出,但是基于挡水结构523能够将每一个喷水通道522喷出的洗涤水打散并反射进内筒3中的情况,本领域技术人员可以将挡水结构523设置成任意可行的形式。作为示例一,挡水结构523是呈环状的挡水环,该挡水环能够将每一个喷水通道522喷出的洗涤水都反射进内筒3中。作为示例二,挡水结构523包括多个呈弧状的挡水板,并且每一个挡水板对应一个喷水通道522。或者,本领域人员也可以根据需要,使一个挡水板对应多个喷水通道522。需要说明的是弧状的挡水板不仅包括具有一定弧度的板状结构还包括平面的板状结构。
此外,在本发明另一个可行的实施方案中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,省去挡水结构523,使喷水通道522喷出的洗涤水直接喷向内筒3中。进一步,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将喷水通道 522的出水口设置成能够喷出瀑布状的水流,例如将喷水通道522的出水口设置成扁平状或扁平的喇叭口状。
如图3和图4所示,为了提高密封窗垫5和外筒2之间的连接强度,第二本体52上也设置有卡接结构,如图4中所示的与外筒4上的凸起相匹配的凹槽。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据实际需要,仅在第一本体51或第二本体52上设置与外筒4上的被卡接结构相匹配的卡接结构。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,第一本体51和第二本体52采用不同的材料制成。具体地,第一本体51采用具有弹性的橡胶材料制成,第二本体52采用塑料制成。生产时,先通过塑料成型模具将第二本体52制作成型。然后将第二本体52放入橡胶成型模具中,再通过橡胶成型模具将第一本体51制作成型。成型之后的第一本体51如图4中所示的将第二本体52包裹在一起,并因此使得第一本体51和第二本体52被一体制成。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,采用其他任意可行的材料和生产工艺将第一本体51和第二本体52一体制作成型,例如采用双色成型工艺将第一本体51和第二本体52一体制作成型。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使第一本体51和第二本体52采用相同的材料制成。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,进水通道和喷水通道522可以是在第二本体52制作时直接形成在第二本体52上,也可以是在第二本体52制作完成之后,通过加工的方式形成在第二本体52上。
本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,第二本体52之所以采用具有弹性的橡胶材料制成,是为了支撑图4中第一本体51的下端,使第一本体51和第二本体52被牢固地卡接到外筒2上,防止密封窗垫5从外筒2上脱落。
进一步,虽然图中并未示出,但是本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括喷淋系统,该喷淋系统包括上述的密封窗垫5和循环泵。其中,循环泵8优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1固定连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使循环泵8与外筒1固定连接。循环泵8的进水口通向外筒2的内部,优选地,循环泵8的进水口通过进水管(图中未标示)与外筒2的底端连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,在保证该进水管位于外筒2内液面以下的情况下,将进水管连接到外筒2的任意 位置。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去进水管的设置,使循环泵8的进水口直接与外筒2连通。循环泵8的出水口通过出水管与密封窗垫5上的进水通道连通。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,省去出水管,使循环泵8的出水口与进水通道直接连通。
综上所述,本发明设置有环形腔521、进水通道和喷水通道522的密封窗垫5不仅结构简单,而且制作工艺也比较简单,并且本发明的滚筒洗衣机还不需要安装其他额外的喷淋装置就能够喷淋内筒3中的衣物,降低了滚筒洗衣机的生产成本。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机的密封窗垫,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外至内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,所述密封窗垫设置在所述箱体和所述外筒之间;
    其特征在于,所述密封窗垫包括:
    本体;
    环形腔,其形成在所述本体上;
    进水通道,其形成在所述本体上并与所述环形腔连通;
    多个喷水通道,其形成在所述本体上,每一个所述喷水通道都与所述环形腔连通,并且每一个所述喷水通道都设置成能够将所述环形腔中的洗涤水喷向所述内筒中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述本体包括环形的第一本体和环形的第二本体,所述第一本体和所述第二本体一体制成,
    所述第一本体轴向上的一端与所述箱体的箱体口的边缘相连接,所述第一本体轴向上的另一端与所述外筒的外筒口的边缘相连接,
    所述环形腔形成在所述第二本体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述第一本体靠近所述外筒的一端设置有多个卡接结构,所述第一本体通过所述卡接结构与所述外筒口的边缘卡接到一起。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述第二本体设置在所述第一本体靠近所述外筒的一端上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述第一本体和所述第二本体采用不同的材料制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述第一本体采用具有弹性的橡胶材料制成,所述第二本体采用塑料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述密封窗垫还包括设置在所述本体上的挡水结构,所述挡水结构邻近所述喷水通道的出水口设置,并且所述挡水结构设置成能够将每一个所述喷水通道喷出的洗涤水打散并反射进所述内筒中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述挡水结构是呈环状的挡水环;或者,所述挡水结构包括多个呈弧状的挡水板,每一个所述挡水板对应一个或多个喷水通道。
  9. 一种滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵和权利要求1至8中任一项所述的密封窗垫,所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口与所述密封窗垫的进水通道连通。
  10. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求1至8中任一项所述的密封窗垫。
